They shall set themselves in a ray against the Western nations, from thence the Western nations shall be taken.

arrows shall be as of a mighty expert man and notice what it says here, none shall return invade.” Now how would you describe an intercontinental ballistic missile as an arrow? In fact, the missiles that Israel has developed, they call the arrow. Isn’t that interesting? And so these are mighty arrows that can launch and cross oceans and destroy targets within 100 yards of ground zero of the very pointed day one ahead. In case you didn’t know it, Russia still has their missiles aimed at us.

From what information I’ve gathered, they have everyone of 125 of our medium-sized cities in America targeted with a 100 megaton nuclear hit. Then the next 25 largest cities, they have targeted with multiple 100 megaton hits. And so can you imagine 150 cities, the largest and then the medium-sized cities of America being just blown right off the map? Well in that exchange, obviously, will fire at Russia and 5-6 of Russia will be destroyed, Europe will be destroyed. And around the world the cities will fall and according to the Bible, one-third of all All the people on the planet will die as a result of that nuclear exchange that begins with Russia striking at the military might of the Antichrist at Armageddon.

Every time I’ve been there, we would always hear the Israeli jets flying through that valley as we stood at Megiddo and would always remind me of the battle it would follow. You’d always hear, shhh, I mean, you’d see them flying through and they have their planes underground and like in an aircraft here they come up on elevators and then scoot out of that valley. All their military might is in that valley where Armageddon is. And so I believe that when Russia strikes at that military might, that is when this war will take place where all the cities are destroyed.

Now let’s follow on in Revelation 16 and verse 17 it says, The Seventh Angel, sounded. And poured out his vial into the air. And there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven from the throne saying, It is what? It’s done. It’s over. The tribulation period ends right here. This is when Jesus comes back to rule and to reign. And there were voices and thunders and lightnings and there was a great earthquake such as was not since men were upon the earth.

So mighty in the earthquake and so great. And verse 19 says, the city, the great city, which I believe is Jerusalem, was divided into three parts. A Jerusalem will come apart in the three portions. And here’s a phrase that gets neglected by most to teach the Bible. It says, and the cities of the nations what? Fell. Let me read it again. And the cities of the nations fell. And the cities of the nations fell. That’s what we’re just talking about.

Can you imagine 150 cities? If you just took out three major cities in Florida, Miami, Tampa area, and Jacksonville, That would really wipe it out, wouldn’t it? But I think because some states don’t have that many major cities, this state like Florida will have a bunch of cities be taken out, and other states will have less. But they’re all targeted by Russia already. And so these cities will all be destroyed. We’re living, or right now tonight, meeting one block from ground zero.

This airport is a target. And when Russia fires, they’ll want to take out McDill, they’ll want to take out this airport. Those are military targets. We’re just a block away from where 100 megaton bomb will probably hit seven years after we leave it to Rapture. How does that make you feel? I’m glad I’m leaving. That’s how I feel about it. All right. Then it says, in great Babylon, came in remembrance before God. So God is going to destroy this Western civilization known has Babylon, and to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath.

And so, yes, America will be judged. So will Europe and the countries in the Middle East. Look at the nuclear power described in verse 20. Every island fled away, and the mountains were not found. Never before in history we had the power to blow a mountain just away, so it doesn’t exist anymore. An island blowing it away. Totally. power of these bonds are great so that they would totally be destroyed. Long Island would probably just totally disappear. An island just gone.

A mountain disappearing, not existing anymore where that nuclear strike took place. Wow, great sinners will be destroyed. And it says in verse 21, there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent and men blaspheme God because of the plague of the hail and the plague there was exceeding great. A talent is of course anywhere between fifteen, hundred and twenty pounds. So huge chunks of ice will come down that are huge.

A couple of years ago there was an unusual storm over in France and they said they had hail the size of basketballs, twenty five pounds, thirty pounds coming down. I thought, wow, maybe the beginning of what might happen in the tribulation, but huge blocks of ice will be formed and come down upon the earth doing great damage. Chapter 17. And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials and talked with me saying, come hither, I will show you the judgment of the great whore that sit upon many waters.

Now the great whore is a religious system. In verse 5 it’s identified as such because it says upon her forehead was a name-written Mystery, Babylon the Great, the mother of harlots and abominations of the earth. In other words, this system is the mother of all false religious systems around the world. This is where it all sprang forth from. We have the book over here, Two Babylons, which traces it all back to Genesis chapter 10. You’ll want to get that book.

But it was the worship of a mother and her son, and the mother was Simramas. Her son was Tamuz, and the system spread out to the world. The system was the same, the names changed. In Egypt, the mother and son were Ices and Horus. In Italy, it was Venus and Cupid. In Greece, it was Aphrodite and Uros. In the Holy Land, it was Astaroth, or Easter, and Bail. And when Constantine came along in 321 AD and declared the world to become Christian, the mother and son worship became Mary and Jesus.

And the church that adores Mary as the Queen of Heaven, a pagan title that belonged to this false woman that is called Easter as we celebrate this time of year. I don’t like the user name, but we should be saying resurrection, not Easter because that’s what it’s really all about. But this system is with us today. And in this chapter, it talks about this church being called the woman, the woman, the woman, the woman. There’s only one church in the world that exalts a woman to the very top, almost to equal with God.

And that’s the Roman Catholic Church. Now look at some of the things that we learned here. Verse 18 says, the woman which you saw is the great city which reigns over the kings of the earth. So we find the woman is not only a religious system, it’s a city. We also learn that this city is built upon seven hills and can be without a doubt Rome. The Roman Catholic Bibles I have down the hall of my office all say that this is talking about Rome.

Roman Midst says, the Roman Catholic Church admits that, but they don’t see any future role here. They all see this as historically fulfilled. The Preterus View held by R.C. Sproul Hank Hennigraff that says all these things of prophecy here have already been fulfilled and not yet to happen in the future, all came out of bad Roman Catholic theology and the Roman Catholics don’t see themselves here at all. George, welcome to Bible In. Thank you. Good morning. I have a question about a Bible, a particular thing. I have a friend who would like a Bible and I have a new believers Bible and a praise and worship study Bible. It’s in a new living translation by Tyndale. Well the new living translation is a paraphrase but also it’s terrible. It implies salvation is by works in James 2 where it says you’re justified by or rather you’re saved by works which is a terrible phrase.

Justification by works before God in the way of rewards is taught in James 2, but not just vacation from the penalty of sin and death and our salvation is never wrought by our works. But also, wherever repent occurs, which the Greek word means change your mind. They just take it a word processor. If you look and compare some of them, you’ll find that they put every place, turn from your sin, turn from your sin, turn from your sin. That’s clearly absolutely wrong in poor scholarship, because the Greek word does not ever mean turn from your sin.

It means to change your mind. Meta, noia, meta meaning change, noia meaning nine. But they just took a word processor and put turn from your sin. And in Ephesians 4, when it tells us about how Christ went down into the heart of the earth and delivered the saints out of paradise and took them up to heaven and the paradise was emptied out, it just completely deletes that story totally in the new living translation. I just think it’s terrible. You just don’t know where you’re gonna be blindsided and doctrines either rob from you as it does in Ephesians 4, 8, through 10, or where it teaches you wrong doctrine on salvation, where the mis-translate repent is turned from your sin, or what you’re gonna get.

I wouldn’t have one myself. Now, this new belief is given out by… They all are, they have good intentions, I’m sure, but you know, Ken Taylor, who is the author of the living Bible believed in evolution, and you can see his influence, even in Genesis 1-1, when he says, in the beginning, when God began all of his creation, that phrase opens up a continuous evolutionary process to bring about animals and man. And obviously, that’s a clear rejection of what the Bible says that God created man right out of the dust of the ground.

There’s no evolutionary product that man is not the result of an evolutionary conveyor belt with monkeys starting on at one end, men popping off at the other end it’s absolutely terrible and and again it’s a one-man deal and he obviously didn’t get a lot of things right what you say they want kentayler all because this uh… he wrote the living bible of the new living oh okay you know i’m sure was taken the next step but they still carry all of his errors with them all well so it’s one man it’s a it’s a pair of paraphrase paraphrase means you can take and express it however you want and obviously they do and they take great liberty and i don’t like the living translation or the new living translation at all Let me ask you another question here quick I hope.

You see sometimes these bumper stickers you know in case of Rapture this car will be driverless which I don’t approve of stuff like that but you know the question comes up how do you suppose God’s gonna work that Rapture I mean we’re all busy in our daily activities and then suddenly I seems to me that would be more strategy, I don’t know, but I’m capable of anything. But I don’t think he’ll take me out of a moving car if I’m driving it 70 miles an hour.

Well, I think that it will be tragic accident, it probably will occur because it’s going to happen. Yeah, I mean, think about it. When it happens in the moment, in the Twinkling of an Eye, some people are going to be doing things that are driving a car and they’ll just be taken out. So I don’t doubt that at all. And of course, then the tribulation period enters and it enters with apparently a big bang with lots of tragic events taking place that will get the attention hopefully of the loss that are left behind.

I heard a pastor say the other day on the radio that he has studied the Bible. You know, he studied this particular part about being saved many, many times. And he says, if you’re not saved, it wraps you. not going to get saved. He said he studied it and nobody is going to be saved during the tribulation. Well, he’s certainly wrong. I’m afraid of what I read. Oh, sure. Absolutely. Plain and simple. When you’re in Revelation between chapter 419, you’re in the tribulation period and chapter 7 verse 9 says he saw great multitude.

It’s no man could number of all nations and kidders and tongues that will become saved during the tribulation period. Georgia got a run but thank you for your call down in Palm Beach Gardens in South Florida. We have Jose in Seminole, Florida. Jose, welcome to Bibleline. How are you? Good. That’s good. I was just listening to a woman earlier who was talking about the book of Daniel. I was thinking of calling you on a couple of things but one thing that was saying in my mind that I really wanted to ask you about and maybe you can answer this.

My question is, the body of Christ, which is the church, did any of those Old Testament prophets up until the apostles know about the body of Christ and the Graceville church? The answer is no. In Ephesians chapter 3, it tells us that this was hid in God from before the foundation of the earth and not revealed until after Israel had clearly rejected their Messiah because his offer to them of the kingdom when he came the first time was a bona fide offer.

God and his foreknowledge knew that they would turn him down and reject Christ, and the kingdom would be postponed for two thousand years, and God would turn to the Gentiles. So if you read Ephesians chapter 3, it’s quite clear that it was not known, it was hid, and they did not know it. So the church is not in the Old Testament, except in type and picture. can look back and see it pictured there. In Genesis chapter 22 you have Abraham offering up his son Isaac, which is a picture of the crucifixion.

In chapter 23, following that, you have the death of Sarah, a picture of Israel being dead and buried for the past 2000 years. And then in chapter 24 of Genesis you have Isaac getting a bride as the Holy Spirit pictured by Eliezer Abraham’s oldest servant going into a far country to get a bride for Isaac, a picture of the church, as the Holy Spirit is indwelling the believers of this age and gathering together a body, which is the bride of Christ for Christ when he comes back at the rapture.

And then after the church is raptured out, which is pictured at the end of chapter 24 in chapter 25 of Genesis you have Abraham getting married again as Sarah had died to Katora and that’s a picture of God going back to dealing with Israel again. That’s exactly what will happen right after the rapture during the tribulation period. So those types are in many places in the Old Testament, that’s just one that came to my mind. But you can see how that it’s everywhere but you wouldn’t have guessed that if you didn’t know the New Testament record andtaining back and look for it.

There you can see playing as day God knew what was going to take place and he gave us that beautiful picture in the life of Abraham. In the spirit right? Yeah, we are placed into- That’s the unique in history. Oh, absolutely. Because the unique thing in history, even the apostles, the twelve apostles, the original twelve. He had no idea that this was going to exist. They didn’t understand it, am I correct? Even right after the resurrection they were saying, Lord will you at this time restore the kingdom?

And he tells them that they weren’t to know when the kingdom would be set up, but they were now to be a part of the brand new plan that the Holy Spirit would come upon all the believers and they would be witnesses unto him and all the world. And of course, turns out that God is using Gentiles to be his witnesses during this 2000 years. And so God will return back to using the Jews as his witnesses once the rapture happens.

And now I have another dilemma or question for you. application of the teaching and regulations uh… lifestyle uh… recommendations or rules and laws that were given the people who are saved but not part of the body of crudgy say that those are still applicable probably not correct Well, obviously God never intended us to break them, but we now approach them from a different perspective. We’re not under the law, but we are now under, in a sense, a higher law, the law of love or the law of liberty, where we do things from the heart, not because we’re commanded.

And if we love the Lord with all of our heart and if we love our neighbor as ourself, then we’re going to fulfill all the Old Testament law without even trying. because if you love your neighbor, you’re not going to steal from him. If you love your neighbor, you’re not going to lie to him. If you love your neighbor, you’re not going to murder him. And so the commandments are all fulfilled in the law of love. So as a believer, we’re under grace or under love, and we are not without law, but we are under a higher law, which we do it from the heart.

So those teachings then are not necessarily to us. They’re for us, but not to us. then would you say that you know since Paul is the apostle to the Gentiles that as Christians we should initially focus on Paul’s teachings since he’s quote our apostle and you know when we well just basically the New Testament the twenty seven books of the New Testament give us all the fine print and the New Covenant came into effect by Christ death as he ratified that covenant that whereby he would save all in the human race it would simply trust Christ the Savior.

Some focus just on the writings of Paul, but we have Peter and we have the writings of John and all these apostles are giving us the fine print of the New Covenant. No, well, I don’t want to take too much time away from your audience, but who divided the Old Testament, New Testament? Was it a, what faction or what group? It was a timeline. The Old Testament was finished 500 years before Christ. New Testament was it written till after Christ was already back in heaven?

So obviously there was about 550 years between the completion of the Old Testament and the beginning of the New Testament. So it’s very clear that the Old Testament was a completed book, 39 books in one book long before Jesus ever came. And then the New Testament… You’re saying that a timeline divides dispensation? Well, Now you get me confused, but the Bible is divided by time, obviously. The Old Testament was finished 500 years before Jesus ever came. The New Testament was not written nor completed until the end of the first century.

So it’s just a matter of time. Thank you a lot, Jose. I appreciate your time. All right. Jose and I got a little bit confused at the end there. I’m not too sure. We were mixing up things here. These sensations each have a start in an ending, for example, the first dispensation that of innocence began in the garden and was ended by man’s failure in eating of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, and then being expelled from the garden, and then the second dispensation picks up.

I want to turn to the prophet Hosea for just a minute and in the prophet Hosea there’s an interesting Hint as to when Jesus will return it says here in verse 15 of chapter 5 of Hosea And I believe it is a prophetic utterance here of Christ And it’s exactly like the words he spoke in the New Testament.

He says I will go and return to my place till they acknowledge their offense and seek my face in their affliction they will seek me early. Here it tells about Jesus leaving after being rejected. It is first coming and that he would return back to heaven to his place till they the Jewish people would acknowledge their offense that is rejection of Christ as they rejected him. And then it says here, and till they seek my face they want to see the Messiah come.

come, and I believe it will happen during the tribulation period. And it says, in the reflection, will they seek me early? And here it talks about affliction prior to. And I think we’ve already seen that in around the world, Jewish people being afflicted in particular during World War II, 6 million Jews being killed by Hitler in his extermination camps. Chapter 6 verse 1 goes on to say, the Jewish peoples cry, come and let us return unto the Lord. people have returned back to the state of Israel and became a nation in 1948.

This year they’ll be celebrating their 60th anniversary. That’s right. Israel has been a nation now for 60 years. Wow. And so it’s interesting that we’re coming up on the end of a whole generation. You know, if a generation is 70 years, then we’ve got 10 more years to see that conclude and Christ would come back in the generation that would be living when Christ would become a nation again. So maybe we’re getting very, very close. I think we are.

I really believe we’re getting close and here the Jewish people will cry out and this has been their cry. Come and let us return unto the Lord for He hath torn and He will heal us. He hath smitten and He will bind us up. So here it talks about the affliction that the Jewish people have gone through and what happened with Hitler and in Europe in World Obviously caused the beginning of the existence of the state of Israel. The world was shocked when they discovered the concentration camps and the Holocaust was unveiled.

And in 1947, the United Nations voted unanimously. Getch that unanimously for the state of Israel to be founded and they took the land that was controlled by the British for World War I one and divided it and allowed the state of Israel to be established. Then it says here in verse 2, and this is the remarkable verse. If you have your Bible open to Hosea chapter 6 verse 2, if not, go back and look at it later. It says, after two days will he revive us?

In the third day he will raise us up and we shall live in a sight. What it’s saying here is after two days the Jewish nation would be revived, And in the third day, He would live in our sight. It says in the third day, we shall live in His sight. Now we know the length of that third day. That’s the millennium. When the Jewish people will be back in the state of Israel and Christ will come back as their king and rule and reign over this earth and rule over the Jews as the king of the Jews.

And over all the rest of the world is king of kings and lord of lords. Wow. So if we know the length of the third day, a thousand years, then obviously the length of the first two days also must each be a thousand years. So what it’s saying here in Hosea chapter six and verse two is after two thousand years, will he revive us? And in the third thousand years, he’ll raise us up and we shall live in his sight.

Oh my goodness, Jesus, of course, in Matthew 23 says exactly the same words that we read in chapter five, verse 15 of Hosea, that he says, I’m leaving, I’m going. decl I’m going to return to my place. That means he’s been here. And then he will return to his place till they acknowledge their offense and seek my face. And here we come up on the end of the age and that’s exactly what’s going to happen. Christ will return and they will be raised up and live in his sight.

Good morning, Professor. How are you today? Good. My comment has to do with what you were saying earlier about how God announces or lets us know about things before they’re discovered. Unfortunately, I don’t have my Bible with me. I’m driving. But there is a place in Proverbs 8 where Solomon describes the Adam. He says, I was describing how God created wisdom, the birth of his work. He says before the first atom of dust and when he first traced the circle, that also describes the movement of the electron around the center of the atom, which wasn’t discovered before Earth 8.

I’ll have to take a look at that passage of fresh, but I know that the Bible definitely talks about the atom, for example, where Peter, just a fisherman, uneducated, but he describes nuclear energy in second Peter 3 10 when he talks about the elements cracking apart. In 1611 the atom was the basic building block of the universe and it was on thought of that an atom could be broken down any simpler into the you know the proton the neutrons and the electrons and so on.

And so they translated the Greek word which means to crack apart as to melt. So it says there in second Peter 3 10 and the King James that the elements would melt but actually the Greek word means to crack apart and it says with fervent heat and obviously that’s what happens when you have a nuclear explosion and so Peter really describes nuclear energy being released when the atom is cracked apart and that’s incredible the Bible is really an amazing book it is because we’re only you know only in this time in history did man understand these concepts because we’re learning about them now but to boy back then they didn’t know.

And so how did Peter know that? It had to be by revelation from God. Exactly. And the first time I read that in Proverbs as well, I wondered how did Solomon without a microspos for it? How could he know if it wasn’t the revelation? Amen. It shows the marvel of God’s Word. This is no doubt a book far above any other book that you can ever read or get your hands on. We need to appreciate it more and get into it.

Well, that’s gonna be a blessing. I just have a quick question. I know that prophecy and parables and the whole book of Revelation being prophecy, how is it as a Bible scholar were you able to interpret the meanings of what they were actually I know the Bible is supposed to be interpreted literally, but… Things like Daniel and the parables and most all of Revelation, how were you able to do that? Well, it’s called Right Me, Dividing the Word of Truth, according to 2 Timothy 2, 15.

And the Bible is the best commentary on the Bible, and obviously whatever interpretation you have has to bring all of the Bible verses into harmony so that you come out with agreement. Because the Bible doesn’t contradict itself. God is obviously the author of the Bible and therefore if it is indeed his book which it is he’s not going to contradict himself so the interpretation has to match up with the rest of God’s word. I know a lot of commentaries that I read give interpretations that really cannot be right because they contradict other passages so the the rule has to be that everything has to harmonize but also I So I think as Dr.

Schofield points out, you do have to also recognize, and we have this on our website where you can read his whole booklet on how to interpret the Bible, rightly divided in the word of truth. And he talks about the different dispensations. You obviously need to recognize that there are certain things that are not for us today, that are part of a closed dispensation. For example, we’re not to offer animal sacrifices today that was under the age or dispensation of law.

Now we’re under grace and we’re no longer under the law, so we’re no longer obligated to offer up animal sacrifices. And of course, they were all pointing to Jesus and he came and fulfilled those sacrifices by himself becoming our sacrifice and so on. So I think you have to really follow some of those principles of interpretation and then you’re going to come out just fine. And a lot of Daniel is explained in Revelation. In fact there are direct quotes in Revelation of Daniel and obviously Daniel is exposed or revealed or explained by many of the passages in Revelation and other places.

So it’s like working your way through a math book when you get to the final chapters. You can’t read and understand those final chapters unless you’ve worked your way through the first chapter. So some of the things that are difficult take time. Right. And luckily we ran across you as someone to teach us and listen to it because I just love the way you go verse by verse and our paragraph and then explain it. It’s been real helpful for me and I’m sure to others too.

Anyway, we’re just all behind you and we’re just thrilled about this new part of Bibleline. And hopefully there will be a lot of people that will not only enjoy it but contribute financially because I believe your ministry is very specially blessed and could use the funding to keep it going. It was a time when I couldn’t listen to your voice. It would make my knees weak. I hate for you. But there’s two quick things I wanted to cover. Last week you mentioned something about a lot of these cults are vegetarians. Yes. And what you were just speaking about making your mind clear, there’s a difference between a clear mind and malnutrition.

Because a lot of strict vegetarians are suffering from malnutrition, which leads to seeing things, hearing things, a lot of willpower and things like that. Well, that’s very interesting. And I think that’s why the cults take advantage of that. It makes them more susceptible to whatever they’re teaching them. Exactly. But the other thing I wanted to mainly call about was I was able to catch a television show a couple of weeks ago. and i thought you doing something on the screen which totally goes against every single way i was raised you wrote in your bible collage no underlying things you put yellow highlighter on it and my grandmother is rolling right we were allowed to make little pencil brackets make a quick little pencil note in the margin and use the blank pages in the back i was raised the same way and our home boy you didn’t

you didn’t uh… the bible’s like uh… i guess uh… like a magic charm in the home and we would keep it out conspicuous but we wouldn’t be allowed to put anything on top of it we would allow anything to disturb it was just boy that was uh… that’s right and and yet it’s really our workbook if we read the bible and i think god would be much more pleased if we wear out two or three of these bibles by uh…

marking them up and using them then to keep it pristine by never looking at it i never thought of it that way by encourage people where i’m out but it was the only one in the lifetime all that fun Well, that’s great. Yeah, I had to really overcome that myself because my family, a boy, they had been in the church I was raised in.

You didn’t put a mark in the Bible at all. And so if you’ve seen my Bible on the TV show, it’s well marked up. In fact, some people have thought it was a Dead Sea scroll because it’s all marked up. in st p welcome to the bible our good morning doctor lintstrom how you doing this morning good good good i was wondering sir if i like your opinion on all this book by uh… jim mcciever uh… revelation for layman i would like to get your opinion on all that because he’s and it’s book he speaks that uh…

christians will go through tribulation well then if he says that then he’s wrong right right right so i wouldn’t read anymore Generally, when they’re flawed in an area as big a flaw as that is, they’re flawed in other areas as well. And obviously doesn’t know how to rightly divide the word of truth. The church is unique and has been slipped between the two companies of Christ. And God’s purpose for Israel was postponed, but it’s going to pick up once the rapture happens.

And the church, the body of Christ, does not belong in the tribulation period. It’s a time, it says in Jeremiah chapter 30 of Jacob’s trouble. It’s a time where God is going to refine Israel and prepare her for the return of the Messiah. I would recommend Charles Rirey’s book on Revelation or John Walvard’s book on Revelation or Clarence Larkin’s book on Revelation or my CD series on Revelation. But I think that would help you and I would put the other one back on the shelf and pick it up again.

Okay, thank you sir. Alright Phil, thank you for calling and we are seeing a lot of confusion. I did a 12 hour series on the Rapture covering all the different positions, the pre-trib rapture, the mid-trib rapture, the partial-trib rapture, the pre-rath rapture and so on and so on and so on. And then of course exposing why they’re wrong. And I love as we pointed out yesterday in 1 Thessalonians 1, 10, if the tribulation period were going to come before the rapture, then why in the world does the Bible say we’re to wait for God’s Son from heaven who has delivered us from the wrath to come?

If the tribulation refers, it would tell us to wait for the tribulation. But the Bible tells us not to wait for tribulation but to wait for Jesus who’s going to deliver us from the tribulation. So I think the Bible is pretty clear and people are not really studying the Bible very carefully. They don’t believe what they read when they see it. That wraps up today’s question and answer segment. As believers in Jesus, there is no other topic that is more important to us than the gospel of Jesus Christ, and it was Dr.

Hank Lindstrom. But they don’t see any future role here. They all see this as historically fulfilled. The Preterous View held by R.C. Sproul Hank Hennigraff that says all these things of prophecy here have already been fulfilled and not yet to happen in the future, all came out of bad Roman Catholic theology and the Roman Catholics don’t see themselves here at all. And those who came out of the Protestant Reformation that took this bad doctrine along with them that you hear on the radio every day don’t believe any of this is future.

And yet you’re going to find in a minute this has to be future and we’ll see that. Notice it says here the great whore that sit upon many waters, the waters of the people around the world. It says he said unto me the waters which thou saw us where the whore siteth are the peoples and multitudes and nations and tongues that are under this religious system’s control, with whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication. And this is talking about spiritual fornication, where the church misleads people as to the truth of the Bible, and they wind up committing spiritual fornication with this church system.

When I was watching the midnight mass of the Roman Catholic Church his past year, the pope was on his throne there in St. Peter’s, Basilica. He had this huge robe that swept down, I don’t know, 60, 80 feet from his presence. They say that that robe cost 150,000 to make. But then the cameras span the front rows of this huge audience in the Vatican for the midnight mass. And the front rows were all dignitaries. They said on television that 120 countries had their ambassadors sitting in those front rows.

The nations of the earth being represented before the Pope in that midnight mass. That is incredible, isn’t it? I don’t know of another religious system in the world that has countries send ambassadors and represent their country to that church system. Do you? How many ambassadors are there to the Presbyterian Church or the Baptist Church or the Methodist Church or the Lutheran Church or any other church or any other religious system that you can think of? It doesn’t happen. There’s only one that the kings of the earth send their ambassadors to and they represent their countries and they are having intercourse with this religious system and the Bible calls and spiritual fornication.

And the Bible says the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with a wine of her fornication. Verse 3 says, He carried me way in the spirit into the wilderness and I saw a woman that’s this religious system sit upon a scarlet colored beast. That’s the Antichrist. And what we find here is that the Antichrist in this religious system are in cahoots together as the Antichrist rises to power and the woman is riding on beast which means that she’s guiding and directing as the writer of a horse would direct the horse’s actions by the reins and so apparently the church will aid the Antichrist and has rise to power in the western world.

Where is the Roman Catholic Church strong in Europe and in the Americas, North and South America and the western nations which will be the ones that will come under the control of the Antichrist where Rome has a great influence. It’s amazing. Look if you will, it says in verse 4, and the woman was raised in purple and scarlet color, purple and scarlet. And decked with gold and precious stones with pearls and having a golden cup in her hand. What is the golden cup?

I believe it is the cup that is used in the Mass that only the priest drinks from. And the Bible talks about that cup because it is a false plan of salvation, a false system of worship. It says here that this cup in her hand is full of what? Abominations and filthiness over fornication. It is the heart of Roman Catholicism is the Mass. And the Mass is an abomination on the side of God. It is a false system where they say that Christ is crucified again.

Every time the Mass is offered. The Roman Catechism, right on the hall, says, what is the Mass? The man’s answer and the Catechism is the Mass is the unbloody sacrifice of Jesus Christ again to pay for sin. The next question, is the Mass the same sacrifices that of Calvary? Answer, Roman catechism. The Mass is the same sacrifices that of Calvary. So every time the Mass is offered up in a Catholic church, Jesus Christ is killed all over again. The Bible says he only died once, never to die again.

The crucifixion will never be repeated, but Rome teaches every time he dies for you at the Mass, your sins are forgiven up to that point and you go out and sin, you come back to the next best and it’s a salvation in increments where you have to keep going back and it’s a false system of salvation. Jesus died once to pay for my sins and I’m saved eternally by the one time death of Christ at Calvary. Verse 5 it says, Upon her forehead was the name written, mystery Babylon.

You can trace this system all the way back to Genesis 10. The book we have over there is well documented and we’ll show you that history. Verse 6, I saw the woman drunken with the blood of saints and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus. Wow, we find in the early centuries Rome was guilty for killing early Christians. And then during the Inquisition in Europe, hundreds of thousands of true believers were killed by the Roman Catholic Church for the crime of saying, I’m saved by the blood of Christ apart from the Roman Catholic Church.

I don’t need the Church to be saved, I need only Christ. And for that they were burned at the stake, they were tortured or killed, and no wonder our forefathers left Europe saying they wanted to flee religious persecution. And to be able to come here to worship God in freedom. The persecution that you never hear anybody tell you about was the persecution of the Roman Catholic Church upon believers and believers fled so they could come here to freely set of their Bible and tell them people about Christ.

In all 13 colonies, when you read the preamble in all 13 of their constitutions, they say that they’re founded so that they could preach the gospel of Jesus Christ in freedom. Freedom from the wrong Catholic Church. That’s how our country is founded. They left Europe to flee Roman Catholicism. Just open your psychopoeia and start studying and that’s really what happened. And we don’t hear that story very often, but that system is still around. And that system will become vicious after the rapture and will help the Antichrist rise the power.

Verse 7, the angel said, and he’ll wear forth this style marvel. I will tell you the mystery of the woman and the beast that carried her, which had the seven heads and ten horns. Verse 8 says, the beast, that’s the antichrist, that which saw a sauce and is not, and shall ascend out of the bottom of the pit and go into perdition. We know that tells us at the end of the millennium, when the beast who will be in the bottom of the pit, that’s Hades or Shil on the heart of the earth, will be brought up and cast into hell, it says they dwell on the earth shall wonder whose names are not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world.

Doesn’t mean their names were not there from the foundation of the world, but the lands look of life, which is from the foundation of the world, when they open the book at the end of the millennium when Satan and the beast and the Antichrist and the false prophet are all cast in the hell, their names won’t be there. And no wonder about this leader, the satanic trinity is cast in the hell. Here is the mind which hath wisdom, verse 9.

The seven heads are seven mountains that should read hills upon which the woman siteth. we learn in verse 18, the woman is that great city which reigneth over the kings of the earth. So here’s a city built upon seven hills. That’s no doubt Rome. It’s famous for being built upon seven hills. There’s a double meaning here. Also the seven heads represent verse 10, seven kings or kingdoms. Five are fallen. One is and the other is not yet come. That takes us all the way back We look back to Genesis 10, where the Babylonian religious system began, and where the nations began.

And during that time, the Antichrist will rise to power, and Jesus will come back at the end of the seven years and defeat him and set up his kingdom and rule and reign here on this planet.

That’s better than a phone book, but it has every word every the thou and and but and shout that it’s in the Bible and it will buy a number code system Give you the original Greek or Hebrew word depending whether it’s the older New Testament and it’s a wonderful way to do some Real study in your Bible if you know one word in a verse you can Look up that one word and it in the strongest in accordance will quote every verse in the Bible where that Word occurs a part of the verse so you’ll be able to find a verse you’ve been looking for real quickly And then it will give you by number code system and you’ll have access to the scholarship of 200

Hebrew Greek scholars But you’ll be able to look up the actual Hebrew or Greek word and what it meant and how it is translated throughout the Bible wonderful tool We have that we also have the vines expository Bible dictionary Which gives you more of the root meanings of the words and really helps you? understand Bible passages by going back to the original language if you go to your regular English dictionary you will not find that you will get necessarily the the meaning that Comes from the original words into our English Bible, but you don’t have to know any Hebrew Greek to figure this one out It’s a wonderful tool.

We have that and also we have the Scofield Bible the old Scofield is is becoming more and more scarce. If you go to your bookstore, they generally don’t carry it. But we have it in stock here, and that’s the only one. In fact, that we recommend as the Old Schofield Reference Bible we have that available, and we have it in a soft, hardback, and leather, and a large print. So you might want to call and talk to our operators about that.

We have the two commentaries that I love so much. The Jameson Fosseb Brown 3-volume, 3-volume underbridge commentary has a comment on every scripture. And so you really got it made with that. Plus we have the J. Vernon McGee Common, a 5-volume. It’s a wonderful set. It retails for about 200. We have it for a gift of 100. And that has something on every chapter in the Bible. So, James and Bernard McGee will get you launched in the right direction and usually you can move forward from there with that.
