You know the Bible is an amazing book and yet it’s amazing how people have difficulty with it and I believe the reason why is because this book is kind of locked out.

The man who is not saved, the unregenerate man, the man who is not born again, the man that is not saved, it says in 1 Corinthians 2 14, the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God. They are foolishness unto him, neither can he know them because they are spiritually discerned. How many times have you had somebody say the Bible is just a lot of foolishness? Or the Bible doesn’t make any sense? Guess what? That’s a tip-off that they don’t know Christ as their Savior.

That’s right, because the Bible doesn’t make any sense to the unsay person. It is a lot of foolishness to the unsay person. It doesn’t make any sense. And that’s what this verse says, 1 Corinthians 2, 14, the natural man, the unsaved man, the unregenerate man, the man who’s not born again, receive it, not the things of the Spirit of God. For they are foolishness in the hymn, neither can he know them because they are spiritually discerned. There’s a doctrine called the doctrine of illumination.

Now the doctrine of inspiration is how we got our Bible, and that’s of course, God God is the author and God speaks through the prophets and the apostles that he is the breath. Actually when it says in 2 Timothy 3 16, all scripture is given by inspiration of God. That phrase given by inspiration of God really literally means God breathed. That God is the breath and he of course uses men, prophets and apostles to bring us the Bible, but the breath that flows across the vocal cords is the breath of God himself.

That God is the author. You know, when you and I speak, we inhale and we take in air and then we expel that air across our vocal cords and we form words. Each of us have a voice that is very unique and different from everybody else’s and usually is recognizable. I know people have told me they’ve recognized my voice. I’ve been out in public. And I would just maybe speak a word. I was out the other day and I happened to take a call from my daughter on the cell phone.

As I spoke to her, somebody came over and said, I recognize that voice. I know who you are and they listened to Bibleline. They just happened to overhear me speak on the telephone with my daughter, but they recognize the voice. Obviously, God used men and their uniquenesses to bring about the Bible and that God himself is the breath that breathed across the vocal cords of that prophet and that apostle that gives us his word. So the word of God is inspired.

All scripture of the Bible says is inspired of God. That means everything from Genesis to Revelation, all of it, is the inspired and fallible in Aaron word of God. We believe the original autographs were absolutely perfect, absolutely without error, that there is no flaw in the original. Every translation obviously has problems. There is no perfect translation. I happen to use the King James translation. I use the old Scofield reference Bible, which I believe is probably the best reference Bible you can get.

And I use it in the King James edition of the text. And it’s excellent. But the problems that are there in the King James are oftentimes worked out in a good study Bible. If you have a scofield Bible you’ll find easily in the center column or down in the footnotes at the bottom it will tell you when a word hasn’t been translated correctly or where a word has changed meaning or where explanation is needed. That’s exciting because that helps you because otherwise just reading along you wouldn’t know unless you carefully studied every word.

This is where a good reference Bible really is helpful. But then there is the doctrine that I just mentioned of illumination, and that is where God opens your understanding to the Word of God. And this is what we are reading about here in 1 Corinthians 2, 14. The natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God. They are foolishness in him. Neither can he know them because they are spiritually discerned. So the Word of God becomes open to the believer.

And as you open your Bible, it’s wonderful to have God open your understanding to the Scriptures. And by the way, I’m still learning all the time. I realize, wow, this book is greater than all of us. This book has been authored by God. this book needs help in understanding it. And the award of course… He is the one who opens our understanding to the word. You know, in the Old Testament we find many prayers where David and others ask God to open their understanding to the Scriptures.

Open my eyes. The hymn says that I might see glimpses of truth that is directly from the Bible where we pray for God to open our understanding to the Scriptures and that’s the doctrine of illumination. That is opening up our understanding to what the Scriptures are saying. The doctrine of inspiration is how God gave us the Bible, but illumination is our opening up of our understanding of the Bible. If you’re a believer, you have everything you need, you have God’s Holy Spirit in you, and when you ask the Lord for help in understanding the Scriptures, He’s going to help you.

And it’s obviously something we ought to always ask as we approach the Word of God. But one thing about the Word of God is that we have wisdom here that’s beyond human wisdom. It’s wisdom from God Almighty Himself. In fact, I love this passage in Psalm 119. It always got my attention as I would read this wonderful Psalm. Psalm 119, here the psalmist says, I have more understanding than all my teachers. Think about all the teachers you may have had through elementary, junior high, senior high, maybe college and maybe graduate school.

In any case, think of all the teachers you’ve had outside of the classroom. And here it says in Psalm 119, 99, I have more understanding than all All my teachers, why? It says for thy testimonies are my meditations. So when you meditate, God’s Word, and you hit the wisdom that God himself imparts through His Word to us, you will have more understanding than all your teachers. Then it says here in verse 100, I understand more than the ancients. Think about the different philosophers that you may have studied, or others who supposedly are wise.

I remember in college we studied a whole lot of different philosophers personally I thought some of them were a little bit crazy. But in any case when I read the Bible God is telling me here that we understand more than these men who are pretty bright and discovered a lot of things that are interesting and are true about human nature and about the world about us. But we find that God’s Word is greater than that. I understand more than the ages.

Why? It says in Psalm 119 100 because I keep thy precepts. You know, here the Word of God lets us know that it is the guidebook to life. Look at verse 105. A verse maybe you heard quoted throughout your life. The Word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my past. Let me quote that again. Psalm 119 105. My Word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my past. The Bible teaches us that we are living in a dark world, speaking of spiritual darkness.

And when you open the Bible, it is like a flashlight, more than a searchlight. And this book will show you the direction to go. And making decisions and then the decisions that you make in the past you will take. The Bible says here thy word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my past. It is also the book that will help keep you from the problems of this world. It says in Psalm 1199, wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way?

And the answer is right here. What a great verse. Psalm 119 verse 9, wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? Here’s the answer by taking heed thereto according to thy word. By taking heed thereto according to thy word. You want to have your life changed as we begin the new year and you want to be sitting out year on the right foot. The answer is in the Bible. The Word of God is the book. It’s the light unto your past.

It is the means by which you can cleanse your way and you find that when you do that it will help you to live a life that is pleasing to God. Verse 11 says here in Psalm 119, Thy word have I hid in my heart that I might not sin against thee. Thy word have I hid in my heart that I might not sin against thee. When you hide God’s word in your heart, I believe it is talking about memorizing.

Any memorized scripture is there in your head that will help you. It’s like a retardant preventing you from sinning. As you get into the Bible and if your mind is programmed whether you don’t want to violate God’s Word and it will keep you from sin. Somebody once said, this book, the Bible, the Word of God will either keep you for sin from sin or sin will keep you from the Bible. Interesting phrase isn’t it? The Bible will keep you from sin or sin will keep you from the Bible Which is it for you?

Are you kept from the Bible because of sin in your life or are you reading the Bible? And it’s keeping you from sin. I’m Dr. Hank Dunstrom. This is Bible and we’re looking forward to talking with you today Our phone number is 1-800-576-3771 and we’re anxious to hear from you Give us a call. We’re going to go over to the east coast of Florida and there we have Tim in Lake Worth, Florida Calling in and Tim welcome to Bibleline.

I knew are on there Good morning a doctor. I’m going to ask you what I’d like to know is if you will explain the difference between the kingdom of God and The kingdom all right Tim and Lake where that’s a great question You’ll find the kingdom of heaven is an expression most often used in the book of Matthew And it has to do with the earthly kingdom that Christ will establish here on this earth. The next on God’s program is the Rapture.

And when the Rapture happens Christ comes part way to the earth, to the upper atmosphere, he shouts and all the believers are evacuated. Every believer is caught up to meet the Lord in the air. That’s the Rapture. Then on the earth, seven years of tribulation the darkest hours of human history will take place, during which time the Antichrist will reveal himself and he will attempt to bring the whole world under his control. And he will try to control the world through a political system, a religious system, and you won’t be able to buy or sell without the mark of the Antichrist, which we believe is probably some kind of a chip in planet and people which without that you will not be able to buy or sell.

The end of that seven years Christ returns and he establishes a thousand year kingdom here on this earth. If you read Revelation chapter 20, it mentions six times that this kingdom is a thousand years in length. It hasn’t happened yet because when it happens, you’ll find that everybody who enters it is a believer. All unbelievers who are still living at the end of the tribulation period will be destroyed by Jesus when He comes and only believers will enter in.

And the whole earth will be at peace. And there will be peace on earth, good Wilford Bender, in that thousand year reign of Christ. Now that expression, Kingdom of Heaven literally should read. And if you have a school field violin, it does a great job of showing you how that expression should be rendered. It should be the Kingdom of the heavens. Daniel talked about this, where the heavens would actually rule over the earth. And during that Millennial Kingdom Christ will be here visibly ruling from Jerusalem over the earth.

Also we are going to come back and we will help him rule and reign over the earth. And the subjects will be those that are still in their mortal bodies that have survived the tribulation period that are believers that will enter into that thousand year period and be the subjects of that period. Now the Kingdom of God is another expression. is much broader in scope and it includes everything that is under God’s sovereignty, everything in the universe, every thing that happens in this universe is under God’s authority and that is the Kingdom of God.

So the Kingdom of Heaven is much more a limited sphere. It is a thousand-year Kingdom. It is an earthly Kingdom. It’s when the kingdoms of this world are ruled over by the powers of Heaven. If you read Ephesians chapter 1 it talks about the dispensation of the fullness of times and that is the millennium when it says there in the heavens, over the earth. Hope that helps a little bit Tim. Thank you very much for that call. We now have a call from New Samarna Beach and we’re going to talk to Chris and Chris.

We welcome you to the Bible and program and thank you for calling in from New Samarna Beach. Thank you for calling in Chris. You know the other. Okay. That all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge are hidden in Christ. My question is, I believe in personal security because it’s that of the scriptures and it shows nowhere where no one’s lost. But I talked to pastors and other believers when I’m with me. And I come to these scriptures and they sit here and read head right in front of us and they still don’t believe in the blood and they say but or some other thing that showed that they’re uh you can lose your salvation.

My question is how we have the mind of Christ when we’re born again to be regenerated have favorite, have all the treasures of the Muslim and mileage. That’s what I believe the answer is that they don’t know the Lord is their Savior and that’s the tip of if they don’t make good sense of the Bible they probably don’t know the Lord is Savior. And obviously anybody believes you can lose your salvation is still working to get it or keep it.

And that is of course the problem and there are many pastors that don’t know the Lord is their 2 Corinthians 11, 13 says for such are false apostles. Deceit for workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel that says for Satan himself is also transformed into an angel of light. So the Bible warns us about not being deceived. Because I was raised in a church where I saw that first hand. I don’t believe my pastor knew the Lord.

I don’t believe anybody in my church knew the Lord. knew the Lord, and when I got saved outside of my church, and I brought the gospel back to my church, all of a sudden I was under the gun. I was a subject of controversy, and my pastor said, you can’t know you have eternal life, and that’s not possible. And of course, I discovered real quickly he didn’t know the Lord is Savior, and I was shocked. It was a big shock to me, but that’s what you’re discovering.

I’m sure you’re talking to people that do not believe what the Bible says and therefore they’re not saying Well, thank you Chris. I appreciate that call and that was from Newsom, or to Beach We now have Jerry in plant city and Jerry welcome to Bibleline you’re on there Yes, sir, first of the best now, so last week that he’s holding in the sign of peace agreement. There’s really a neighbor. And I’m wondering if that is going to be the peace agreement seven years and if that is according to scripture, is the iron one that can almost work in the form.

Well, you know, we don’t really know, but we can watch. We do know. Apparently there will be a piece made with Israel and her neighbors as the tribulation period begins The very fact these talks have been going on now ever since Oslo 20 something years ago tells me we’re in the last days and it looks like there’s a big push now on the part of the Bush administration to finalize something in this coming year or this year that we’re in now 2008.

So it could be that we’re very, very close and that would certainly mark the beginning of the tribulation period. And of course, the person who makes the guarantee is probably going to be the Antichrist. So we’ll just have to keep our eyes on that. We’re going to have to say goodbye to our Miami Listers. They go off the air a little before our other Listers and other areas. But thank you Miami. We’re glad to have you on the air down there.

And by the way, if you want to help Bible and stay on the air in Miami, we could use your prayers and we could use your gifts. You could give a gift by a credit card over the phone if you want to help Bible and continue down there and give us a call. Our friends are standing by and they’ll take your gift. Thank you Miami. And now we’re going to go back to our other callers and listeners and we invite you to give us a call here at Bibleline.

We have Steve in Clearwater who calls in with an offer question and he asks this question in 1 Peter 113. He says, who is Peter speaking to? And the The answer is, Steve, that he’s talking to us who are living today. This is an interesting passage about the Holy Spirit being the author of scripture and how the Holy Spirit is unveiling God’s plan of the ages and how Christ would come twice. It says here in verse 12 and 13 here, 1 Peter, under whom it was revealed that not unto themselves, that is it was revealed to the prophets, revealed to the apostles, and they wrote these things down in what we call the word of God, but it says which are now reported unto you by them who preach the gospel unto you with the Holy Spirit sent down from heaven.

So it tells us here, wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ. Talks about Christ coming back when we’ll fully experience the salvation that we have receive my faith in Jesus Christ. Speaking of believers, believers at this far into the age when it’s all taking place. We got to go to break but we’ll come back into a second half hour of Bibleline.

We hope you will stay tuned for that. Again, if you want to help Bibleline, we could use your financial help and if you want to give a gift by credit card that would be an easy way or call us for an envelope to be sent and you could mail your gift into Bibleline. That would be super and we again thank you for praying for us as we pray for you and it’s great to be with you again today and I hope you’ll tune us in for the rest of the week.

Right now we’re going to go to break, we’ll come back and do a second half hour so keep your radio tuned right where it is and we’ll be right back after this short break. Don’t go away Bibleline, we’ll be back in a moment. Give us a call at 1-800-576-3771. That’s 1-800-576-3771. I’m Dr. England Sermann. It’s great to be with you today. Again, let me date you on a few things. We are excited about going to Israel. And if you would like to go, I’m telling you it’s a life-changing event.

And you might as well seize the opportunity while it’s here. There may not be more opportunities to go, and it’ll just transform your life. life. Your understanding of the scriptures is like I would say a year’s worth of Bible education crammed in the two weeks. It’s on the job learning type of thing where you’re right there on the spot where things took place. We opened the Bible, we look at it, we see it. What a way to learn because it really cements it into your mind and you’ll come home visualizing the sites, the places and the stories will be cemented in your mind forever.

Why Why not plan to go give us a call? We’ll give you the Sydney University immediately or you can look at it online, go to BibleLineMinistries.org. Click on the Bibleline News on the homepage and you can pull up the four-page brochure and the two-page itinerary. I would love to personally talk to you. It’ll be a safe trip. I wouldn’t take you into danger. And we were just there March of last year and we had a super duper time. We never even so much heard so much as a car back fire.

It was a wonderful trip and I think this was going to be better. We got some really exciting new things planned and I want you to be on board with me. Give us a call and we’re going to talk to you about how you can make this decision to go. Also, we want you to know we’re going to be offering all of the CDs for the year of 2007. If you’d like to get all 52 sermons, 52 CDs, that’s a lot of listening, but two and a half 50 hours worth of rather 52 hours of listening, 52 CDs.

And we are offering that for a special gift of $250, which will help by one. will send you the entire year. Wouldn’t that be great? And I hope you’ll do that. Also, we are, of course, listeners supported if you want to give just a gift directly to Bible and to help Bible and that will assure that we stay on the air in your area. Would you do that? Give us a call. You can ask for envelopes to be sent with our address on it and mail your gift or you can call and give a gift by credit card over the phone.

Hope If you will, and certainly pray for Bible and Woodyard, and have a… A great year with us. By the way, we’re going to now return to stations that have been on break into the second half hour. So keep your radio tuned right where it is as we come back to stations that have been on break and here we do the second half hour. If you like to call Bibleline and ask Dr. Lindstrom a question, you can. Just pick up your phone and dial 1-800-576-3771.

Now here again is Dr. Hank Lynch from… Oh, right, we’re back for that break. And we’ve got a lot of exciting things to talk about here on Bible and we’re going to begin a new series of classes. I’m going to be teaching beginning a week from tomorrow, January 15th. We’ll start on Tuesday night for five weeks, two hours per night. We’ll be teaching 1st Peter, five incredible chapters dealing with lots of life’s success. issues, suffering, pain, adversity, tribulation, and it covers so many doctrines though, it’s just not limited to that.

But what a book of encouragement first Peter is. You’ll become familiar with this book as we go through it in 10 hours of teaching over five weeks. We’d love to have you if you live in the area to be able to come and take this series of classes. If you live in another area, you’ll be able to get the class on CD as we have about 40 different presentations on CD. We hope that you’ll maybe decide to get the CD series.

You can order it in advance and we’ll ship it out as soon as we finish the teaching. But that’s going to be Tuesday, January 15th at 7pm. If you’re in driving distance, we hope you’ll come sign up and take a class. It’s going to be for a gift of $50, the Bible and that’s really just $5 per class hour times the 10 hours of teaching $50 and that’ll help Bible and stay on the air. And at the same time you’ll benefit from this teaching verse by verse in 1 Peter.

And if you can’t attend, there will be an opportunity for you to get these series on CD. I hope you will and that’s exciting. So Israel is coming up. If you want to go with me on my 15th trip to Israel, we’ll have a dynamite time. It’s like a year’s worth of Bible education as you will be actually opening your Bible on the spot where things took place. We’ll go to the Hill of Calvary. We go to the Tomb of Christ.

We’ll baptize in the Jordan River. We’ll swim in the Dead Sea. All kinds of wonderful things. And I think you’ll just find it’ll impact your life in a way that you’ll never be the same. And here’s an opportunity. You may not get another one in this lifetime. And I think I wouldn’t go back if I didn’t think it was an absolutely incredible experience that will just open your understanding to the Word of God in a very real way. Because so many things we have conceived in our minds are wrong.

And when you get to Israel, you’ll see all of those wrong ideas dispelled immediately. you’ll really just come alive spiritually. So come on and go with me. Give me a call. We’ll get that brochure out to you immediately and I’ll be glad to talk to you personally about the trip and what you need to do. We’ll help you through the whole experience. We also want you to know that we’re offering all of last year’s sermons, 52 weeks of sermons for a Our special gift of $250 will send out all 52 sermons.

That’s 52 hours of teaching all available for you on CD. And so if you’re interested in that call, it’ll help by the line, but you’ll also have 52 hours of teaching to listen to in your CD player and your car wherever you go. We are going to get to our callers here. We got a bunch waiting to go. We have Anomalous out in Colleen, Texas. Anomalous welcome to Bibleline you are on the air. Good morning. Good morning. I got a question about Matthew of 10 and 5.

Is this, I’m going to read it here, is it these 12 Jesus sent for and commanded them saying go not into the way of the Gentiles and that to any city of the Samaritans, enter ye not. Was there a reason to hate it and what them would go and talk to the Gentiles during that period of time? Well, we… Well the answer is that they were preaching the gospel of the kingdom. The kingdom was a kingdom promised to Israel and it was predicated on Israel accepting her Messiah.

And so here they were to preach the Kingdom of Heaven. The kingdom was on the earth Jesus and had Israel received Christ as their king that kingdom would have been established at his first coming. But because Christ was rejected that kingdom has been postponed and will not commence until Jesus comes the second time. INCLUD Rutherford AadhaarSHARE SEA And so he offers Israel this opportunity to have the kingdom, but they turn him down. So this ministry was short-lived and we find that it’s not too much later that we find that everything shifts.

In chapter 16 of Matthew beginning in verse 12, you find that Christ starts to turn to the Gentiles and we find later in that. in that same chapter, he announces at a Gentile city, Caesarea Philippi, in northern Israel that he’s now going to build his church. The church being the body of Christ, the Jews and Gentiles in one body during the interimReply between the two chemis of Christ. So up until Christ is clearly rejected by the leadership of Israel, this message was exclusively preached just to the Jewish nation.

Okay, now, not a rejected would it have? Well, if we’re not talking about the gospel here about how to be saved. If you have a skill field, this is what’s so helpful. Skill field points out there are four gospels. There’s the everlasting gospel. There’s the gospel of the kingdom. And then there’s the gospel that God has saved, the gospel of the grace of God, which has always been preached from Genesis to Revelation. And that is salvation through faith alone and Christ alone, the gospel of God’s grace.

And then there is another gospel, the counterfeit of Christianity, which most of Christianity is preaching. That is a message of Christ plus other things as essential to salvation. And you have to distinguish what the gospel is being preached here. This is clearly in verse 7 there at the gospel of the kingdom. It says, go and preach the gospel of the kingdom. That is a special message that is not being preached today, but will be preached again during the tribulation period as Israel again will be offered the kingdom.

Okay, and that is only to be one when Jesus is upon the earth. Well, it’s a gospel, a good news message that Christ is ready to do that, but he will not come back. You know, if you read the end of Matthew 23, Jesus said, you’re not going to see me hence forth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord. Of course, God’s name is YHWH, and connected with the word Solation, the contraction is YUSHUA, and the English form of YUSHUA is Jesus.

So when they say, Blessed are happy as the one who comes in the name of Jesus, he comes back. And during the tribulation period, apparently a large number millions of Jews will get saved and they will say blessed is the one who comes in the name of Jesus in Christ will return. Okay. Thank you so much and that was an anonymous call from Colleen Texas. We have Dave in Plant City and Dave welcome to Bibleline good. Good. Thank you.

I’ve got a quick question for you. Looking at the presidential candidates. Are there any that you feel could possibly be the anti-crites and I’ll hang up and listen to your response? Thank you. Are there? And I’m not going to tell you which one is. The Antichrist will not really be revealed until after the Rapture. So we can speculate and people have done so all the way back to Mussolini, Hitler and others who have come along have been speculated to be the Antichrist and obviously those were all the wrong answers.

So we may or may not be looking at the Antichrist today but the Antichrist is going to be probably a great orator. He’ll probably sound like a real good guy. He’ll come offering peace, the Bible says. I have an article that I’ve written on the website available to you and it lists about 50 to 20 qualities of Antichrist, how to recognize him. But again, we can only speculate this side of the Rapture as to who that might be. So I don’t know who the Antichrist is and I can only give you some hints as to what to look for, but again we won’t really know until after the Rapture has taken place.

Dave, thank you for that call. We appreciate it so much. We have here Ishmael in Tampa, Florida and he says, please explain James 224. That says UC. Then how that by works a man is justified and not by faith only. Well, what it’s saying here is that men are justified by works before men but not before God. The key here is the phrase you see. You see. Not God sees. God looks at the heart. First Samuel 16 7 says the Lord looks on the heart but man looks on the outward appearance.

And so here the key thought here is you see, not God sees you see. And by works a man is justified before other men and not by faith only because men can only see our works. They can’t see our faith. I can’t look at somebody and say, wow, they have faith. I can see it radiate out of their brain. I can’t do that. I can only go by their works and look at that and make an observation and say, well, I think they’re a believer because of this and that and the other.

But I don’t really know for sure and I can be fooled. So could you, but God won’t be fooled. He knows exactly who they are that believe and who do not believe. But James is talking about believers being rewarded at the judgment of Christ and being able to impact other’s lives. And the only way we can do that is by work. through no way you’re going to sit in your closet and do nothing and have no works and be able to reach other people for Christ.

Thank you, Ishmael. I hope that helps if not, call me back. Jim in Petersburg, Virginia says, have you heard of R.C. Sproul? And if so, what is his doctrine? Well, he has reformed theology, and R.C. Sproul believes that you have no choice in your salvation. God has already picked you out to be saved. If you’re to be saved and if you’re not picked out, you wind up in hell. He’s also a replacement theology that Israel today, the people in Israel, have no claim to that land.

It does not belong to the Jewish people and that God has replaced Israel with the church. And so the church today is Israel that again is totally false teaching and that’s certainly wrong. Unfortunately, many Christians therefore have an anti-Semitic approach toward Jewish people and the ones in the state of Israel because they believe they don’t belong there. But if you read Jeremiah 31, that amazing chapter says that if the sun does not shine anymore and the moon does not reflect light at night or the stars, then God is done with Israel.

The sun came up today. God has not done with Israel. And if the moon was seen recently, then God has not done with Israel. And it’s very, very clearly, God will never be done with Israel. And He makes that very clear. The language is very, very powerful. It says in the book of Romans, chapter 11, in verse 2, has God cast the way His people which He formed new? It says, God forbid. did not cast away Israel. So obviously this is wrong teaching and I’m afraid the R.C.

Brole is teaching backward. In other words he’s dipping back to the Reformation to teach reformed theology rather than moving forward and really discovering the new truths in the Bible that refute replacement theology and show that Calvin is wrong. Calvinism is certainly not correct. I don’t believe in any of the five points of Calvinism. I believe we have a choice to accept Christ and once you accept Him you are predestined to go to heaven. All believers are predestined to go to heaven.

All unbelievers are predestined to go to hell but the choice is clearly yours. The ball is in your court. You can accept to reject Christ. Thank you Jim and Peter’sburg Virginia for asking that question off here. We have Greg in camp of Florida leaves us off their question. He says please explain how you ascertain your belief that Gog and Maygog of Ezekiel 38 and 39 will occur during Armageddon and not at some point in time during the tribulation period Well, the answer is very simple only have to turn is to Ezekiel 38 and read for yourself It says here in Ezekiel chapter 38 in verse 19 God says, in my jealousy and in the fire of my wrath have I spoken, says, surely in that day there should be a great shaking in the land of Israel so that the fishes of the sea In the fowls of heaven and the beasts of the field, in all creeping things that creep upon the earth, are you ready with your pen now?

Ezekiel 3820, in the middle of earth, it says, and all the men that are upon the face of the earth shall shake at my presence. This is God speaking. God is going to return at the end of the tribulation period, and so the whole earth here at this battle called Gaga Meghang will shake at Christ’s presence when he comes back. It’s clearly at the end. Christ doesn’t come back a couple times in the tribulation period. He doesn’t come back in the middle.

He comes back at the end and the whole earth and all the men on the face of the whole earth will shake at his presence. That is clearly the end of the Tribulation. Very great. I hope that helps. I think that’s a verse that nails it right there without going any further. We have Dorothea in Chester, Virginia and Dorothea. Welcome to Bibleline you’re on the earth. Yes ma’am. There’s a question I’d like to ask you. You were just talking on the Mormons.

Well, you have said in the last, you know, the past that Jesus died for our past, present the future sins. That’s correct. And if not, Jesus is a liar, well, if this person was saved in the beginning, before he turned, you know, and started to believe in as the Mormon, can you explain that please? Well, of course, if you get saved, you’re saved forever, but… That’s correct.

But Mormons, you know, I’m sure all of them are probably not Christian at all, but it’s possible somebody could be saved and then become a Mormon if they get off into bad teaching. But the likelihood is more that they’re believing these doctrines from the get-go and are not saved at all. Mormonism is not a Christian religion. They talk about being the Church of the Latter-day Saints of Jesus Christ, but the Jesus they believe in is not the Jesus of the Bible.

In Mormon theology, Jesus and Satan are brothers. That certainly is not true. Jesus and Mormon theology is a created being. He is not God. He had a beginning and the Bible says that he has no beginning. He has no end of days, nor beginning of days, that he is eternally the second member of the Godhead, the Son of God. So yes, it is possible for someone to get saved and become a Mormon and then be in bad doctrine, but more likely, and I would assume that they’re not saved if they bought it into this doctrine and that they don’t know the Lord of Savior.

So we need to pray for the Mormons, they need to be saved. And they claim that they’re aliens, they claim that they have come from the planet Colab, K-O-L-A-B, and they’ve migrated here and taken on bodies that were created by Jesus, who is the Adam God. So Adam in the garden was Jesus. And that’s interesting that Jesus could sin and fall as Adam God took it to fruit. Well unfortunately this is really, really, really, really, really, really bad theology and certainly is far from the Bible and Mormon of ism is and even close.

It’s unfortunately a false religious system. Right. So therefore they want to say that they get me. I don’t. I don’t think so. I don’t think you’re right. that’s uh… you know it’s possible but it’s very unlikely that that would be the case look at the house to something else i have to plan someone to say and they are they forget about the government do not deal you know so can you well you know the uh… command dawson that killed the actual Hebrew word means murder and i know i remember so being a little boy uh…

We were told that you couldn’t even kill an ant. So I guess if you were an exterminator, you’d be in deep trouble with God because of all the bugs you killed throughout your lifetime. But it’s not talking about murder. In the Old Testament, it was perfectly okay to defend your house, your home, your family. If an intruder came in and the person was killed in the struggle to defend your family, it was called Justifiable Homicide. laws today, reflect that same teaching where you are allowed to defend your family in your home and if you kill the intruder in that process of defending your home, you’ll not be charged for that.

So it doesn’t mean that you shall not kill it, it does mean you shall not do or commit murder. Okay, I was just going to be sure because I listened to you almost every day and I’ve certainly been blessed but I was concerned about the past, present and future things. But if you are really saved you’re not going to want to be here these things. But I’ve had people, you know, discuss, we discussed our beliefs and I just wanted to be sure about this.

I had a moment to tell. Tell somebody something wrong. That’s right. I appreciate this. All right. Thank you, Dorothea. And of course the answer is exactly that. Once you’re saved, your stay for every because Christ did pay for all of your sins, past, present and future, and you’re saved eternally from that moment on. We have Geno in Tampa, Florida. Geno, welcome to the Bible on your own here. Yes, how you doing? I’m even inquiring about, I want to inquire about, they are the same people who have to do with people that when they were in captivity in Egypt.

What did they originally come from prior to coming, being captured by a captive? Did they come from, were they captured throughout Africa? Did they come from other countries? Prior to, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, crossing over the sea, uh, when, um, uh, Moses part of the scene where they all were like a million of them and were they different ethnicities or where they are just one people that looked the same or they were different people. I’m going to hang nothing.

All right. Thank you, Gina. And the answer is that it came from one man. God chose a man named Abram if you read Genesis chapter 12 and he lived in Iraq in the land of Ur which was between the two rivers down in the Delta region which were in a fertile area and that was between the Euphrates and the Tigris rivers and there is where Abraham lived. God appeared to him and asked him to go to a land that he had never seen and that he would make a great nation of him.

So the descendants of Abraham have become the Jewish people or the Israelites. When they were very young, when there was only about 70, Abraham had Isaac, Isaac had Jacob, Jacob had 12 sons, and when they were just a small group, about 70, went down to Egypt during a time of great famine, and their god, and since, grew the nation of Israel into a nation. And when they came out 430 years later, there were probably several millions that crossed the Red Sea into the wilderness and then they entered the Promised Land under Joshua.

But it began with one man and then as an embryo form, Israel, where he was birthed by Egypt came out of Egypt as a full fledged nation and they ended up from this land. And of course, 2000 years ago they lost that land again as the Romans kicked them out of Israel. And now they have recently returned as a great miracle, the re-establishment of the state of Israel which has happened in our time. So I hope that helps, Gino, and we appreciate your call.
