Those who will walk in here will see except we won’t get to shake your hand. But also you can visit our worship services if you like and serve your walk them on a Sunday.

And we’d love to have you come by, but if you can’t, guess what? You can visit our worship services by going online to BibleLineMinistries.org. Click on the camera. You’ll be connected to the archives and you’ll get a year’s worth of sermons. But if you do it at 11 o’clock Sunday morning, you’ll be able to catch the worship service live. It’s Tuesday. It’s good to be with you. We just finished last week. First Peter. And so that series is done.

If you’d like to get the 10 hours of teaching verse by verse on first Peter, then you can call and we have it on CB and DVD. I think you’ll find that it’s a wonderful study. You’ll certainly be blessed, I believe, as you get into God’s Word, and hopefully this CD series, explaining verse by verse this wonderful book, you will benefit greatly. So keep that in mind, we’re gonna leave for Israel shortly, and when we get back, we’ll teach second Peter.

We’ll do 10 hours of teaching on second Peter, and that’ll complete the series on first and second Peter. We certainly hope that you’ll take advantage of the CD offers. By the way our resource center has some wonderful books. We have one called Every Prophecy of the Bible by John Walford. Incredible author. Every prophecy of the Bible. Now I hadn’t checked to make sure you got every one of them in there. But that’s quite a title. Every prophecy of the Bible and one of the great great books.

We have another one of you like prophecy called Things to Come by Dwight Pentecost. Incredible book. And we get some really super duper ones. You know most Christian bookstores nowadays have become gift shops and they have lots of trinkets and t-shirts and bracelets and things to hang on your wall. But when you talk about serious Bible teaching you hardly find it available anymore and our resource resource that are specialized is on giving you the best of the best in a way of books so you don’t waste your money.

And if you want to learn the Bible the ones we have I believe We recommend very highly. We have two great commentaries. We’ve got the Jameson Foset Brown commentary. My favorite. It’s a three volume set and it retails for about 140. We have it for the gift of 100. We also have the Jay Burnham McGee, five volume commentary and that retails for 200 and we have it for 100. And these are great, great to have in your library. If you teach study school or teach a class or do Bible research at all, these are great in having your arsenal.

We also have the strongest in accordance. Every the, every thou, every and every but, every shout, every word that occurs in your Bible is in there. And with a number code system, you have access to the Hebrew and Greek words and their meanings and how it’s translated. Actually the combined scholarship of 200 Hebrew and Greek scholars at your fingertips, and guess what? It retails for much more, but we have it for gift of $35. It’s big and thick too.

If you have small children, this will help raise them up to three inches at the table. You might find it’s got multiple uses. By the many cases, it’s about three inches thick. It’s a huge book and well worth every nine. We have the book called The Exodus Case. If you’d like to see pictures, photographs, in color of the cherry wheels, of Pharaoh’s Army, at the bottom of the Red Sea. Incredible book. It’s what I call a coffee table book.

You have that out people begin to look through it and they see those pictures of the Red Sea. The chair wheels at the bottom. Wow, it’s got to get a conversation going about the Lord and about the Bible about its accuracy and about how this is no ordinary book. The Bible is incredible. Wow. So that’s another one and we have another one that’s really well priced for about $20. It’s like thick and it’s like a national geographic of the paper quality and the pictures taking you through the whole Bible.

It’s called a handbook of the Bible by Zandervin and it is incredible. The price is really there affordable. It’s another coffee table, a Bible or book that will cause people to look and start conversations. And obviously that makes it easy. Once the conversation is started, you can perhaps tell them about how to go to heaven and lead them to Christ. I’m Dr. Anglican. This is Bible and we’re going to talk about the Scriptures for a few minutes. I’d like you to turn back with me to Isaiah, chapter 48.

Do you have your Bible handy. If you do turn with me right now and I use the old Schulteel reference Bible and if you happen to have one of those which I hope all of our audience will eventually get one it is on going to be on page and I’ll help by giving you the page number here it’ll be on page 700 and 56 756 the old Schulteel Bible is the one you want to get if you go to the Christian books I’m going to try to say the new hybrid.

The notes are watered down. The notes are not as potent. The notes, they are also many have been added by other contributors. They don’t tell you who. I disagree with many of the new notes. I think you’re getting something that’s very inferior to the original old school field. That’s all we sell. We could get you the other, but I wouldn’t recommend it. So all we stock is the old school field. It’s getting difficult to get them anymore in all the different editions of people like.

But we are getting the old school film here and we have it in our Resource Center. Third of all, Isaiah 48, page 756, if you have the old school film. And God says here in verse 3, I have declared the former things from the beginning. They went forth out of my mouth. I showed them. He did them suddenly and they came to pass. Because I knew that thou art obstinate, and thy neck is an iron sinew, and thou brow brass.

When I read verse 4 here in Isaiah chapter 48, I really found the disverse got me. It caught my attention. I sat up straight. I began to look at it again and I said, you know, God really knows us. At least he knew me. I thought he describes me to the tea. He says, I knew that you were obstinate. I knew that you were brass-headed. I knew you were iron-necked. And I said, wow, that’s me. So God says so that you can know that this book, the Bible, the Word of God, is my book.

He says in verse 5, I have even from the beginning declared it to the before it came to pass. I showed it the incredible part about our Bible. Nearly one quarter of the Bible is history written before the history takes place and it’s never wrong. Can you imagine a book that writes history before the history happens and happens exactly like God said it would? That’s what he’s saying here. Because I knew that you’re obstinate, your neck is an air and sin and your brow is brass.

I have even from the beginning declared it to thee. Before it came to pass, I showed it thee. Why? Here it is. Verse 5 of Isaiah 48, lest now should I say my idol hath done them, my Greek image hath done them, and my molten image hath commanded them. In other words, lest you should say, well, my religion or my faith is the correct one. God says so that you can know that my Bible is what is correct and that I am the author of it.

I am going to tell you things before they ever come to pass. Did you know that the Bible tells the whole history of Israel over the past 4,000 years accurately? Absolutely incredible. Tell me about their political system, their religious system and how the Messiah would come and how He would be rejected and crucified and how He would come back from the end, how that he would leave and go back to heaven how he would come a second time and I believe we are very close now to the second coming of Jesus Christ.

We are getting close. It is right around the corner and maybe, maybe, maybe it would be this year. Wouldn’t that be something? If you are a believer and you have trusted Christ as your Savior and He is the only means of your salvation should the Lord come at the Rapture this year, you will be caught up be a part of a group that will never die. Can you imagine? Never die. You’ll be caught up alive, the Bible says. And your body will be transformed on the way up into your new heavenly resurrection body.

And you’ll be with the Lord forever. You’ll never experience death. Did you know that? There’s a large group of people that will be evacuated from the planet at the event called the Raptor that will never experience death. Never experience death. Jesus spoke about it in John 1126 and says, Then whosoever, liveth and believeth in me shall never die. He’s talking about a group that’s living that believes on him at the event when he comes back that will never die.

That’s right, never die. Wow, I’m looking forward to being in that group. I think we are close enough that if I just stay healthy a little bit longer, I’m going to begin it. How about you? But God says, look, I know you’re obstinate. I know you’re hard to be convinced. I know you’re grass-headed. So I’m going to tell you things before you ever do them, before they ever come to pass, that you can know that I am the author of the Bible.

Did you know just in the area of science the Bible is right on? Did you know that the Bible teaches the earth is round and Isaiah 40-22? That’s right. And over 2,000 years before Columbus ever sailed the ocean blue in 1492, it wasn’t until Columbus and then Magellan following him sailed all the way around the world that they really knew the earth was round. The earth was believed to be flat, but God said the earth is round in several places, Isaiah 4022.

The King James Bible uses the word circle there to describe the shape of the earth, but actually the Hebrew word means a sphere. It actually says in Isaiah in the Hebrew that the earth is a round sphere, 2600 years ago. Wow, God says, look, I know you’re obstinate. I know you’re hard to be convinced. I know you’re difficult to deal with. I know you’re brass ended. But I’m going to tell you things you couldn’t possibly have known. And way before man ever discovered God tells us that.

Did you know that the Bible tells us Einstein’s formula? Ease E.C.M.C. squared. Einstein was 3,000 years late. The Bible says that God created the universe out of His energy, Jeremiah 10, 12. God created the universe out of His energy. the concept is E is equal to Mc squared, E is equal to M matter times the coefficient of light squared. Energy and mass are equatable and we find that the bible teaches and Einstein bore it out that energy can be converted into matter and matter can be created into energy.

You ever heard of the atomic bomb? You know when those little atoms crack apart in a nuclear explosion, the matter is converted into energy and the energy is so great from a little bit of matter, look at the destruction that the atomic bomb can do. Wow. And God in his energy created the universe and he’s telling us that 3,000 years before Einstein comes along and tells us the same thing. The Bible of course is amazing and it tells us even that the earth is hung in space upon nothing, though visible support.

If you look up Job 26-7 written 3500 years ago, it says that God stretches up the North of an empty place and hangs the earth upon nothing. Did you see those five pictures from the moon when the astronauts went there? We all saw those great big steel cables hooked to the poles of the earth at home to the earth and placed right wrong. There was nothing, what an incredible picture to see the earth suspended in space upon nothing when scientists didn’t believe that.

But yet the Bible told that thirty-five hundred years ago. the earth is suspended in space upon nothing. You know, if you ask a scientist what holds the earth in place, he’ll say gravity. And then if you ask him what is gravity, he’ll say, well that’s what holds the earth in place. They just go around in a big circle. It’ll bring you new information. Amazing, huh? Well, this is the kind of Bible it is in 1948, God says, look, I know you’re obstinate.

I know you’re brass headed. I know you’re iron neck. I know you’re hard to be convinced. I guess what? I’m going to give you proof. I’m going to show you things in my Bible that you couldn’t possibly have known before you ever discovered them so that when you do discover them you’ll realize I am the author of the Bible. I am the author. That’s exciting. I’m Dr. Hank Vins from we’re going to be taking our callers in just a minute if you’d like to call in.

The phone number is 1-800-576-3771. 1-800-576-3771 We hope that you will give us a call and we’ll get you up on the line and answer your question. Of course you can leave an offer question and we got lots of those. We’re going to try to get those offer questions answered today. Some of them anyway. We’ll see what happens. We’ve got so many and just be patient. But this will get to those as quickly as we can. We have a caller from Pittsburgh and in Pennsylvania and we’re on the air every day up there in Pittsburgh.

again. It’s good to have you Vivian on the air with us and Vivian, welcome to the bottom line. You’re on the air. For you, feel related. One is if Mary can’t hear our prayers and she can’t write. If she cannot, Mary cannot hear your prayers. Then why does she call herself blessed among women? All generations will call it That’s my first question. Well, she didn’t call herself that. God said that she would be blessed in this because she was the one woman who was privileged to be the mother of the flesh that God would take upon himself, the word Jesus Christ, came of her lineage.

She was related back to King David. And of the flesh, Jesus Christ is related back to King David to fulfill the prophecies of the Old Testament. it was through Mary that she was that special woman who bore the flesh that God took upon himself. And so she is blessed to be that one woman that was chosen. You know, throughout all of the Old Testament times God spoke about this child that would be born of a woman that would be the Messiah.

Genesis 3.15 is the first promise. And all of the Jewish women, especially those who were raised Jewish, were praying and hoping that they might be that special woman. Mary of course was the one that God chose. So that’s the answer to that. Well my second question is, I will say the people pray too, they can’t help you can they? No they can’t, they cannot at all. And there’s a great verse, 1 Timothy 2 5 says there’s one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.

So there’s only one. Well, they wanted a different teacher to teach that. Well I’m afraid they teach it for whatever reason but we are definitely, they’re wrong because there’s only one mediator and it’s forbidden in fact to pray to the saints in the Bible. We’re not to pray to the saints and we’re not to pray to the dead which is forbidden. Isaiah 8 talks about being forbidden to pray to the dead and obviously those who are even believers or saints when they die or the dead and we’re not to pray to them.

We’re only pray to God through Jesus Christ who is the mediator and that’s in 1st Timothy 2 5. There’s one God and one mediator between God and then the man Christ Jesus. How about these very much? Thank you. If they’re welcome Vivian, thank you for calling in from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and now we’re going to go to Louie in Newport, Richie and Louie. Welcome to my blend.

Who are you there? Yeah, okay. You’re on there. You’re kind of early on my radio later. Listen, I took questions. I have. What do you think of what tomorrow is world? Go Adolph your church and W. And Herbert W. Armstrong and I’ll listen to your comments, okay, okay? Well obviously obviously Herbert de Vionthron is now deceased and he is going to be in health forever. You know, he didn’t believe in hell. He began this cult like a religious system that was a combination of three different cults.

It was a combination of Jehovah’s Witnesses and Jehovah’s Witnesses and seven dead men and another cult called British Israelism. It was a salvation by works. You can lose your salvation. Obviously taught that the different countries of Europe really were Israel, and Israel was in the land of Israel, not the Jews. Totally bad teaching on every count denied the big doctrine of hell just like the Jehovah’s Witnesses and the Seventh Adventist came off the same shoots. But obviously very, very wrong.

Very, very powerful ministry for a long time. And his son, Garner Ted, for a while was their voice on the radio out of Pasadena, California. And he would say, well, tomorrow with your radio host, Garner Ted Armstrong, I used to be able to do his an invitation. good, but he’s, this is a false group and you don’t want to be with it at all. Thank you so much for calling in and we’re now going to go to John in Seminole, Florida.

John, welcome to Bible In Your Own The Air. Good morning, Hank. I have a question. I know you’re starting to get called on interest in the anti-Christ as we draw a closer and closer. I know the anti-Christ will not be revealed for after the rapture. I guess there’s a lot of talk on the internet and just speaking to other Christians about Obama. I guess Janet partial had said that I guess he was considered a Muslim by birthright through his father.

Is a Muslim? that i must be considered jibby jewish because in your article the anti-clifes says that he will be jewish yeah i don’t i don’t think so Obama was apparently raised in school in Jakarta in radical Islam as a child in Indonesia. But he of course recently departed from that past and divorced himself and now is in a church of Christ in Chicago that is really anti-white. It’s a black extremist church with bad doctrine. So if he believes the doctrine of that church then Obama is not saying because they believe in water baptism or salvation works for salvation and it is a false church but it’s also anti-white and very much racist.

And so it’s interesting. Well, this is up to wait and see what will happen. Obviously you and I as believers are going to be delivered from the darkest hours that will be coming on this Earth soon and we just don’t really have to worry because we’re going to be snatched out of here. I’m glad that the rapture is coming because as you can see and most people can see, this world is not getting better. It’s seemingly only getting worse.

Look at the headlines every day and you’ll see the terrible things that are happening on our planet and the prospect for nuclear war grows greater every day as more countries want to be able to deliver that nuclear weapon. You know, Iran now has launched their own rocket that could possibly deliver maybe a nuclear warhead all the way to the United States. This is scary when you have a country like that with a leader as crazy as a Benajom who declares he wants to destroy Israel and also he’d like to destroy the United States.

Obviously, I can’t believe we laid them into our country to speak at the United Nations. And one of our colleges opened it up for him to address them as well. Thank you for calling in. We appreciate that call. We’re now going to go to Brother Adwell, and he is in San Juan, and Brother Adwell. We got just a little bit of time here. Welcome to Viva Land. Yes, sir. I just heard you say something a little bit. You were talking before the rapture, you were talking about the second coming of Christ.

Now you’ve said before that the second coming in the rapture are two separate deals. Well, you’re absolutely right and I don’t want to blur that for you. But the rapture’s first and then seven years later there is the second coming which is where Christ actually touches his feet down on the surface of the earth. I have talked to you about this before. Now, in 2nd Thessalonians, and for me, there’s a second Thessalonians, the Thessalonian people had thought they had missed.

I’m assuming it was a wrap, sure, that he was talking about. Absolutely right. Let me just say goodbye to Miami. They go off the air a little bit earlier before other stations. So Miami, again, great to be with you. Thanks for tuning in today. And we hope that you’ll tune us in again tomorrow. And again, if you could help by the line, you can call and give a gift by credit card and help us stay on the air down there.

Thank you, Miami. And now we’re back to the other at while. Yes, I get this, learning too, talks about a departure, which is really the departure of the saints that will begin the tribulation period. And then it says that Christ will come back and destroy the end of Christ by the brightness of His coming. This is one who is after the working of Satan. Well, my question is if Dr. Leftham had to happen to Six where it says he that let it will let a neighbor throw that to be the he that he’s talking about is God himself.

Well, you’re absolutely right. And the he there is the Holy Spirit. And the Holy Spirit is the one who hinders evil in this world in believers that he indwells. And when he goes, we go because he indwells us permanently. So every believer. We’ll be taking out the part when he that is entering iniquity is taken out. That’s the Holy Spirit. You’re good to have you on the air again today, brother. Well, and we are now closing up this half hour.

We’re going to do a second half hour Bibleline. We want to again remind you that our Resource Center is on the Internet. Keep your radio tuned exactly where it is and we’ll be right back after this short break.

Would you like to call Bibleline and ask Dr. Lindstrom a question? You can. Just pick up your phone and dial 1-800-576-3771. That’s 1-800-576-3771. Now here again is Dr. Hank Lindstrom. We’re back for a new Bibleline. It’s great to be with you today. Thanks for tuning into the broadcast. We are coming to you live from Tampa, Florida from our studios right here at the Calvary Community Church. We’re getting ready to go to Israel and we’ll be doing a number of our broadcasts from Israel.

You’ll get to hear what we are doing and seeing and hearing and experiencing in the Holy Land. We’ll be walking where Jesus walked and where the disciples and the prophets have walked. going to have an exciting time, that I hope that you’ll join me on my next trip. We have a lot of people that say, hey, I want to go on that next trip to Israel. Well, if you do, would you call in with your name and say, put me on the list so that you’ll keep in contact with me about the next trip to Israel?

We don’t have a date set and we don’t have the itinerary yet, but we will be planning another trip. We want you on board while we go. We may go to Petra, where the Jewish people will flee from the Antichrist during the tribulation period in southern Jordan and see other special things on this coming here. We’re not sure, but we’d love to hear from you. Let us know that you want to go, and we’ll put you on that list and keep you informed as we develop our plans for another trip to Israel.

This will be trip number 15 for me. We’re about ready to leave this coming week, and we hope that you’ll pray for us. Now listen to my line as we will bring you broadcast from Israel on the show here. We have quite a number of things that we want to let you know about in our bookstore. We have that book called Exodus Case. It has the color photographs of the cherry wheels on the bottom of the Red Sea, the Pharaoh’s Army.

We also have the book Every Prophecy of the Bible by John Walvard. We have a book called Things to Come by Dwight Pentecost which is a classic in understanding prophecy. You will want to get that book by Dwight Pentecost Things to Come. We have about eight other titles by him. He is a great author, got some great stuff and most Christian bookstores now become gift centers and they have trinkets and t-shirts and pictures and things that hang on your wall and bracelets and rings.

What has happened? I have watched and demise in the Christian bookstores I have visited over the years that they no longer have much in the way of sound Bible teaching. They don’t even have good translations of the Bible. It’s just been a sellout. It looks like to me to just give people things that will pacify them and make them happy. but to find a good Christian bookstore that has sound Bible teaching is a rarity. That’s why we really have our Resource Center.

We have here selected books that I recommend that I believe will help you. You’ll not waste your money on books that are going to be worthless, but you’ll really get some substance and some meat out of the books we have. We have those two commentaries that I recommend very highly. Jameson Foset Brown 3-volume set. It’s retail for $140 and $450 we have at per gift of $100. We also have the Jay Verda McGee 6-5 volume set which is marvelous, beautifully bound, it’s beautiful on your shelf and it’s $200 set.

We sell it for $100 and we want you to take advantage of this car. Our operators are so helpful. They’ll be glad to talk to you about what we have since you send your resource sheet or you can go online and look at everything on our bookstore. We’ve got lots of colors. The phone lines are lighted up. We’re going to go first to Jeff. And Jeff is over in Seminole, Florida. And Jeff, welcome to Bibleline You Are On The Air.

Jeff, are you there? Yes, I am. All right. What’s your question? Good morning. Oh, my good. He was preaching a baptism of repentance for their remission of sin on the Greek that where the mission means to forgive. Or in Romans chapter 3, 23 and following around 26 it says that he passed over, I’d say. Great to see you. And I’ve had passed over to send… the sins that were previously committed. So as that refers to the Old Testament of course and so my question is if John came preaching the baptism of repentance for the forgiveness of sins then what was the purpose of the cross?

Could they be forgiven according to John’s definition of forgiveness? Well, the answer is, and you need to read John 3.36. Here’s what John preached about salvation. It’s a direct quote from John the Baptist, John 336, says he the believer on the sun. He is a believer that not the sun shall not see life but the wrath of God abideth on him. So John made it very clear where there is no wiggle worm here at all. He says if you believe on Christ you have eternal life and you go to heaven.

If you reject Christ you go to hell you will not see life but God’s wrath will abide upon you. And the word repentance means a change of mind. And the baptism that he baptized with was a public testimony that you were going to trust in this Jesus that would come after John who would be the Messiah. And by trusting on him, you would have your sins forgiven. So the Salvation Plan is the same. It’s done a different Plan of Salvation.

And John 3.36 is where I would recommend that you go and take a fresh look at John’s ministry Jesus praises him as being the greatest of the prophets and one who knew that he had diminished in his ministry so that he might glorify and introduce Christ who would be the Savior. And he says in verse 36, wow, what a great verse. He the believer on the Son has, that word, believe means to trust. You trust in Christ, you have eternal life, you’ll not go to hell, but if you do not believe, You will not see life, but the wrath of God abides upon you.

Hope that helps, Jeff. Yes, I read. Well, of course. And guess how we’re forgiven by trusting Christ. Let me give you another verse. Peter says in Acts 10, 43, to Jesus give all the prophets witness that through his name whosoever believed in them should receive the remission of their sins. So how do you receive that remission? It’s by belief or trust in Christ. And that’s what Peter’s saying. That’s what John is saying. That’s what Jesus said. That’s what the whole Bible says.

says there’s no other way to be safe i’m understanding that i do understand the scripture that you’re saying and you mentioned that the rhythm of a month of a hundred times and but that work that they forgive for the question of my only question is could they be forgiven of their sins before the cross of course Of course. And that’s what it’s saying here in chapter 3 of Romans that you quoted. And it has to do with Christ’s death on the cross was indeed to declare His righteousness for the revision of sins that were in the Old Testament times through the forbearance of God and for us this side of the cross.

So when Jesus died, He paid for the sins of the whole world, past, present and future. And I’ll say the same way by receiving that payment that he made. We’re now going to get a Pete and Margot Pete. Welcome to Bibleline you are on the air. Yes, good morning, Pastor. I’ll be on Sunday and while there. I just have a quick question on it. I notice every once in a while there’ll be a word that’s something I want to say.

That is exactly right. The translators, not Dr. Scofill, but the King James translators added words to make the sense of a verse clear. But more often than not, I think obscured the sense of verse. And so the rule I tell people to follow is when you can read a verse without the Talisai’s words that it makes good sense, leave them out. Just forget it, because they were added by the translators. They are not in the original manuscripts. And I’m glad that the translators let us know which words they added by doing that.

otherwise we would not know what they had done uh… just by surface reading in that’s the answer right now that the word you’re in all kingjans version oh yeah no matter what kingjans version you have your habitat outside words and uh… those are words that were put into us by the translators to let you know they added Okay, I have one other quick question. I came across a book in the house that had belonged to my mother years ago.

It’s a commentary book on the book of Revelation by a writer named William Newell. Now this book is from 1935 and I just wondered if you were familiar with it and thought it was any good or… and what is the name of the book it’s it’s on the book of revelation and the writer’s name is william are new and he w e l and fairies are one of my favorite authors i’ve got his books but uh… decent so your mom was on the right track but uh…

i i think that there are others who do a lot better job on revelation he did uh… okay i just wanted what it was worth reading and i thought that that’s uh… my list that’s uh… on a scale of one to ten about a five but we got some other books that are much better that will really uh… unfold the meaning for you but thank you for calling in p Okay, thank you. All right. That was Pete in. Good morning.

I have an observation and then a question. If the Holy Spirit is holding back in equity in this world, then that certainly indicates that there are very few people who have actually been baptized with the Holy Spirit. I probably agree with that. Okay. And And then here’s the question. In the Old Testament, it specifically forbids the charging of interest to quote brothers unquote. And also in Micah. Mike, I believe it is that criticizes heaven if you can deal with it.

Absolutely, according the Bible that would be wrong, and we’re living in a very evil time. And Jesus spoke about this time in which we’re living and the Bible says it’s not going to get better but when the rapture happens then we who are believers who haven’t always feared in us will be gone and can you imagine what a world it will be then with nobody saying I object I think that’s wrong and this practice is wrong and like you just want to those practices of foreclosure and usury are against the Bible and are wrong.

So absolutely you’re right on and I think that it’s really going to be a dark world once we are caught out of here and the Holy Spirit who hinders in equity through us will be taken out of here. Okay, thank you. Robert in St. Petersburg, Florida. If you’d like to call in, the number is 1-800-576-3771. 1-800-576-3771. And again, we want to remind you about our resource center that’s available online. Bibleline ministry is not ORG. And if you click on the online bookstore, you’ll see everything that we have.

And we have some wonderful tracks that really work. The track called, Am I Going to Heaven? It’s probably the best track I’ve ever come across. that just makes it so easy to lead someone to Christ. Because when you give it to somebody, if you get them to take the quiz inside, you’re on the way. Because it asks them, what do they think they’re gonna have in? You get a quick view of what they believe because they check the things off that are wrong.

And then in the tract, their scripture verse is showing why these things will not save and how the correct answer is only through trusting Christ as their savior. and it’s a wonderful time it has everything there in the way of scripture to show the person uh… what the bible says about how to be saved and actually leads people to price you might want to get some of those we have them uh… in quantities of one hundred for a gift of fifteen dollars they’re printed on very quality high-class paper so they look great and people are reluctant to throw them away because they’re not printed on that cheap rag paper.

We’ve got them on a very expensive paper and that’s why they cost what they do. But they’re really worth it because it pays off. I found people to get one of those other tracks that are printed on a kind of rag paper and they just don’t find any problem about crumpling and throwing in the trash can. But these look so nice. They don’t have them hesitant to throw that away. And we know that that’s valuable and maybe they’ll take it home and read it later.

And I’m glad that they’re reluctant to throw it away. That’s why we go to that extra expense to print them on a high-quality paper. I think you’ll find that these tracks are powerful. We have them in Spanish and English, and we have one that’s also a different version with a brown cover that is especially designed to talk to church members who think that they’re saved and perhaps or not and the track will reveal it. You’ll find that’s a good way to test your fellow church members and see whether they’re saving them.

This track will expose what they really believe and give you an opportunity to maybe bring them to Christ if they’re not saved. We’re going to go to Charlotte, Michigan. We have Sean on the line and Sean, welcome to Vymeline, you are on the air. How you doing, Dr. Ian? There was a couple of calls back and he was talking about the forgiveness of the baptism of repentance that John was preaching. Yes. Wasn’t Jesus the final blood sacrifice? Of course he was and that’s what John preached about.

John preached about Christ. John didn’t preach about himself and his baptism was a visible testimonial that you were to to believe on Jesus for the redemption of your soul and the remission of your sin. John preached the same message. That’s why I recommended John 3.36 because it’s such a clear presentation by John that no wonder John was called the best of the prophets. He had it down to just a couple of lines and condensed it all so much that nobody could make, you know, misunderstand what he was saying.

Yeah, I think that I don’t know what was going on there, but he had a hang up with the word remission or something and I didn’t understand. But simply your sins would be dismissed or from the same. given based upon the sacrifice of Christ at Calvary. That’s what John preached and those who were baptized by John should have understood that. And in Acts chapter 19 Paul runs into some followers of John the Baptist but they had not apparently understood it.

And then he reminded them what John the Baptist preached and led them to Christ. He tells them over in Acts 19 and I love this one too, where Paul says John barely baptized with the baptism of repentance saying unto the people. So here’s what he said that they should believe on Christ which should come after him. Can’t be that. That’s as clear as you can be in Paul so then instead of what John was preaching and he preached the same gospel to everybody else.

We’re saved by faith and faith alone. Okay, well thank you. Are you cold up there in Charlotte Michigan? Oh, it’s for you. My sister was in Ohio and I talked to her last night. She said there was a big snowstorm that came swooping through last night where she is. So I know it’s cold in a lot of places in our country. God bless you. Thank you for calling in. Alrighty, thank you. I was Charlotte Michigan’s shawm there calling in.

We’re now going to go to Johnny in Tampa and Johnny. Welcome to my Maunier on here. Yes sir. Good morning teacher. Good morning. You know I was listening to you just listening to the statement about the change to me that that would make him an incredibly stupid to The belong to a church that would not hate for writing, but when he is totally impossible for him to be elected to the president of the United States without a white vote.

It seems that he would be in prayer to the President of the District to be belonged to the church. like to me too. I can’t believe he would choose that one. Of all the Christian denominations he would choose. He would choose that particular one, but what can I say? People may be able to understand it, but if I know that church from what I’ve read and studied, that believes water baptism is essential for salvation, which is obviously cognitive description.

Water baptism is a testimony of our being cleansed by the blood of Christ, but not to be a requisite for getting to happen. So I don’t know. I just pray for my country and say, Lord, we just ask you to help our country in this time of need to give us the right leader who will do the right job for us. It seems to meWisconsin right there. I mean this thing seems to me as I look at it this goes all the way back to these we wholly choose to be self-evident you know I mean you know it’s a little bit of a fun school.

Absolutely. And I can’t believe when we get into that racism stuff here, I thought maybe we were getting beyond that in our country but it seems like we’ve got a resurrection of racism in our country lately uh… which uh… shouldn’t be now i shouldn’t have a way you are you know you are you bring the word and and i think you but you know that that’s only stupid as water well i think it’s stupid uh… for whatever level of education have a piece of pretty bright to me johnny okay thank you thank you teacher I’m sorry, God bless you.

And thanks for calling in Johnny and Tampa Forum. We now have Vincent and he is in Tampa also. And Vincent, welcome to Bibleline Your Honor. You’re fair. That’s a link, Shen Ham. Is that correct? Pride was the fall of Satan, for sure, to have to be careful about it. I don’t think we can be proud of things that we accomplished, but we shouldn’t let it go to our heads where we think more highly of ourselves than we ought to.

The Bible says that we need to humble ourselves and recognize that before God we’re all sinners, all deserving of hell in need of God’s mercy and forgiveness through Christ and that we’re not really better than anybody else in the human race, we’re all sinners and we need to be compassionate upon others that also need Christ like we do and recognize our truth as God assesses us that we’re sinners, unclean and we are undeserving of his love, but yet he loves us in spite of it.

I was all out for a while, but the Lord had provided for the finances. Now, there are some jobs that I refused to take, and I wouldn’t collect the foot stamps, the free milk, and the free cheese program. And I had several Christians excuse me that I just had too much pride to accept what the government offered, but I kept telling them that I was putting my trust in God and not in the government and my finances came to where I could only survive for one month.

But then the Lord provided me a job and I’ve made really good money with this job. And I’ve told people my praise report and what God had did for me and then some people that I was boasting. Oh man, you can’t win, can you? Well, God bless you, that’s wonderful. You know, we’ve lost that call in our country where everybody’s got their hand out and saying, well, who’s gonna take care of me? When really, if we are physically able to, and mentally able to, we ought to work, the Bible says in Titus that if we don’t work, we really shouldn’t eat because we are the God and for almost a labor to work to earn our living and to pay our way.

Today we’re in a different philosophy. It seems like where everybody says the government, I guess, should take care of us. and we can just all sit back and not do anything. Well, I got the right of my wife and our five children, so I… What if… What a testimony. That’s wonderful to hear. I thank God that you are sharing that with us today because I think people need to hear that. I think you did the right thing. Okay. Thank you, Beth.

And we thank you Vincent for calling in. One of the time just goes by so quickly I’m looking at the clock and we’re getting toward the end of the program. We still maybe have a time for you if you want to call in real quick. We have quite a number of offer questions and maybe we can take a look at one. Richard in the Anna calls in leaves us off her question. I like you kind of feed that read that question and make sense here.

sense here. But it says here, believe with your heart. Does that mean the believe with your brain? And the answer is yes, because the word heart is the English translation of the Greek word that means the center of your thought processes. So wherever you do your thinking, that’s what it’s talking about. So if you think with your big toe, then believe with all your toe is-what it would be translated. It’s unfortunate that in the anatomy of the human body at the time of King James 1611, they thought that you did your thinking with your heart.

So I hope that helps a little bit and we sure appreciate your question there from Indiana. Thanks for calling in here to Bibleline. Again, we’re going to be leaving for Israel soon and we’ll be broadcasting from Israel most of the time and you’ll be able to hear live updates of what’s going on We’ll kind of fill you in on what we’re doing in our trip and what we’re experiencing what we’re seeing what we’re enjoying and We hope that you’ll think about playing on going on the next trip and You can call in and put your name on that list so that we’ll keep you informed and we certainly hope that you will Let us know.
