This has been a good one, and obviously it’s a book hated by liberal scholars. They don’t like 2 Peter. It exposes false teachers, and obviously a book therefore hated by the devil. In any case, it’s great to be with you today, and we hope that you’re enjoying the program. Looks like we’re settling on a date for Israel leaving February 11th if you take the option to Egypt and Jordan and to Elot on the Red Sea. And then if you want to do the Israel only portion you would leave on the 16th of February and that’s on Monday and we would all rendezvous and then the whole group, those who do the option with me to Egypt and Jordan and Elot will meet up with those who are doing just the 10-day Israel portion and we’ll all of course tour together Israel and then return February

25th. So those are the dates leaving February 16th if you’re only doing the 10-day Israel portion coming back on the 25th of February of 2009 and if you do the 5-day extension to Egypt and to Jordan and to a lot. We’ll leave on the 11th of February, join the other group in Israel as they arrive on the 17th and we’ll leave and come home on the 25th of February 2009. Hopefully you’re having a great day and I hope that you’re having a great week.

This has been obviously an exciting time. I don’t know if you were aware of this, but last week the world’s population rolled over to the big number of 6 billion, 666 million, 666 thousand and 666 persons here on the planet. Well, when’s that going to happen again? But maybe it’s this indication that we’re in the last days. It says it’ll be again as it was in the days of Genesis, in the days of Noah, and it says, in the days of Noah, men began to multiply upon the face of the earth.

Here we are in another time of population explosion, and the world population today is 6,666,666,666 persons. For a sin-scent, I’m sure more have been born, and so the number has exceeded that. But that was just last week. Interesting stuff. And I don’t know what you do with all that trivia, but it is fascinating to kind of watch as we’ve had a big world today, a lot of people on the planet. Anyway, we’re going to turn to our Bibles now and then we’ll take our callers.

We’re going to go to Matthew Chapter 24. In verse 15, when you therefore shall see the abomination of desolation spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place. Who is so readeth, let him understand? Well first of all, there is no holy place today on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem, and so this could not be fulfilled right now. But we know that after the rapture, which could happen at any time, I believe we are getting very close, when the Lord will come and snatch out all the believers, will meet him in the air and will be transformed into our new bodies on the way up, and will be forever with the Lord.

When that happens, then on the earth a third temple is going to be rebuilt. And we know that all the preparations have already been made ready for that. The stones have been cut. The garboards of the priesthood have been made. The implements for worship have been established. And we’re right there. We just got back from Israel just really just two months ago again. Yes, now. And we saw the implements for the worship. We saw the things that are being done in preparation.

We saw the menorah. And we’re living in a most exciting time right now here, watching the these things take place here on the planet. It says here that the Antichrist will place an image of himself in that third temple. It says here when you see that, then that marks the difference here in what is going to happen during the tree-blasting period. This happens, we know midway. How do we know it happens midway? Well, I’m going to tell you why we know it happens midway.

If you turn to the book of Daniel, Daniel talks about the same event and he talks about in chapter 9 of Daniel the Antichrist and how the Antichrist will make a treaty with Israel and allow them to offer sacrifices in their temple again on the Temple Mount. In Daniel 9, 27, it says, and he the Antichrist shall confirm the covenant with many. I believe that’s the many Jews that are back in the state of Israel right now. And by the way, next month, the month of May, Israel will celebrate her 60th anniversary as a nation.

That’s right. Israel is 60 years old since she became and declared her independence in 1948. And so here it says that he, the Antichrist, will confirm to come with many, many of the many Jews that are back in the state of Israel for one week of years. is the seven years of tribulation that we often talk about. And then it says in the midst of the week, that’s dead center right in the middle of the week or three and a half years into the tribulation period, the end of Christ will cause the sacrifice and the oblation to stop.

So he will interrupt the sacrifices that will have been offered since the beginning of the tribulation right after the rapture and he will cause them to cease. He will then enter into that third temple and desecrate it and place his image there. We find there is a key word there in verse 15. It says, when you therefore shall see. When is the time word? And then you will find several other words that link to that in the context here.

Verse 16 it says, then, and in verse 21 it says, then, in verse 9 it says, then, and the thens are connected to the when, and if you will read carefully when the Antichrist places his image in the third temple, that’s right in the middle of the seven year period, then several things will happen. It says, then those which be in Judea, that’s the area around Jerusalem, shall flee into the mountains. And of course that means they’re going to have to run for their lives because the Antichrist will now turn on the Jewish people.

We also learn from verse 9, it says, then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted and shall kill you. So Jewish people are going to be slaughtered and it says here, and you’ll be hated of all nations for my name’s sake. So right in the middle of the tribulation period, when the Antichrist goes into the third temple, and desecrates it and places his abomination, his image in that temple. It’s an instruction to those who are reading the Bible, who are believers, in that time to run for their lives.

And guess where they’ll run? To the mountains. That’s over to Jordan, where there is a rock city prepared for the Jews to hide, and their God will miraculously feed them and care for them during the tribulation period. It says in verse 21, and here’s another then. There’s then and then here in connection with the when of verse 15 in Matthew 24, and it says, and then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world of this time, and the nor shall ever be.

In other words, if you look back in history, you’ll never find a time as bad as this seven years will be. And if you look to the future after this time, there will never be another time like it again. So the darkest time in history will be a life of the world. is yet ahead of us. I’m glad I’m leaving at the rapture and it could be that the Lord would come this year. It would not be something. In any case, we know that this will be a time when the Jewish people will come under the attack of the Antichrist.

According to the book of Zachariah in the Old Testament, two-thirds of the Jewish people in Israel will be killed by the Antichrist. In chapter 13 of Zechariah it says, and it shall come to pass, that in all the land, that is the land of Israel, this is Zechariah 13 verse 9. Sayeth the Lord, two parts therein shall be cut off and die, but the third part shall be left therein. So we find that two-thirds of the Jews in the state of Israel, and there’s right now, 6 million Jewish people in Israel.

Two-thirds of them, or four million, will be killed. Two million will survive, and those two million apparently become saved. They become believers. It says in verse 9, I’ll bring the third part through the fire, and we’ll refine them as silver as we find, and we’ll try them as gold as tried, and they shall what? Call on my name, Zechariah 13-9. in 1999. They’ll call on my name and that’s how you get saved. They call on the name of Yeshua or in English it’s spelled Jesus.

They’ll trust in Christ’s Savior. They’ll call upon the name of the Lord and it says here and I will hear them and I will say it is by people and they shall say the Lord is my God. Wow, what a great time this is going to be. Many many millions will get saved during the tribulation period, including two million apparently in the state of Israel. The other four million in Israel will be slaughtered as they will not follow the instructions given in the Bible to run to their lives.

What is so interesting, we just returned from Israel and we were down at the Dead Sea. The Dead Sea surface has been going down because of evaporation, because they are not allowing water from the Jordan to flow into the Dead Sea any longer. But there’s been a sandbar there apparently forever that has not been seen, but today it’s absolutely dry land. There’s like a highway that cuts diagonally right across the Dead Sea. And if you run a line on a map from Jerusalem to Petra, the rock city where the Jewish people free to, it cuts right across this diagonal sandbar and people will walk across on dry land.

It’s amazing God has already prepared the way for them to flee quickly from the Antichrist into Jordan which will remain politically neutral during the tribulation period. It’s exciting stuff. I’m so glad I’m a believer. You know, to be saved, to go to heaven, to have eternal life, you must trust Jesus Christ as being God who came and took on human flesh, went to the cross of Calvary, paid your sin debt and full by his death and shed blood was buried, and rose again from the dead.

Church membership doesn’t save you, water baptism doesn’t save you, living the Christian life doesn’t save you, prayers don’t save you, mass doesn’t save you, penance doesn’t save you, you can wist all kinds of things, but none of them will save you. trust in Christ will save. And the Bible says very clearly, believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved. The word believe means to trust. When you trust that He is the one who made the full payment for your sin at the cross was buried in rose again for the dead God saves all those that trust in Him.

And we’re living in exciting days. I think we’re living right at the edge where the Lord is going to come and snatch us out. And then When God will return to his plan for Israel, the Third Temple will be rebuilt. The Antichrist three and a half years in will stop the sacrifices that will have been resumed. He will desecrate the temple with his image. He will turn on the Jewish people. Another holocaust will occur on the Earth and then at the end of that seven years, Christ will come back and he will defeat the armies of this world.

He will establish his kingdom and he predec reign forever and ever. That is a phrase right on the book of Revelation where Christ comes back and takes over this world and he’ll rule and reign forever and ever and ever. I’m Dr. Hank Lindstrom. Yeah, last I have one of your school field Bibles and last week He did it with some of your studies under Arnold Murray to help God fight evil and Against those who stay there to defend that well Arnold Murray is all confused and obviously The passage is being taken out of context in the New Testament is very clear That there is a rapture where people will be caught up bodily and meet the Lord in the air, in the clouds, and from that point on we’ll be trouble with the Lord.

And that’s Scripture. And it’s not the only place where it talks about the rapture, but it is one of the most clear portions of the Scripture you’ll find on the event. Obviously Ezekiel is not talking about that at all. Now I think it’s talking about prophets which are prophets are all going, but how do you kind of debunk all of 13 that it doesn’t talk into the the old profits then otherwise i guess you’d consider all passes and guys like yourself according to that he might be doing that that the old person word there would be probably in the modern times or today would be preachers but here it’s talking about the false preachers of that time and the rapture is not there the rapture is not in the old testament at all and it’s not even talking about preachers or or lying profits talking about the rapture

This is clearly talking about a time when Israel was in captivity. Ezekiel was one of the captivity prophets. And he warns about the false teachings of those prophets in those days as they didn’t listen to God’s word. And that’s what got him in the trouble to begin with. They were in captivity in Babylon because they refused to listen to God’s word and because they’d gone after other gods and listened to other messages which were not true. And so God said there would be no peace to them for 16 of chapter 13 of Ezekiel says to it Or that is the say the prophets of Israel which prophesy concerning Jerusalem and we see visions of peace for her and there is no Peace say if we’re God in other words, they’re lying It’s not true.

They’re not gonna be peace for Jerusalem because only Christ will bring about peace and now they of course That is second coming yeah, well any road here also which I don’t really think you need mortal men That was kind of what I guess on them. And I think of my TV, even a little sarcastic with his waving of the hand, the nose that keeps it, you’ll fly away. Yeah, and first of all, I’m going to teach you to lose your salvation.

His message for salvation is all about works and how you can lose it, and so your friend does not save, therefore. And neither is Arnold Murray, and obviously the Bible is not going to make any sense to people who don’t know the Lord. The primary issue here is getting your friend saved. Forget the rapture. Just tell him what do you have to do to go to Heaven and find out, obviously, that it’s by works and you can lose it and he needs to get saved, then maybe he’ll be able to comprehend the truth about the rapture and other doctors.

All right, well, great. Thank you and you’ll have a nice day. Okay. Thank you, George. You know the Bible tells us, and telepersons get saved. The Bible isn’t going to make a whole lot of sense. And obviously there are those who are preachers who are making the Bible say what they want to say. And you can do that if you’re not saved and you just try to twist it around. But once you become saved the Bible really kind of fits like a glove.

It all tells one story without contradiction and you can trust what it says. We have Carol in Tampa, Florida and Carol, welcome to Bibleline you’re on the earth. Go for it, Carol. Hello, this is Carol from Tampa. Yes, Carol. I go back to Ephesians 2-8 for by grace are ye saved through faith and not of yourself. It is the gifts of God. I go back to that. Every time I have any question. But now that we’re on the subject and I’ve been looking at how many times I have the word then marked in Matthew 24.

Could you go down to verse 29 and 30 because I’ve got an awful lot of highlighting there. I just need a little clarification on that and I’ll have to listen to you. All right, Carol. In verse 29 we have the second coming of Christ. This is not about the Rapture. Actually in Matthew 24 I believe when Christ is asked the question in verse 3, what shall be the sign of I coming, he then takes us all the way after the Rapture to the seven years of tribulation and the signs that will be obvious on the earth that will be the signs of his second coming.

So we’re very close and these signs are already happening here on the earth, wars and rumors of wars and pestilences that’s in curable diseases, earthquakes and diverse places. We had a 5.2 last week in Indiana here in the States and the likely place for big earthquake and yet they’re happening all over the place. So we’re living I think seeing all these things already coming to pass anti-Semitism on the rise and the hatred for Jewish people is certainly in the news all the time.

A bitter job wants to destroy the nation of Israel and kill all the Jews and we’re seeing these things in the headlines right now. But it says in verse 29, immediately after the tribulation of those days, we just mentioned it would be a seven-year tribulation period. In the middle of that seven years, the antichrist will stop the sacrifices that will have been resumed. And it says immediately at the end of that tribulation period, the sun shall be darkened, the moon shall not give a light.

It says in verse 30, then shall appear the sign of the son of man in heaven. shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of God come in the cause of heaven of power and great glory.” So that’s the second coming, and that’s when Christ will establish His kingdom here on this earth as He’ll rule and reign as King of Kings and Lord of Lords over the entire earth. But that’s what it happens.

So this is a chapter about the signs of His coming, not the rapture, the second coming which will happen at the end of the tribulation. Verse 29 says immediately after the tribulation period is over then you’ll see the Son of Man coming in power and great glory as he comes back into heavens and we’ll light up the heavens as he comes with his angels and he comes in all of his power and all of his glory. Yes, sir. My question was, I heard you talk a week before I asked about the Acts 2 and 3 about this or that that was spoken of by the Prophet Joel. And I’ve always thought that that was talking about, you know, the Holy Spirit being poured out on all flesh. But I’ve been reading this for the past week and I can’t seem to get it clear in my mind about it looks like when i read joe it can’t talk about the same thing about act talk about it did the sun being uh…

turned dark and in the moon in the blood and all and it was a little passage but though those things did not take place at the first coming to take place at the second coming and it’s really a process about the second coming but peter saying not this is the fulfillment of that passage in joe but this is the same holy spirit that joe spoke about that Israel will have poured out upon them and upon everybody on the whole planet at the Second Coming with poured out upon believers, the body of believers at Pentecost and it’s not yet been fulfilled, just the part of the Holy Spirit given to us during this age.

In the context of Joel is after the destruction of Russia, the Battle of Armageddon, after Christ is returned and is actually living in Jerusalem on the Earth as King, then He Christ will pour in His Spirit upon all flesh. Right now… Not all flesh has the Holy Spirit. I mean if you went in a just about a two block radius of my church you’ll find lots of people that do not have the Holy Spirit. You can drive through my neighborhood and most of my neighbors do not have the Holy Spirit.

If you’re not saved you don’t have the Holy Spirit and at the end of the Tribulation when all the unsaved on the earth have destroyed Christ will come back and pour out his Spirit upon all those that are left which are all believers and everybody will have the Holy Spirit. So I hope that helps a little bit and thank you. for that call but he doesn’t use the word fulfilled in Acts 2 Peter says this is that which was Spoken about by Joel the Holy Spirit that will be given to the whole world at the end of the tribulation Was given to the believers only at Pentecost and ever since every believer receives the Holy Spirit, but not all place Not all place today have those good.

I wish they did but they’re not saved and so they can’t receive the Holy Spirit Well, we’re coming up on our break time and we have lots of callers. As believers, we’re going to meet the Lord and obviously then it will be forever too late for us to do anything more on this planet. So whatever work we’re going to do, whatever labor we’re going to do for the Christ, we need to do it now while we can. So pray for Bibleline as we try to reach out. We’re excited about hearing from people all the time. They get saved. They get saved in their cars, their trucks, their homes, in jails, in hospitals.

Wherever the radio waves reach, we know that people are hearing and God is using this program. We’re excited about soon. He’s going to be translating our television programs into Turkish. So pray that we can reach people with our Bible and television programs being translated into Turkey and broadcast off the satellite to the country of Turkey. And we pray for many souls to be one. It’s exciting. God is opening doors and we know that it is God who does these things and we praise him for it. Actually, I would like you to read Daniel chapter 2 verse 35. And would you agree there would be the mountain? The nation of Christian Christ will eat the celebration this earth after he’ll destroy our nation which are mountain in the Bible and submissions are symbolized by mountain. That’s what I want to say.

That’s what I want to get to before I may come. Okay, well in Daniel we have the mountain there. It’s actually Jesus who is a stone cut out of the mountain who will come and fall on the toes of the image and actually destroy the Gentile world powers that have grown since ancient Babylon down to this present time and now campus uh… the uh… not only europe but also uh… the america’s and the united states being the principal player and so the stone that is cut out of the mountain without hands is christ it says it was thirty four of sauce to the stone was cut out without hands which smelt the image upon the feet and uh…

That were part of iron and part of clay and break into pieces. Then was the iron and clay, the brass and silver, the gold broken the pieces together. So the whole thing comes unglued. And we find here that the stone that’s about to became a great mountain and fill the whole earth. That’s the Millennial Kingdom. And they’re your right. And that’s the thousand year reign of Christ. Where Christ will rule and reign for a thousand years. So the stone is priced and the kingdom he establishes is the thousand year kingdom right after the rapture.

What I want to get to is that all over the Bible we see in prophecy, mountain symbolized nations. So what I would like you to understand, you would… You need to consider that case before you said that Israel is going to free the Jordan from being peace in the time of the antichristia. But Christ, what he refers to here is the nation. And another thing is you want to be a little more careful to when you go from the beginning, the Bible will tell you, God will tell you that you will scatter Israel, or look at number of them.

So at the top of the end of Christ, he has to the command and then the middle of the nation, because they are going to be persecuted. But hey, it’s really Israel, but that you can mix in the nation. That’s to say that much, just like it is in Revelation 17. OK, well, thank you very much. We know that Israel is scattered. But many, many Jews have gone back to the land. And every one of them will be gathered back to the land from all over the world, from wherever they might be, once Christ returns to the Second Coming.

But only those that are believers, all unbelievers, whether Jewish or Gentiles will be destroyed in the Second Coming when this mountain, this stone comes and crashes down and defeats the armies of this world. I want to tell you I thank my God every day for every remembrance of you and wish you a happy birthday.

Yes, you’re welcome. Yesterday morning I began watching and listening to Christian programming around six in the morning and I heard no one mention Passover. So I knew darn well that you would be mentioning Passover. So we stream do what we do every day actually and we listen to you Sunday morning and I’m so grateful to you for laying the foundation which I believe biblical Judaism is the foundation of biblical Christianity. And I do thank you so much for explaining all of that.

I’m not going to be labored at that point. I want to draw this to your attention and just run it by. You see what you think. Be guiding the Jewish people fleeing to Petra. I have read that another name for Petra is Bosera. And that means she pulled, which really thrilled me when I consider the shape of the shepherd being protected in that she pulled. I am speaking particularly by the Lindstrom of Isaiah 26 versus 20 and 21. I have been taught that this is a direct connection to that instance that will happen in the future.

It says, come my people, enter the island to thy chambers and shut thy doors about thee. Hide thyself, as it were, for a little moment until the indignation be overpassed. I believe the indignation is a direct reference to the tribulation. Verse 21, For behold the Lord cometh out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity. The earth also shall disclose her blood and shall no more cover her flame. And this is read out of the old school field study Bible that we purchased from you.

Can I have your, you know, your run on this? This is, I think, talking about the tribulation period and the Jewish people. The Lord will come out of His place at the end of the seven years to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity. All unbelievers will be destroyed. Christ will establish His kingdom, and then he will personally, according to Isaiah chapter 16, lead all these Jewish people out of Petra into the Promised Land, and he obviously promises them peace for the entire thousand year period while he rules here on the earth.

Thank you, Betty. And it’s true, the Jewish people sort of missed the whole point about Passover, and that is the blood of the Lamb that was to be applied, and how that was by the blood of the Passover lamb that they would deliver out of Egypt. But I found very little verbiage among the Jewish people as I read and hear what they’re saying about their own Passover. They simply seem to focus on the suffering and the bitterness of their Egyptian experience and about bondage and slavery, but nothing about the blood of the lamb, which is of course talking about Christ.

We’re now going to go to Hollywood, Florida and we have Harold on the line down there and Harold, welcome to Bibleline. It’s great to hear from you. Well, happy Passover. Well, thank you. And I’ll go in a happy birthday. How’s that? That’s even better. Well, it’s nice speaking with you again with that magnetic voice. Unfortunately, I can’t get your program because don’t leave home without it. Change my schedule. I don’t use a computer. I read a lot and that’s why I called.

I need a little Bible lesson to do. today. I’m one of your students and I like to talk about Jesus. That’ll be fine. You be fine. You sure? You know, there’s so much Bible talk going on on this TV every day and you can’t get away from it. But when I want to hear the truth, I called you because this is our anniversary. First time I have a call to you was in April last year. Isn’t that something wrong?

And I still support your ministry because I would like to ask you this question. It’s regarding Jesus. And I wrote some notes down here that I heard on these people and they quote Jesus as the message he gives in love. I agree with that. I’ll go along with that. And then the other item I heard today was of course the Pope and one of his interpreters says that of faith. And, Mark, can you explain to me is that Jesus telling him in his ear something like that?

What does he say? Well, obviously the Bible is the way God speaks to us and it’s through his word. And anyone who is proclaiming what the Bible teaches is obviously proclaiming the words of God or of Christ. But if they are making it up, then they are not. And so we have to be obviously carefully checking out what we’re hearing against the Bible which is the authority. I love Isaiah 820 where it says if they speak not according to this word it is because there is no light in them.

And oftentimes we hear things that are told to us that really contradict the Bible and are not from the Bible. Therefore, in those cases they are wrong. But whenever they teach what the Bible teaches and they’re teaching truth, as the word of God is what is called truth and Christ himself is the way the truth and the life and so when we are in line with the Bible we’ve got the truth and when we don’t stand in line with the Bible we are in error.

Oh boy I’m glad you mentioned that I was going to ask you about that verse. You mentioned the verse just now, the truth. Is that correct? That’s correct. Okay now why then is to give in all the Bibles? They certainly do but I’m afraid most people aren’t reading their Bibles. So what Bible, when you say the Bible, the other day they had a big conference of religion and politics. Now, Hillary is a Methodist and Obama are they talking about the same Bible?

No. I mean, is the Methodist Bible the same as whatever Obama’s Bible is or whatever a Jewish Bible is? What’s the story on that? seems to me it’s not in the Bible and in other words Every Bible has that quote. Everybody has that quote and obviously they are not familiar with their Bible and they’re not quoting the Bible so they kind of make up things and give you their perception of what they think the Bible says when oftentimes what we’re being told is not really in the Bible at all.

But the most important and I believe that’s the most important. That’s correct. Probably because they think that that would cause division. They want to get the widest audience to be able to do that. support them and vote for them. I guess in politics that’s what you’ve got to do is you’ve got to make everybody happy. And John 14-6 is pretty exclusive. Christ says, I am the way, I am the truth, I am the life, and no man cometh unto the Father but by me.

So obviously Christ does not tell us that everybody is going to make it, but only those that come through Him to the Father are going to make heaven. So obviously they don’t want to use anything that would sound in any way as being divisive or narrow or exclusive. So you’re saying to me, as I’m learning from you, that the truth doesn’t matter to them. If that was the truth, they can’t avoid it. They can’t say that. They have to say it as you said it.

And they’re reminded of this. They’re avoiding it. I agree. I think that’s what they’re doing. They’re avoiding the truth. That’s right. They’re avoiding the truth and I keep, it doesn’t matter who’s up on that stage. They will not say that. I’m afraid you’re absolutely right. And it’s scary really when we can’t trust our leaders to speak on the truth. Well that’s why I’ve been sending out, I don’t have a computer, but I’ve been sending out meligrams. One I sent yesterday to Mr.

O’Reilly, you know Mr. O’Reilly on Fox, he’s an Irish Catholic and he’s preaching that Jesus, if we all follow Jesus, it’ll bring us together. And he mentioned he doesn’t say anything but if you do not accept him as your Lord and you condemn to help. No, he won’t say that either. I’m sure. Oh, no, he won’t say it. Nobody says it. But anyway, I say it. I mean, you know, if you’re going to join the club, play by the rules, I will continue to support your ministry, plus I’d like to hear what you say, and then I get a Bible lesson for a Jewish atheist that I say, shalom and have a good birthday.

We have Jim in Wesley Chapel, Florida. Jim, welcome to Bibleline you’re on the earth. Good morning, Pastor. I heard you speaking on the sun, turning black and moonReleased in the blood. What I want to say, it doesn’t make me right and it doesn’t make me wrong. were not when crash was in the transition between the death and the resurrection that the main light went out. And when the moon turned to blood, the furry Christians were slaughtered under bloodshed for the gospel.

And I’m going to hang up and listen to you a little bit. And thank you. Alright. I think… I think we’re back to the passage in Joel where it spoke about these events, which are really second coming events, which are clearly said to us in 1924 when Christ was asked about his second coming and what would be the science. And we know that there’s going to be lots of different things happening, but the Battle of Armageddon and the return of price will bring about the sun being darkened and the moon being blacked out and the stars.

Then we have Christ coming in all of his power and all of his glory. But the Holy Spirit, who will be poured out in the Second Coming upon everyone living. Everyone living will have the Holy Spirit and that’s because all the unbelievers will be destroyed. Only believers will be left, but everybody will have an Holy Spirit. That has never yet happened and obviously They didn’t have it at the first coming. And Peter on the day of Pentecost is saying that the same Holy Spirit that Joel predicted would be given by Christ to everybody on the whole planet.

All flesh would receive the Holy Spirit is the same spirit given at Pentecost to those believers. At Pentecost there was only 120 gathered together in the upper room that received the Holy Spirit. So all flesh didn’t get the Holy Spirit. But throughout this age, everybody who comes to know Christ as Savior receives the Holy Spirit at the moment of trusting Christ and possess Him forever and ever and ever and obviously these are the same. But once the rapture happens and the tribulation period is underway, millions and millions of people will get saved.

At the end of the tribulation when Christ comes back and defeats the armies of this world and destroys all unbelievers, then every person on the planet remaining, all believers will have the Holy Spirit poured out upon them. And it’s kind of a hard case to prove all the things that Joel said have already happened because they haven’t. And the biggest thing that hasn’t happened is that at no time yet has everybody on the planet all fledged, received the Holy Spirit.

That’s still to come. will happen the second coming and of course and only believers will get the Holy Spirit because only believers will be left. Good morning Pastor Armstrong. Good morning. I thought I heard you last week tell a listener that the during the tribulation that the anti-Christ would destroy the Roman Catholic Church and I was going to ask you is that because the false conflict with the universalist, I’ll hang out to listen to your response by radio.

Well it says that the church system, the religious system of Revelation 17 will be destroyed. I believe the chapter pretty clearly identifies it as being Rome, and that the Antichrist himself is going to proclaim to be God, so he’s going to get rid of all churches, period zero. No church is left on the planet. He’s going to wipe out the competition, and he’s going to, according to 2nd Pestolonian chapter 2, go into the 3rd temple and proclaim that he’s God and demand to be worshiped.

And the Bible tells us that during the Tribulation period they’ll actually worship the beast who is the Antichrist and he’s going to eliminate all other forms of worship. So it’s going to be a radical change and it will happen, we believe, during the tribulation period. So that’s what’s going to go on. And it has nothing to do with who sides with who here. It’s really all about the Antichrist wanting all of the glory for himself. We’re now going to go to Dave and St.

Petersburg. Dave, welcome to Bibleline you’re on there. Yes, Pastor. That’s right. Yep, I’m going to map you 24, 29, 30, the federal Bittard given the moon should not give her light. That’s what you’ll probably see in the news. And they did a They did a study through NASA. Apparently you can get on the NASA website. In the year 2014 through 2015, which is actually from September 25th of 2014 through the 13th of 2015, there are going to be four lunar eclipses and two solar eclipses.

The four lunar eclipses are going to be on Passover April 15th of 2014. And then the piece of trumpets on 10-8. And then in 2015 it’s going to be on Passover and 4-4. And in 928 the piece of trumpets is 2015. And then in the solar eclipses it’s going to be on Rasha Shana 2015. That’s all very interesting. I hadn’t been aware of that. But that’s the other thing. That’s the moon that could give a light and the sun is going to be darkened And that’s when price is supposed to come back after the tribulation Excellent well that gives us that gets us seven years So everybody’s a star baby that you can’t send days to start looking up there you go for peace the trumpet this year Thank you, Dave.

God bless you. I just have to put a question at least on two occasions this morning, you referred to the unbelievers at the end time being destroyed. And there’s a lot of people been trying to paint different pictures of what that destroyed is. So I would just want to be just take a minute and give the Bible, you know, Bible clarification.

We talk about destroyed as far as being, you know, the everlasting punishment, you know, in the lake of fire and just clarify that. So somebody might not get the wrong idea that they’re obliterated and if that’s what’s going on. from half and all from we then there’s no consequence for not not turning the price and only have the most of your response well the answer is in second this lonians one eight and nine words this christ will come back in flaming fire taking vengeance on all of them that no not god and the obey not the gospel of our lord jesus christ who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the lord and from the glory of his power so they’ll be separated from god forever and ever and ever and all unbelievers will be wiped out at the second coming.
