I’m guaranteeing you will hear a lot of Bible and we’ll probably get saved if they’re not because we make sure everybody hears the gospel and is led to Christ when they get on our property which is great.
Alright we’re going to get into our Bibles if you have it there get it out. If you don’t have a Bible just listen. But you can turn to the passages with us and take a look at what the Bible says. We’re going to get a Hebrews chapter 10. What an exciting chapter. It tells us that Jesus Christ died on the cross of Calvary and paid for all of your sins past, present and future. Hebrews 10 10, are you there?
Hebrews 10, verse 10, and it says, by the ritual, that is the word of God, we are sanctified. The word sanctified means from the Greek to make pure and holy. The new tesla is written in the Greek language. So it says here, by the ritual we are sanctified. Now a lot of people define sanctified as to set apart, and that is really not the meaning. I’m amazed at how many people say that that is the meaning of the word.
The Greek word really means to make pure and holy, but anything pure and holy is set apart from everything that’s not pure and holy, and so it’s an application to say that it’s to be set apart, but actually the meaning is to make pure and holy. To go to heaven, to enter into the confesses of God, you have to be as righteous as God. Name is our, name is our and when you pick your chest in Christ, it says by the winner of that we are sanctified made pure holy through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.
Jesus Christ died and the offering of his body on the cross was one time for all people and all the picture of him are saved eternally. They are made perfect, they are sanctified in the presence of God, and God sees them as though they were absolutely righteous. This led an interest to me. It says that every priest, every priest, stand with daily, ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices which it says in my Bible here can never take away sense, can never take away sins.
You know, the priest cannot take away your sin, the rabbi cannot take away your sin, the minister cannot take away your sin, and here it talks about the futility of religion. Every priest stands with daily ministry and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices which can the Bible says never, never, never, never means never, can never take away your sins. Then there’s 12 houses that this man returned to Christ after he had offered one sacrifice to sins forever set down on the right hand of God.
Jesus in contrast offered one sacrifice one time two thousand years ago. Calvary will never be repeated. It will never happen again. The one time death of Christ satisfied God’s justice and our sins are forgiven. Verse 13 is such a sense of heaven’s worth, cause enemies be made his footstool and then look at verse 14. For by one offering, by one offering he hath perfected forever, none their sanctified. So you find that he has perfected forever all his but they trust in Christ’s Savior.
Let me ask you a question. If you were a perfect in God’s sight forever, could you be certain of going to heaven? And the answer is of course you could. And that’s the position that we have in Christ. When God looks down upon a believer, he sees you sanctified, made pure and holy in the the Son of God based upon the one time offering of the body of Jesus Christ. By one offer, verse 14 says, He hath perfected forever one that are saved to find.
My goodness, when she trusts Christ, you are saved forever and ever and ever. And a little bit later, when he was in chapter 13 in verse 5, it says, I will never leave you and I will never forsake you. That is gotta be good news. Jesus promises that he will never… He’s not going to break it. If you went to hell, Jesus Christ would have to go to hell with you. It’s just not going to happen. Christ is never going to go to hell with you.
It’s just not going to happen. Christ is never going to go to hell. So once you first Christ, you can be assured that you’ll never be lost. I will never leave you and I’ll never forsake you. I’m not paying attention. We’re going to go to the phone lines here and the number is 1-800-576-3771, 1-800-576-3771. We have Nathaniel in Belgrade’s Florida and Nathaniel welcome to Babylon, you are on the air. Hello, you are on the air? Yes sir. Yes sir.
I’m reading the vehicles and I was seeing that and I was seeing that a loud leader will meet up and cover me. So can you explain me what would that uncover me? I’m not too sure what we’re talking about. I’m confident. Wow, we’re leaving this out of our company. What you talking about? I’m not too sure what you’re talking about. Even the… I’m leaving this 18. I’m turning it right now. I’m leaving this 18. Two. Right. And three. Two.
Okay. It says here, let me get another verse 23, where it says, meaning shall tell I with any beast to defile myself. They’re with meaning shall any woman stand before a beast to lie down there too. It is confusion. Is this what we’re talking about? Yeah, man. All right. All of this is talking about sex that is forbidden, sex outside of marriage and here even in verse 23, beastiality. If you look at verse 22, talking about homosexuality, not lying with mankind, and as with women men, as with women kind, it is a domination.
So obviously all these things are forbidden, and a person that commits them can be forgiven, they can be saved, but obviously they’re in violation of God’s word, and God is not going to bless you if you do those things. Yes, over there were only all hands. The grandson of Abraham or the son of Abraham? Yes, yes, sir. It’s the candidate of Abraham. And the letter. Yeah, the word he did was committed a homosexual icon as father. No, no, he went in and uncovered God Noah’s nakedness, which when he had a homosexual act committed on his father, Noah.
That’s why God or Noah cursed him. That was exactly the chapter for bids. They were not in practice homosexuality. You’re welcome. Thank you, Nathaniel and Bell, who I was for. We have Mark and Ashlyn Kentucky. Mark, where are you? There you are. I think that I found you. Welcome to Bibleing. Well, thanks for speaking, Megan. I’ll call you back a couple days in a row about the ancient Earth. And I still need to get these things straight. You said that ancient earth was destroyed.
Now I told GSD that I hadn’t realized that before, but could you do the reasoning behind it because that’s before man, isn’t it? So why would theirs be shaken and destroyed in those days? Because this… Lucifer lived on the server. He became Satan. But he ruled over all of God’s angels. All the angels of God lived here on the original earth. And apparently they had cities, and they had different levels of leadership, and they still do. Lucifer was of course their head or god and to this very day Lucifer has that title or Satan does the god of this world he was in charge of the planet earth when he decided to overthrow heaven and if you turn by I say a 14 He will see what his plan was.
He was apparently right here on the earth, which is contrary to what most people think. And he said in verse 13 of Isaiah 14, he says, and this is God knowing his thoughts before he actually pulled this off, now has said in that heart, I will ascend into heaven. So he was not in heaven. He was going to ascend in heaven. from where, from the earth where he was the God of this world. Secondly, he says, I will tell my throne above the stars of God, apparently a hinting that he is below the visible heavens that you can see with your eyes and with telescopes, so he was below that.
He was going to send above the stars. Thirdly, he said I will also sit in the mountain of the congregation in the sides of the north. We know that heaven apparently is in the north in our universe. And he was going to go to the north in our universe beyond all the visible heavens and actually sit upon God’s stone in the empty place that the Bible describes in the north where heaven is. When it says when we’re spurking, I will ascend above the heights of the clouds.
Apparently Lucifer was ready on the surface of the earth beneath the clouds So he was gonna go above the clouds above their stars and actually a sin in the heaven and overthrow God And so when he did he led a third of the angels That were God’s angels that he was having charge over In that rebellion they followed him and God judged them and he judged the other angels that went with him and he charged the earth and it became without permanent blood.
And the earth was, I think, an abandoned state for millions of years. And all life on the planet was killed. And then more recently there was a week-reative week where God now establishes it so that there can be life on the earth again. This time he puts man in charge of the planet. That’s why Satan was there in the garden. Satan turned him to get out of many of the fall. Because he was jealous. Here Adam was taking his place.
He was the God of this world. He was not a happy camper. And so he was ready to cause Adam to move to fall. And it explains why Satan was there. And when he fell, it was obviously prior to the seven days in the creation of man. Hope that helps a little bit. Yeah, that’s right up front, but he just destroyed the things that were on the planet, right? I mean, the straightening of the universe were still just here.
When there were still beings, and they were still here and confined to the Earth, and they were still confined, ultimately you go to hell, but they’re alive and well on the planet, and they’re definitely out there influencing this world. Yeah, and also, if you’ve got one more thing, and you know, in the sense that God did create the animals and everything on the planet, That’s a good man. Is that me and the years period there? Is it that me and the years between the fifth day and sixth day there?
No, no, no, no. Those are 24-hour days, six little days. And they all have a boom, boom, boom, boom. You mean you got a great… You mean you got a great… He’s great, all the animals on the fifth day. That’s great. Well, all I’m still confused about the question I asked you earlier about the dinosaurs being up up, because there weren’t many deaths in the world before that time. There’s no truth. There was that. How could animals been destroyed?
We killed. And then, no, I was you. God, God, Judge, your hiffon, you destroyed all life on the planet. So I’ve been staying all alone. And then so all of the animals were killed and there was destruction of life here on the planet. Yes. And then in seven days he makes it inhabitable again, and this time puts man in charge. But there was never death upon humans because they were no humans. The various leakies coming up and the HIKI brought it up is Raymond’s Five Flals, which says death passed upon all men.
when Adam sinned. And so, it was then dead and so there was no death before Adam. I don’t know how people read things into a verse that’s not even there, but it never says that there was no death. It simply says there wasn’t death upon humans until Adam sinned. Okay, well that must be my mistake again. I just, I just, I must be so many years to come between the creation of the animal and the man even though it’s just a chapter apart into Bible.
Not at all. It was right one after the other. And those days are each defined in time as the time it takes the earth to turn once on its axes. It says, the evening and the morning were the first day. That’s the turning of the earth on its own. axis one time. That’s a 24 hour period. The evening and the morning were the second day. That’s again a 24 hour period. And the evening and the morning were the third day.
And so on. Each of these days are clearly defined in Genesis as one rotation of the Earth on the Saxis. Well then how could animals, they find the bad sources that were underground of the hundred to million years old and that’s what might our boss appeal to the campus just because they were created in the beginning in the beginning God created the album’s earth that was millions and millions and millions and millions of years ago so the original earth was inhabited with plants, animals, dinosaurs all of God’s angels lived here and when Satan rebelled he killed all of the plants and animals and the Earth became broader without form.
And so that occurred probably if we believe what NASA says, it probably occurred 65 million years ago when they say this giant piece of rock hit in the Yuki-Terem Peninsula area of the Gulf of Mexico and they say it threw up so much debris from the Earth that shut out the sunlight for millions of years. The sun’s light were cut out for 72 hours. The earth would be cooked frozen. This would explain the ice ages and how all life had been extinguished.
And then in seven days, they had been made in habitable again. So there is an original creation and then we have a re-creative week there with Adam and Eve and he tells Adam at the end of it, We fruitful and multiply and we punish the earth. Notice he fails at him to replenish. He didn’t say, he said, we punish. That implies there have been life destroyed, and now he is the Plenish of the game. I wouldn’t make a big deal out of that except that’s the same praise in the Hebrew used when God spoke to Noah.
And right after the flood, we fell Noah, be fruitful and and we punished the Earth. And in this case, we know who his wife destroyed, and now he was to punish the Earth again with life after that destruction. The same thing was told Adam in Genesis chapter 1. I’m just getting confused between ancient Earth and the man Earth. Right. So all the fossil remains we have today are dated back to that original Earth, the destruction that probably occurred 65 million years ago.
Oh, that simple minded. That’s all right. And I’m not sure. Thank you very much. Oh, hey. It took a long time to make coal and make the petroleum we have today. And those bones have had a chance to certainly ground for millions of years. And they have under the pressures of the earth and all that time have been now formed into fossil fuels that we’re using today in our Earth. Thank you Mark and Ashlyn Kentucky, listening on the station one out of West Virginia.
We now have Brad in Clearwater, Florida and the Brad welcome to Badline You Are On The Air. Brad? Yes, you’re on the air. Oh, oh, good morning, Pastor Armstrong. Good morning. I had a question concerning the lecture. What happens to your baby when they’re in the arms of a believer? I’ll hang out and listen to your thoughts about the radio. When they’re in the arms of a believer? I’m not too sure what I heard there, but if somebody’s carrying a baby in their arms and the rapture happens, obviously they’re not going to be able to take anything with him or be an animal or a dog or a cat or a baby.
If you are being raptured, they’ll be left behind. So you’re carrying a chair, a book, a lunch, a sandwich, and it’s going to be left behind. So I hope that answers it. I’m not too sure I understood that question. We now have Joyce, and she is in Charlotteville, New York, and Joyce, welcome to Bibleline. you are on the air. Hello. Hello. Hi. How are you doing? Hi. How are you doing? Hi. How are you doing? I’m doing a question.
I’m the other night on TV, a person who’s talking about fear and I couldn’t believe my ears would be said. He pretty much said that he doesn’t care how much a person professes to be a Christian. If they have any kind of so-bears or rational fears or anxiety attacks, they don’t belong to Christ. They belong to the devil. I couldn’t believe this. And those who are talking about fear and fear, David and his peers, and I said to myself, what David was doing, I mean Peter was afraid, Elijah was afraid, and then I thought of our revelation 21-8, or I thought, I wonder who the sphereful are, who wants it and to have them.
So could you tell me what you think about both those things? All right, I’m going to have to do it right after the break, so I’m going to keep listening. I’m not going to go into this room, this is by the line, we’re going to have to take a break. I will write from that break and this is by the line. It’s wonderful to be able to be with you. It’s Wednesday and we have services tonight. If you have any youth, we have a wonderful a wanna. Good morning, and welcome to our YouTube channel, The Youth Program. Between 6 and 8, you’re welcome to bring your children free of charge.
In many cases, we’re gonna go back to the phone lines here. We got lots of callers. And we had Joyce holding over from the break from Charlotteville, New York. And Joyce were coming right back at you here. And maybe we can figure out your question here and get it answered. Okay. The other night, I’m on Tuesday. I’ve got a question to a cat. and he’s pretty much scared that he doesn’t care how much a person professors to be a Christian, but if they have any kind of phobia or rational fear and anxiety attacks or any fear, they just want to Christ that they belong to the devil because God didn’t get a superior to fear.
And then we started talking about David and how fearful David was and I’m saying to myself hello, David was saved. That’s right. No, you know, I’m included with afraid Elijah was afraid. Then I thought of Revelation 21a, it says, describe the traits of people that won’t be in the kingdom, and it talks about the fearfall. So I wondered on both those things, I mean you think that’s ridiculous what he said, right? Oh yeah, absolutely. Christians do have fears, and it’s natural.
It’s a part of our makeup. You know, fear is what causes us to act many times. you know if you get your car going too fast then you might lose control of its spirit because vandalism but to break it and and bring it into control and I guess you were talking about that might be a healthy type of fear but like you know if you have a panic attack or you know something which could be a chemical imbalance in your brain sure it’s just natural and many Christians have those just like anybody else.
So who are the fearful in Revelation 21A? I’m not too sure who they are. It’s obviously unbelievers. So we have to interpret it in that context. Obviously they are maybe fearful of God or of the Bible or of the consequences of sin and they don’t ever approach the Lord to find out the answer. But we’ll have to wait and see it’s a it has to be an unbeliever because all the people listed there are people Understanding before God in those sin without Christ.
So it’s just unbelievers So If you have experience some persecution while witnessing for Christ or doing something for Christ and it made you very afraid and You never we were denied Christ in your heart You know, even in your actions, you become more cautious than less bold and you still do things for Christ, but more unlike an anonymous level, like say, before you would go right up to somebody and give them the gospel message. Now you kind of write it down on a piece of paper and you’ll know it to them, even anonymously.
Because of that fear, that doesn’t mean that you were probably never saved, right? Of course not. No, it’s nothing to do with it. What you said, you could experience all those things. and obviously God can give you courage but a lot of Christians are timid and fearful. Right. And you know. I’m sorry. Okay. I’m going to finish. Okay. And if there’s just one more quick thing I could ask. The second example of the person in the power of the sower, where it says he had, they’ve thrown up quickly but he had no root.
I know I believe and you believe and I’ve heard others who believe that that person was saved but I’ve heard some people say well since he had no root he wasn’t. Yeah, I just believe that it’s clearly if you compare all three gospels and the context the only group that’s unsaved is the seed sown by the wayside. The next two, the stony ground and the rocky ground are those that just don’t bear any fruit They just don’t seem to develop.
They don’t have enough root to get into the word and to find the notion that they need to survive as a Christian and go forward. But the last group is good ground and they suck up the notion through the roots and into their soul and maintain not only their Christian life but they grow and apparently produce fruit. Right. Right. Oh, so great. Dr. Hacks, thank you so much. a lot better. Good choice. Thank you for calling. You have a great day.
God bless you. Charlotte and her joys in Charlotte, New York. Charlotte Bill, New York. We have Jerry and Pat City. Jerry, welcome to the battle on your own here. Good morning, man. Good morning. Good morning. I got some folks here that I need you to explain a couple of nurses on here in Matthew chapter 24. Alright. I’m at the I need you to explain a couple of nurses down here in Matthew chapter 24. I have written a few nurses 33 and 39.
Now in 33, where you say they’re the shooter, they’re the leader at the very doors. They won’t know how can a Christian know. In the name of 39, where it says they did not know or understand what the word came and swept them all the way, they would be the coming of the bottom man. That’s the joke. It’s quite a lot of news to the question. Well, you can know when it’s near, that is the coming of Christ, when the Jewish people are reestablished back in their land.
You’ll notice here it talks about the fig tree. And when Christ was rejected, we find that He came back to Jerusalem the next morning. And He saw a fig tree and had leaves on it but no fruit. And He was looking for fruit, He was hungry. And so He cursed the fig tree and said let no fruit go on the fornades. Israel, being basically off God’s radar for a whole age while God turned to us charntails. But God is going to obviously go back and finish his plan with Israel and we’re living in those days right now.
So, the battle talks then in Chapter 24 about the fig tree beginning to bud and gossip again, put forth leaves, And obviously it’s talking about now. So in 1948 Israel became a nation again and it says when you see those things happen you can know that it’s coming as near even the door. So Christ is very close to returning and we can know that it’s been true ever since Israel became a nation again for two thousand years. The Jewish people were dispersed throughout all the world and they did not have their ancient homeland and no other than their nation.
But they became a nation again, it’s a miracle really, after 2000 years of history the Jewish people became a nation again in 1948. So we’re living in that generation that’s going to see Christ return. One over the other you have two groups, one field, the one that’s taken, the other is left behind. This is talking about the Second Coming also. It’s not the Rapture. And just like in the Flood, they were eating, drinking, and so on. They knew not until the day of the Flood came, which came and took them all away.
It took the unbelievers away and drowned them. And the Sade were left behind to re-topulate the Earth as they were in the Ark, and they re-topulated the planet after the Flood was over. The Sade will be true at the Second coming at the end of the tribulation period, all unbelievers will be killed, they’ll be slain, and believers will be left behind to populate the millennium, to thaw the thousand of the kingdom of Christ. These other believers will be left, and the end leaders will be taken in judgment and killed, and I hope that helps explain that.
Okay, thank you, Jerry. I guess Jerry is hung up. We’re now going to hear the Bob and the Sarasota, and Bob Bob, welcome to Bibleline here on here. Hi, Hank, how are you doing? This is Bob. Sure, Bob. Listen, I have a question for you. My sister has been involved with the whole gospel and have a couple of questions. So first would be about times if you’d touched briefly on it. And, you know, there’s a street and how it, you know, disappeared from the gift list and I explained it well.
And the other thing is I told you that we’re probably no profits left in the prophecy. And should we afford to act to 17? Could you touch on that with us, you know, young women like James and props and all that? Sure, it’s talking to you about… I’m going to hang up and listen Hank, and I’ll be a little concise for you, okay? Because she’s like I said, been involved in a full gospel moment. Yeah, right. A lot of the Pentecostals believe that that quote in Acts has been fulfilled and it has it.
It’s a quote from the book of Joel and if you’ll notice it tells us in that quote. quote that Christ would pour his spirit upon all flesh. Well, that hadn’t happened. You can go in the neighborhood around my church here, and show a lot of people who don’t have all the spirit. And I’m sure the same is true in your neighborhood. But at the second coming, as we just mentioned, all the insides will be destroyed, and only the believers will be left behind, and God will provide His Holy Spirit upon every person, every believer.
That’s then that they will young men will prophesy and so on and so on. None of us has happened yet. So if you read, Joel 2.28, it says that it would come to pass afterward, afterward. That is, after Christ has returned, his second coming, then he would pull out his spirit upon all flesh because only the believers would be left, the unbelievers would be destroyed. Now, in 1 Corinthians 13, it tells us that three gifts are in a contemporary nation and with end.
That’s the gift of prophecy, the gift of knowledge, and the gift of tongues. It would happen when that which is perfect is come, which is the New Testament record. and share enough by the end of the first century when the New Testament was completed, the gift of prophecy ceased, the gift of tongues ceased, and the gift of knowledge ceased, and all three of those are gone. There are no prophets today, and there are no people who experience the gift of knowledge, and there are no people who speak in tongues.
The biblical gift was a known language, a specific dialect, and what we have today is people that are doing a gibberish that is a counterfeit. It’s not the real gift. The real gift was to communicate the gospel to the laws. I always like to tell people, look at First Corinthians 1422 where it says, tons of food sign. Not to them that believe, but to them that believe not. I don’t see anybody that has this gibberish today using it with those that believe not.
You’d ought to be used with the unsafe. So I challenge people all the time. I say, get in my car. Just go, go ahead of them all. I’ll get a crowd, and I’ll introduce you. And if you have the real gift, we’re gonna have a revival. People just say, go over them all. And then I’ll buy you a steak dinner. I’ve had no one go, and I’ve been doing this for 20, 30 years. Nobody wants to go. They know what they’re doing today will turn the unsaid person off.
They’ll think you’re crazy. And absolutely it’s not the gift that the Bible talks about. So, things we’ve to be used for evangelism, it would have been winning the lost, and nobody is doing that today because what they have today is not the gift. It’s a counterfeit. All that helps a little bit, thank you Bob. We’re now going to go to Mick in Holmes Beach Florida up in the panhandle and Mick welcome the Bible and you’re on there. God bless you, Dr.
Hank. I want to go to the subject of the tickle. I go out to the homeless quite often. I’ve been very fortunate that God has used me to leave many of these men to Christ. And I find my biggest obstacle. As I’m out there is a preaching among the lands of, and I’m going to use Mark chapter 7, Matthew 15, or Romans 14, where nothing that goes into a man shall make him run. just take a full message in that the argument to me is, well, I never smoked a cigarette.
I never drank. I’m not a drunker. People, you know, we’ve all been in that group, but it’s going to be so drunk, that they’ve just let alcohol or drugs take over their lives. Here, there’s some people that can have a glass of wine and stop right there. And as you look at Manchu 15, Mark 7, or on this portion, we see that nothing that goes into to a man shall make him unclean. There’s one of the subjects that seems to be so confused, the message that’s preached, that because I don’t do these things, I’m there for a queen and don’t have a need for salvation.
I’m not like that person over there. And I especially go to Acts chapter 1, and I can read this, 15, 8, through 12, or 11, and God which knows it hearts their than witness, giving them the Holy Ghost, even as he did unto us, and put no difference between us and them, sure find a hard spot safe. Now therefore, watch him see God to put a yoke upon the neck of the disciples, which neither our fathers nor we were able to bear, but we believe that through the grace of the Lord is you go in three times in the Book of Acts.
You know, they write the letter and say we put no further yoke upon them to abstain from the pollution of idols, from fordication, and some things strangled and from blood. Isn’t that the simplicity of Christ, Dr. Hank, and isn’t that the message that we should be delivering that he gave us the law to show us we cannot live up to the law? The Ten Commandments, if God had said, I shall not drink, I shall not smoke, I think you know God has made it very clear to us through just the Ten Commandments that that’s all he had ever given us.
That our real standard is the separation that we have from God and the only way, and that is through our unbelief and the only way to make recompense with God then is to receive Jesus Christ as our Savior, knowing that we are all sinners. But even after we get saved, you know, Paul explains in Romans 7 that we present in us. And I’m going to hang up, Dr. Hank, but I would just like for you to just elaborate a little bit on that.
And maybe spend a day or two concerning tickling years preaching. I’m not advocating any of these, these men. I tell them, look, my problem was an alcohol. My problem wasn’t drugs, but I certainly had a separation from God in the flesh. And I had to come to Him and tell Him I need a Savior. I need Jesus. I need that Holy Spirit to dwell in me so that I know that my heart is right with God. And I must make not my lungs but my heart.
And I just would like to elaborate on that and maybe consider standing in a turn day on tickling, years, preaching because church after church and I’m waiting, as I walk into these churches, I love to visit new churches, and it seems to me that that message, walking out of there, I’m not a drunkard. Well, somebody who drinks a glass of wine isn’t necessarily a drunkard. Get, they’re going to the doctors and they’re filling their OxyContin, Xanax, DOLOP and their prescription, same well.
well, I’m okay with this because the doctor, for those medications, being abused, 75% of the drug bust in Florida last year were four legal prescription drugs being sold illegally on the streets. And I’m just… and I’m just like for you to address that, maybe come into that a little more clear that message of clean ears with that type of message according to bible nothing you and i have to offer god our best righteous deeds are filthy rags so when we approach god with our works and our deeds and the order of heaven may have to have his righteousness imputes that or credits that to the account of the one who believes on Christ as his Savior.
So much of Christianity is trying to get you to change or to stop or to… Obviously it makes them have a change in their life which doesn’t save. That will not save you. Even if you changed, you’d still be a sinner condemned before God You could turn over the leaf and still go to hell because the other side of the leaf is rotten just like the one that was visible. So basically God says you need to be born again, you need to have an rebirth, you need to trust Christ.
And when we trust Christ, as we get earlier in Hebrews today, by one offering, He perfects you forever. So, consistently we’re a perfecting God’s sight based upon the one time death of Christ on the cross. And our lives will never completely be devoid of sin in this life here, because as long as we have a sin nature, and you said Paul struggled with it, and after you say you still have a sin nature, and the Bible says in 3 John 1 8, if we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not as we still find that we have the sin nature and that’s going to continue with this total dying.
A lot of preaching is just not biblical. Unfortunately, the devil has got no advantage there and we’re preaching man’s philosophy and man’s righteousness rather than the righteousness of God which is required for salvation and that’s the only righteousness that will get you to heaven. And when you trust Christ God sees you as righteous. Care and holy, the word sanctified means to make pure holy and that’s based on the one time offering of Jesus Christ’s body upon the cross. Okay, we have Antoine and he’s in Tampa, Florida and Antoine, welcome to…
Hi. Good morning. This morning I was listening to Dr. Uncle, but you really could start to love him. Then you really could start to hate him. When you answer that question, I want to talk to him. I want to talk to him. I want to give you the definition. Chapter 18 of the Vedicists. Yes. Okay, I’m almost there again. The Vedicists numbers almost there. The Vedicists 18, verse 8 says, The nakedness of my father’s wife shall throw not uncover more.
It is by father’s nakedness. So that was quick, that’s what we would like of Noah. No, I am sorry. So if you do feed with him, then you have a sexual act with Noah’s wife. He does the umbrella with nakedness. Well, you’re only reading that. You have a… You have to read Genesis. And if you go away from the prime passage, then you’re really going to get mixed up. And if you read what it says in Genesis, you find that Noah said that when he came out of his drunken super, he realized what his son, him, had done unto him.
And that was, he came out of the homosexual act on his own dad. And that was the sin there. And so obviously you can’t leave that primary passage and then try to read something else into it. He committed a homosexual act. And apparently that was some of the reasons why God destroyed the people in the flood. And those sins carried on. And then of course you had all those people solidly come out later that came and they still were carrying on the sins that were carried prior to the flood.
Thank you for coming and we now have Carl in Tampa for them. Carl, welcome to Babylon, New on the air. Okay. One of the sickers, obviously those that are sick of a maladies and illnesses, the whole are those that are physically well and don’t need any type of healing. They don’t need to go to the doctor. And the righteous are the self-righteous who think they’re okay, but don’t realize that you don’t have the righteousness of God and need to trust Christ as Savior.
So the Bible deals with a lot of times people that are religious that claim that they are righteous and they’re not. And of course Isaiah exposes that by saying even our best righteous deeds are filthy wags. So even as a person who is trying to do right, we are far from having the righteousness of God. The only way we can have that is to trust Christ and have God imputed or credited to our account. Thank you, Carl, and we’re now going to go to Angel in St.
Petersburg. Angel, left and right line, you’re on the air. My question is in reference to the answer you gave to a couple of calls. You were talking about Joe. He mentioned in a gospel that he said I’ll pull out my spirit upon all men. I’m just going to tell you what I thought it was at first and then further my question. I thought it was something about that because it was the antenna cost of the link. He just I set up, I set up, I pull out my flesh upon all men.
This is what… This is what the Prophet Joseph spoke of to anyone, Jews and Gentiles. Now, not at all. In fact, what Peter is saying is that they wholly scared that Joe predicted would come one day was the Holy Spirit that came under their Pentecost. But the scripture that Joe is, that they’re quoting is really not fulfilled until the second coming when he’s poured out upon all flesh. Now, we have to run. Again, by the line, as this was reported, if you could help us this month we could really use your help.
Would you Call and offer to give a gift by credit card or would you call and get an envelope sent so you could mail a gift in to Bibleline. I sure hope.
