Bibleline Radio Show – 2006-09-19 – Proverbs 11:30

A soul winner is wise because God says so. When all is said and done, all that really counts is what God said was important. A soul winner is wise because he will have God’s praise and reward.

Tonight September 19th, we will begin those classes that we have been talking about and will do one class now for five weeks, two hours every Tuesday night, beginning tonight at seven till nine and for five weeks total will get ten hours of teaching in and this class is called meeting the challenge. And we are going to talk about what the challenge is from God’s Word and what it means to meet that challenge and how you can meet that challenge and what it means if you don’t and what if you do and the consequences of ignoring it and we’ll have a great time.

I certainly hope you’ll be in the classroom if you’re in driving distance you can do that but we also have it possible for you now to call in, register and you’ll get a password and be able to take the class on the internet from anywhere in the world. So if you’re interested in taking it if you live in other cities or other states or in other parts of the world, even other countries, you can register over the phone, get a password and be able to be a part of the classroom by way of the internet.

Exciting stuff. We’re streaming our radio program right now and it’sorthern going up to the internet. You can catch today’s radio program now live and later for the next month as it will sit archives and you can listen to it as often as you want. So keep that in mind. And our TV programs as well are sitting there on the internet for you to view. And so we’re excited about all these things that are happening with Bibleline as we’re reaching out.

Our TV programs are being aired in Mongolia and that’s right, Mongolia. Our radio program is also being aired on live radio down in Honduras On a station that is actually on the island of Rotan Rotan has a population of 80,000 people and that station reaches most of the country of Honduras, including the capital and some of the other major cities So pray for my blindness. We reach out through internet and through our stations across America. And we look forward to hearing from any of you that are listening today.

We’re on a new station now over in the Pensacola area, which we believe is reaching not only mobile Alabama and even east of west of that, that but also even east of Pensacola we’ve got a report from Fort Walton Beach they’re hearing it loud and clear and they’re considerably east of the Pensacola area so we’re excited about that new station WNVY 1090 on the AM now up in that part of the country. I want to hear from you folks up in Memphis I know we’re on the air there live right now on am 1380w lrm gives the call at least tell us you are hearing the program we’d love to hear from you folks and it would be great if you would call in and Tell us what’s going on.

Alright, we got all fair questions and we have the phone lines are open now. We’ll talk about the Bible for a couple of minutes and then give you a chance to call in here the numbers 1-800-100-576-3771-180576-3771. The day of the Lord’s return is getting closer and of course if He comes this year, he probably will come into this week. That’s right. Is that kind of frightening? Well, not for the believer, we’re going to go up to beat the Lord, but the Feast of Trumpets, which is the most reasonable date for the return of Christ, is September 22nd, and today is the 19th.

So we’ve got a couple of days left, and Jesus will be back if he comes this year. Please note I did not set a date for the Rapture and I’m not a date setter, but we are to be watching for his coming and live in the expectancy of that coming of Christ. And if he comes on whatever year he comes, he’ll probably come on the Feast of Trumpets. And the question is asked by Joyce and Utica, New York, is it always September 22nd?

The answer is no. They go by the lunar calendar. So it slides back and forth a week or two every year, but it’s in September usually. And this year it happens to fall on September 22nd. So not true of every year, Joyce, but this year it is September 22nd. I don’t know if the world’s coming this year. Wouldn’t that be something if he did? And if he does, well, we’ll be out of here by the end of the week.

So we’re going to spend classes and our probably our radio program will go off the air too. I would imagine with nobody here to man the studio and to operate the program we will be probably off the air. And of course there are a lot of wonderful Christians in radio stations that are working for them because they want to be in a Christian environment. They would all disappear at the rapture, and I would imagine a lot of Christian radio would probably go off the air.

In any case, we are watching for Christ’s return and living in that expectancy which is exciting. There is a world out there that needs to be reached with the Gospel, and we need to tell as many as we can this wonderful story. You know the Bible says that we are all sinners, Romans 3, 23, for all have sinned and if I am short of the glory of God, the Bible tells us that the payment for our sin is death which would mean the second death as physical death, which would mean you would be cast into hell.

Revelation chapter 20 verse 14 says, and they were cast into the everlasting lake of fire, this is the second death. In Romans 6, 23 it says the wages of sin is death. The payment for your sin that you would receive would be deaf, but if you trust Christ that he made the payment for your sin by his death at the cross, then the rest of the verse tells us in Romans 6, 23, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ, our Lord.

By the way, this salvation has to be received as a gift. The Bible tells us that our works are filthy rags, and our righteous deeds are filthy rags, and therefore our works, no matter how good or well intended, will not pay for sin. Ephesians 2-9 says salvation is not of works, lest any man should boast. So it’s a free gift, but it was purchased because Christ came as the one who would die in our place. 2 Corinthians 5, 21 tells us that God made Christ to be sinned for us, Christ who knew no sin that we might be made, the righteousness of God in Him.

When you trust in the substitution of your payment of Christ, God saves you. And that’s the good news. So we’re sinners. The payment for that sin is death. If we paid for it, we’d go to hell. But because Jesus died in our place and paid that sin that we could receive it as a free gift by trusting Christ as our Savior. And the Bible makes it clear in dozens of verses that whosoever believeth in Christ should not perish but have everlasting life.

I know I was raised thinking that… I’d probably never go to heaven because it was beyond my reach that I had to work my way to heaven and I could probably never achieve it. But you know the Bible says it’s a gift and because Christ paid the price in full at the cross, we’re saved forever by what Christ did. I love that hymn, What Can Wash Away My Sin? The answer is nothing but the but of Christ. Nothing but Jesus’ blood could ever wash away your sin.

your sin. That’s certainly a wonderful message because everyone and anyone that would trust Christ as Savior would be saved and be forgiven of all of their sin and be eligible to enter heaven. I’m Dr. Englund from this Bibleline and we’re excited about being with you today. We’re located here in Tampa, Florida, right next to the Tampa airport on the West Side. I know people are calling for the address and how to get to the classes tonight. Let me just tell you that if you can find Tampa’s airport, you want to get around on the west side of the airport where the Veterans Expressway has its beginning.

And we’re just one block further west of that between Hillsboro and Memorial Avenue. If that means anything to you if you’re out of town, you probably don’t know what I’m talking about. But right next to the airport don’t get more than a block away. But if you have the internet you can go to our website on how to find us. We’ve got our address typed in, you type in yours and hit go and it will print out directions which are very, very good and they’ll get you right here to the classes tonight.

Or if you have a fax machine. We can fact show a map that will help you find the classes tonight and of course you can always call us and we’ll try to steer you in by telephone and tell you how to get here. But basically wherever you’re coming from all the major roads aimed toward Tampa International Airport you just want to swing around over on to the west side and if you’re on the road that borders the airport fence on the west, that’s Eisenhower Boulevard.

And there are three different roads that will take you over one block further west to George Road. Now George Road runs north and south too, just like the perimeter road Eisenhower Boulevard. And so when you go back further west again on George Road, we’re right there midway between Memorial and Hillsborough Avenue. We hope you can get that all clear and we hope you’ll come out tonight and be in the class. That will be from 7 to 9 for 5 weeks and we will be teaching a super class that will help raise you to the next level as a Christian, that is for sure.

We are going to go to John in Clearwater, Florida and again the phone number is 1-800-576-3771 and John, welcome to Bibleline you are on the air. Good morning. Thanks for the take of my twirl. Listen, I’ve asked this question before and I’m still up in the air as time goes on. When a Christian, right now if a Christian was a pass away, he would be with the Lord instantly. That is great. Right? Now, if Christ comes back today to more next week, the people that are Christians who died, they will be risen from the grave and join them in the sky and then the people that are alive will go next.

And if those two statements are true, well, when the person dies and before Christ comes, how come they’re not in the ground waiting to join Christ? Why do they go? Who are these people that are in the ground waiting to meet Christ in the sky? If we instantly go to heaven when we pass away. Well there are no people in the ground. It is their bodies that are spoken of as sleeping or resting in the grave until the resurrection.

Their spirit and their soul leave their body and in 2 Corinthians 5, 8 it says, absent from the body, present with the Lord and your spirit and soul leave your body and you are immediately present with the Lord. In the meantime, this Bible passage tells us the 2nd Corinthians that you are then left naked. That is your soul and spirit are left naked without a body. And so it goes on to say here that we are looking forward to being clothed upon again when we get our new body which is We’re going to be given out at the event of the rapture.

So there are souls. If you read 1 Thessalonians chapter 4, it is a verse that is missed by almost everybody, commentators as well. In verse 14 it says, If we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also would sleep, that refers to the body, and Jesus will God bring with him. So they’re already with him. They’re coming back with him. But their new bodies will rise up from the earth and meet their souls in the air.

Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air So the body is in the grave the body is spoken of his sleeping and at the resurrection The bodies are awakened and come up out of the grave and are Reunited with the souls which are present with the Lord at this very moment Chapter four verse 14 tells us that Christ comes back and brings He brings the souls with him of those that have already died.

And when he shouts their bodies come forth from the grave and they’ll be reunited, so unblind. What do we need a body for in heaven when I thought it’s just all souls up there? Well, I can’t answer that question. Yeah, no, I’m just blind. We’re going to have to ask the rational eyes all the time. But you got it now, I think you got it straight. So there will be a time temporarily where the departed dead will be without a body.

And the lost as well, they’re in Hades and waiting to be cast into the eternal lake of fire. But they don’t get their bodies until at the end of the thousand year inner Christ when they’re brought up before the Lord at the Great White Throne Judgment. And apparently their bodies will be able to withstand hell and they’ll be in those bodies for ever in the eternal lake of fire. So that’s the second resurrection. The first resurrection is of all the saved and the second resurrection is of all the lost.

And so they’re waiting for their bodies as well. So if they’ve died as an unbeliever, they are soul and spirit in Hades and they’re waiting in Casanel, but they won’t until they get their new body at the end of the millennium. Hope that helps a little bit, John. I can’t go beyond what the scripture says. I wish, you know, one of these days we were all. I know that. It’s just, it would just work in clear in my mind.

Listen, one more question and related to that. What about a person who say gets, they’re cremated or blowing up in a suicide bombing? How can their body be waiting to join the soul? Well, that’s a good question. And I think that there’s no problem for God. If you need molecules that may appear in the body, you will be able to reconstitute a brand new body from the earth. If you need them, I think you could also find them. God is an infinite God.

I don’t worry about that, but definitely many people have been drowned at sea and the sharks might eat their bodies or they’ve been burnt in a fire or blown up in an explosion or just vaporized in a nuclear bomb like those in Japan. But their bodies, they will get their new bodies even though that might seem improbable. So that’s why cremation really wouldn’t affect your salvation. You have some illustrations of cremation in the Bible, but the Bible in Like says Christ said don’t worry about those that can kill the body but they can’t kill your soul God will give you a brand new body about this body here can be killed, but your soul and spirit cannot Hey, listen.

Thank you very much. You’re welcome John. I’m not gonna wonder about that anymore. All right You too that was John and Clearwater and and Those are good questions and probably others out there had the same question Dorothy, off the air in Utica, New York calls in and says, how do you heal a divided church? And that certainly has a difficult situation. Usually the problem has to be solved, which whatever divided the church. And I think the pastor has to be a major player in pulling people together and resolving the conflict or conflicts that have caused the divided church.

Hopefully it’s not over doctrine that the church can be on the same page with their beliefs. But you know the Corinthian church was a divided church and so you might get some advice there, Dorothy, from the Corinthian letter. I know that Paul writes in chapter 1 and he pleads with him to be on the same page. He says in 1 Corinthians 1-10, Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you all speak the same thing, that there be no divisions.

Among you, but that you might be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment. And then he goes on to talk about some of the divisions that were caused there. Some were over such minor things as to who had baptized them. Some were saying, I’m better than you are because I was baptized by Paul. And others would say, no, I’m better than you are because a Paul’s baptized me. and these things cause divisions. That really shouldn’t happen.

And so Paul appeals to them to be on the same page and tells them how destructive it is to be divided. I hope that helps. I would read 1 Corinthians a letter written to a divided church that needed to come together and be speaking the same thing and be of the same mind and they would speak the the same thing alright we have a caller from all the new york and uh… this is reverend craft calling in and uh…

welcome to my plan yes the morning river all right boy we’re that have you on the air all the way from all the new york yes well i heard your program yesterday i was very impressed i had never listened to it before i see will wonderful i’m glad that i have a I have multiple sclerosis and I don’t tend to distract me when I’m driving. Yes, sir. But I have good days and bad days and I had a great day yesterday and I was listening to you.

So, wonderful. I’m glad you had that opportunity and we’re on every day there. So I hope you’ll continue to be a listener. Oh, I will. I will. I wanted to ask you a question for your listeners. uh… everyone as you and i both know we have a extremely short book in the bible book of tight yes i’ve read this book over and over and over and and i do wish to be in that but no i don’t and i and obviously paul was certainly not anti-juice no he wasn’t so i i don’t know what verse uh…

where you would pick that up uh… but i was one of those filthy lucra’s sake okay always upset me and I don’t have my Bible in front of me. No, no, it’s in the conditions here for being an elder bishop and how that if it’s there, that’s where it would be about how they shouldn’t serve for. Yeah, it’s in verse 7. For a bishop must be blameless as the steward of God, chapter 1, verse 7. Not self-willed, not soon angry, not given to wine, no striker, or given to filthy lukere.

in other words basically you shouldn’t be serving for the money or the prestige but for the purposes of the word called into the ministry and uh… and always but that always that book always bothered me i’m gonna please the estate spain of fan to be honest with well that’s a great book to share it gives us it gives you an eye so much leeway okay i’m not the great i’m not the your listeners would laugh at this i’m not the greatest preacher in the world.

And I do my best. I have friends that preach and I can sit there and I start smiling and they’ll always have done it. They say, Reverend Kraft is smiling again. It means he can’t do this good. And I laugh. I see. And you know, 20 minutes, 25 minutes, Bing Bang Boom, next. And in our churches, I’m forming a new universal life church up here in scary county not seagull county it would be between albany and banghamton new york on your map and we just picked up the land of the other day uh…

one of one of the last week pardon me i’m really happy for you i just don’t see anything here anti-Semitic or certainly uh… you said it because i kept getting an anti-Semitic thing and i have so many jewish friends And Israel is a true friend of this country. And we have been to them. Although lately I’m questioning our loyalty because we don’t seem to be doing a lot of things in their best interest anymore. But thank you for your call and we’ll be praying for you and I pray that you’ll take a fresh look at Titus.

It’s certainly not a… The Bible really is certainly a book that tells us that God loves the Jew and Christ was a Jew and he died for the Jews as well as a Gentiles. And whosoever believe it in him would not perish but have everlasting life. We have Maria in Tampa, but I think we’re going to have to probably cure this call over beyond the break. Are you there, Maria? Maria? Yes. I have a few questions to ask you.

But first to one of your listeners that spoke about having a brother that’s a Jehovah Witness. Yes. And he’s so anti-war. Well I know that because in searching for the truth I listened to a lot of the Jehovah Witness. I took lessons with them. I listened to the Mormons. So I learned a little bit of the Mormons and like the pastor said, I’m not that good in the Bible. I get tired, I was raised a Catholic and I get tired when I read the Bible.

But sometimes when I’m sad, I read it. And I was trying, I was taking a lesson in New York when I was in New York. First time I was second-family, which is mainly the story about David. Yeah, I’m going to have to go to break here. So I’m going to have to make you hold if you wouldn’t mind until we get back from this break time. I’m Dr. Anglinson, this is Bible and don’t change your dial. We’re going to be right back after this short break and finish up with Maria.

Don’t go away. Bibleline will be back in a moment. Give us a call at 1-800-576-3771. That’s 1-800-576-3771. Well hi, I’m Dr. Anglinson. It’s great to be with you and thanks for tuning in today. I want to let you know that we appreciate you and look forward to maybe meeting you someday if not here on this earth We’ll meet you in the air if you’re a believer because we’re all gonna be caught up to meet the Lord And maybe this will be the final week as the Lord will come back Whatever year he comes back on we believe the Feast of Trumpets which turns out to be September 22nd this year and and I look forward to meeting you in the air if I don’t get a chance to meet you before here on this earth I want you to know we are teaching classes again and we have about 40 series that

I have already done that are available on CD. You can get my class on the book of Revelation, 12 hours. You can get my course on the Holy Spirit, 12 hours. You can get my course on how to lead souls to Christ, 10 hours. We have done the book of Jude, the book of Romans, the book of Hebrews and on and on and on. There are lots of different choices. You can go online to BibleLineMinistries.org.com and look at the choices.

We also offer the Scofield Bible, which is what I like to use. And we use the old Scofield, not the new. They’re coming out now with a Bibleline, a Scofield Bible number three, which is sort of a hybrid, which I don’t like either. They’ve watered the notes down. And I think the best reference bible out there is the old Scofield reference bible which we offer in our bookstore. Also concordances and also commentaries that I recommend. There are not too many commentaries that are really worth their salt and we offer some that are really helpful.

We have the Jameson Posit Brown 3 volume unabridged set and that’s for a gift of $90. retails for about 130, 140. And that covers something on every verse of the Bible. We also have the Jay Vernon McGee five-volume commentary set which is excellent. It gives you something on every chapter and we have that for a gift of 100. I think it retails for 200 and all of that not only will help you but it will help Bible and a little bit to continue to be able to pay the bells as the year.

We sure do thank you for tuning in today. I hope you’ll tell your friends and also I hope that you realize that if you go to the internet you can hear our programs 24 hours a day, seven days a week from anywhere on the planet earth. We’re about ready to rejoin the stations that have been on break and do the second half. If your station doesn’t carry the second half go to the internet you’ll hear the full program either now or or later today your leisure whatever.

Don’t go away, Keep your radio dial tuned right where it is. We’re about ready to do the second half of Bibleline, so get ready. Here we go. Would you like to call Bibleline and ask Dr. Lindstrom a question? You can. Just pick up your phone and dial 1-800-576-3771. That’s 1-800-576-3771. Now here again is Dr. Hank Lindstrom. Alright, we’re back from that break and that’s great to be with you. We’re coming to you live from Tampa, Florida. This is Bible.

Bible and I’m Dr. Englundstrom and we’re coming to you from our studios at the Calvary Community Church in Tampa, Florida located at 4811 George Road, just one block west of Tampa’s International Airport. And I hope you can come out if you’re in driving this is to the class I’m teaching tonight. It’ll be for five weeks, two hours per night, beginning tonight at seven o’clock till nine, And then for the next four following weeks, and that’ll be a total of 10 hours of teaching.

Now if you don’t live in the area, you can order the CD series when we get done, and you’ll be able to hear everything that was set in the classroom over those 10 hours of teaching. Also, you can now. We’re going to webcast this, and if you will register over the phone with our operators, they’ll give you a passcode so that you can actually take the class on your internet wherever you live in the world. Isn’t that amazing? This is a first for us and we’re looking forward to it.

So I’m going to try to slick up for the ninth class so that you that are seeing us on the internet will hopefully see me looking at my very best. Well, I’m just teasing, but we’re going to have a good time tonight and hopefully you’ll be in the classroom here live if you’re in driving distance called meeting the challenge. It’s going to be a broad based study from the whole Bible and taking the challenge that God gives us to live for him and what that challenge is and what happens if you do, what happens if you don’t and how to meet that challenge and how to be successful in living the Christian life.

This is going to be a good course. I know you’re going to want to take the class either by CD later or by actually being live with us on the internet if you don’t live in the Tampa Bay area or actually driving over and be in the class tonight. There is a fee to take the class which will help Bibleline. It’s $50 which is just $5 for every class hour and that will help us. If you can’t afford to, please let me know and we don’t want you to not be able to learn because of a money factor.

We really care about you and what you to grow as a Christian so you can just come and talk to me and I’ll give you a scholarship. But we want you to be in the classroom and want you to learn. So pray about that. That’s meeting the challenge beginning tonight at 7 o’clock here at our Bible and headquarters at the Calvary Community Church for easy to find because we’re right there west of the airport. And if you go to my website how to find me there’s information, a map and you can download it.

You can also type in your address and hit go and it’ll print out the directions from your house or office or wherever you’re coming from right here to the classroom tonight. We’re going to go back and pick up with Maria and we were talking a moment ago and then came up on a break. So Maria, let me go back to you. Are you still there? Yes. So where were we going? Were you going to call and because of somebody that was concerned about a witness, Joe?

the whole witness, the lady that called. Now, tell her that God told David to go on fight with against the Palestine. And he told him, and David spoke, and also the Bible, there were wars and God accepted it. And if he said that it’s in the Old Testament, well, Jesus Christ said that he didn’t come to change anything. He came to accomplish it. And sometimes they have to be wars. Of course, at that time they fought with rocks and stones and then he had guns or anything like that.

But they have very bloody wars. You’re absolutely right. And Maria, when we come back with Jesus, when he comes back to the said of his kingdom the second coming. The Bible says we’re going to come back on white horses and he will come back to make war and will be a part of his army. So we’ll definitely be in a future war as believers as we come back with Christ when he comes back to rule and reign. Revelation 19 describes that.

He comes back to rule and to make war and we follow him on white horses. That’s exciting. We’re going to be a part of a future war. I just want to ask you one question that I study with them. Now I’m studying with Christians. They spoke about the street of gold. I know a week and speak about it. And that they spoke that we’re going to live in the street of gold. And like that brother, it’s going to be lifted up going to heaven straight to heaven just like Jesus Christ did.

Who’s going to be on the earth of the street of gold? Well, the street of gold is in the New Jerusalem, which will come down and I believe orbit the planet earth. It’s so large. If you read the physical dimensions of the New Jerusalem, it actually turns out that it is larger than the moon. So it’s quite a significant body. And I believe it will orbit the earth and that nobody will actually live on the new earth. Although the witnesses say that they will, they will not because they reject Christ.

They’ll live in hell forever. But the New Jerusalem will be our home and I believe the new earth will be a place for us to just enjoy. We’ll be able to go in and out of the gates of the city and I think we’ll get out on the earth and stroll on a nice beautiful pristine beach and maybe fish and some beautiful lakes or rivers and we’ll be able to enjoy the earth, climb mountains and walk into meadows and envision just enjoying a beautiful, beautiful pristine earth with.

No, because God will recreate the earth in all the results of sin, all the pollution, all the debris in the litter will be gone. And can you imagine walking down a beach where there’s no litter, there’s no signs of man and what he has done to this earth. As we’ve pretty much trashed this earth, today there’s hardly a place you can go where you don’t see some pollution that man has left. So I hope that gives you a little perspective there, but all the believers of all the ages who live in that new city.

Okay. And also, when I was a Catholic, the Catholic did wrong. They have done a lot of things wrong. They sort of told us, like, for example, that we should not read the Bible because it’s hard to understand it. And they also told us like the Catholic belief that the Jewish killed Jesus. And then I learned that it wasn’t really the Jewish, that it was the Romans and they took them back and forth. And this one said, I don’t want to kill them and they took them back and forth.

So it wasn’t really the Jewish. Okay. The Jewish did not accept him. And they didn’t, some of them have accepted them at that time, like the Lord. sure but uh… getting sick and that’s why i’m they were in doubt like some of us are in doubt now you know sometimes we feel that we’re not gonna we’re not gonna go to heaven because we continuously keep being doubt and you know and say can put down for not so but i and that’s why we’re all responsible for the death of price everybody because everybody i have a cousin that came up from Puerto Rico here and she kept telling me, oh, the Jewish killed the, the, and they sort of had that little nick in the heart that they, they, they sort of want to be separated from the Jewish because they think that the Jewish killed.

And, and you know that this guy that made that movie, he made it because of that, because of the thing that they, they put in his heart as a Catholic that the Jewish kill, kill Jesus, you know. Well, they brought him before Pilate and Pilate was the Roman governor and he actually made the final decision. So it was the Gentiles represented by Pilate and the Jewish leadership rejected Christ. And rather that includes the whole human world as represented there as we all are guilty because he died for all of us.

Maria, I’m going to have to go to the next caller, but thank you so much for calling today. We appreciate that call. Okay. and we’re now going to Crawford in St. Petersburg, Crawford walking by one. You’re on the air Crawford? Yes, stop the hangman. Yes. Hey I was calling and I was going to call that call about and I said about about 10-20 concerned about the bodies, was you know about the dead? Yes. What I was getting out of this stuff, I get where it was at.

But when he said he was creating my new body, he raised them from me. And when he come back for the dead and he created my new body, I guess that from that from like, well, when he’s like you did in the beginning with Adam, they give him a new body, but they buy it. They same form him back in the same body, but they in a piece, there’s a new form of body. You know what I’m saying? Yeah we’re going to get a brand new body so uh yeah no problem.

We get a brand new body so he thinks we ain’t going to raise a dead from from all over you from the sea. So when we die we go back to Delos right? That’s correct. So he’s going to do it just like he did from the beginning. Not only just he’s going to raise the muffs like in the fine body but it’s going to be a new body. You’re absolutely right. But the one that has been quite. Well thank you in awful lot.

That’s absolutely right Crawford and Miss Crawford. It was Crawford that we came from dust and we returned to dust and when we get our new bodies they’ll also come up from the earth and be a body like we have today except it’ll be perfect and it’ll last forever. We have Vivian now listing up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Vivian welcome to Bible on. Hello. Hi there, you’re on the air. Hello Dr. Hank. I have a question for you. You said there’s a pre-tribulation rapture.

There’s like four scripts for that. And I agree with you. That’s what it seems like. But what’s all those other scripts about people that have to live through it? How do you explain that? The answer is those that have to live through it are those who become saved during the tribulation period. In other words, when the rapture happens, all the believers are lifted up to meet the Lord in the air, and all unbelievers are left behind. But then after the rapture, millions of those that are left behind will get saved.

It says in Revelation 7-9, I saw a great number which no man could number of all nations and kinens and languages that are saved as the result of the 144,000 Jewish men that will be witnessing during the tribulation. So the saints of the tribulation period are saints who become saints after the rapture during the tribulation. So the other ones that have to live through it. So you’re saying like when Jesus said you’ll be sent up before sin and God’s and rulers and you’ll be beheaded and all these other things.

That’s for those people. That’s correct. So if the rapture would happen today I would be called up to meet the Lord but there would be all unbelievers left behind. But many millions of those unbelievers will get saved after the rapture. I have a 12 hours of teaching on the Rapture where we cover these very things that you’re asking about. I’m going to put you on hold because I know you want to talk to our operators about getting some materials from us.

We’re going to go to Brad in Richmond, Virginia. Brad, welcome to Bibleline you’re on the air. Hi Dr. Hank, I got an easy question for you, I think. I’m on the way to the bookstore and I want to know if you know about any English translations of the Bible besides the new world translation of Jehovah’s Witnesses that uses the divine name. No, not really, but what you have in the King James, for example, is when the word Elohim is the Hebrew word, they put it in capital G, little O, little D.

Whenever the word Jehovah is used, it is printed out as capital G, capital O, capital D, or capital L, capital O, capital R, capital D, in other words, they put it in all caps, and that’s Scott’s personal name. They also put Lord and lower case capital L little O little R little D and that comes from the Hebrew word adenoi which is a word that means a master and is a term. I read the Bible in Hebrew. I’m just looking for a Jewish Bible and she taught me to read it in Hebrew starting at the age of five.

So I know that. I’m just looking for an English translation for my wife. Well maybe you might look for a Jewish translation. I know you can get them in Hebrew and English. You know, and you might find that they would do a pretty good job with that. I wouldn’t see why they would not. I’ve been looking around at the both the secular and the Christian bookstores and I haven’t been able to find anything. It’s tough. It really is tough.

You might check with where you get your Jewish supplies and Bibles and see if you can’t get an English translation of the Hebrew Bible. level. Well, I don’t know. I’m in Richmond. There aren’t a lot of tribes in and up here in Richmond. Okay. Anyway, thanks a lot for the information. All right. Go on the internet, Brad. I think everything’s on the internet nowadays. So you’ll be able to find it. I think you could Google your way to it.

Jim and Tampa calls in and Jim asks off the air, how many people do you think are going to be raptured out of here? Well, there’ll be millions, but the The greatest percentage will be left behind, I’m afraid. It’s unfortunate that most people don’t know the word on this planet. And so there’ll be millions, but I don’t have a number and I have no way of telling you. Off the air, Benjamin in Clearwater. I think we may have answered this question yesterday, but he talks about the 10 virgins in in the 2025, five virgins get saved.

Are they the remnant of Jewish believers or are they believers who get saved during the tribulation? I think the latter part is these are five that get saved and five remain lost and are foolish. And Christ says at the end of that short passage there in verse 12, I know you not. So he did not know the foolish ones. The five wise versions were saved and they were able to enter into the millennium. It’s really in the context of the tribulation period and the preparation for Christ to come back and he’ll only let believers into the millennium.

Whereas at the rapture all of the believers are taken out and unbelievers are left behind. It’s the opposite at the Second Coming where believers are invited to enter into the millennium and unbelievers are taken out and destroyed or killed. We have Jose in California calling in and Jose welcome to Bibleline. Jose are you there? Let me just see. Here we go. Jose you’re on here. We’re talking with Ashley. I’m working with Ashley, my wife, Lydia. We go to church.

I know who you are. I know who you are. She was talking with another trucker. She was the whole witness. He was talking about the Russian that Christ the firstborn of… Yes. Can you explain that? Sure. I know what’s happening there Jose. The Joe’s Witnesses try to say that Christ is a created being. This is the error that was present in the fourth century, the area in teaching of Arius that said that Christ had a beginning that he was created.

And of course that makes Jesus Christ not God. And that’s of course the false position of the Joe’s Witnesses. The title here that Christ has been the first born of all the creation is the title of headship. By the way, you don’t have to be the firstborn to have that title. In the case of Jacob and Esau, we find that the younger got the title of being firstborn because you might remember Esau sold his birthright, and so his younger brother Jacob became essentially with the title of firstborn.

He had all the rights of the firstborn. There are other illustrations in the Bible where the second born became the first born as far as the position of headship. So it really isn’t saying that Christ is a created being, but what it is saying is that Christ has that title that He is the head of all creation. He is God who took on flesh. I hope that helps, Jose. Okay. Thank you, Pastor. You’re very welcome. California driving a truck out in California with his wife apparently.

We now have Vinnie in Hey, Hank, how you doing? Good. Okay. Quick couple questions. Who’s responsible for walling up the Eastern Gate and when was that done? It was done during the Turkish Empire at the beginning in the 1500s. One of the Turkish sultans heard that the Messiah was going to come to the church and the church. heard that the Messiah was going to come through that gate and actually then defeat all the nations of the earth and rule over the earth as king.

So he told his engineers to wall that gate up so that wouldn’t be possible. Well, little did he realize that that walling up the gate wouldn’t stop Christ, but also that he was fulfilling prophecy where it says in Ezekiel 44 that that gate would be walled up and not open again until Jesus would come back at his second coming. So it’s been walled up for centuries and centuries just like the Bible said that it would be and it’s something you can see today with your very own eyes.

That’s awesome. It is awesome. One other quick question, I don’t know your speculation on this. How old do you believe if Adam was when God created him? Well he was probably created as a mature adult, I would say probably in the prime of life. I would suspect he’s also a type of Jesus at 33 years of age as a appearance. That’s what I thought too. Okay, help. I’ll be looking forward to the class. All right. But when he was created obviously he was a brand new, but he was created as an adult.

and probably had the appearance of an adult in the prime of life. I would imagine about 33 years of age and appearance. But Adam and Eve were the most perfectly created human beings that we’ve ever had on the planet. And mentally and physically in a motion in every way they were perfect. And of course down through time because of sin, man has degenerated. They say today we only use about 5% of our brain. And I think that’s a part of the curse as well.

Adam must have been amazingly creative with his mind. Can you imagine he named all of the animals? I know parents who have difficulty naming their kids. They struggle for nine months trying to figure out what they’re going to name that child. And here Adam, never having any interaction with anybody else out of his creative mind was able to name every animal that came across his path. That’s incredible. I think, boy, he must have been extremely bright. And we’ve been going downhill ever since Eve took of that apple or whatever fruit it was and got Adam to take of it as well.

We have Chris in Tampa, Forta calls in off air. He says, it says in the Bible that the children of God are going to judge the angels. What does that mean? Well the fallen angels that followed Satan are going to be at the Great White Throne Judgment and I believe we’re going to be there as well. And we will have apparently some input into their judgment before they’re cast into the ever lasting like a fire. We can read about that in 1 Corinthians chapter 6 where it mentions that.

We have many that just called in from the Berry, Florida, and she says, would you please explain Hebrews chapter 7 verse 10? Hebrews chapter 7 verse 10 says, For he was yet in the loins of his father when Melchizedek met him. And this is of course talking about Levi, a descendant of Abraham hundreds of years later. It’s saying here that Levi, when Abraham paid a tithe to Melchizedek after the victory there in Genesis 14, that’s saying that Levi also paid tithes to Melchizedek in Abraham because he was yet in the lungs of his father when Melchizedek met him.

So basically it’s saying here that the Jewish priest and the tribe of Levi gave ties to Melchizedek in Abraham because Abraham was their father and so down through the line they came. We have Tony in Tampa and Tony welcome to Bibleline you’re on the air. Yes, Dr. Hank, this is the previous call regarding the name of Hayshali. He is an old Jew. So, he won’t find that really Jew or in the Bible. The only is the actual, that’s the normal really of the Father.

It’s the Father’s Savior. So, Yashu is the name of the father. So, in Hebrew you will find the word Yashu. So the general translation is not accurate. So the name of the father is Yiah, and so you find out the name of Jiah. new absolutely right i think you can you for sure that was uh… the uh… he grew named for god is what we call the tetra grammata and it’s for consents why hw h and really nobody knows how to pronounce that accurately but there is no j a sound he brought you right and so Jehovah is not a real good English translation of the Hebrew word.

We have to run. Time is run out here on us, but I hope you’ve trusted the Lord of your Savior. And I hope that you’ll fill out the classes tonight.
