You will not believe what the book of Jude holds. the transitional book between the first 64 books of the Bible and the last book of the 66 book.

It’s book number 65 of the 66. The book of Jude is incredible. We also of course have done the book of Revelation, the book of Daniel and the book of Hebrews which is considered so difficult. We’ve covered all the difficult portions and explained them and that will be a great help if you’re struggling with passages in the book of Hebrews. We We hope that you’ll call and check with our resource center about things that might be helpful to you.

You can look on the website at the online bookstore to see everything. You can also call for a resource sheet. We can mail that right out to you free of charge. You just want to sit there and look at it. And you’ll want to maybe take a look at the different editions of the old Scotio Bible that we have here in stock. Along with that smallest concordance which retails for, I forget how much, but we have it for gift to $35. a gift that is about three inches thick, has every word in the Bible, every thee, every dowel, every and every body, shall it gives you the original Hebrew, Greek, that it comes from how it’s translated, what it means, and you’ll be really, really miles ahead of anybody else if you have a strong concordance in your library.

Here we go. We’re going to turn to 2nd Timothy in your Bible, chapter 4. It says here in the last days, for the time will come, will come. I believe it has come. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine. That means healthy doctrine, sound doctrine, good sound teaching from God’s Word. The Bible is the Word of God. Not only does it claim to be the Word of God, it demonstrates that it is the Word of God by its accuracy, by the fact that it tells the future before it comes to pass, by the fact that it is accurate in all areas that it covers, no matter whether it be science, whether it be medicine, whether it be astronomy, whether it be history, whether it be geography, it is right on.

absolutely right on you will find no error in your Bible. Just prior to this verse it says in 2 Timothy 3 16, all scripture is given by inspiration of God. And it’s possible for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction and righteousness that the man of God might be completely equipped, furnished unto all good works. What a great passage. You need to remember that. 2 Timothy 3 16. And that phrase given by inspiration of God is just two words in the Greek.

It means God breathed. God is the breath. He’s the author. He’s the source. He’s the one that gave us these words. And he used men, yes, but he breathed through them the scriptures. You know when you speak, you inhale air and you breathe it out or your breath coming across your local cords forms words and you’re able to communicate with somebody else. Well God is the one who was in the prophets and he spoke through the prophets using their bodies in order to communicate to us his word and you know you can tell this book is far apart from the writings of man.

If you were to just compare scripture in the secular realm against other writings, the difference is the same as it would be between Shakespeare and Bugs Bunny. There’s quite a gap there. The Bible shines out as a book different from all other books. There is no book like the Bible. And the The Bible says it’s living, it’s powerful, it’s sharper than any two-edged sword. This is a book that cuts spiritually into a person’s very inner being and divides between their soul and their spirit and divides between the joints and the moral, the material, the non-material part of man.

It descends their thoughts, hits an incredible book and guess what? It brings life to those that are spiritually dead. If you do not know the Lord as your Savior, the Word of God can bring life to you. Jesus said in John 5.25, the hour is now and is now coming. When the dead, those that are spiritually dead can hear the voice of the Son of God and they that here shall live. You can hear this word and the word of God can bring life to the spirits of dead person.

I have led many people to Christ that in one breath said they didn’t live the Bible, they didn’t want to hear anything about God, they didn’t want to look at the Bible at And yet I shared it with them anyway and guess what the Word of God is powerful and living Five minutes later, they trust Christ the Savior. Amazing. Now, that’s not true of everybody I’ve talked to, but I’m telling you, this book is incredible. It is living in powerful and sharper than any two-edged sword.

We as believers need to believe that and take up the scriptures and share them with people. And that’s why I like the track we have called, Am I Going to Heaven? All the verses that you need are right there fully quoted so that when you are witnessing you can share with them scripture the Word of God. Because it is the Word of God that does the work, it is the Word of God that penetrates, it is the Word of God that brings life to a dead soul.

And so when you bring the Word to them and this track so nicely allows you to go verse by verse and just share the scriptures, they are already printed out, you don’t have to turn in a Bible, you don’t have to look them up and you can just lead them right to a saving knowledge of Christ right before your very eyes. You’ll be amazed at how this thing works. We have those by the way in bundles of a hundred and they really, really do work.

One lady told me that she said we’ve had a lot of tracks and this was up in Tennessee and she said that they’re pretty and they look nice. But the ones that you gave us, am I going to heaven? They work! People actually get saved! And we’ve heard that so many times. It was kind of interesting to hear that a lot of tribes are pretty and they might have an interesting story, but they don’t do anything. But we have a tribe here that really works, actually, leads people to Christ.

And it’s so easy to use that you almost don’t have to do much at all except just turn the pages on it or just leave it with the person. Anyway, 2 Timothy chapter 4, we’re looking at verse 3 and says the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but after their own lusts shall they heaped themselves teachers having itching ears. It’s interesting today that we’re in a culture time when people just want to have their ears They want to be entertained.

We’ve been spoiled, I guess. Television, movies, video, the technology of the day. Our phones even giving us all this kind of information. Well, guess what? The Bible says that they would want to have their ears tickled. I was riding with a driver that was taking me while my car was being repaired to my office and I invited him to church and he says, what kind of band do you have? That was all he was interested in. It was the music.

What kind of band do you have? And he said that that was what he wanted to find when he was looking for a church. A lot of people look for the entertainment and you know it’s amazing how things have changed. I visited a church because there was a funeral service there and I got there early and I was I think the first person I like to get places early and I sat down there just and meditated in the auditorium there and as I look forward What was prominent what was right directly in front of me?

What was highest and uppermost in this auditorium? It was empty except for me was a drum set and I never forget that I said here in this church, it seems to me they’re exalting the drum set. They’re exalting that much lower and in less light an area was a pulpit. Where apparently maybe, maybe the word of God would be preached. I don’t know if the word was preached there or not. But you know if you visit the old churches of Europe after the Reformation, you notice oftentimes the most highly exalted spot on the front of the church was the pulpit.

In some cases they had the pulpit raised up where you had to climb a staircase to get to it. And the object lesson for the people was that that man preaching behind that pulpit was bringing the very words of God to you, and that was what was exalted was the word of God. Today, the Word of God is not exalted. The pulpit is in a much lower position and is not so highlighted as the music and the other things they entertain in particularly here.

What does the Bible say here in 2nd Timothy chapter 4 verse 3? The time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but after their own lusts shall heath themselves teachers having it to years. They want to be entertained. And that’s what we see today. No longer is the word of God exalted. No longer is the word the most important thing about a church. People choose churches for every other reason, often many times, not important. One man was asked, what is your church preference?

He thought for a moment he scratched his head and he said… Red brick. He chose the church based on the architecture. Too often though the churches they choose are mausoleums. Nothing but dead corpses inside. Nobody spiritually alive. The word of God is not preached and people don’t know the word and that’s sad. Well the Bible said that would be the sign of the end times that we’re in it my friend that says in verse four they shall turn away their ears from the truth.

That’s the word of God and you’ll be turned on the fables. That means fiction. Look at how much fiction we have out there today. If you go to the Christian bookstore, how much of it is fiction today? All kinds of fictional stories, many times very unsound doctrinally. And people buy it up! Get excited about it. Just like the Chronicles of Narnia. C.S. Lewis. Didn’t believe in hell. believe salvation was eternal. Believe you could lose your salvation. Believe in evolution.

Believe the Bible is flawed. And this man writes fiction and people will read that above the Bible. It’s so sad. I really don’t think C.S. Lewis was a believer. I don’t think he was a Christian. He had the Roman Catholic priest come and give him last rites just before he died. What does that tell you? My hope is in the Lord. Not in rituals or rites or priests or ministers. There is no priests, there is no minister, there is no rabbi that can save you.

Jesus said in John 14, 6, I am the way. I am the truth. I am the light. No man can come into the thought of it by me unless you trust Christ. My friend, you’ll never be saved. But people are turning the fables today. They’ll buy those things off their shelves and they’ll go watch the movies about the fables but how many people are into the Bible today? It’s the last days they would not endure sound doctrine as we approach the return of Jesus Christ.

I’m Dr. Engvenson, this is Bibleline. Great to be with you. We’re going to go to the phone lines. We have a number of people who are waiting already. You could die us. 1-800-576-3771, 1-800-576-3771. Welcome by Ami. We’re so glad that you are back up on the air this week. Monday I know lightning took out your station and you couldn’t hear us but we’ve been on the air down there in Miami now since Monday and we hope that all of you listening in the Tampa Bay area are aware that we’re on the air over the weekend Saturdays and Sundays at 10 o’clock as well as throughout the week Monday through Friday.

Alright we’re gonna go to Avon in Tampa Florida and Avon welcome to the Bible and you are on the air. I’d like to ask you what is your take on this Obama-Mania, the Obama-Mania that we see going on and do you attach any spiritual significance to it? I think that in the last days that there would be obviously a lot of confusion. I think it’s a part of our culture today. We’re looking for more like the how a person looks and how they sound and not so much about the substance of what they believe or their character or anything else.

I think that’s we reflected pretty much in a lot of our political figures today. We’ve lost sight of the things that really count, just like we’ve lost sight of our churches. The Bible is what really counts and it’s not the entertaining features. I think that’s what people are looking for. If you have that look and if you have that sound and if you have that cadence, that rhythm, whatever it is that charisma uh… then uh… that’s what people are looking for and uh…

that’s what is selling and obviously uh… that’s happening the political realm as well uh… that’s my opinion what’s going on and i think that uh… people don’t do their homework they just say well i like the way he sounds or i like the way he looks or i like the way he presents himself and it doesn’t matter what he’s saying uh… they just are going for that uh… uh… hollywood look and maybe that’s the answer i don’t know that’s my guess thank you for calling in on the thing that interests me is the uh…

longer the campaign more and more messianic overtones come through his messages you’re absolutely right and uh… obviously there will be somebody coming on the scene that will be the antichrist and after wonder as we look at the candidates up Are there any potential antichrist out there in our political system today? And maybe so. But you’re right. It has a religious type of an overtone there too and a mittany type of a thing. We know that Islam… He is looking for their, I mean, their Messiah.

And of course Christianity certainly believes that they’ll first come a false Messiah, the Antichrist, and then Jesus will come. And we’re living in the days when we’re seeing people ready to grab somebody like that because of the void, I think, of good leadership that we’re ready to grab anybody that can promise us the future is going to be bright and everything’s going to be fine. when they fix it, when they change it, whenever they do. But I think we are, obviously, if we read the Bible, no, if we’re honest with ourselves, the Bible says only Christ is going to fix it.

Until then, this world is on a path to go downhill, and evil men will go worse and worse than the Bible says until Jesus recurrence. I think we can see that, and it’s happening fast. Thank you very much. Thank you, Yvonne. Thank you for calling in. We’re now going to go to Tony in Richmond, Virginia. Tell me welcome to Bibleline you’re on the earth. Hey, Dr. Leschima, just want to make a comment. The comment is, I thank God for your ministry.

Let your socks off. The true gospel that you present. And I know I probably won’t meet you here in this life, but I can’t wait to meet you guys in there. You and James Taylor and Mike there, my brothers in Christ. The question I have is 1 John chapter 3 verse 6. If you could explain that and also just explain the whole 1 John seem to be talking about a body and love. If you just… And if you just kind of…

Well, we’ll do it. You know, it talks here in 1 John 3 about the new birth and the new nature. You’ll notice in verse 1 it says, behold what manner of love. The Father has bestowed upon us that we should be called the sons of God. You can’t become a son in God’s family without being born again. We are not God’s sons. We don’t have God as our Father until we’re born again. So the whole theme in chapter 3 is about the new birth and about how the new birth that we have is not capable of sinning.

If you read verse 9, it says, Whosoever is born of God, doth not commit sin, for God’s seed remaineth in him, and he cannot sin, because he’s born of God. It almost seems like a contradiction when you read chapter 1 verse 8, where John the apostle says, if we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. So in 1 John 1, 8, it says, if we say that we don’t sin, we’re deceding ourselves and the truth is not in us.

Chapter 3 verse 9 says, if we’re born again, we cannot sin and it’s impossible because we have the nature of God, the seed of God remaining in us and therefore we cannot sin. And so this presents a conflict. The answer is that the believer has both. We have an old nature that still sins. We have a new nature, a new birth that cannot sin. And if you’re a believer, you have the struggle between the two. My new nature wants to please God.

My old nature wants to please the flesh. And so we have a struggle where we have to choose every day to make the choices that are pleasing to God and are after the new birth and after the new man. But if we are allowing the old man to control us, then we’re in deep trouble because then Then we will find ourselves doing the things that are killed in the flesh and that of course will get us into sin and get us away from the Lord.

Again, I want to say to Miami, we’re so glad that we’re on the air down there. I was born and raised in Miami and I am especially glad that we’re there and we’re on for a half hour. Now we hope to get to a full hour, but we need your help down there. If you could help us financially and pray for us, we’d like to get the full hour. I wanted to say goodbye because you go off the air before the other stations do and thank you for tuning in today Miami All right, we’re back now and we’re Tony and Richard in Virginia and we’re talking about the fact that We have two natures an old and a new and that’s what first John three is talking about and the new nature Doesn’t send but the only sure does so Tony.

Thank you so much. I hope that helps And we appreciate you calling into the program today. We want you to call the number of 1-800-576-3771. If you’re in the town of Aery, come see us this Sunday, if you’d like. If you don’t have a church home, you’re welcome to come. If you don’t have a church home and you live in another city, guess what? If you have internet access, you can join our service live at 11 o’clock. Go to the…

The website BibleLineMinistries.org. Click on that camera at 11 a.m. and you’ll see the worship service come up live on your screen. And I hope you’ll do that. And that would be great. And hence that word along to your friends. We have people that watch from Australia, from Europe, from Canada, from the Middle East. We’re excited about what God is doing using our worship service webcast live. But if you go during the week you can catch a year’s where the sermons all sit in there waiting for you to look at.

Again, we’re listening and supported. If you could help Bibleline, it would really be appreciated. You can pray for us and if you can give a gift, if you can call, you can give one by credit card of the phone, or you can call an S for an unload to be sent and you’ll be able to mail that gift in. Also on our website, you can give on the online bookstore. There’s a place there for you to be able to give to Bibleline.

We don’t have any other means of support. support. And we don’t pay salaries so we are leaning on me and we obviously give you the best amount of results for your dollar that you invest because we spend all of our money on getting this message out. I have to take a break here but we’re going to come back and do a second half hour Bible and I hope you’re going to join me for that second half hour. So keep your radio tuned right where it is and we’re going to come right back I can do a second half hour of Bibleline.

So we’ll be right back. Go away. Don’t go away. Bibleline will be back in a moment. Give us a call at 1-800-576-3771. That’s 1-800-576-3771. Well, I’m Dr. Engle and Mr. Manirior. On Friday, it’s been great to be with you all week long. And next week, we’re going to be in Israel. I hope you’ll be listening all week long as we bring you eight out of 10 days. will be bringing you a broadcast right from Israel. So you’re listening and we’ll keep you updated and you can still call in with your questions or forward them by email to us.

Just go to our radio page by clicking on the spin globe on the website, Bibleline Ministries. And it’s all set up for you to type your question. We’ll be able to get that instantly over in Israel on the computer. So do that. Just send us a little message about what your question would like to be about maybe the trip or about Israel or the Bible or whatever you’d like to ask and we’ll try to take an answer those on the air while we’re in the Holy Land.

We have quite a number of people who say, hey, I’d like to go on that next trip and I’d like to have you, if you would, let me know that you’re interested and we’ll let you be a part of the planning of the next trip. You just would let me know what would be the best time for you to go. you like to visit another country or biblical place in the Middle East in addition to Israel? Let me know what your preferences are.

We’ll try to include that in our planning process and give you a part of the planning for this. We hope you’ll pray for us while we’re in Israel and pray for a safe trip, but also pray for a real spiritual trip as we have opportunity to come across many people who don’t know of the Lord who are visiting there. Some of them seeking for the truth and I’m going there hoping they’ll find it. I’ll never forget years ago I had a man join my trip and it turned out that during the trip he said, could I come over and talk to you in your room and I said, sure.

And he said, I know that my minister doesn’t know the truth. He’s probably not saved. And I came on the trip just to find the Lord and I know that you have the truth. I can tell, would you tell me how to go to heaven and I led him to Christ? Wouldn’t that, that was wonderful. And then when we got home from that trip, he brought his wife down from Tennessee so I could leave her to Christ. And there’s a lot of people that are seeking and it’s a great opportunity for us to be able to share while we’re in Israel the gospel of Jesus Christ with people that are going there, hoping to find the truth when they get to the Holy Land.

the truth is in God’s word and we hope to proclaim that back here to the states from the land of Israel as we broadcast our programs from there. So see with us every day and you’ll kind of have an update of what we’re doing and where we are and what’s going on and and I think that you’ll find that enjoyable. We’re going to be joining the stations that have been on break now and we’ll come back into a second half hour of Bible and so I hope you have your radio right there ready to go tune it up and keep it tuned right where it is and Here we go Bibleline part two Would you like to call Bibleline and ask Dr.

We have a lot of things on our resource center that are excellent We have that book by Dwight Pentecost called Things That Become Sound Doctor. And one of those chapters is on repentance. We’re nails right on the head that repent does not mean to turn from sin. It does not mean sorrow for sin. It means to change your mind. And the change of mind that is repentance and salvation is to change your mind about how you’re saved. How we’re saved through Christ and not through ourselves.

the Savior of Christ and not through the church. We are saved through Christ and not by our works. He makes it very, very clear. It is a great book. We have a number of books by Dwight Petticost. We have about eight or more and those are all good books by Charles Ryewich, which is another great author I like. We have a great book on prophecy by John Walberg called Every Prophecy of the Bible. That is incredible. It is about eight or nine hundred pages, it’s thick, it’s loaded and I didn’t count all of them but I think he’s got them all.

What a title, huh? Every prophecy of the Bible. He didn’t say most. He said every. So I’m telling you it’s quite a book and I think it lives up to its name. We have of course the Scofield Bible, the old Scofield is what you want to get. If you go to your Christian bookstore and you’ll be sold the wrong one. The new hybrid, Scofield, they’re selling in the bookstore now is a washout. The notes are watered down, they’ve added new notes that are not by Dr.

Scofield, they don’t identify them as new notes that are not by Dr. Scofield. Oh, if Dr. Scofield only knew he’d come out of the grave, I think, and go after these people, but unbelievable what’s happened today. Just to, I guess, keep the market for the Scofield Bible. constantly come out with something new and I guess it attracts the marketplace but if you’re looking for truth you really want the old Scoville Bible far superior. Well we are good to go to the fun ones we got a bunch of colors we’re gonna go all the way to Manson or Mason rather Michigan we have Larry Larry on the line and Larry welcome to Bibleline you on the air.

Hi Larry. I’m thankful that like a desk even now you’re in my formation and I’m so thankful that your own I I do have a question, the last caller you had spoke of the Holy Spirit. And he, you mentioned, felt to make it brief. When you’re born again, the Holy Spirit comes to reside in you. Is that right? Is that right? That is absolutely correct. It says when that And therefore, absolutely because when the Holy Spirit goes we go and he’s the one, actually the word let now means to hinder, it’s changed its meaning to the exact opposite since 1611.

So it’s saying the one who hinders iniquity in this world that is the Holy Spirit dwelling in us who are the believers when he goes we go and that’s the rapture and then the Antichrist is revealed in Christ will then come back seven years later to destroy him inside of his kingdom. But you’re absolutely right. The Holy Spirit, yes, is the one that remains in us and when he goes we go with him because Because he’s going to be us forever.

The question I have in particular is in Philippians 2 verse, I forget the verse, it says, let this mind be in you which was in Christ Jesus. And sometimes it seems like you can hardly do it. Are they doing it? Well, you’re right. Obviously we’re constantly striving as Christians to become more Christ-like in our behavior and in our mental state. And here’s talking about us being humble and recognizing who we are as God sees us as Christ humbled himself.

He was equal with God. He is God. And then he, as it says there, he thought it not robbery to be equal with God. But he humbled himself and became a man and was obedient to the Father’s will to give his life at the cross of Calvary and not to pay for our sins. And we need to be also willing to do whatever God wants us to do as a believer. Have that same mind of submission and humbleness and obedience that Christ had is he as a man exhibited all his qualities that need to be in us as well if we’re going We’re going to be a real useful servant of Christ.

Well, I appreciate that, but it’s like you mentioned that gentlemen, there’s a constant war goes on with you. Within the Blaver, I believe. Well, there is. Between the two natures. the call. caller earlier from Richmond was talking about the two natures there that we have a war between the flesh and Paul talked about that and he says in Romans 7 he says I know in my flesh, dwelt no good thing in how to perform that which is good. I find that.

He says for the good that I would, I do not, but the evil that I would not, that I do. He was constantly fighting with the old nature and we all do as believers and we have those two natures with innocent. He describes pretty well the fight, the struggle in Romans 7 that a believer has. I want to say God bless you and keep on preaching the cross of Christ, those who were lost at the foolishness I know, gave her them the deed and said that this morning.

We have no right to expect anything but it would be foolishness to unbeliever. Amen. Larry, good to hear from you. Thank you. Stay warm up there in Michigan. I know it’s got to be cold today. Yes, sir. It’s been told several days in Michigan this winter The Lord is provided heat for the hallelujah. All right. Thank you and that was Larry in Mason, Michigan. We have now Bob in Old Town, Florida and What a nice quaint name isn’t it Old Town, Florida Bob walked into the Bible and Hello Bob.

Yeah Go ahead, Julian. Thank you for taking my call. I have a question and it’s where Jesus was lifted up. He said if I be lifted up, I draw on that to myself and that he died for the sense of the whole world. How does that contrast, not that there is a contrast, but how does that contrast with the parables where he said that the truth is hidden so that they might not have a but so they wouldn’t believe in the state do i have that right with the cuts on that i’m gonna hang up and listen I don’t know much.

Okay, Bob. And the answer is, yes, God desires for everybody to be safe. He draws all bin to himself, but you have the choice. The Bible is a stubborn and they fight against that. In some ways they die without Christ and are eternally lost. Until you draw your last breath, Christ is drawing you toward Himself and the Holy Spirit is convicting you of your need. You’ll never find real peace until you find the Lord, because we’re designed that way.

We need the Lord every one of us. We are made that way to be completely satisfied. Finally, when we find the Lord, He’s the one that can satisfy the deepest longings of our heart. The French scientist, Pascal, who is covered to us the laws of vacuum said that to every Amen has a God shaped vacuum within him that only God can fill. And I believe that’s really true that we’re designed to be incomplete and unsatisfying until we find repatriated.

And we all need the Lord. But not all will come to him. Many will resist that and reject it. And they have the will to be able to do so. And so it’s true. John 1232, Christ said if he was lift up on the cross, which he was, he would draw all men to himself. But I’m going to marry Anne. And Mary Anne is in Orange City, Florida. And Mary Anne, welcome to Bibleline you on the air. Hello. Hi there, Mary Anne.

Yes. My question is, okay, two natures. I was raised to believe that when we were born again, we got to look for the father. He Is that a So as far as our position is concerning Jesus’ righteous and he sees the new birth and the fact that we’re safe forever. But in the actual natural state that we’re still in with our sinful bodies that we still live in, we have a struggle between our sin nature and our new nature and obviously the believer every day needs to make choices to not follow after the flesh but follow after the new man.

And so Ben Gads sees us as ourselves and Jesus. Well, exactly. He sees us. He sees us as righteous. He sees us forgiven. He sees us as a child of God. He sees us as his possession. Yet we still in the real world here, we still struggle with that sin nature. And obviously if we yield ourselves to the Lord, we can have the fruit of the Spirit in our life. We can earn rewards and be blessed and rewarded here and in eternity for our faithful service to Him.

Thank you. You’re very welcome. Mary Ann in Orange City, Florida. And we are saved though at the moment we believe and we’re considered by God as righteous and He sees us completely forgiven of all of our past present future sins, but we still have that struggle while we’re still here in this body. We’re going to go to Leonard now and he’s in Richmond, Virginia and Leonard welcome to Bible in. Good morning. You’re on the air. Okay. My question is I’m a study person but it’s morning with God dealing with me about the too burst and also the two deaths.

I was reading in Genesis when God told, the death didn’t come immediately. The death and physical death. Do you just clear that up a little bit for me this morning? Sure. Basically, spiritual death occurred at a very instant, but it was two-fold. Physical death followed. And the same is true of every one of us. We are born into this world, spiritually dead, because of Adam’s sin. But we physically will die all as a result of the curse and because of Adam’s sin.

But if you’re born once, you’ll die twice, but if you’re born twice, you’ll die once. I think that helps really illustrate the whole thing. If you’re only born physically, you’ll experience not only physical death, but the eternal second death to be cast into the lake of fire forever, never, never. But if you’re born twice, if you have the first birth end, then you have the new birth. By trusting Christ, you’ll only die once, but you’ll never be hurt, the Bible says, of the second death, which is hell.

So you’ll never go to hell. And guess what? If you’re living at the time of the rapture, you may not even die once, because there will be a large group of people. That will never die at all that are just going to be caught up bodily at the event of the rapture and meet the lord in the ears. So that’s truly exciting. And Leonard that’s what’s going on there with the tubers. I hope that helps. We’re now going to go to angel and angel is in Tampa, Florida.

Angel welcome to Bibleline you’re on the air. Hey, as I’m telling. I would like to call your listen to you, I wish you a trip to a world of people and all this going. I’d be I’ve been calling today my pastor, the 21th team. He’s like there, there, he’s seated by the devil. You don’t have faith. If you have faith, say that little muscle or seed, most of these calls you be avoided. You’re not talking about, I live from faith, my friend.

I have a friend for you. I get my paycheck today, I send you some money, my friend. I will support you. Yesterday I found a brother Microsoft West, a West Tampa Walmart family, I see somebody that said, I love you. If I let the congregation and these people did not love me. I mean, if I find Christians out there, I’m persecuted, my friend. They call me on my job not to talk about religion. I talk for Jesus, I live in Jesus.

You know, I think why, man. They’ve already my freedom of speech. They’ve violated my freedom of choice and religion. They’re like, I have no rights. I’m a Christian. I’m a Marine. I’m praying for the city of Berkeley, California. They come from that, I don’t know, that nonsense. I’m praying for this nation. i’m praying for you is well this brother and said that i have no faith that’s what i don’t i might be born on my name and come to a church again you are my church and i’m going to support you with my money on that that you amuri i thought i wanted to know how do you understand my Spanish my my english is not that good either and uh…

i love you man i don’t know if you very much God bless you angel and I understood every word you said and praise God for people like you. We need more people like you that do have faith. I’ve had so many of our listeners which have been and I appreciate their concern that have been worried about me going to Israel and they’ve asked me not to go. They don’t want me to get blown up over there. But you know I believe that God is going to protect us and I believe we’re going to a wonderful safe trip and if I live my life based upon what might happen I think I would not even get my car and enter the traffic out here especially even close to where we are right now in Tampa.

The traffic, I hear the sirens all the time and always pray for those people that the sirens are signaling the ambulance is going to their aid you know. But thank God that He watches over us and thank you Angel and God bless you and we’re going to try to battle down until the day that Jesus snatches us out hopefully and present Christ to as many as we can. Thank you for offering the support. We are Lister supported. We have no other means of support.

This is how this program goes. We started off with the opportunity to be on the air here on this station in Tampa for 15 minutes. And I just didn’t have the money. I didn’t have a dime and I had a couple of weeks to think about it. On the final day was a Friday. I’m sitting in my office looking out the window and praying and I say, God, I’ve got to make the decision today. Should I, should I, I leap out there and do this?

You know, a guy pulled it into the parking lot. I hadn’t seen for years. He comes in, he hands me a check, I put it in my shirt pocket, we talked for a while, he said, aren’t you going to look at that check? I said, well, if you want me to, I will. And he says, the award sent me here, he was from out of state and said, I want to have you use this for whatever is on your mind here because I just feel like there’s a need.

I opened it up and it was for $30,000 and I said, oh my goodness, you have answered the prayer. I’ve been praying every day whether we should go on the air with Bible and I said this will get us going. Oh my goodness. And then we went from a 50 minute program to a half hour program. I said, well I can’t afford that. We don’t have money to hardly pay for the 15 minute program. And you know, the Lord supplied.

We went ahead. Then the opportunity arose for us to go to an hour show and I said, well we can We’d already paid for the half hour show. How can we possibly pay for an hour show? And we went out on faith trusting that God was supplied and we were on the air. And then we went to other stations and then we went to the satellite. We went across a lot of the country now. And the Lord has just provided all along the way through people just like you.

Like Angel, they’re listening. They find that Bibleline is a blessing and they’re encouraged in learning from God’s Word as a result of it and they want to see it continue. Thank God for all of you really because this is how we stay on the air. We really don’t have any other means of support. We don’t. We really don’t. And if our listeners didn’t give, we’d have to go out there and just go blank and who knows what would take our place.

But you don’t thank God for all of you. And if you want to help us, We really could use your help. You know, I wish that you could really see how we push right to the edge and use everything that comes in, just stay on the air and go out as far as we can. And your gift would be great. I appreciate right now this would be a real good time to help us out. If you would send a gift by mail or you can give it by credit card over the phone.

Just call our operators and tell them I’d like to give a gift to buy one and tell them how much. much and give me a credit card number and they’ll do it and it’ll be done. Or you can ask for a number of people to be sent with our address on it and you can mail that gift in to Bible. You can also give on our secure website, Bibleline Ministries. But we do need your help. We really do. I don’t want to say we don’t.

But we do and we trust that God will supply our needs here out of His riches through people just like you who are listening and want to be a part of the Bible and program. Anyway, we’re going to Israel this weekend, we’ll leave, and we’ll be broadcasting our shows because of the travel. Our first show actually from Israel will be heard Wednesday morning. And then for eight days in a row, you’ll hear programs from Israel. And that’ll be exciting.

the first two days money-tuse-the-you’ll not be able to hear them from Israel. So be listening for us and stay with us every day and pray for us throughout the whole trip. And you’ll be informed and you’ll be able to call and we hope that you’ll enjoy the fact that we’re taking you along with us on this trip via the radio. You know, that’s kind of neat. And the technology is such that we can do that. And we have some wonderful people to people in Detroit that run the satellite and put us up on the satellite and our webmaster in Virginia, David Bauer.

We have some great people that are behind the scenes that enable us to pull these things off and pray for us. We hope that we’ll have a great, great trip. Be able to share with you every day what’s happening and you’ll get like to ride us right along with us in the trip by way of radio I think that’s gonna need you want to call us 1-800-576-3771 1-800-576-3771 and we’ll get you in here or right at the end of the program But we maybe can get you up on the air today, but we’re just excited that we can come to you by radio from Tampa to really the ends of the earth as we know we have people that listen all over the world.

By the way if you have friends or missionaries in other countries family tell them about Bible and because they can catch us anywhere in the world on the internet and I hope you’ll take advantage of that as well. Alright well let me just answer an an He says, does cremation still get you to heaven? Also, can a person see or hear you? you any time after death what do you think about people who said they communicate with the dead well question number one creation will accrue nation will not stop you going to heaven you still get a brand-new body uh…

no matter whether you’re cremated or not also get a person uh… c and here i don’t believe they know anything about what’s going on here on the earth it would bring sadness to heaven to see uh… what’s happening here in this world and also about people who said he communicate with the dead they don’t satan’s angels will impersonate the dead and you’re really going in the state of the car whenever you try to communicate with your dead relatives but uh…

you might find there’ll be communication and Satan, and as angels know enough about your dead relatives that they will impersonate them, but you’re not really communicating with the dead. The Bible says that’s impossible. So you can’t. So when you try to do that, you’re actually allowing Satan to have an advantage of over you. We’re going to go to Tim and Wesley, Chapter 4, and Tim, welcome to Bibleline. You’re going to be the last caller. We just got a few moments.

So what is your question? Any other questions? Yes. I would like to get your opinion on 1 Peter chapter 3 verse 18 through 21 and I’ll hang up and listen. Real briefly, it’s talking about Christ dying one time to pay for our sins and being raised in verse 18 by the Holy Spirit from the dead. Verse 19 and 20 says, the same Holy Spirit that raised Christ from the dead preached to the people that were unbelievers in Noah’s day while they were living through Noah and rejected it and only eight believed that was no one’s family and were saved or spared through that flood.

And then verse 21 says the light figure which is the baptism and the Holy Spirit places us in the Christ death, burial and resurrection and by the Holy Spirit we are saved by the baptism not with water. The middle phraser tells us that it says not to wash either the filter of flesh. Water will take away some filth of your flesh. It’s saying it’s not water, but it’s a good answer the answer of a good conscience for God if you’re saved You’re saved because of what Christ did for you at the cross and how you have been placed in the Christ body Thank you, Tim.

I hope that was really quick, but get my series on first Peter. You’ll get a thorough explanation We’ve got a run have a great week in I’ll see you In the air if not here on the earth sometime and and pray for us as we go to Israel and listen to our programs as we broadcast from the Middle East.
