We look forward to being with you each and every day Monday through Friday and we hope that you will take advantage of Bible and all week long.

Today’s Friday and we’ll be back again live on Monday morning and over the weekend if you’re here in the Tampa Bay area, you’ll be able to hear as seven days a week as we’re on Saturday and Sunday also at 10 a.m. in the morning. If you have internet, if you catch us anytime at your pleasure, whenever you’d like to hear Bibleline, many listen to it in the evening and that is by going to BibleLineMinistries.org and you’ll be able to catch the radio programs.

If you click the spinning globe and you’ll be able to catch not only today’s show live right now, but also you’ll be able to catch it in archive as long as well as probably about a year or two’s worth of radio programs sitting there waiting for you to listen to. By the way, also you can catch our worship service. We’d love to invite you to come by. This is Father’s Day this Sunday. We’ll be honoring the dads and if you’ll bring grand dad and dad and great grand dad and all the family to honor dad, that would be great.

Talk to a father yesterday. He says, I told my children, I don’t need anything. Don’t mind me any presence. He says, I would just like us all to worship together on Father’s day. I thought that was real sweet. And this Sunday will be that Sunday and we’re having a dinner after the service. And so it’s a nice Sunday to come and visit if you’d like to come by and see us. That’s this Sunday. Come at 1030. May my guests stay for the service and then enjoy the dinner that will follow.

And we’ll be honoring dads in the morning worship service. It’s a great day for the whole family to come and celebrate Father’s Also, if you live in another city, you can’t come. By the way, you can catch our worship service live, go to BibleLineMinistries.org and click on the camera. If you do that at 11 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, if you are patient in just a minute or so, it will come up live, the audio and the video, and you can watch the live worship service.

But again, you can go anytime on the internet, day or night, and we have a years worth of sermons all sitting there waiting for you to take a look at. I hope you’ll take advantage of that. Again, we have a couple more openings. Not many left for our youth camp. If you have a team and you want them to go, we’ll leave on the 23rd. That’s a Monday and we’ll be back on the 28th. It’s going to be right down in the heart of Florida and it’ll be a great camp.

A lot of good Bible teaching and if your child goes and they’re unsaved, I believe they’ll trust the Lord. There’s a great chance that they will and if they’re not living for Christ, hopefully they’ll make a decision to live their life for Christ, whatever vocation God might have for them and they can sign up call and we’ll get you the information and you can talk directly to the people involved with the camp and you can make your plans to send your team.

So let us know. Also on Bibleline Ministries on our website, BibleLineMinistries.org, we now have a new music section called Bibleline Music for Children. It is wonderful. It really is. We have six CDs there and you can sample them. You can actually type in the name of your child, Grandchild, Nephi or Nise. And it will actually put their name into the songs on the CD and you can hear what it It will sound like if you purchase one. Your child or grandchild or nephew or niece will hear their name about 45 times if they play through that CD.

It has greatly impacted my granddaughter and she just loves to hear it and it stops her dead in her tracks. She just kind of looks up. He says, I’m special. I said, how do you know you’re special? God made me special. That’s what the songs instill in the children. It’s a great aid to lead your children to Christ. Check that out. Go to our online bookstore and on the right side of every page. There’s a vertical banner that you click on and it will allow you to sample the music and actually hear what it would sound like with your child or grandchild or nephew and he says, name in there.

It’s a great gift. It’s a great birthday gift. It’s a great Christmas gift. It’s really something that I think you might want to try. In any case, we have a lot of wonderful things in our Resource Center. We did finish teaching first and second Peter. We’ll be teaching something in the middle of the summer here. We’ll do a short five week to our per night teaching. But if you want to get those that we’ve already done, second Peter was outstanding.

hours of teaching, you can get that on CD or DVD call-in. You can also get first Peter, ten hours of teaching CD or DVD if you want. We also have the Gospel of John, which we did. And prior to that, many other books like the Book of Hebrews, which there’s a stumbling block for many. And we answer all the difficult questions about Hebrews and make it really simple in plain. The Book of Romans, the Book of Jude, and the Book of Matthew, so many more you might want to take a look.

We have 40 different series of CDs and DVDs that are powerful. You can by the way also subscribe to our Sunday Sermons on CD. We send them out at the end of each month. So if you would like to order the CDs for May you can do that and we’ll send it out or you want to start this month at the end of June we’ll send out all the messages for June and you can receive them at your home every month.

A lot of people are doing that and finding them very helpful and they use them as evangelistic tools after they’ve listened to them by giving them to friends and neighbors and family and you might want to subscribe. It’s I think $30 a month you’ll get these CDs sent right to your home of all the Sunday sermons that I deliver and you might want to try that. A lot of things are available. Call and ask for a resource sheet and we’ll send that right out.

We have concordances and Bibles. We have that old Schofield which is the good one. And the notes are absolutely exceptional. I really haven’t found in all my years a better reference Bible than the old Schofield. If you go to your bookstore now they’re going to try to sell you the new one. You don’t want to do that. Alright, we’re going to get into are bibles for a few minutes and I hope you have your Bible there and the scriptures are very plain about what happens after death.

If you’ll turn in your Bibles to 2 Corinthians 5 in verse 8 it says, absent from the body, present with the Lord. That’s a believer. is going to be absent from your body, present with the Lord, immediately upon death. So there’s no other place, no stopping off place, no waiting place, no holding place. When you die, you are instantly absent this body and immediately present with the Lord. Isn’t that great news? It really is great news and it’s the best news you’re ever going to hear in your entire life.

from the body present with the Lord. And what is so neat is some of these verses are so wonderful in the sense that they will answer other theological problems without you even realizing it. For example, what about reincarnation? People more and more are getting drawn into the false teachings of the Eastern religions and reincarnation is one of those. And guess What? There is no reincarnation. But this birth answers that 2 Corinthians 5, 8, absent from the body, and then what?

Coming back in another life form as an elephant, an eagle, or a dog, or a rat. Obviously, it doesn’t say that. It says, absent from the body, present with the Lord. For these life after death experiences that you read about and hear about, they say they go through a tunnel of light and there they meet an angel of light. Guess what? The Bible doesn’t say absent from the body, present in a tunnel of light. That’s just nonsense. The Bible is very clear, absent from the body, what?

Present with the Lord. So all those other things that are thrown at you by the devil. I really believe Satan invents these things to get his side track. If you go back to the Bible, 2 Corinthians 5, 8, it answers all of those things. So as a believer you’ll be immediately present with the Lord. But now It says here in verse 9, therefore we labor. You know, Christians ought to be working for God, not to be saved, but because we are.

And it says we labor that whether present or absent, we may be accepted of Him. That means to have His approval. And that means not for salvation, but for rewards in heaven. And the next verse talks about that. It says, for we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ. believers will appear at this judgment that is called here the judgment seat of Christ. And this is where your works will be examined and it will be determined the degree of reward or loss of reward you will receive in heaven.

It says that everyone may receive the things done in his body according to that he hath done whether it be good or bad. In other words, everything I believe from the moment you get saved until they you die will come into account one day. We will be absent from the body, present with the Lord as a Christian. So you are going to heaven. But when you get there, you are going to stand before the judgment seat of Christ, 2 Corinthians 5 verse 10, that everyone may receive the things done in his body according to that he have done whether it be good or bad.

So everything in your life from the time you get saved. And if you have done things that are worthy of reward, God will reward you. If you have not, you’ll suffer the loss of reward, but you’re still saved because salvation is not based upon our works. Let me drop down now to verse 21, which is a favorite of mine. It says, for God hath made Christ to be sinned, for us Christ who knew no sin, that we might be madeortment the righteousness of God in him.

In other words, what happened at the cross was this, God took your sins and my sins in your entirety. The sins you would commit in your entire lifetime and laid them upon Christ. Christ was made to be sin, Christ who was without sin, who knew no sin, that we might be made what? The righteousness of God in him. So in other words, what happened to the cross made it possible for you to be seen before God as righteous, not based upon your deeds, not based upon your works, but based upon the work of God for you and me at the cross.

When Christ died, God made Christ to be sinned for a 2 Corinthians 5, 21. And so our sins were laid upon him and he was made to be sinned for us, Christ who knew no sin that we might be made the righteousness of God in him. You know, very seldom do I hear preachers tell you that to go to heaven you have to be as righteous as God. You have to be as sinless and as perfect as God. And there’s nothing you can do to be able to obtain that of yourself.

Many times, preachers will say, you have to stop sinning. You have to turn from your sin. The Bible doesn’t say that. Nowhere does it say that. The hymn writer got it right. When the hymn writer wrote, just as I am, I come without one plea, but that thy blood was shed for me. But you come just as you are, and you receive Christ as your Savior. According to this verse, God made Christ to be sin for you, Christ who knew no sin, that you might be made the righteousness of God in him.

So God sees you as righteous when you trust the Lord. But then you’ll be absent from the body, present with the Lord upon death as a believer, and so you can be assured of going to heaven. And it says here we’re confident that when we die we’ll be absent from the body, present the Lord. You can know and be assured of that fact, but then it says we labor because when we stand before Him, when we get there, we’re going to be judged according to what we’ve done to determine rewards, the degree of rewards or loss of rewards we’re going to receive.

There are five specific crowns the Bible talks about that a Christian can earn. One of the crowns, 1 Peter 5, 4 is the crown of glory given to those who teach the Word of God. If If you teach a Sunday school class, you teach your family, you instruct someone else in the Bible and you’re teaching God’s Word to others, guess what? You’re going to get that reward for teaching the Word of God. It’s exciting. And I think anybody can do that.

You can get a little Sunday school class of three or four children and teach them and I think getting on this reward called the Crown of Glory. First Peter 5’4. There’s another crown for being one who goes through the trials of life and still stays true to the Lord. In James 2.12 it says, blessed is the man that endures temptations or trials. He’s going to be given the crown of life. This is a wonderful crown for those who endure.

You know, guess what? It gives in James the illustration of Job what a man who went through some very severe trials. He lost all of his possessions. He lost all of his children. They were all killed. And yet he said, Naked came out of my mother’s womb, naked shall I return to their, the Lord has given, the Lord has taken away, blessed be the name of the Lord. And you know Job worshipped the Lord? How many people would curse God in a similar circumstance?

Job endured those testings and those trials. And he knew as you read the book of Job that he was going to come out a better man at the end for the trials that God brought him through. Are you that kind of Christian that would receive that crown that is given to those who go through trials and are tough and still continue to worship the Lord? I hope you are. There’s another wonderful crown for leading people to Christ. First Thessalonians chapter 2 verses 19 and 20 talk about the crown of rejoicing, the crown of joy.

And that’s a crown that’s given I think when you lead someone to Christ. I think you get a crown for everybody who lead to Christ. And so as a believer, if you share the gospel with someone else and they trust the Lord as a Savior, you’re going to get a crown in heaven called the crown of rejoicing, the crown of joy given to those who would lead someone else to Christ. That’s three crowns right there that we’ve talked about.

There’s another crown in 1 Corinthians 927 called the incorruptible crown. It was written to those in Corinth, and you know, in Greece is where they had the Olympic games. And there the illusion is made to those who would prepare for the Olympic Games how disciplined they were. You know if you’ve ever seen an athlete training for an event they’re very careful to get their rest. They’re very careful about what they eat. They’re very careful to get their rest and they are regimented in their discipline to practice and practice and practice so that they can maintain that skill level that it takes to win the Olympic Games.

Well in those days they would give out a laurel wreath and it was a corrupt old crown. How long would it last before the leaves turned brown and the thing finally rotted and you had to throw it out? Well that was a corruptable crown but guess what? God says he’s going to give us an incorruptible crown. If you are one of those who had disciplined your life like an athlete, training for the Olympic Games, You want to win the prize and so you’re focused on that and you do everything you eat and you sleep and you do everything focused so that you can win the games.

That’s four crowns. There’s a fifth crown. That crown is in 2 Timothy 4 8. This is a piece of cake. It’s for those who love the appearing of Christ that look for Christ for return and live in that expectancy. That crown can be earned. I think by most Christians if you just are looking for Jesus to come back and are living in that expectancy you can get that crown as well. Well I hope that helps but as a believer certainly we ought to labor, we ought to work.

But that is going to really bring about reward when we get there. We’re going toashington the body present with the Lord. As a Christian we are seen by God as righteous based upon what Christ did for us at the cross He paid our sin debt in full. If you’ve never trusted him as your Savior, do it now, Lord, I’m a sinner, but I trust Jesus Christ, God, and flesh, as though Savior who came and paid my sin dead and full and shed his blood in order that my salvation might be acquired and was buried and rose again from the dead.

I trust him right now as my Savior. Well, I’m Dr. Englinschroom. We’re going to go to the phone lines. This is Bible and you can call us at 1-800-576-3771. We’re going first to Mark in Tarpon Springs, Florida, and Mark, welcome to Vibeliner on the air. Good morning, doctor. Thanks for taking my call. You’re welcome. I had two questions. One is with regard to the name Jehovah. I mean, I always use the name Jehovah. I know a cult named itself after Jehovah, but from what I understand, this is actually a mistranslation, a mispronunciation for a German translator.

And if that is indeed a case, should we not refrain from using that out of respect for our creator? Well, you know, nobody knows how to pronounce God’s name, His name in the Old Testament. We call it in the Greek Detector Grammaton which refers to the four consonants. And because the Jews were frightened to break the command of the dogs that not take the name of the Lord like God in vain, they stopped pronouncing it. And because there are no vowel sounds and no pronunciation marks, nobody really knows how to pronounce it.

So what happened in 1611 was they broke it into three syllables. It’s Y-H-W-H. That’s the name of God. Y-H-W-H. They took the vowels from the Hebrew word, Audenoi, and put them in there, and they pronounced it, YAHovah. But more recently, scholars just put two vowel sounds in there, and A and E, and they spell it this way, Y-A-H-W-E-H, and they pronounced it Yahwe. But both groups might be wrong, because it’s really a guess. Nobody knows for sure how to pronounce the name of God.

But we do know it is this name that is in Hebrew for consonants and nobody is really sure. We’ll get it to heaven and we’ll get to find out. But so I wouldn’t lose all of the sleep over it and I alternately use both because they were familiar with it. But we’re clearly talking about the God of the Bible, the God of creation, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and the God that would come and take on human flesh in the the person of Jesus and become our Savior.

So the answer is nobody really knows how to pronounce God’s name. So you might be wrong in pronouncing it Yahweh. Okay. The second question I had was I read out of this Go-Feel reference Bible I purchased from you a couple of years ago. And I’m a little bit confused in the notes from and the notes to whatever you call it. This fearful being comma apparently created one of the two of them. It might understand because I went back to Ezekiel chapter 1 verse 5 where Scofield references me back.

Am I to understand then that one of the cherubim was? That is great. Okay and that being the case then is this possible to assume that maybe the Archangel Michael might be one? possible. It doesn’t tell us whether he was a chair or not. Those are distinct, unique creatures. I define them differently than I would an angel. Although an angel is a broader term, an angel means messenger and in that sense, Satan is an angel of light and a messenger of false information.

But he is actually a chair but in Ezekiel 38, chapter 28, if he describes him prior to his fall and how that he was the anointed chair of the cover and uh… in his pride in his beauty uh… he fell but uh… uh… we’re not going to expect any more falls that was the only chance that angels had as they were given choice and a third of them followed uh… lucifer became the uh… fallen angels today but uh… michael could be a chair but doesn’t tell us that so we’d have to that definitely michael’s called the arch angel of god well thank you and uh…

things for work in his name god bless you thank you mark all right that was marked we’re not going to go to friend and i’m in dale michigan and friend welcome to my mind you are on the air yes sir hello dr hank i appreciate that um… i’d like to ask about uh… a question about Well, it’s forms of evil actions like in Galatians 5 21, it talks about drunkenness is my main thought here. And it says here such things you cannot enter the kingdom of heaven.

And I’ll go ahead and hang up so I can listen to your response. Okay. All of those things, or any of those things, even a single lie, Revelation 21, 27, would not allow you to enter heaven. That’s why we need Christ’s death. In the Bible, says in verse 24, there are Relations, Chapter 5, yet in Red Far Enough, that we have been crucified together with Christ, and therefore those things are paid for, and they will not send us to hell.

By the way, let me just say something to Miami. We will be with you on Monday for the full hour. We’re excited about that. And God bless you folks down as our Florida that are listening. Make sure that you’re telling your friends about the program on Monday as we’ll be on for the Full hour. All right. Well back to your question there, Fred. In 1 Corinthians 6, it’s a parallel passage. It’s similar. It lists all those very same things that you are talking about.

And then it says in verse 11 of 1 Corinthians 6, and such were some of you, but you are washed. You are justified. You are sanctified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God. So in other words, it’s true. Without Christ, any of those things. things would send us to hell. But once you trust Christ, you’re washed, you’re justified, you’re sanctified, and it’s a different ballgame. But Paul, in Galatians 5, is telling us that if we live after the flesh, we can still have the consequences of the flesh in our life, not that we would go to hell, but we can have the strife and obviously the trouble that comes all our way when we are living after the flesh.

But rather, we should live after the Spirit and have the food of the Spirit in our life which is love and joy and peace and love and suffering and all those things. Well thank you for calling in and we are coming up hard and fast on the break. All of our fun lines are lighted up. We’re excited about all of you listening and calling in and we’ll try to catch your questions right after the break. Let me again remind you that we are listener supported and we do need your help.

really, this is a big venture for all of us and we’re trusting God to supply so that Bibleline can continue and to reach out as we have. The Lord is good and we’ve just risked again by taking that full hour out of Miami. We need financial help and if you could call and give a gift by credit card or call and ask for an envelope to be sent, we’ll send it out to you, Camille, your gift in, but that would really help.

trying to get the gospel out. I think we’re running against the clock. I think Jesus is coming soon and we need to do all we can while we can do it. I certainly feel that way and I think it would be a mistake not to think that way because what if he did come and we hadn’t done anything about it. I’m going to take a break. I’m Dr. Eglinstroom. I’m going to be right back and I hope you’ll stay tuned for the second half hour.

Go away Bibleline will be back in a moment. Give us a call at 1-800-576-3771. That’s 1-800-576-3771. Well, I’m Dr. Englundstrom, and you know, it’s exciting to be able to be with you every day here on Bibleline. And what a joy. You know, it’s amazing that we have the technology today where I can sit here at my microphone and talk to you really anywhere in the world. because if you have the internet, you can catch this program in any place anywhere.

I’ve experienced it myself. I was in Israel just a couple of months ago, and I got on the computer and heard my own program. And at the same time, we were able to, from the hotel, actually broadcast our programs from the hotel back here to the States. What an amazing thing it is to be able to do that. We were excited to be able to broadcast our trip, and that was wonderful. We’re going to do another trip. We’re just about finalized that.

We’ve been talking about hotels and where we’re going to stay and what we’re going to do. We should have a brochure out pretty shortly. If you want to go this next year, if we’re still here, call and get on the list, and we’ll send your brochure as soon as they are printed. alert us that you’re at least interested in and will make sure that you get all that information. Again, we’re looking forward to a great summer and I hope that you’ll tune us in.

You know, you could help us out by telling your friends about the Bible and website because that would acquaint them. You know, they may not be in a city where they can hear Bible and but they can hear it on the So if you would inform your friends across the states and other cities and other parts of the country or even in the world, they could join us for the BioLine program on the Internet. That’s exciting. 156 countries have logged on.

You can as well. And of course on the website you can visit our worship services live and in archive. You can visit our radio programs live in archive and you can listen to our television programs live and in archive. And plus you have our resource center there, everything. As though you were able to, if you can’t drive Premiership, you can catch it really whole in the internet. That is really exciting. . . . . . . . . .

We praise the Lord for God raising up that opportunity for us today and this day and the age that we’re living in to share the gospel that way. If you have any questions, you’re welcome to call in, offer, and leave them or call in live and listen to those answered on the radio later in the day if you hear it at a different time of day than we go on here. But we’re going to rejoin the stations now that have been on break.

Do the second half hour of Bible and we hope that you’ll keep your radio tuned right where it is and stay with us now for the second half hour of Bible and we’re going to get back to our cars. Would you like to call Bible and ask Dr. Lindstrom a question? You can. Just pick up your phone and dial 1-800-576-3771. 3771. Now here again is Dr. Hank Lynch from All Right. We’re back from that break and it’s exciting to be with you.

It’s been great this week. We’ve met quite a few listeners who’ve come by and knocked on our door and it’s amazing how they tell them and they say, you invited me. I said I did. Yeah, they said on the radio you said come by and knock on our door so they do and how wonderful it is to get to meet some of those who are listening and they tell their stories about how they heard the program, how they got saved, and also people emailing us with those kind of responses as well.

And we’re excited that we’re able to reach out and win people to Christ from all over the world really through the Bible and Radio program on internet or on regular broadcast. We want you to pray for us as we reach out. We believe that we’re running against the clock that Jesus is coming. He is coming soon. I am not a date setter, but I tell you, look at the world around you and read your Bible and ask yourself, don’t you see the signs of his coming?

Can’t you tell that the Lord is coming back soon? Well, I remember reading even many years ago, David Ben Goron, the great leader of Israel, and as a Jew in reading the Bible, he said, I can hear the footsteps of the Messiah coming. It just gave me chill bumps as I thought about that. I said, look at that. Here’s an unsaved Jew reading, and he knows his Messiah is coming. Of course, they believe he’s coming for the first time, but he’s already been here.

He’s already provided for the redemption of the world through his death and shed blood at the cross. He was rejected as Israel’s king and went back to heaven, but he’s coming again and Israel will receive him this time and he’s going to set up that wonderful kingdom of peace on earth. Good will toward men. Truly we’re living close and I think the Lord’s coming is right around the corner. You can see the signs everywhere we are in the last days and this is the time to evangelize.

This is the time to step up to the plate and be the Christian you ought to be as a believer sharing the gospel of Christ with others and hopefully Bibleline is a tool that you can use. We’ve had many people tell me that they have gotten a friend who listened to this program and they’ve gotten saved. that they’ve taken some of our resources, especially that CD we have, how permanent is your salvation and given to somebody and they’ve gotten saved.

They’ve taken the tracks that we have that really work that are great, called how am I going to heaven and give that out and the quiz and the answers are all there and they’ve told me their friends have gotten saved. It’s exciting. It really is. And we are excited about you being one of our listeners. You know, God has raised up people just like you who are keeping us on the air. Thank God because we couldn’t do it without you.

We have no other means of support except for our listeners. And you can keep us going. And I hope you’d consider praying for Bible and some tell me they pray every day. Thank God for all of you who do because I know God is answering those prayers. And also thank you for those of you that are giving to Bible and because you’re enabling this to be on the air. I don’t think you can get more out of your dollar that you give than with Bible and because we don’t pay any salaries.

Everybody that I have here working with Bible and is doing it because they feel the need is so great and they do it as a volunteer. I’m a volunteer. I don’t get a salary. So we’re trying to reach out. Therefore, we can make our money, the money that comes in from you and the listener, to go that much further. And we don’t have a big staff, we don’t have a big overhead. We are, most of our money is just going to pay the stations that were on.

We really are trying to reach the lost. Would you join us as a partner and say, I’ll help Bibleline. I’ll be a part of this. Whatever you give, one lady, she’s been so faithful. She gives one dollar a day. She says, I’m going to give a dollar a day to Bibleline. Every month she will come by and hand me that check for one dollar a day for Bibleline. And I know that that’s probably quite a gift for her because of her budget.

But she’s faithful to get this word out through Bible and God’s going to bless you like the widow’s might. I think if you give and give to Bible and if you can give more generously, that would be great as well. I really hate to talk about money because if I had it all myself, I just would probably pay it and not say anything. But that’s not God’s plan. God wants us to share and work together and partner together to accomplish this great task.

I would be cheating you out of rewards in heaven that you could have if I cheated you out of being able to give the Bible. I really would. Paul said in Philippians 4, 17, I don’t desire a gift, but I desire a fruit that may abound to your account in heaven. As you give, it’s not that we’re trying to get your money. We know that you’re going to have fruit in heaven right alongside of us for whatever effort we put forth.

You’ll get a share, I think share equally really with us in whatever we are able to accomplish. God bless you. Thank you to advance when applaud everybody who prays for and gives the Bible a new all are special. We’re now going to go to Travis in Bradenton, Florida. By the way, the phone number is 1-800-576-3771, 1-800-576-3771, and Travis, welcome to Bibleline for Braden and Florida. And, Pastor, I called with a question yesterday about the Enfec price, so I didn’t get through till the end of the program.

And we got 10 short. Yeah. I wanted to ask you again about, I believe that he’s alive right now, and I wanted to to find out when he receives his head wound, will he be actually truly dead or will it just be a false miracle appearing as if he was dead? And then if you could give us a brief description of what the Antichrist is going to be like or look like, act like when he comes on to the scene, and do you think he knows who he is right now?

Okay, a lot of good questions here. We can send you a picture of the Antichrist and the male today, no, I’m just teasing. We don’t know who he is. But it’s interesting though about the Antichrist that we all just have to speculate. He’s not gonna be revealed until after the Rapture. So nobody’s gonna really know who he is until then. And I don’t think he knows either. I think he is overcome and involved by Satan and becomes the official Antichrist when that happens.

And I think that’s after the rapture that that happens. But we’re probably looking at him. I think we’re close. I think we need to look here in the United States because I believe the head of the United States will be the Antichrist. Daniel 7-8 says that there is this little horn that he sees that comes up out of the ten nations of Europe, the ten horns, and it is a little horn speaking of a youthful nation that has been born or spawned by Europe.

And we’re the only country in the world that can meet that description that we’re younger than is stronger than Europe yet we are pretty much of European descent or heritage. And also the leader of the 11th country, the Little Horn, is also called the Little Horn and it says in that same verse that this little horn who not only is a young nation that comes out of Europe or out of ancient Rome but it also is the man who leads it.

So I think he comes out of this country. We know that he’ll have a lot of qualities. Daniel has a lot of verses about him. I recommend you go to my articles. If you go to the website and go to Dr. Munster’s articles, the bottom right hand corner of the home page, and you click on the Antichrist, I’ve listed about 20 things about the Antichrist. I think 10 or 20. I can’t remember exactly how many descriptive things from the Bible I listed.

but I think it’s about 20 that will give you a pretty good idea of what he would look like and how to identify him. But definitely when he… He is the first to be able to be a mark. He is the first to be able to receive a mark. He will be able to receive a mark in their forehead or in their hand. They’ll probably be in danger of maybe being killed, but certainly they won’t be able to buy herself.

It’ll be controlling commerce. That doesn’t happen until three and a half years after the rapture. So, I don’t know who he is. I’m looking, but I can only speculate. And nobody this side of the Rapture can identify him. I don’t think so. We need to just be patient and let things come to pass like they will. And we’re leaving the Rapture. Thank God. And then it says in 2 Thessalonians 2, that man of sin, the son of Perdition, will be revealed as the Antichrist.

He will definitely be identified when he walks into the temple in Jerusalem that will be rebuilt right after the Rapture and shows himself as being God and demands worship. So that’s in 2nd Thessalonians chapter 2 and verse 14. We also know that he’ll be the supreme commander of the United States’s military and the Bible says in Revelation 13 verse 4 who was able to make war with him? the technology today to make war and the sophisticated weapons and the powerful nuclear and other type weapons we have today, people are going to be afraid to go to war with him and it’s I think we’re close that’s all I can say and I don’t want to go beyond what the Bible says here in speculating about the Antichrist.

Thank you for calling in Travis we’re now going to go to Darnell in St. Petersburg and Darnell welcome to my blend. Hey, good morning Dr. Hank. First of all I want to say I was talking to one of my deacons at the church, regardless of what you were saying earlier about the rewards. He said trust Christ, be saved, live right and get peace dealing with the rewards and stuff and I thought that was pretty nifty. But the question I come asking is on, all right the Bible tells us that if we put thanks see it just in people, to forgive us our sin.

Is this talking about the time before we get saved and how does that go in reference to after we get saved, but yet we could first ourselves in and stuff like that, but we still get judged, you know what I mean? We still get judged. You still get judged. Well, what’s going on there? And you’re talking about 1 John 1-9 and there John the Apostle is writing He includes himself in that we. I think you have to back up a little bit.

He’s talking about fellowship as a believer with Christ and with other believers. He says in verse 8, if we, John includes himself, and he saves 60 years at this time, if we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves. Those that are walking around saying that they don’t sin are obviously deceiving themselves. We still do sin. John says, here’s how you handle that as a Christian. So this is not a salvation verse, and it’s not written to those before they get saved.

It’s written to those who are already saved. And in this case, John was saved 60 years when he writes it. He says, if we confess our sins, that means to name by name those things which we know to be sinned. It says he, God, is faithful, and just forgives our sins. That’s the things that we name, and it cleanses from all enriches us. He wipes the state clean so we can walk in fellowship with him being on the same page.

So as a believer, we need to confess our sins. And when we do, he forgives. So we don’t ask for forgiveness as a believer, but we confess our sins and then he cleanses us. That’s our daily walk. That’s a daily cleansing. It’s not the same thing as our salvation. Once you’re saved, as far as salvation is concerned, your sins are forgotten. They’re gone. They’ll never be brought up again. But as far as the Christian life is concerned, the things that you do good or bad will be brought up for reward or loss of reward.

And we just saw that earlier today in 2nd Corinthians 5 and 10 that we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ that everyone may receive the things done in his body according to that he had done, which whether it be good or bad. So those things are going to come up that we did that are not so nice as well as the good things that we’ve done. and we’ll be rewarded accordingly. But the Walk-in Fellowship, the continue to be effective, we need to confess our sins.

All right, that’s the way I was looking for. Okay, then, you could just thank you, man. You made a critical clear. It’s the Walk-in Fellowship with God. We can fence us things. All right. All right. Hey, thanks a lot, Dr. King. You’re welcome. Thank you for calling in and keep up the good work. We’re now gonna go to Bill in Port Charlotte, Florida, and Bill, welcome to By Blind You’re On The Air. Hello, Pastor. My name is Bill, and I want to thank you for taking my call, and I have a question on salvation.

I’ve heard what you’ve been saying today about how we can’t lose our salvation. And I would like you to explain the scripture in Revelation 3.5, which states that he who overcomes will like them be dressed in white. I will never blot his name from the book of the Bible. of life. That’s my question about that comment there where it says that it seems like he’s giving us a warning if we don’t overcome that he can blot our name out of the Book of Life.

Good question and actually is saying the very opposite. Most people are taught wrong and that is that you have your name written down when you become a believer. But really God has put everybody’s name in the book because he wants forever but to be saved and Christ died for every man, woman, and child that would ever live. And so, potentially everybody can go to heaven. But he’s saying, if you become an overcomer, you’ll never have your name blotted out.

In other words, it’s there permanently. And you have to define overcomer. That’s the key problem there. If you look at 1 John, I hope you write this down, Bill, 1 John 5, 4, and 5. Verse 4, 1 John says, for whatsoever is born of God. Anybody that’s been born again overcome with the world. And this is the victory it says that overcome with the world even our faith. So if you’re an overcomer, a rather if you’re a believer, you’re an overcomer.

Verse 5 is even more clear. Who is he? It says in 1 John 5, 5 that overcome with the world. And the answer is he that believeeth that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. So every believer is an overcomer by virtue of the fact that Christ overcame the devil, the penalty for sin and death, the grave, and so on, by what he did for us on the cross of Calvary. When we put our trust in him, by virtue of what he did for us, we’ve become overcomers.

And so Revelation 3.5 is talking to believers, and he tells the believer that I will not blot your name out of the book of life. So if you’re a believer, your name is never going to come out. In other words, you’re eternally secure. It’ll never come out. The unbeliever will have his name stricken at death, and so when he dies, if he hasn’t trusted Christ, his name is taken out of the book, and then later at the Great White Throwing Judgment, when they search the book of life, his name won’t be there.

So that’s really what it’s saying. It’s not talking about a safe person having their name blotted out. He’s making a promise here to the safe person, to the believer, that his name will never come out of the book. How do words that say that the names are put in are there originally in the Book of Life? It’s implied everywhere that they are. In other words, when you read about the Book of Life, it talks about those that are living, for example.

In Psalm 69, there you have a passage where Christ is on the cross, and he talks about those that are the ones who condemned him to the cross. And what he says about them, he says, let their names be blotted out of the Book of Life. So the ones who rejected Christ at the cross, even while he was on the cross, he said let their names be blotted out of the Book of Life and let not their names be written with the righteous.

The righteous are the same and the righteous are righteous because they have trusted Christ and God’s righteousness is imputed to their account. So if you read Psalm 69 verse 28, it talks about those and it says that they gave him vinegar to drink and gall for his drink upon the cross. And it’s obviously clearly a prophecy of a thousand years in advance of the words of Christ on the cross and what happened. And their Christ says about those who rejected him that let their names be blotted out of the book of life.

So you’ll find wherever you look, it’s unbelievers who get their names blotted out. have the guarantee according to Revelation 3 5 their names will never come out of the book. So again you have to define what an overcomer is. Most people get that wrong. Most people think an overcomer is somebody who really is a dynamic Christian. I thought that as a young believer and I just skipped over those verses and said that’s for somebody else. That’s not for me because I didn’t see myself in that category and then I saw 1 John 5, 4, 5, and other verses that define a believer as the overcomer because of what Christ did for us and then while all those promises to overcome us are buying and they’re all wonderful in the fact that you can’t be lost.

So some of these people in Sardis apparently weren’t saved? That’s correct. Well, so they was talking about them and that they had to get saved in order to be stay in the book. That’s right. Okay. Well, thank you very much. Thank you. Welcome Bill. God bless you. Thank you for listening and this is a lot of things that were taught aren’t necessarily correct. We have to go back to the Bible and and review it and check it out. We have an anonymous call from Fayetteville, North Carolina and welcome to Bibleline from Fayetteville.

Hey sir, how are you? Good. Have a question with regards to repentance when Christ talked about repentance. Was it meaning to change your mind of the religious way that they had at the time and to go out to be the first Christ? Was that the original meaning of the word repentance? Absolutely. The Greek word is metanoia and it means a change of mind. Metaminic change. change. Enoia means mind. So the two words together, metanoia means a change of mind.

It always means that. The change of mind is about whatever it might be that you’re thinking you have to do to be saved or about who Christ is. If you thought he was just a man that you would change your mind and realize that he’s God who took him on flesh and trust that he died for you and then God saved you. One interesting verse in March gospel is this repent and believe the gospel. So you change your mind and that day many were religious leaders who already came up with a conclusion that Christ was an imposter.

He couldn’t be the Messiah. He was a deceiver and Jesus says that change your mind and believe the gospel. good news of his death barrel resurrection and you’d be saved. And so it is a change of mind about how to be saved or who Christ is and the things that relate to salvation. And when you believe on Christ, you do repent. You do change your mind about those things. So it doesn’t. It doesn’t. But when you do trust, you do change your mind.

So they’re very much linked together. Schofield says if you have a Schofield Bible in the footnote on page 1174, he says, saving faith includes and implies that change of mind, which is called repentance. So, when you do believe, you do change your mind. It’s impossible to trust Christ without changing your mind from whatever you were previously trusting in. I have another question also on John 3, 16. Why is the word shit there? Look at the word that he gave us on the gun.

because it’s conditional upon your belief if you If you do not believe, you will perish and you’ll not have eternal life. So it is a verse conditioned upon your response to the message. If you believe on Christ, you’ll not perish, you’ll have eternal life, but if you do not believe, you will perish and you will not have eternal life. The purpose is so that you would not perish, but if you don’t believe, you’re going to perish. Well, of course, the point is that the intent is that you would be saved, but if you don’t believe it, you’re going to perish.

In other words, maybe you’re going to go up an airplane and put a ship parachute on. That’s should the plane quit running and you have to jump out. That’s going to save you. So it’s the means by which you’d be saved. Should the end of course, when you die, you need that need Christ to get you to heaven. And if you haven’t trusted him, you’re going to perish. Sure. The Bible says I’ll have sin and come short of the glory of God.

And as I look over my life and know the years of me living and I look back over my life, I haven’t went a year away. I couldn’t like not see it. Is it possible for someone to go years without sinning? Absolutely not. Ever. Everybody I believe sins every day to some degree. The word sin by the way the Greek word means to miss the mark and Anything that you or I do that come short of the very righteousness and glory of God Is sin so?

You can’t live without sin in fact That’s why the Bible says in Isaiah 64 six that your best and most righteous deeds are filthy rags in God’s sight There is nothing that we can do that is not tainted by our sin nature. And so we all said that every day we need to confess that we have sinned and we’ve come short of the Lord of God. Now that’s even after you become our believer of all? Absolutely. If somebody says that they have not sinned, they deceived themselves first on 1-8.

I mentally like that. She said she hadn’t sinned in 8 years. I said, don’t move. Stop. Stay right there. I ran and got my Bible. I said, please read this verse and explain it. And then she redefined everything. She said she made mistakes, but she didn’t sin. So she tried to redefined it. But she obviously was deceiving yourself. You’re welcome. Thank you for calling in and we’re at the end of the hour and this is Friday. We won’t be back again live until Monday but you can listen to the Bibleline all weekend long on our internet site, BibleLineMinistries.org.
