So if you have your Bible, get it out. We’re going to go ahead and take a look at a couple of verses. We’re going to go to 2 Corinthians 5 verse 21. What a great verse that explains what happened at the cross of Calvary 2000 years ago. It says, for He that is God hath made Him, that is Jesus Christ, to be sin for us Christ who knew no sin.
That means that Christ was absolutely without sin. Sin was God and flesh that He was made to be sin for us, that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him. I was raised in church. Nobody ever told me, never did I ever hear that you had to be as righteous as God Himself in order to enter heaven. That’s right. The Bible says all of us have come short of that. And there’s no way that you and I can ever attain that by anything that we do.
I’m amazed at how many people are trying to work their way to heaven. And I was raised in a church that was taught exactly that. We were on our upward way, gaining new heights every day. Jesus wanted me for a sunbeam. I remember all these little phrases as a little boy. I never, never, never knew that I had to be as righteous as God to go to heaven. Did that ever shock me? And you know, the Bible is very clear about this and it says in 2 Corinthians 5.21 that God took your sin and my sin and made Jesus Christ to be sin for us.
Christ who was without sin never committed a single active sin so that we might be made the righteousness of God in him. Think about it. If you were as righteous as God, could you be certain of going to heaven? And the answer is of course, If your is righteous as God, you are going to walk right on in. And by the way, that is the requirement. Anything less than that you will not enter heaven. What a wonderful verse. It talks about the substitutionary death of Jesus Christ at the cross.
What do we mean by that? Jesus took your place, He took my place, He took the sins that you and I would commit throughout our whole lifetime upon Himself as God made Him to be sin for us. to Nune us and that we might be made the very righteousness of God in Him. It’s quite an amazing concept when you think about it. You know, when the soldiers took Jesus and they took those spikes and they drove them through his hands and through his feet, they really should have driven them through your hands and through my hands and your feet and my feet.
Jesus was dying to pay for what you and I have done wrong. He is the substitute sacrifice and We really should have been nailed with that cross, but Jesus stepped in, took our place, and they drove the nails through his sinless body. Jesus never did anything wrong. He didn’t die because of anything he had done wrong. He died because of what you and I have done wrong. This verse tells it like it is. 2 Corinthians 5.21. I hope you’ll write it down.
2 Corinthians 5.21. That God made Christ to be sin for you and me. Christ who knew no sin that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him.” The amazing thing is that this whole story was also told in the Old Testament long before Jesus ever came. Isaiah, chapter 53, what an incredible chapter, tells about the story of the cross, 740 years before Jesus ever came the first time, and it says in verse 6, all we like sheep.
I say at 53.6, all we like sheep have gone astray. We have turned everyone to his own way, and then it says, but the Lord hath laid on him Jesus, the iniquity of us all. Here you have the same truth that we’re studying here in 2 Corinthians 5, 21, that we’re sinners And God took our sin, our iniquity, and laid it upon Him. And He made the payment for our sin. Look at verse 5, this is Isaiah 53 now, 700 years before Jesus ever came the first time.
We’re talking about 2700 years ago. That’s a long time ago. God foretold the future and told when Christ would come and what He would do. And it says in verse 5, He was wounded. He was wounded, speaking about Jesus now, 740 years before he ever came. He was wounded for our transgressions. He was bruised for our iniquities. The chastisement of our peace was upon him, and with his stripes we are healed. I love that. Wow. It tells about, think about it.
It tells you about what happened at the cross, that Jesus Christ was wounded for our transgressions. He was bruised for OUR INNICWANIES. The chastisement of OUR peace was upon him, and with HIS stripes, we are healed all we like sheep have gone astray, we’ve turned everyone through his own way, and the LORD hath laid on him the INNICWITY of us all. 2 Corinthians 5-21, in the New Testament after the fact, says that God made Christ to be sin for you and me.
to new notion that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him. You know, once you trust Christ, you can read Isaiah 53 in the first person. How powerful it is. Let me go back to verse 5 of Isaiah 53 where it says, He was wounded for my transgressions. That’s right. I trusted Jesus Christ as the substitute He would sacrifice for my sins, and it says there in verse 5, He was wounded for, and I can read it in the first person, because it’s real for me.
He was wounded for my transgressions. He was bruised for my iniquities. The chastisement of my peace was upon him, and with his stripes I am healed. I like a sheep who got a stray. I went my own way. But the Lord took my iniquity and laid it upon Jesus Christ. Wow, isn’t that exciting? I’ll tell you that was the best news I ever heard I thought I had to earn my way to heaven and I didn’t see how I could do it and when I found out that I had to be as Righteous has got to go to heaven.
I realized it was impossible It was impossible the Bible makes it clear that it’s impossible. It’s not a horse. It’s not of your obedience It’s not a by your behavior I was raised in church and I only we used to sing a course only believe but really what message got it through into my head as a little boy was only behave, only behave. All things are possible if you only behave. That was the kind of message I was getting.
You have to behave, you have to live the Christian life, you have to be good, you have to do your best and one day you’ll earn your way to heaven. That is exactly the opposite of what the Bible teaches. The Bible teaches that your works and my works are filthy rags that they will not pay for even one sin and If you come to God with your hands full of your works and needs guess what you’ll be kicked out of heaven You will not enter Because your works and my works no matter how good or well-intended are filthy rags inside of God That’s why Jesus said forget that God says I’m going to make the payment for you.
I love you and I will take your sins and lay them upon Jesus Christ and make him to be sinned for you. Christ who was without sin at all so that you might be made the righteousness of God in him. That is really quite remarkable. As a result, 2 Corinthians chapter 5 also tells us that because of the fact that Jesus did that for us, we can be confident, it says in verse 8, that when we die as believers, it will be absent from the body and present with the Lord.
Lord, absent from the body and present with the Lord. Did you know that? At the instant you die, there’s no lingering. The Spirit doesn’t hang out with the body for a while. It doesn’t kind of roam around the cemetery for a while. When you die as a believer at the very instant of death, your soul leaves your body and is instantly present with the Lord in heaven. Isn’t that incredible? And you’re going to get a brand new body in heaven.
body will be a perfect body to be like Christ’s body and it will be a body that will enjoy forever and ever and ever in heaven. And guess what? It will be a youthful body. If you’re older, you’re going to probably be about 33 years old in appearance in your resurrection body. That’s the age of Christ when he was crucified. He came back in that very same body and the Bible says we will get bodies like Christ’s body. If you’re young, you’ll become older and become about 33 years of age.
There will be no children running around in heaven. Everybody who dies as a child will have an adult body. And if you’re older, you’ll be younger and that you’ll be in the prime of life in your resurrection body. 2 Corinthians 5, 8, absent from the body, present with the Lord, all because of verse 21 that God made Christ to be sinned for you. Christ who knew no sin that we might be made the righteousness of God Best news you’re ever gonna hear I hope you’ve trusted Jesus Christ as your Savior and receive this wonderful gift of everlasting life I’m Dr.
England’s from this is by blend. We’re gonna go to the phone lines the phone number is 1-800-576-3771 1-800-576-3771 we’re gonna go down to La Vita. She’s in Lake Worth, Florida and And, Levita, welcome to Bibleline you’re on the air. Hi, Dr. Hank. Good morning. I have a question. Go ahead. Would you please explain to me the difference between the Book of Life, which is mentioned about ten or twelve times in the Bible, and the Lamb’s Book of Life, which is mentioned about life.
All right. I think the Book of Life and the Lamb’s Book of Life are the same. The Bible also mentions in Revelation chapter 20 there in verses 12 and 13 that there are other books, which apparently are just books that record all of our deeds, and the lost there in Revelation 20 will have their deeds read out of the books and be cast into hell and evaluated and given a degree of punishment, hell based upon those works read out of the books because their name was not found in the book of life, which is the Lamb’s Book of Life.
So I think the book of life and the Lamb’s Book of Life are equivalent and the other books plural that are not identified as to what they are, just simply the records as God sees everything that we’ve done and it’s all recorded. And one day of course the Christian also will stand at a separate judgment, a thousand years earlier at the rapture where God will read off our works and will be given a degree of reward in heaven based upon our needs.
But the lost will be given a degree of punishment and health based upon their needs. But salvation is a gift and those that believe on Christ we are going to have and those that reject Christ will go to hell. Okay. Well is everybody’s name written in those books or is this the Christian’s name written in the books? So are names going in the books I guess is what I am saying. That’s a good question. God puts everybody’s name in the book because he potentially wants everybody to be saved.
And so Christ died for every man, woman, child, that would ever live. So He puts our name in the book to begin with. The Bible teaches that if you die as an unbeliever, your name gets blotted out at the moment of death. And if you become a believer during your lifetime, Revelation 3.5 says that He makes a promise from that point on he says I will not bought out your name out of the book of life so in other words God makes a promise your name will never come out once you trust Christ but if you’re an unbeliever you have a until the day you draw your last breath and if he dies an unbeliever then he will strike your name from the book okay So they’re both the same book.
Yeah. Okay. Hope that helps a little bit. Oh, it helped a great deal. I appreciate it. All right, and thank you so much for that call that it was Levita down in Lake Worth, Florida across on the east coast of Florida. We have Claude in Toronto, Canada. Trog Claude. Welcome to Bibleline from Canada. Welcome to a Bibleline. I Good morning. Good morning. Okay. I listen to you this morning when you were talking about it when you go to heaven.
Like, what time do we go to heaven away? Where is heaven? because according to the Bible we spend like a thousand years on this earth and then this earth will be changed and we will continue to be living in this earth. So what’s the timeline or the timeframe in heaven? First of all, as a believer at the moment of death we discovered it, your absence from the body present with the Lord. That’s heaven. Christ right now is in heaven and we’ll go to be with Christ at the moment of death and be with him forever thereafter.
Now, we will come back with Christ at the second coming seven years after the rapture and rule and reign with him. But heaven is of course we believe in the north in our universe. We were talking about some science the other day on the program here on By Blind. And we talked about how that there’s a void in the north where there’s a corridor where there are no stars. And in Job chapter 26 verse 7, 3500 years ago, it talks about how God stretches out the north over the empty place and hangeth the earth upon nothing.
That empty place is where heaven is, and there are many references to heaven being in the north. You read Leviticus 1, 11, and 12, it says they offered the sacrifices northward before the Lord, implying that God is in the north, and He would offer the sacrifices in the direction where God is, which is in the north. Also Psalm 75, tells the salvation comes from the north. In Isaiah 14, when Lucifer wanted to overthrow heaven, he said he wanted to sit in the seat of the mountain of the congregation in the sides of the north.
Apparently, also talking about this corridor that has sides where there are no stars, this void in the the North, where heaven itself is. That’s where Satan wanted to go. And numerous other references I could quote, but heaven is in the North. When you die, you’re absent from the body, present with the Lord, but we will come back to help Christ rule and reign during his thousand year earthly kingdom, which is the kingdom and promise to the Jewish people since the very beginning.
And he’s going to be king of the Jews at that time and king of kings and Lord of Lords as you rule over every nation on the planet during that thousand years. I hope that helps a little bit, Claude, but we’ll come back and we won’t live here on the New Earth either. We’ll get to enjoy the New Earth, but we’re going to live in the New Jerusalem, which will come down from heaven. And I believe we’ll orbit the planet Earth.
If you read chapter 21 of Revelation verse 1, John says, I saw a new heavens and a new earth for the former heavens and the former earth were passed away. And then he says, I saw the heavenly city descending from heaven and it comes down out of the north. And so we find that this wonderful city that God has created, the city of the living God is going to be where we’re going to live. And God will live in that city with us forever and ever and ever.
Read Revelation 21 and 22 and it describes that. Okay. I got one more question. Good question. Last week I called and I asked a question about what do you believe happened to the men who were traveling with Paul on the road to Damascus when God converted when he saw the light. What do you do? I see. I see. I really don’t know. All we know is that they didn’t hear the voice audibly. They heard a sound, but they didn’t hear the words.
And apparently they led him by the hand, blind to Damascus. And there Paul prayed. And the Lord told him that there was a man named Ananias that would tell him how to be saved. And God put Ananias and Paul together. And Paul got saved in Damascus. I’ve been there. I’ve been on the street call straight, and I’ve been to the traditional site of where Ananias lived, and where apparently Paul got saved. Whether it’s the exact house or not, I don’t know.
But I’ve been there, and that’s quite an exciting story. But I used to hear as a little boy that Paul got saved on the Damascus road. That’s not true. He clearly got saved in Damascus. and I has led him to Christ. Thank you. Alright, thank you Claude. Glad you’re listening up there in Canada and we are now going to go to George in four longer build. But we have to wait till after the break. We’re so close on the break.
George, I’m going to hold you and we will catch your question right after that. This is Bible and I hope everybody listening is trusted Christ as Savior. There’s no other way to get to heaven Christ said I’m the way the truth of life and no man can come under the Father but by me trust him in him alone and God will give you the truth. gift of eternal life. Bible and is listeners supported. Here we are halfway through August.

Water baptism is a testimony of how you are cleansed of your sin by the blood of Christ. The water is merely symbolic, but it’s a precious service. And I believe that you ought to be water baptized. And if you were baptized as an infant, it doesn’t count. If you were baptized any time before your salvation experience, it doesn’t count. again it has to happen after you be him saved because it’s a testimony of how you were saved. So, if you’d like to be baptized in our service this Sunday, you’re welcome.

We’re going to get back to those phone lines. We have George down, Fort Lauderdale been so patiently waiting and welcome George from Fort Lauderdale to Biblehead. Dr. Hank? Yes, sir. Well, let me tell you, there is some good news back in 2 Samuel 1223. David had a baby, and at seven days old that baby died. And David said that baby would not return to him, but he would go to see that baby. I believe all children before the age of accountability, whether they die by abortion or after birth that you’ll see them again in heaven.
So I think you have some children in heaven that you’re going to see. you’ll recognize and you’ll be able to enjoy for all eternity. They’re there. And that’s a really blessing, isn’t it? Because I know that I talked to a gentleman this past month and he apparently had two children that his mother lost at birth. And he was wondering about them and I told him, you got two sisters in heaven waiting to greet when you arrive one day and he was all excited to hear that.
So that is a blessing and I just love that passage. Second Samuel, 1223 is the passage. So all children that die either before birth or after conception will go to heaven before the age of accountability. I know it does impact you terribly and you just have to keep going back and read those verses how God has forgiven you and just believe him. You know, take his word for it because the Bible says that Ephesians 4.30 that he has forgiven us in Christ.
It’s already a done deal and he’s forgiven every sin, every transcription and we just have to believe that not be ourselves to death over what has already passed but now Obviously make choices where we don’t make the same mistakes again, but rejoice in the fact that he has forgiven us and that He’s like I love that you might want to write this one down Hebrews 1017 he says their sins and iniquities will I remember no more? Well, that’s a good one their sins and iniquities.
Well, I remember no more when she once you trust Christ He not only forgives your sin. He forgets him He’s not gonna ever bring that back up their sins and iniquities. Well, I remember no more So how come we I tell you I know that’s that’s the tough part, but I just cling to those verses keep recite that all day long I think it’ll help you. All right God bless you George. All right. We’re gonna now go to Eddie in Miami, Florida and Eddie Welcome to Bibleline you’re on the air.
Hello Hello, Pastor. This is Eddie from Miami. I just wanted to know a couple of about six years ago. I had a fallout with the mother of my child. My child was eight years old, Angie. And when we separated, the mother said, well, you’re not gonna see your daughter anymore. And I happened to have been the light of my daughter’s eyes when she was eight. And she wrote a little letter saying, well, since I’m not a three-year-old. my dad anymore and I’m gonna be a little angel to be with him all the time because he went to her closet and hung herself.
Oh, how sad. So I want to know where he goes because he committed suicide and it was planned. Yeah, well let me just tell you the suicide is not the end part of the sin and there have been believers that have committed suicide in the Bible and they go to heaven. I love John 637 Jesus said him to come up to me and I will then know why he’s cast out. So Christ does not cast you out for any reason and certainly a suicide would not stop somebody from going to heaven.
I hope that’s a little bit of a comfort. Oh no, that’s a great comfort because that’s been bothering me for six years. Wow. Yeah, so now I… Now I can expect to see her because I’m a believer. I’m not this whole happened before I was a believer. Now that I am a believer and I know I’m sure through Jesus Christ I’m going to go to heaven. I know I can see her there. Amen. Amen. Thank you very much. Thank you, Hiddie.
Alright. Wow. What a tragic story there. And we’re now going to go to… go to Annie in Miami. Annie welcome to Bibleline your own here. Annie you’re on here. Oh yes good morning. Good morning. Yes as it relates to first Corinthians of gifts I’ve heard as it relates to Tom. Now in this age is gibberish. Would you like to explain to me first correct First, 10. What it says that to Psalm is given to pray for it, not that I’m so in tongues, but I’m sorry.
Sure, okay. You’ll notice there. This is a written around 80, 54, somewhere along there. And this is when tongues and other gifts that have now ceased were still in operation. And you’ll notice it talks about how the Holy Spirit decided who would get what gift or gift. the Holy Spirit was the one who would give the gifts according to His will. It says in verse 12, according, He divides every man several as He will. Well verse 10, it says to the working of the working miracles, to another prophecy, to another discerning of spirits, to another diverse kinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues.
All of that is true, but then you get to chapter 13 And it says in verses 8 through 10 that It lists three there that are going to stop By the time the New Testament record was complete and that’s the gift of knowledge You give the prophecy and the gift of tongues. It says they would cease when that which is perfect does come well That is speaking of the Bible and we know Psalms Psalms 17 verse 5 says, the law of the Lord is perfect.
That’s the word of God. And it makes wise the simple and converts the soul. And so as a believer, God has given us his word and when that new peasant record was complete, these temporary gifts were no longer necessary so they ceased. But some of the gifts are still about today, but this was written about God giving the gift of times, but that was prior to him completing the New Testament and prior to those gifts being rendered unnecessary anymore.
Okay. And would you explain to me then, I think it’s in Romans 8 where it says we don’t know how I don’t know how to pray as we should. The Holy Spirit themselves make it into session with groanings. I’ve heard some ones say that when we groan or when we pray and we don’t know what to pray, when we groan, we can come up with some language and that’s kind of like the groanings and the Holy Spirit. I think you’re trying to explain the gibberish and use that verse.
But if you read the last phrase there, it says, which cannot be uttered. In other words, they’re not audible. When the Holy Spirit intercedes on your behalf and my behalf, as we pray, and we don’t really know what to pray for, but the Lord knows the full story. And he intercedes on our behalf. He intercedes with groanings, which cannot be uttered. So if somebody makes a little peep out of their mouth, you know that’s not the Holy Spirit. So anything audible is pure evidence that that’s not the Holy Spirit interceding on your behalf.
He does it silently. When we pray and the Holy Spirit make groaning for us, I mean… You don’t even know about it. He’s doing it and you can just believe it. Oh, I see. Well, thank you so much, Dr. Smith. You’re very welcome. And I really believe that those that they know that whatever Noise has come out of their mouth They don’t understand what it is and nobody else does and so they try to explain it away and try to say this is always Fear groaning, but it says they’re very plainly that we cannot be uttered.
These cannot be heard. They’re not audible And so anybody tries to say that they’ve moon and they groan. That’s always fear. It’s not They are twisting that verse and thank you for that call Annie down in Miami. We’re now going to go to an anonymous caller in Jacksonville, Florida. Welcome to Bibleline you’re on the air. Good morning Dr. Lindstrom. I have a quick question and I’ll hang up with it. Regarding the reign of Christ for a thousand years, is that going to be the actual literal thousand as we know it or will it be one day because the Bible says a day is like a thousand years and it’s…
Will he be here actually time-wise a thousand or will he get twenty-four hours? It definitely will be a thousand years. And when it says in 2 Peter chapter 3 verse 8, one day is with the Lord as a thousand years and a thousand years as a day, I believe He’s giving us an hint because it talks about the creative week there. And that was six days and then God rested on the seventh. Well guess what? If each of those represent a thousand years, that pretty much just locks in what has been true.
But even history, we believe Adam and Eve were here about 4,000 years before Christ. 4,000 years. So between Adam and Christ were 4,000 years or 4 days. And then since Christ till now has been 2,000 years before Christ. more days. So we’re at the end of the six days and the seventh day, a thousand year day, is about to take place. So we believe we’re close to the Lord’s return and it will be a literal thousand year period where Christ will rule and reign on this earth.
Now if you read Revelation chapter 20, it will say six times in that one chapter that Christ will come back and ruling reign on this earth for a thousand years. And I believe that is literal, that there will be a thousand year earthly rule of Christ on the planet. Thank you for calling from Jacksonville, Florida. And we hope that answered your question. We’re going to go ahead and maybe catch a couple of quick off-air questions. We have Todd in Pensacola, Florida.
He calls in and leaves an offer, and he says, please explain James 2 17 through 26. Well, James is talking to Christians, to believers, about getting off their blessed assurance and starting to work for Christ, warning them that if they don’t do any works, they won’t have any profit or reward in heaven. It’s talking to people who already save, salvation is a gift. He’s not talking about earning salvation because that’s impossible. He’s talking about after you become saved that you’re going to be held accountable for what you’ve done since you’ve been saved and the result will be reward or loss of reward at the Judgement of Christ.
Verse 12 I think is so key in understanding James 2. It says in verse 12, so speaky and so do ye as they that shall be judged by the perfect law of liberty. the Judge of the City of Christ. Believers are going to be judged as to what they spoke and what they did, tropical results will be loss of reward for those that did nothing, and for those that served they will obviously receive a reward. James is saying you need to pay attention here.
And by the way, that he brings up demons in verse 19. And most people get this wrong. It says now the belief is that there is one God. They’ll do as well. The devil’s also believe in tremble. You know, the Bible tells us that the demons are Satan’s fallen angels, and they’re already judged as far as their destiny. They’re going to go to hell just as every unbeliever in the human race will go to hell. But guess what? They’re going to be held accountable for their behavior, and they fear and tremble at the At the thought of that because they’re going to be assigned a degree of punishment in hell based upon their deeds.
James is saying that demons are smarter than humans. We humans forget that we’re going to give an account as believers at the judgment seat of Christ. And you’re going to suffer the loss of reward. You’re going to suffer regret, sorrow, embarrassment, a shameless and so on and so on. If you don’t live for Christ, and so he is talking in James 2 about serving the Lord and getting rewards. The whole book throughout is talking to people who are already saved.
It says, my brother and my brother and my brother and my brother and my brother, all the way through, talking about those in verse 18 of John, around the James 1Override that are born again, that God begats us by His Word, when wereprese Christ as Savior, we become His children, and now we’re going to be held accountable for what we’ve done since then. and that’s what James is talking about. We have a caller or a question that came in from the Philippines.
Luther says, I have visited your website and I came to read your belief of eternal security of salvation, which for me is questionable. If that’s the truth, then how do you explain Galatians 5, 19 through 21? This comes up again and again and again, and basically in the context of Galatians 5, Paul there the apostle is telling us that if you live after the flesh, you’ll have the fruit or the works of the flesh present in your life, which you don’t want to have.
And it tells us there that those that are lost will go to hell because of those things. We won’t. But they will. Verse 24 is the answer and I hope you’re able to hear this Luther in the Philippines. I know you may not listen every day. But the answer is it says those that are believers have already crucified the flesh and the results of the flesh, the fit of the flesh at the cross when they trusted Christ as their Savior.
Savior. So we are seen by God as righteous. As this program began, God made Christ to be sinned for us, Christ who knew no sin that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him. Okay, we now have Kathy and Joe in Chattanooga, Tennessee. We’re on four times a day up in Chattanooga, 10 in the morning, 4 in the afternoon, 10 at 9 at 4 a.m. in the morning. And Kathy I hope you are listening. They leave this all fair question in Revelation 12.1.
Who is she? What is the meaning? In Revelation 12 it talks about a woman. And this woman has a symbol to be interpreted. It turns out that this is talking about the nation of Israel. Let me read the verse and it says here in Revelation 12 in verse 1. I looked in the wrong chapter. In chapter 12 it says, And there appeared a great wonder in heaven, a woman clothed with the sun and the moon under her feet in a fauner head, a crown with twelve stars.
You wouldn’t know what in the world that meant unless you read Genesis. And there you have Joseph, who dreams, dreams, and one of those dreams was about the sun, the moon, and the stars. There were 12 stars, and the sun and the moon wound up bowing to one of the stars, and 11 of the stars wound up bowing to that 12 star. And it’s really talking about Israel. Joseph’s father was Jacob or Israel, and the moon speaks of his mother, and the eleven other stars represent his brothers when there was famine in Egypt they all came down to get food they had to bow before who became second in power only to ferrule so that helps it’s the nation of israel the nation that would bring forth the savior the man child that would rule all nations with a rod of iron that you read about a verse five
So hopefully that helps Joe and I would recommend my CD series on the book of Revelation 12 hours verse by verse and we go through all these things in great detail. We have James in Tampa, Florida says there was an article in the Wall Street Journal that said Egypt is trying to broker a peace deal with Iran and Israel and Isaiah He says that this would happen. Is this the beginning of the fulfillment of this verse? I don’t really believe that is what it’s talking about, but we do know that one day That whole land will be under one leader that will be Christ and there’ll be believers in All those countries and there’ll be a highway that will run from Assyria all the way to the north all the way down to Egypt and through Israel and they’ll all be people who will worship the
Lord. That’s in the millennium but we’re headed toward it. The problems there right now are still going to be getting worse until Jesus returns at the end of the tribulation period. We have here Milsey in Henderson, Kentucky. He leaves this off-air question, can a pastor be divorced even if his wife divorced him? Can he then get remarried? Can a woman be a pastor?
