And we’ll try to see what we can do about chopping that list down. But you’re welcome to call. We’ll put you up on the here.

And we’ll talk about your questions today as well. It’s interesting that a lot of times terminology causes us a problem because people don’t define their terms well and they use sometimes the wrong terms. For example, the term converted. It really is almost in every case used of the Christian life and it’s not really a good salvation term at all. In fact, when people ask me, Hank, when were you converted, I usually tell them about one year after I got saved.

That’s right. About one year after I got saved. I got saved. And then I got converted about a year later when I dedicated my life to Christ. You know, a lot of people were shocked when I pointed out in Luke’s Gospel that Peter was not converted until three years after he was saved. That’s right. In Luke 22, if you want to read the passage, it says in verse 1. This is the night of the betrayal of Christ. The Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold Satan hath desired to have you that he may sift you as wheat.

Verse 32 of Luke 22 says, But I have prayed for thee that thy faith fail not, and when thou art converted, when thou art converted, when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren. Isn’t that interesting? Here we have Peter Peter being one of the apostles for three years and he’s not converted yet. He is an apostle. Here is the night of the betrayal, the very ending of the earthly ministry of Christ. The next morning he’s nailed to the cross and dies to pay for our sins.

Here Jesus on that night says Peter, when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren. Let me read the verse again. I have prayed for the Peter that by faith failed not and when thou art converted strengthened by brethren. So Peter really wasn’t converted until after the resurrection. Isn’t that amazing? It is amazing to me. And so it refers to the Christian life. It was not until after the resurrection that Peter really dedicated his life to Christ and was willing to pay the price, whatever it might be, including martyrdom.

The night of the betrayal, Peter was not willing to give his life, was he betrayed Christ three times before the cock crew. And he said and used even profanity saying, I don’t know the blanket, a bike, bike, bike, man. He denied that he had any association with Jesus on that night. But Peter became a different man after the resurrection and that’s when he was converted. So when I’m asked… Hank, when were you converted? I usually tell people about one year after I got saved.

That’s true. I got saved by simply trusting Christ as my Savior. And that night I knew I was saved. I knew I was saved because the Word of God said so. We’re saved by faith alone in Christ alone. There’s nothing you and I could ever contribute to what Christ did at the cross. And when we simply trust His death, burial and resurrection, this means salvation God saves us. And I was a secret believer for a whole year. I never told anybody that I had gotten saved.

I had no doubts in my mind what I was saving. I knew I was going to heaven. I saw it in the Bible. John 3 16 had said for God to love the world that included me, that he gave his only begotten son that was Jesus Christ, that whosoever believeth or would trust in Christ, that would be me because I trusted Christ that night should not perish but have have as the present tense verb everlasting life. I realized that the very moment I trusted Christ I received eternal life or God was a liar.

In fact in my mind I cannot rehearse the whole scene the night I trusted Christ I said to myself you know if I get there to heaven and God is not going to let me into heaven I have one dying request I want to ask of God. me a copy of the Bible. I would look up God 3.16. I would read it back to God and say, God, you lied. You lied. As soon as I went through that little mental exercise, I was absolutely assured that I would never go to hell.

I knew that God could not lie. And I would never have to ask for a copy of the Bible and read John 3.16 to God and call him a liar because God is not a liar. Titus 1-2 tells us God cannot lie and if he promised that I would have everlasting life and it says have that means right now at the moment you believe, I possessed eternal life from that moment on. There was never a question about whether I was saved or not.

I knew that God could not lie and he makes good on his promises and so if I believed on Christ I was headed for heaven. But it wasn’t until a a year later that I made a misunder to serve Lord and I in my dorm room at the University of Florida. I just knelt there and dedicated my life to Christ and nobody was there to follow me up. Nobody even knew I was a Christian, but God was dealing with me and I came to the place where I said, Lord, I will live for you and my life changed at that point and I became converted.

Do you know the word converted means change? And we don’t change to be saved, but as a result of our decision to serve the Lord, we become changed. One of the verses that is so often misquoted, and I hear it all the time, is over there in Thessalonians. Let me just take a look at this one with you. In Thessalonians chapter 1. It says in verse Anfield, for they themselves show us what manner of entering in we head unto you.

That is under the people there at the Thessalonica. Paul is telling the story and how you turn to God from idols to serve the living and true God. And a lot of people say, well, see, that’s salvation. They turned to God from idols and that’s how they were saved. That’s not true at all. That’s not true at all. If you read the story in Acts 17, Paul gave the gospel message. He talks about the death of the burial and resurrection of Christ.

It says there that many of them at Thessalonica believed. Even earlier in this very own chapter in chapter 1 of 1 Thessalonians, it says that they became examples to all those that believe in Macedonia. And so they became examples they were saved by believing. But what verse 9 is talking about? Here’s the Christian life. And they made that second decision. They became converted. It says here in verse 9 that they turn to God from idols and the two key words are to serve, to serve, to serve, to serve, to serve the living and true God.

So we don’t turn to God from idols to be saved. Nowhere does the Bible say that. Again, people aren’t carefully reading their Bible. They turn to God from idols to serve. The living and true God. When we choose to serve it, that’s when we change our lives around and we turn from things that we shouldn’t be doing as they turn to God from idols so that they could serve the true living God. When I made my decision to serve the Lord, I turned away from a lot of things that were just eating up my time.

I devoted myself to studying the Bible. I devoted myself to winning lost guys to Christ in my dorm at the University of Florida. And my focus was on reaching the lost, not on the things I was focused on prior to. So I turned from those things to serve, to serve, to serve the living God. Peter finally became converted after the resurrection of Jesus Christ. So really it’s not good terminology to use when you’re talking about salvation. So when you’re asking somebody how many conversions did you have in your church last year?

And that confuses people because they don’t know that you’re explaining correctly by quick terminology what’s going on here, because probably it would be less than 20 because I think very few people ever really dedicate their life to Christ. dedicate their life to Christ. Even Peter is an example. Here is an apostle. And yet Peter was not converted until three and a half years, perhaps after he was saved, after the resurrection Peter gets converted. I was converted one year after I got saved up until that point.

My life had not changed. I didn’t tell anybody I was a Christian. Nobody even knew. But I I knew I was saved because you’re not saved by being converted. You’re saved by trusting Christ as Savior. Another verse that’s often misused when we talk about terminology and how people approach the whole doctrine of salvation versus the Christian life, they’re separate. In 2 Corinthians 5 and verse 17, I would hear this verse a lot in the church I was raised in.

Or if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature or creation. Old things are passed away, behold, all things are become new. Well most people take it to be that you used to live your life in a certain way and all of a sudden now you’ve trusted Christ and you’re a new creation and now you don’t do those things anymore, your life is changed. That is not what this verse is saying, not what it’s saying at all.

It has nothing to do with the fact that you might have had a particular bad habit. No, you don’t have that habit anymore. It’s not talking about that at all. If you read the context in the chapters before and after this verse, it’s talking about the conditions that existed prior to your salvation are passed away. And now all brand new conditions exist. In other words, before you were saved, you were lost. But now you are found, you were headed for hell, but now you’re headed for heaven, you were a child of the devil, but now you’re a child of God.

You were under the law, but now you’re under grace. It’s amazing how people don’t read their Bible very carefully, and they imply works here. And some people say, well, not everything in my life has changed. I guess I’m not saved. so they’re robbed of their assurance because your assurance isn’t based upon your deeds. Your assurance is based upon the promise of the Word of God. God says, I have written this to you, 1 John 5, 13, that believe on the name of the Son of God that you may know.

K-N-O-W, you can know that you have, H-A-V-E, present tense, eternal life. God says He’s written it so we can know it. I know I have eternal life. And so the conditions that were existent prior to my salvation are gone and behold all brand new conditions exist. I’m a child of God now. I’m headed for heaven. My sins are forgiven and I know it and I can be assured of that. But change is not what it’s saying. In fact, nowhere does the Bible ever tell us to change to be saved.

Isn’t that shocking? You can’t find a verse that says that. says don’t change. He said you need to be born again. You have to have a brand new beginning. You have to have a spiritual birth. Changing your life will not save you. Changing your life will not save you. You know, you can take the old sinful man that we are from our birth and our relationship back to Adam, having his sin nature passed unto us. And you can reform your life, you can change your life, you can begin to do good things, but you’re still just as lost as you were prior to your change.

Changing your life doesn’t save you. It’s having a brand new life, it’s being born again. And that’s what it’s saying here in this verse, that you’re a new creation, a brand new birth has occurred, and now everything is different because the conditions that existed prior to your new birth or passed away, and now behold all brand new conditions exist. You were lost and now you were found, you were headed for hell, now you are headed for heaven, you were a child of the devil, now you are a child of God, you were under the law, but now you are under grace.

There are dozens of things that are now brand new. It’s not talking about your life having changed, but when you become converted, that’s when your life changes and that is a second decision separate from salvation. And Peter wasn’t converted until after the resurrection. Remember the verse Luke 22 32, Jesus says, Peter, I’m praying for you. And after you’re converted, strengthen your brother. That was the night of the betrayal. It wasn’t until after Jesus came back from the dead that Peter became the bold man that He was at Pentecost, speaking to the very people that are crucified Christ in a kismism of crucifying Christ and tells them that unless they change their mind and trust Christ as their Savior that they will perish and go to hell.

Wow, Peter wasn’t any longer afraid like he was before. Now he has counted the cost and he has dedicated his life and is willing to die for the cause of Christ. We’re going to go to the phone lines. We have several people already waiting, but you’re welcome to dial us up at 1-800-576-3771. That’s 1-800-576-3771. We’re going to go first to Laura and she’s in seminal. Laura, welcome to Bible Int. How are you? Good, and how are you? I’m fine.

Good. What is your question today? Oh, I didn’t know you’re… on the end. Gentlemen, okay. Well, thank you for, you know, what you do on the radio. It’s just great. I’ve learned so much. And I just had a question. There’s a Bible verse and I cannot tell you what it is, but it does say that every knee shell bow and every tongue shell confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. And I was wondering, does that, what does that mean for the Lord?

I just feel like when Christ comes that does that say that all the lost will end up being I have such a burden for people. And then what it does mean is it will go ahead and answer it. What it does mean is that those in hell will confess that Jesus Christ is the Lord and that He is God and that He is the one who came and is the only Savior. But it’s too late. So what it’s saying is that everybody in heaven and hell will worship the Lord.

I tell people that are unsaved, just don’t stop breathing. Because as soon as you do, you’ll be a believer, but it’ll be too late. And you will definitely acknowledge who Christ is, and you’ll confess Him as being the God of the universe, but it’ll be in hell and it’ll be too late. Don’t let that happen to yourself. I’ll never forget I was talking to a young man from McGill Air Force Base, and I tried to witness to him, and he said, get away.

I don’t want that hearing, that religious nonsense. just get away from me. And I said, fine, I won’t bother you anymore, but just don’t stop breathing. Because as soon as you do, you’ll be a believer, but it’ll be too late. I walked away and you know he begged me to come back and he said, what do you mean by that? Can you explain what you just said? And I told him, I said, if you die without Christ, you’ll be a believer, but it’ll be too late.

You will acknowledge Christ and the reality of hell and everything else that the Bible teaches once you die because you’ll be there and experience it, but you can’t reverse it. don’t wait until then to find out that what i said here was true while he trusted christ in about five minutes it was a very interesting experience thank you thank you to my mom and i were just discussing that you know all this this morning and and you know she was saying that about that first night just like i said people do need to know about hell that is real Even nobody, you know really He spoke more about hell than he did about heaven because he didn’t want people to go there.

Some of those powerful ones are in Mark chapter 9 where he says the soul will never die and the fire will never be quenched. He says it three times in verse 42, 44, and 46 of chapter 9 of Mark that your soul will never go out. Wow. That’s just, and he says it three times. And I think that tells us it. He was very passionate about telling people that you don’t want to go there. That’s why Christ came So that he might deliver us from hell he gave his life So we could go to heaven and not have to go to hell and we need to proclaim that message loud and clear Yes, we do.

Okay. Well, thank you so much. Well, thank you Laura and God bless you and thank you for calling in today We get some very nice notes from people. I got one here from Melissa in South Florida He says, I just want you to know I consider you to be my mentor in the Word of God. Thank God for your ministry. I learned so much. I put on, put all of your radio shows on my iPod and listen to and fro from work.

God bless you. Well, thank you so much. And we’re now going to go to Benjamin in Clearwater. Benjamin, welcome to the Bible and you are all near. Hello. Good morning. Good morning. Good morning. Here in the book of 44 Jesus say to people they belong to the Father of the Devil. In which way the people do not believe in Jesus, they are Son of the Devil. Can you please come back to me please? Sure, when Adam caused that of an evil sin, they fell and came into the curse of God.

And so all the lost were spoken of as Satan’s children because they’re under his control and they are blinded by him and will wind up in hell with him unless they trust Christ as their Savior. But when a person puts their trust in Christ, they become born of God and they become a a child of God for the very first time. We’re now going to go to David in New York and welcome David in New York. Hey, Duncan, how are you doing?

Good. Just want to say we want to thank you for such a great job. Well, thank you. What part of New York are you in? Albany. Albany, the capital, all right. Yeah. Anyway, what kind of question but subject you were talking about yesterday? where that guy called in saying he was troubled about the judgment. Yeah, maybe the word I’ll focus on is, as I thought about that myself, it’s about rewards and loss of rewards. It’s not about salvation. And so everything we do obviously will affect whether we’re going to be rewarded or not.

And Paul says the first Corinthians 1031, whatsoever you do, whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it to the glory of God. So even when you are eating, you can share during mealtime the gospel of somebody. I’ve led many people to Christ at a lunch or dinner sitting next to them and you can offer a drink of water to somebody and get a conversation going and a lead to the Christ. In other words, Paul is saying use every opportunity you have and obviously we’ll be rewarded for whatever we’ve done for the Lord and if we’re not careful, we can find ourselves suffering loss of reward because of sin or because of just not doing anything that’s worthy of God’s blessing or reward.

So I think that’s where the focus needs a lie. It has nothing to do with you going to hell or going to heaven that was settled at the cross. So when we trust in the past tense of our salvation that Christ paid our full sin dead at the cross, we’re saved and saved forever. Yeah and I think, I agree with you now, the lady before, the day before had cut it is similar questions about her being troubled about the fact that you know if she was going be rejudged for things that were forgotten and that she was troubled with that.

But my argument is this. I think sometimes as Christians we kind of lose track in the respect level of God in that I wanted to draw their attention to Romans 9, 19 through 23. We just, I think, listen to some Christians sometimes. We just don’t have that high level of respect for God. It’s the thing is that… To me, just sound disrespectful of God. You know what I mean? Yes, huh? Well, I think you’re right that we need to recognize that we’re safe, but that doesn’t mean we have a license to live as we please or to just not do anything.

It’s now time for us to get busy for God. And of course, that is true of their Peter. When Peter had not yet been converted until after the resurrection Peter didn’t really get serious until I was after the resurrection then Peter became the bold dynamic leader uh… that we see him as an investment but part of that that Peter was on the fence and he has he spoke like he’s tough but in reality when the pressure came on he denied the lord that even knew him yeah and then we can also throw a poll in their tooling now with the book to go out on the things that he had done he would have never been this fantastic wonderful, a powerful everything else that we know of and well on the mere effect at what he did in the past.

You know what I mean? Amen. I’ve got to go break here so I hate to cut you off David but thank you for calling in today from up there in Albany, New York. Keep listening up there and we’re gonna take a short break here and go back and do a second half hour in a few minutes. So I want you to hold on right where you are with your radio. Michael welcome to Bibleline you’re on the air Dr. Hank. Yes. Good morning. Good morning. This is Charles. Come Michael from Newington. Yes, sir I would like to know more about the marriage piece.

I’ve never heard anyone spend on it Already well the marriage feast is a celebration That lasts a thousand years When Jesus comes back at the second coming seven years after the Rapture He comes back with his bride and the whole earth will be delivered from the curse. The whole earth will blossom as a rose, the deserts will spring forth and the whole earth will celebrate the marriage of Jesus to his bride, the church. And so it’s going to be a wonderful, wonderful celebration for a thousand years.

So that’s what it’s all about. We’re all going to feast and celebrate the Earth of the Earth. It’ll be a wonderful place to be on. And of course, Christ will be in Jerusalem. And he will celebrate the fact that he has just gotten married to his bride. And we’re all going to enjoy that thousand year time. If you’re not a believer, you won’t be there, but all believers are invited. And we’re going to be, of course, those of us in this present age will be there as Christ bride.

be certainly at the head table. Hope that helps a little bit, Michael. Thank you, sir. Thank you. All right. It was Michael in Millington, Texas, Tennessee, I guess right there in Memphis area. We now have Lee in Tampa, Florida, and Lee, welcome to my blind year on the air. Good morning. Hello. Hello, later on here. We’re doing good. How are you doing? Good. You have a question? I’m ready to go. Let’s go. What’s the question? Okay. There’s actually a two-part question not relating to each other, but taking, he said that at his church they were having a wine tasting and that just kind of I thought that’s kind of strange because when I was born again I was told to stay away from stuff like that.

So I can’t quite get any clarity on that. I don’t feel comfortable with that idea. Maybe so much wrong with me. I don’t know. But I could be open. Well, I think you’re absolutely right. And I think they’re heading on a direction toward approval of alcohol, which the Bible warns about the dangers of alcohol throughout the day. the Bible. So I would agree about a Catholic. Can they be a Christian? Of course, anybody can become a Christian when you trust Christ as your Savior.

What is interesting is that when you ask a Catholic, are you a Christian? They’ll usually say, I’m Catholic. It’s almost like they’re saying I’m not a Christian. I’m a Catholic. And it’s kind of a strange thing, but basically Roman Catholics are trusting the church in Rome to get him to heaven, whereas a Christian is somebody who is trusting Christ to get him to heaven. And of course the Bible is quite plain that Christ is the way, the truth and the life, and no man can come to the Father except through Christ, not the church.

So there is no church that can save you. There is no minister that can save you, only Christ can save you. you trust him as your only hope of heaven, then you become saved. So anyway, the answer is yes, every Catholic could and should become a Christian if they are not, but they’re not Christians because they’re Catholic. They’re Christians because they trust Christ as Savior and the only means of their salvation. Not the Mass, not penance, not confession, not baptism and all the things that the Catholic Church says are required.

They simply trust Christ. I hope that helps Lee. And we thank you for your call. That was Lee, and you’re welcome to call. The phone number is 1-800-576-3771. I got an offer question here. A fellow calls in or writes in and says, what about Benny Henn? He has been confused by this. Well, if you study about Benny Henn, he believes that there are nine members in the Trinity. It’s kind of strange. He says each member of the Trinity is also a Trinity, so there are nine.

Interesting, but certainly not true. He also teaches that Adam and Eve prior to the fall could fly like birds in the sky could even travel to the moon could swim underwater like a fish without scuba equipment and so on. A lot of strange ideas and I think he makes up a lot of things as he goes but his doctrine is very wrong and obviously you need to watch out. Again on his healing he doesn’t tell you about the people he hurts.

had a lady in my church here that went to Benny Hinn last year against the advice of her son and she was slain in the spirit, fell back against a pew, broke her arm between her shoulder and her elbow. A very painful break. She screamed out in pain. They told her to shut up and they dragged her out of the meeting. It seems to me that if Benny Hinn broke her arm, he ought to heal it. I would have thought they would have dragged her forward to Benny Henn and said, Benny Henn, you broke her arm, could you heal it?

They didn’t do that. And I’ve got another person in my church that has permanent back injuries from being slain in the spirit in a Benny Henn meaning. So he hurts a lot of people. He didn’t tell you about that. And so I would stay clear if you don’t want a broken arm or a back injury, I would stay away from guys like this. you for asking that question. And I’m Dr. Hincklenzer. If you want to send a question in on the internet you can by going to BibleLineMinistries.org, click on the Spinning Globe for our radio page and then it’ll come up and it’s already set for you to type in your question and hit submit and I will get it and we’ll try to answer that here on the air.

So please give us a call here. We’re going to take a look here at a couple of offer questions and let’s see here. Daniel in Fort Worth, Texas calls in and he leaves his offer question, where does it speak about loaning money in the Bible? Well, it has a lot of advice about loaning money in the book of Proverbs and what it tells you is, if you are going to sign for somebody else on their loan, you better be expecting that you…

are responsible and could wind up paying the whole loan. So if you’re willing to do that, then do it. But otherwise it says, be real careful about being a guarantor on a loan or about loaning money because it could be that you may wind up losing it all. So be careful and watch what you do with money. But Proverbs has a lot of verses about money and about and loaning money and so on. and telling you to be careful in these areas so that you get it back.

Tom, in Richmond, Virginia, says, in the parable of the lost sheep, the lost son, the lost coin, are these salvation verses. I think they all talk about the value of a lost soul. When there were a hundred sheep and one became one astray, the shepherd left the 99 and and went and sought after the lost one. And of course it tells us in that passage that there’s joy in heaven when just one person changes their mind and trusts the Lord as Savior and becomes saved.

So I think yes there are beautiful pictures of the fact that God is concerned about every individual soul. We have a bind in Inglewood, Florida. She leaves this off air question. Are those in heaven actively conversing with the Lord and with believer friends until the Rapture comes? I think, yes, probably so. I think obviously a lot of wonderful conversation and fellowship is occurring and they’ll be with each other and when we go up the rapture we’ll meet them and be with them in the air.

So that’s going to be exciting isn’t it? So very definitely I’m looking forward to heaven and what’s going to happen there. We’re now going to go to Spring Hill Florida and we have Linda on the line. Linda, welcome to Bibleline you’re on the air. Good morning Dr. Hay. In Spring Hill. Yes, thank you. I was thinking about your opening teaching about the Army, but it was the fellow questioning the bride of Christ. And I always wondered why 1,000 years to wind everything up.

And then when you were talking and you were talking about the bride and celebrating, and then I thought, oh, that’s right. I’m going to read it down a little more. A day is like, well actually I guess I got a little confused because I was thinking like a year, like a thousand years, and a day is like a thousand years. But then I was thinking, well the analogy is the bride with Christ and a bride groom and the bride, they go away for a year and they don’t work and they just get to know each other and they have their long honeymoon.

And then I thought well that’s like a thousand years because It’s the same as the… Now I’m thinking that I got a little confused because it’s a day of ours, it’s like a thousand years. So I was thinking a year is like a thousand years. Well, you know, a lot of these things are going to get us when we get to heaven. We don’t really have all the answers now. But definitely the Bible does teach that a thousand years is the marriage supper of the lamb.

It’s going to be a wonderful celebration where the whole earth will rejoice with Christ over the marriage to His pride. And certainly there is an illusion there with the one day is as a thousand years and a thousand years as a day back to the re-creative week where each of those days, 24 hours, are prophetically a picture of the seven thousand years of human history, apparently four thousand years between Adam and Christ, and then between Christ first coming and the second coming to two more thousand years, or that’s a total of six thousand or six days, and then the seventh day was a day of rest, and the seventh thousand years will be a millennium, a thousand years of rest, peace on earth good will toward man and so there’s a beautiful picture there as well so one of these days will will understand it better by and by but it’s exciting to

get see how it all ties together and and that there’s a plan that runs throughout the entire bible from a genesis to revelation and and i got uh… certainly didn’t just The Bible is always deeper than we’re able to dig everything out of. It’s a very wonderful book. Right. I’m sure there’s some kind of a…I mean God has a reason why it’s a thousand years. I always thought, why does it have to be a thousand? It seems so long to have to go in and put up a Satan’s last temptation.

And then I was thinking, well the bride goes away with They’re groomed for a while and in my mind, I’m thinking of that, but they’re probably as a similarity. And the rest of the time is only God knows why, right? Stay men. Thank you, Dr. Heath. Thank you, Linda, for calling in today. And for your question, we’re going to now go to Robert down in Bradenton, Florida. Robert, welcome to Bibleline. Make sure you turn your radio down, though, Robert.

All right, Robert, are you there? Robert, turn your radio down and welcome to my room. He’s still listening to the radio. Anyway, when you do call in, please make sure you turn your radio down because we can’t converse while it’s up. Robert, are you there? Yes. Good morning, Dr. Hank. Good morning. And I got a couple questions and I’ll hang up and my question is there, why David, and should we still dance or should we not? And do you have any of your teachings in Spanish?

And because I feel like the Hispanic church doesn’t have the right doctrine in the just thank God that I learned a little bit of English and could understand your preaching. You know, but it’d be wonderful if you have some of your teachings to Spanish. So… Hispanic people could learn and if you do have wishes that I could get some, I could study them. Thank you. not if you want to. Somebody translate your teachers. I’ll be glad to help you.

Well thank you. We’re talking about it right now. We do have the handbook on personal evangelism which is a great, great teaching tool on how to lead souls to Christ. We have an English and Spanish. That book is available for you for $12 in Spanish and also in English. We also have our track that we use to evangelize with, called Am I Going to Heaven, which has a quiz and has the verses all printed out and really is so effective in leading people to Christ.

We have that in English and we also have it in Spanish and we have the Schofield Bible in Spanish and in English, which is kind of neat. We have an addition of the Scofield where on the one side of the page it’s all Spanish, the scriptures and the notes of the Scofield Bible and on the other side of the page it’s English with the scriptures and the notes from the Scofield Bible. So we’re trying to incorporate more and we would like to certainly have a lot more of our resources available in the Spanish language.

That certainly we want to keep you in mind as we progress and maybe we can use you. Thank you Robert for calling in down in Bradenton, Florida. All right, we’re going to try to catch some more off airs and if you want to call in, you’re welcome not to do that. Kelly in Venice, Florida calls in and says, does the Bible forbid a Christian to remarry if the X is still living. Well, if you are the innocent party in an adultish relationship, you’re free to remarry even if the X is still living.

You can read Matthew chapter 19, Christ was pretty plain there that Moses allowed for a writing of divorcement, but not just for any reason, but it was for sexual impurity. If you’d like to read that, that would be great. We have a book here that is excellent about the whole issue of divorce and remarriage by Chexwendall. The book is called Strike the Original Match, and I think it’s for a gift of about $13, but that is a really great book that deals with the scripture and is very plain and easy to understand and is a very fair treatment of the whole issue.

But there’s no doubt about it whenever there’s divorce, there’s pain and hurt and the Bible really says that God does not like divorce. But obviously there are circumstances where He says, I think we’re very close. So he must be living. And it says, so if so, what clues can we look for for us to find his identity? find his identity. I think he comes out of the United States of America. I think he will be president when the Rapture happens or right after the Rapture happens.

So that means that somebody who may become elected president could be the Antichrist or maybe somebody in the structure right now could be the enterprise. Let’s just say, for example, just to give you a little bit of an expansion here of what you’re thinking might be. Let’s say that George W. Bush and Dick Cheney are both Christians. If the rapture had happened, they would both be taken up and then somebody in the chain of command would be become president instantly.

The speaker of the house is the next one in line, so he’d become president. So somebody in the power structure could become the president in an instant if the rapture would happen. So if the vice president and president were raptured out, then the speaker of the house would be president and maybe you wouldn’t know much about who that person is or about their identity and all of a sudden they would be president. So I’m just saying it could happen in a heartbeat.

Things could change up rather quickly, but I do believe he comes out of this country, the United States of America. Alright, Diane in Tampa, Forta calls in and she says, how can the devil be locked up during the millennium and still round up armies to fight Jesus? That does sound kind of crazy doesn’t it Diane? Revelation 20 and apparently as the Millennium begins with all believers, those are believers that have gotten saved in the tribulation period and have never died.

They are still in their mortal bodies. So they will have children and their children will grow up and marry and have children and so on. And apparently by the time of the end of the thousand years there will be many that will have been born during that time and they need to trust Christ because they have a nature, sinful nature, to hear it back from Adam. What is strange about it all is that apparently without Satan around, the wickedness of the human heart is such that millions apparently will not trust Christ as Savior.

So that’s, I think, the scenario that we’re going to see. armies will be people born during the millennium that will never trust the Lord of Savior even though the conditions are ideal. So thank you, Diane, for that question. Joyce in Utica, New York says, after we are raptured, will we be able to see what’s going on on the earth and see who is the Antichrist? And I do not believe so. I don’t think we’re going to see any of those things.

I think that would bring sorrow to heaven. So we’ll come back with Christ when he defeats the armies of this world and maybe we’ll get a quick glimpse of the Antichrist then but no we will not be able to, I believe, see what’s going on here on the earth once we leave to be with Christ but we will come back during the millennium and we will be helping Christ rule and reign during that time. Good good question. All right, we have off here from somebody in Texas, anonymous in Texas, I guess.

Genesis 2.24 says to leave your father and mother. But at that particular point, there were no people. Well, obviously God was anticipating that after Adam and Eve, that those after that would have parents that they should emotionally and physically leave to establish their own new home. And so that is of course, I think what was in mind. Adam and Eve didn’t leave a father and mother because they didn’t have one. But everybody after that was to leave mommy and daddy and establish their own brand new home.

The phone number here, Bible Enes, 1-800-576-3771. And we certainly want you to call in and leave your questions to you. Tomorrow we’ll be back for Friday. In September we know the bills continue to come and we need to be able to make sure that we stay on the air and every area and to do that we need our listeners to participate. And so if you’re not participating we certainly hope that we wouldn’t have to take care of it. We certainly hope that we wouldn’t have to take a station off the air where you’re listening. So we need your help and your help would be greatly appreciated and, in fact, our decision making.

So pray for Bible and pray that we can just continue to grow and expand and that requires the faithful giving on the part of our listeners. So maybe you’d like to give one by credit card over the phone or maybe mail a gift in the Bible and we hope you’ll do that. We’re gonna have to run looks like time has run out again. It always seems to go so fast But we’ll be back again tomorrow Lord running in the meantime Keep looking up because Jesus is coming and we believe he’s coming Very very soon.
