Now, if you can, please open your Bible to the Book of Daniel, chapter 3, and join us for Dr. Lindstrom’s teaching for today. Miracles have been done in the past by Satan, haven’t they? Remember when Moses confronted the Pharaoh in Egypt? The Egyptian magicians came up and they could duplicate almost every miracle, miracle for miracle.
When Moses threw his rod down and became a serpent, the Egyptian magicians threw their rod down and they became serpents. When Moses turned the water to blood in the Nile, the Egyptian magicians turned the water to blood as well. And miracle for miracle, there was a contest between Satan and God. Part of the warfare we were talking about in the previous class, and Satan has great power. no wonder Pharaoh hardened his heart. He says, Moses is just a better magician in my guys.
He’s just a little more clever than they are. And so he said, I’m not going to let these people go. This is a magic show. Moses has a miracle. My guys do miracles. Moses has better miracles than my guys do. And then finally, there were a couple of miracles that the magicians could not duplicate, and they confessed, this is the finger of God.” Wow. They realized this was beyond the power of any earthly person. This was the finger of God as God allowed Moses to do some incredible miracles that could not be duplicated by the Egyptian magicians.
Verse 14, what will happen? He’ll deceive those that dwell on the earth by means of what? Watch out for miracles in the last days because they’ll be used for deception. It says he deceives those on the earth by means of the miracles which he had power to do. Remember, a deceived person doesn’t know he’s deceived or he wouldn’t be deceived. So deception is subtle. Be careful. It says here he has power to do miracles in the sight of the beast saying to them that dwell on the earth that they should make an image of the beast.
Aha. That’s like the image of Nebuchadnezzar. And people are going to have to worship the Antichrist and worship the image. Are you ready? Verse 16. He had power to give life into the image of the beast. If the image of the beast does speak and cause that as many as would not worship, would not worship what? The image. Remember back in Daniel we just read how they had to worship the image? Well, notice if they won’t worship the image of the beast they should be killed.
I believe that this will be probably some type of a computerized robot that has the exact appearance of the Antichrist. And it will be able to speak. And I believe that there will probably be an Antichrist channel on your TV in the tribulation period. And that people will see this fellow appear to be awake 24 hours a day, speaking, giving speeches, declaring orders, and also causing people to be executed who are not faithful to his cause. They will be able to track everybody and everybody’s buying and selling habits.
And so they can tell whether you’re a worshiper or not by how you spend your money because your money tells on you. Right now, profiles are developed on you right now as how you spend your money. If you have any of these little preferred things in the grocery store, they’re tracking how you spend your money and what product you buy in the grocery store. If you use credit cards, they know how you spend your money, where you spend it, and they’re developing a profile.
And people will try to market to you because they know where you are going. Your email is obviously checked, and they see where you like to explore, what kind of things that you’re interested in. They might market to you with pop-ups and other types of advertisement. And more and more, the government is taking a good look at you and me. And in the tribulation period, the Antichrist will be able to use his control over your buying and selling in your habits to be able to mark out who’s a distant.
Probably the computers will select those that are to be executed. And here’s the image speaking 24 hours a day on television on the Antichrist channel. And he’ll order and list the names of those that are to be executed. It’ll cause people to really fear this man. Then he’ll have great control. He causes all the small and great rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand or in their foreheads. Verse 17, and that no man might buy or sell, save that he had the mark or the name of the beast or the number of his name.
So here’s a mark that you’ll receive in your right hand or in your forehead. And then it says in verse 18, here’s wisdom, let him and hath understanding count the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man and his number is 603 score and 6. If you look up that number in your concordance, it not only means 666, but it also comes from a Greek word stigma, which means to in size and punch under. And how revealing that is today, because apparently this mark will be a Microsoft chip, chip, not necessarily by Microsoft Corporation, but a chip that will be put in your skin and the needle when they put it in will science the skin and punch it under.
And so what a beautiful description of what’s happening. Already your pets can have a chip in them to identify them, tell their medical records or history where they live and who their owners are. So if you lose a pet, a parrot, a bird or anything that may be found, they can scan it. veterinarian can do this to your dog, your cat, your animal, whatever it is. But now they’re beginning to put chips in human beings and already other countries are beginning to do this.
Mexico, Spain, other countries are beginning to put chips in humans and this is the wave of the future. And what will happen is that buying and selling will no longer be done by the barcode Walmart now as the leader in this new radio identification means of being scanned. So all your products will have a little thing on it that will send out a radio signal. And so when you go by the cashier, nothing has to be taken out of the cart.
Because if you’re within a certain number of feet of the scanner, it detects the radio signal coming out from the product and everything in your basket is scanned at one time. So the products will have to be scanned where they read a barcode anymore. Also the chip will also send out a little radio signal and you’ll be scanned. And I’ve seen commercials already on television where you see this guy running through the store throwing all kinds of products into his cart.
Race is right by the cashier. You think he’s shoplifting or is he just races right on by and then they stop and they say, wouldn’t you like to leave your wallet at home? Because you see, everything was scanned in the cart. Everything, rather, his chip was scanned. Money was detected from his account or he was charged as a credit. and he walks out without you. You won’t need your identification anymore. You’ll have positive ID by the chip in you.
And all you’re buying and selling will be done just by that. People thought that would never happen, but right now, some gas companies have a little thing on your keychain. All you just wave it in front of the pump. Start pumping, right? It’s amazing how we’re moving that direction and the chip will be put inside a person. And they say that there are two places on the human body where the temperature fluctuation powers the chip continually best, and that is on your hand or right here.
here are the two places where the temperature fluctuations are the greatest to allow the changes in temperature to be the power of the electric part of the chip to keep it running. Interesting stuff, but the technology is here and we believe that we’re close and we know that it’ll be three and a half years after we’re gone in the middle of the tribulation period, three and a half years after the rapture that actually it becomes the mark as the the Antichrist and the False Prophet use it as a system to control everybody’s buying and selling.
But right now we’re all using plastic, aren’t we? And it’s being more difficult to use a check or cash anymore, almost. It’s so convenient to use the card. People are being conditioned to use that. And the next thing it’ll be the chip in your hand that you’ll be using to buy and sell. Thank you for joining us. We hope that you’re enjoying today’s teaching on the book of Daniel. You are listening to Bibleline with your host, Dr. Hank Lindstrom.

Now please join us for a segment featuring Dr. Lindstrom answering questions from callers. We’re going to go down to David in Plant City, Florida. David, welcome to Bibleline you’re on the air. Good morning, Dr. Hank. How are you today? I appreciate you taking my call. Thank you, David. Good to hear from you.
I got a comment and then I got a question. I just want to tell everybody don’t throw your NIV Bible away because it does have some good. good at something bad and everything bad at something good it has little titles and certain areas that helps you find things in the bible so it’s good for at least that you know if you can’t carry commentary or something will you well you know i keep by even have a joe’s witness bible right here and it’s uh…
you can’t get rid of all the truth and i don’t care what bible it is in the witnesses uh… have their bible which they try to do it with truth and guess what the n i d and the joe’s witness bible are almost identical very little difference but i have probably forty fifty different kinds of bibles translations in my library for my benefit to learn but i would recommend them to anybody that are uh… out there that are saved because uh…
it’ll mess you up if you uh… read these verses that are perverted or changed or deleted from your bible thank you uh… very much for calling in there they’ve been uh… we now have done in st peter’sburg don welcome to buy one year on the air yeah i uh… but by personal experience with the bible as well i ended up with a parallel uh… by a lot of four different uh… translation and i could just go across because even the king james at a unicorn and mentioned that i know that uh…
not you know that’s not that was a bad translation it really means a wild oxen uh… the school field pointed out in the margin everywhere that occurs it occurs occurs a couple of times the old testament but it was poorly translated in sixteen eleven so that there’s no perfect translation but uh… still i believe the king james is one of the better ones yeah that’s why i got the parallel because i want i want the truth and i yeah i’m pretty picky that i get that word you know there is a parallel i don’t know if it’s still available but i bought a number of years ago has twenty six versions all in one bible well and of course on the computer now you can get them with i don’t know fifty a hundred different translations and and compare them if you have time to do all that kind of stuff.
Yeah, I wouldn’t have that much time to get it done. It’s just overwhelming, you know, what’s available now. You know, especially when you get these computer problems and they have all these different translations available to you in there to compare. Are they very accurate those without a long, different? No, I don’t think so. No. A lot of them are one man deal and whenever you have something like that, generally speaking, you get their personal view of the Bible rather than a good translation.
But King James and many of them have a large committee. King James was done by 70 men and they all had to work on small portions and then they would compare. They basically had to have a vote among all of them for all the things that they did to approve it. A lot of safety on that where you get lots of people involved and I think they were a very conscientious group that really did believe they came to the table with the premise that the Bible was God’s Word.
And some of these new translators now are done by unsafe corporations that order a new translation to be done and they really don’t have the integrity to say, well I believe this is the word of God and we want to give an accurate rendering to the people uh… they just are making a new translation to have their own copyright you know i don’t know bible programs that helps me a lot you know look at everything okay don well thank you so much for your call we now have david in st peter’s began david welcome to bible and you’re on the air I noticed why is it when a person like you, you’ll take on all questions and you’ll debate them as long as youWeak air and even after off the air.
But when you go to some of these churches and they’ll say you’re cursed if you don’t tie or you’re not even saved unless you speak at times and all that sounds so nutty. Even if you just are new to the Bible it sounds like that and it sounds like the story that gospel to me even as a layman. I’m not saying I’m a layman but anybody new coming into a church finds out that you you know, sooner or later you’re only a low octane Christian, if a person all just spray it tons or if you don’t tie, then you find out most of these churches.
churches i want the economy the pastors living in some turn out to be double-stated crooks about money there’s a few to the rule like the one up there knows the one that the idea but it is a day or what anybody questioned their doctrine other than that person get paid with horns in the back of their head you take on all comers as a cool equipment there well well uh… that’s why there are too many uh… question answer shows uh…
out there because they’re not uh… they’re not willing to expose themselves and i’ve i’m we really don’t screen our calls here as a sometimes you’ll you can recognize that on the air because they say things that we uh… sometimes i wish they had said but uh… we take them all on and we are try to give an honest answer from scripture the best we know how and get people back into the Bible and get them studying it for themselves so that they can in turn be able to do the same thing with their uh…
constituency they can teach others what the Bible says yeah they think about because a lot of people in the audience when we got that big and the lord not behind it as a lawyer make it anything well you absolutely right you know and and uh… and uh… the majority is not always right in fact in the days of no obviously only eight people believe it was coming flood in the majority were wrong and and they drowned as a result.
Yeah. Alright, well thanks a lot to that. Alright, thank you, and I appreciate that call. And now we haveryu Keith in Jacksonville, Florida. Keith, welcome to Bibleline You’re on the air. Hey, Dr. Hank, good morning. Thank God for the grace. Hey, man, this is by grace. Hey, I’ve got a question on Mark 11, 25, and 26. When you stand praying, forgive. Then it says, if you do not forgive, was Jesus talking old covenant or? So he’s talking to believers and obviously in the Christian life you have to be forgiving if God is going to forgive you.
So God is going to obviously hold you to a higher standard and he’s talking about the Christian life. So if you really want God to be merciful and forgiving to you and bless your life you’re going to have to be forgiving the others. And Ephesians 4.30 is a favor of mine that says that we ought to forgive others even as Christ has forgiven us. So we need to learn forgiveness and learn how to forgive. And we need to, as God’s witnesses, forgive others, as God has forgiven us.
So he’s not talking about how to be saved there, for sure. He’s talking to, and even in the Lord’s prayer, you know, it says, our Father, you cannot pray that prayer and call God or call upon God as your Father unless you’ve been born again. The Bible says that unbelievers are not God’s children, that only those that are born again are His children. It says in Romans 9 and verse 8, those which are children of the flesh, these are not the children of God, but those who trust in the promised one, the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, they are counted as God’s seed.
Okay. Okay. Okay., , , , , , , . . . . . We become sons of God or daughters of God when we trust Christ of Savior and are born again into God’s family. But somebody who prays Father which art of heaven, God is the Creator and He’s His creation, but God is not His Father, nor is this person God’s Son until they trust the Lord. So He’s talking in that teaching in the 11th to believers. It’s not to unbelievers.
I definitely believe that by the fidelity of the cross it all sends the world we’re paid for. Anything we try to add to it is just not going to work. I appreciate it. I appreciate it Dr. Hainte. Alright, thank you very much. We have to rightly divide the Word of God and the Bible talks about the unbeliever unable to do anything to be saved but to trust Christ. But after we become saved, we’re saved to serve and we ought to be living for Christ.
And it gives us some good instructions. We’re going to go now to Adam and he’s out in Denver, Colorado and Adam, welcome to Bible and you’re on the air. Thank you Pastor. I just had a question, I have respected your opinion so much and how you teach the Bible. I’ve learned so much. There are three other, since we’re talking about pastors, hand-cantograph, how are Lindsey and Grant Jeffery. I know there’s stuff about hand-cantograph. If you could please explain more to me on that.
I didn’t catch all of that. I think when you did it. Well, hand-cantograph is a preterist and he’s a five-point Calvinist and he obviously doesn’t believe in the rapture the tribulation period the millennium i have his books i have all of them he says there that the millennium is not the morning in the tribulation period is not the tribulation period and and uh… he just explains everything away sprinkles this uh… he says everything’s been a fork let’s his favorite word uh…
grand japanese i’m sorry if he don’t want to believe that if he part of the back well absolutely christ came back in eighty seven e the tribulation period began in a d sixty four near was the enterprise and that they uh… christ came back in eighty seventy with all of his uh… power of his glory nobody ever saw it but of course that’s what he believes okay and uh… as far as revelation with and that that that replacement theology yes that you’re talking about earlier in the hand-hand graph he had the main premise of his book uh…
he’s got a book called the last apostle and his knees telling us that john wrote the book of revelation before the tribulation period before uh… eighty sixty four early writing on uh… revelations of its all historic it’s already been fulfilled and that’s of course impossible that thomas ice in his book in-time controversy drives a big state right through that whole argument and shows that john’s gospel the book of revelation uh… could not have been written till the end of the first century and obviously it looks forward to a tribulation period and a second coming in a thousand year literal reign of Christ, all of that is still yet future.
And Grant Jeffery and Helency? Well, Grant Jeffery is a post-tribulation rapture. He believes we have to go through the tribulation. So I can’t buy into that at all. We’re obviously to wait for Christ, not the tribulation period. And it says in 1st Thessalonians 1, 10, we’re to wait for the Son from Heaven, which delivered us from the wrath to come. So we’re not going to go through that period of wrath, the tribulation period. We’re going to be snatched out beforehand.
I think Grand Jeffrey has a lot of good things to offer, but I’ve read his books. I’ve got my name in my library, but I can’t buy that we’re going to go through any bit of the tribulation period. And then of course, Hal Lindsey is very good. I like most of everything that Hal Lindsey says. Okay. Thank you so much, Dr. I appreciate it. All right. We hope that you’re learning with us. As we listen to this question and answer segment featuring Dr.
Hank Lindstrom. If you’d like to hear today’s program again, then please visit our website at BibleLineMinistries.org. Once again, that’s BibleLineMinistries.org. If you have your Bible there open, if you will, to Mark chapter 3. Here we have the unpardonable sin. It says here in Mark chapter 3 in verse 28, Jesus says, all sins shall be forgiven into the sons of men and blasphemies, wherewith, soever they shall blaspheme, but he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Spirit hath never forgiven us, but is in danger of eternal damnation. Well, what is this sin? And of course, a lot of people get nervous when they read about this particular sin, and you might want to look at it too.
It’s Mark chapter 3 verse 28 and 29. Some have imagined that the blasphemy against the Holy Spirit is to curse using the name of the Holy Spirit. But you know, I’ve never heard anybody do that ever in my life. I’ve heard people curse and take the name of Jesus in vain and the name of God in vain, but I’ve never heard anybody maybe stub their toe or hit their finger with a hammer and say, Holy Spirit, have you ever heard that?
I’ve never heard it done. So obviously that’s not the sin. And others have imagined that it’s something that could cause you to lose your salvation. It’s not that at all. This is talking to a lost group. Jesus had healed in the context here a man that was blind and dumb so that he both spake and saw. The religious leaders couldn’t deny the healing, but they did reject who Christ claims to be, that is the Messiah, the Savior, God in flesh.
And so they said, yes, He heals, but He does it by the power of Satan, not by the power of the Holy Spirit. And so what the sin against the Holy Spirit turns out to be is the rejection of Christ to say that Christ healed by Satan’s power, that he was not the Messiah, that he was not the Savior, that he was an imposter, a fraud, a counterfeit, a charlatan, a deceiver, and not the Messiah the Savior, the Son of God, the One who could bring you salvation.
And the answer here is so clear in Mark’s Gospel, if you have your Bible open, look at verse 30, it says here in verse 29, he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Spirit have never forgiven us, but is in danger of eternal damnation, Because they said, because they said, here’s the answer. Verse 30, because they said, he, Christ, has an unclean spirit. So it was really to say that Christ had a demon or Satan using the power of Satan to heal and not to power the Holy Spirit.
So that was the blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. To attribute the works of Christ to Satan and not to the Holy Spirit was the blasphemy. It’s actually a rejection of Christ. It’s the same as that of unbelief. When you die, if you die as an unbeliever, you will go to hell. You will not enter heaven. And there is no second chance. But if you trust Christ as your Savior while you’re living, before you die, you will go to heaven.
And in John 3, 18, Christ makes the same unpardonable sin clear that it’s a rejection of Christ. He says, in John 3. He that believeth on the sun, it says, is not condemned. But he that believeth not the sun is condemned already. And then the answer is because he hath not believed, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten son of God. So there are two groups in this world, those that believe in those that believe not, those that have trusted Christ, those that have not trusted Christ, those that have trusted Christ, John on 3 18 are not condemned.
Now, nor forever in the future. Those that have not believed on Christ, the Bible says are condemned already. They’re already condemned, they’re already headed for hell. Why? Because they have not believed on the name of the only begotten Son of God. You see, Jesus, when He died, paid for every imaginable sin that you could ever commit. And Jesus says that in John, rather in Mark 3 28. All sins, Jesus says, barely I say unto you, all sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of men, and blasphemies, wherewith soever they shall blaspheme.
So every sin you could ever commit your whole lifetime was taken by God and laid upon Jesus Christ at the cross, and he paid for them in full by his death at the cross. Then we find that if you reject that provision that Christ made, though, then you’re going to be in deep trouble because there’s only one way that your sins might be forgiven. Your works won’t do it, your church membership won’t do it, water baptism will not do it, nothing you can name or do.
We’ll get rid of your sin. There’s only one Savior, Christ, He’s the only remedy, the only provision that God has given for your sin. We’re going to rejoin stations that have been on break into the second half hour by one, so they’ll go away. You like to help Bibleline continue in your area? You can! Just pick up your phone and dial 1-800-576-3771. That’s 1-800-576-3771. And now back to Bibleline! Welcome back from the break. This is Tom Perry for Bibleline Ministries.
We hope that you’re learning with us as we listen to real-life questions and scriptural answers from Dr. Hank Lindstrom. Have you been able to join us for Dr. Lynch from his teaching series on the Book of Daniel? The series covers a variety of topics from the Book of Daniel, such as Nebuchadnezzar’s dream, the fiery furnace, the handwriting on the wall, the lion’s den, Daniel’s many visions and their interpretations, in addition to many exciting prophecies. We hope that you will plan to join us and open your Bible for our verse by verse study of the Book of Daniel.
If you have missed any of the teachings in this series, please call our Resource Center at 1-800-576-3771. Now please join us as we return to our question and answer segment and then we’ll return to more Bibleline teaching from Dr. Hank Lindstrom. We’re going to now go to, let’s see here, we have Larry in Manson, Michigan and Larry, welcome to Bibleline, you’re on the air. and old after lunch from yes larry i have uh… the comment and then i have a question heard uh…
study from jayvern with the gee this morning he said that uh… all uh… religion of that man is fabricated done that’s my statement but my question again i’m sorry sir i was saying that that was a great comment a great quote by uh… jay vermigee he’s not the one who originated and i read that from a lot of different bible teachers but that’s a good one and the question i have is that difference but they shouldn’t and i’ll hang up and respect fifty years ago by the way may i express happy birthday belated to you and also uh…
you and i uh… have fifty years of uh… salvation because you express me who were born again that’s right in that wonderful and personal and your outwash will thank you larry and god bless you yeah translation is a word for word rendering from the original languages into the language that uh… they’re translating into and course uh… king james bible is a uh… translation of the hebrew the old testament and the greek the new testament into english directly from the hebrew greek and a version allows for lots of liberty and uh…
the word paraphrase is uh… can be used as some of these new versions because they are basically the uh… the uh… writer of the new translation or uh… version is able to express the thought anyway he wishes which gives you a lot of liberty to change what the bible says so we don’t want to do that we’re now going to go to herbie and uh… tampon herbie uh… welcome to my plan Yeah, if you don’t mind, just give me some references and in your opinion along with it about the cult I’ll hang up and listen.
Thank you. Sure. Okay. Herbie a cult is by definition a group that denies the basic tenets of Christianity so Generally cults deny hell they deny the Trinity Deny the Bible as being the inspired word of God and all that we need to spiritually instruct us. They usually deny salvation by grace and so on and so on. So they’re generally deny the basic teachings of the Bible and the Mormons are a good example. They don’t believe in the Jesus of the Bible.
They don’t believe in the Trinity. They don’t believe in hell. They don’t believe in salvation by grace and so we just can roll right down the list of things that we believe from the Bible and realize these people don’t believe those things. So hopefully that helps Herbie and a cult is any group that denies these basic things. If a group denies hell, you can know there’s something wrong. The Seventh-day Adventist don’t believe in hell. They obviously aren’t going to be surprised one day.
We now have David Plant City. Welcome back. Good morning again. How are you? All right. I was studying yesterday with a friend and we got into a discussion about NOAA and when the sun looked on its neckiness and I went through my concordance, tried to part their worst sexual act and all I could find was that it meant nudity and neckiness and partially clothed and could you give me some guidance there as to all right we’ll do that. You know, and Leviticus it uses that term to speak of a sexual intercourse and obviously this is what was taking place there and why God was so upset with that son of Noah that did that.
It says here in Leviticus chapter 18 a whole chapter of this, it says, none of you shall approach to any that is near of kin to him to uncover their nakedness. I am the Lord. The nakedness of thy father or the nakedness of thy mother shall not uncover. She is thy mother, and now she will not uncover his nakedness. The nakedness of thy father’s wife, not only cover. It is your father’s nakedness. And if you read all the way down here, it’s talking about having sex.
So that’s really what it’s all about. It becomes pretty clear in that chapter. Dave, thank you very much. We’re now going to go to Holly. And Holly is calling in from Sarasota. And Holly, welcome to Bibleline you are on the air. Okay, my question is, is he’s talking about the end of time when tribulation or when Jesus is going to come back to get the ones that are saved. And I was reading, I believe it’s in Matthew, I don’t have my Bible in front of me, but it talks about different signs and wonders, rumors and words and things like that.
Then it goes on to say, but don’t worry, the end of time won’t come until the abomination of desolation spoken of by Daniel the prophet. What do you think about that? Well, of course. And that’s talking about during the tribulation period that the Antichrist will go into a third temple that will be rebuilt during the tribulation period after the Rapture. And by the way, the preparations have been made already. We were just in Israel. We saw the implements for sacrifice.
We saw the menorah for the temple. The stones have been cut. Gershaun Solomon has had an organization that has been cutting stones now for over 40 years. And they’re ready to go. make it put that thing up at about forty eight hours. And in the middle of the tribulation, the antichrist will come into that temple, stop the sacrifices that will have been resumed according to Daniel chapter nine, and he will place an image of himself. And then the last three and a half years of the tribulation period will commence.
It says, for then shall be great tribulation. Such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time no nor shall ever be, Matthew 7, 22, 21 and 22, and then Christ will come back and end the tribulation. We’re talking about the end of the world. It should read the end of the age and the Greek. That’s what it should read. And the end of the age will be the end of that tribulation period and then Christ will establish His kingdom here on the earth.
Okay. But my understanding is Christ comes and takes the one that already saved, right? And then this happens and then he comes back again to set up his kingdom and that’s how it works. That’s correct. And during the seven years millions will get saved. God is going to send back two Old Testament prophets. Moses and Elijah will come back and they’ll preach during the first three and a half years. And it says in Matthew, rather Revelation 7, 9, and I saw a great multitude which no man can number of all nations and kinners and tongues which become saved in the seven years.
And so we find that when Christ comes back seven years after the rapture, there will be millions of believersrw and it’s those believers who will enter into the kingdom. Yeah. Okay. Thank you for answering my question. I’ve got a phone. I’m sorry. Okay. Thank you so much for calling in today Holly and we’ll pick it up another time. We have Jimmy in Nashville, Tennessee. Jimmy, welcome to Bibleline. How are you doing, Dr. Hank? Good. Dr. Hank, I was going to ask you a question.
Like I’ve heard you said, in your opinion, the Antichrist is going to come out of the United States. So that being said, would you say the United States during the Battle of Armageddon, we will be fighting against Israel then. We would not be on the side. that’s the case, guards will destroy the United States or move it against Israel, would you say that be true? Well, that’s not exactly the way it’s going to happen before that. The United States and Europe will take over the Middle East, including Israel.
So Israel will fall militarily in the middle of the tribulation period, and then the Antichrist will seek to destroy every Jew on the face of the earth, and there will be another Holocaust. But at the end of the tribulation period, the Western nations wind up fighting Russia and China and the Muslim world, and that’s Armageddon, and then Christ will defeat all the armies of this. world and establish His kingdom on the earth. And then those Jewish people that are saved that have survived will be the ones that will be the subjects of the millennium and as well as all the Gentiles that have gotten saved and that survived the tribulation will be under the rule of Christ during the millennium.
Okay. Okay. Good. Thank you, Jimmy. Okay. Have a good one. Thank you for calling in. We’re now going to go to Glenn in Springhill and Glenn, welcome to Bibleline You Are On the Air. Good morning, Dr. Hank. How are you doing, sir? Good. I do a lot of listening to your preaching. I also listen to and read how Lindsay as well as Jack Van Eppie. It’s something I came across on how I’m sorry, Jack Van Eppie’s website just passed with this question.
He asked the year 2012 has been in recent discussions, but the year 2018 always stays from 1948 and he wanted to know is there any significance to the state and Dr. Van Envy writes back. He says that you’re very close but we don’t begin with Israel becoming a nation in 1948. We begin with Daniel 924 which is the Jews capturing Jerusalem. He says the generation is 52 years and he gets that Dr. Hank from Matthew 117, Jesus. And he says As you add that to 1967, it comes out to be 2019.
He says, you minus the seven years due to the Rapture, and he says, that date comes out to 2012. And don’t put any time dates or anything like that. We’re just speculating the time frame we’re in. But I had always heard the 70 years of the generation. He breaks it down into the 52 years of the generation with my, like I said, I just wanted to call you up and just relate that to you. And yeah, I’m very familiar with what he teaches.
I think it’s a good theory, but who knows? We just know that we’re getting close, and I really feel like that we’re very, very close. And he takes the three times 14 generations there and divides it into the length of time from Abraham to Joseph in the genealogy and comes up with his 52 years. And it’s a good guess, and I like it, but we just have to wait and see. yeah and uh… but i was a thing he’s right on the same but it’s wrong it’s just another shot of it i just want to get your thoughts on absolutely like it’s like you said uh…
whether it’s right or wrong or close we were in his last days thank you very much for a couple of you okay we are really uh… i think uh… uh… rapid on a rapid course toward armageddon and toward the uh… tribulation period but least we’re leaving first at the rapture won’t be here for the darkest hours of the human history Thank you for that call. This wraps up today’s question and answer segment about the Bible, featuring Dr. Hank Lindstrom.

Right now we’re all using plastic, aren’t we?
And it’s being more difficult to use a check or cash anymore, almost. It’s so convenient to use the card. People are being conditioned to use that. And the next thing, it’ll be the chip in your hand that you’ll be using to buy and sell. So shortly, by the way, the new products not only will send out a signal to identify the product to the cashier, but when you get home, if you buy the latest microwave, for example, if you buy a microwaveable product, when you get it near the microwave, it’ll tell your microwave what settings, what temperature and everything, so you don’t have to do anything.
You just take another package, the microwave catches the radio signal from the product you bought, you stick it in automatically, it’ll cook it at the right temperature for the right amount of time, and that’s the wave of the future. And also, you can have your home program so that when you come up to the door your door will unlock because you’re being scanned, positive ID. And lights will come on in rooms as you go through them and as you exit them, no lights will go out.
And all that can be programmed however you want it to be and so that it’s all done by a chip in your hand. The convenience. Your car won’t start unless you’re there to have that mark. It lets you program it to allow other people to use it. Your car will be anti-theft totally because it’ll require you to send the signal from your body to your car to turn it on and drive out of the driveway. We’re living in a new world.
The technology is here and the Antichrist is right around the corner. And I think we’re living in the last days. Well, let’s go back now to the book of Daniel, because we have these men living out a foreshadowing of what is yet going to happen again in the tribulation period, 1st 19 of chapter 3. Then was Nebuchadnezzar full of fury in the form of his visage, where his appearance was changed against Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. Therefore, he spake and commanded that they should heat the furnace seven times more than it was designed to be heated.
and he commanded the most mighty men that were in his army to bind up Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego and to cast them into the burning fiery furnace. Then those men were bound and their coats and their hosin and their hats and their other garments and they were cast into the midst of the burning fiery furnace. Therefore, because the king’s command was urgent and the furnace was exceeding hot, the flame of the fire looked how hot it was, slew those men that took up Shadrach, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, and cast them in.
So the men that carried them up were killed by the heat of the flames. And these three men, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego fell down bound in the midst of the burning fiery furnace. Verse 24, then Nebuchadnezzar the king was astonished, astonished. He rose up in haste and spake and said unto his counselors, did not we cast three men bound into the midst of the fire? answered and said, under the king, that’s true, O king. He answered and said, lo, I see four men loose walking in the midst of the fire.
And they have no hurt. And the form of the fourth is like the Son of God. Whoever told you that Jesus was in the Old Testament, Jesus is here. That’s the Son of God. That’s Jesus. And Jesus was in the burning fiery furnace with these men. Isn’t that amazing? When you’re witnessing to Jewish people and others that deny that Jesus is in the Old Testament, here he is. And Jesus was there in the fire. And what does it say?
Then Nebuchadnezzar came near the mouth of the burning fire of furnace and spake and said, Chadrach, Meshach, Abednego, you servants of the Most High God. What about his image and about worshipping him? Come forth and come hither. and Chad right me, Shaq, and Abednego came forth out of the midst of the fire. And the princes and the governors and the captains and the kings, counselors, been gathered together, saw these men upon whose bodies the fire had what? No power.
This is a picture of hell. And the Bible says in the book of Revelation that hell hath no power over the believer. Isn’t that wonderful? Christians don’t burn. Christians don’t burn. not burn. It was a picture of hell. If you’re a believer, you’ll never go to hell. You’ll never be burnt by hell. The power of the flame of hell will have no power upon you. It says the fire had no power. Nor was a hair of their hair head singed.
Think about it. If you’ve ever barbecued anything, geez, sing some of the hairs on your hand or not even a hair was singed. Neither were their coats changed nor the smell of fire passed upon them. No evidence that they’d ever been in the fire at all because why Jesus was in the fire with him. And if you’re a believer, he delivers us for the power of hell. A believer will never go to hell because that’s what Christ came to do.
Came to save us, to rescue us from ever going to hell. And the Bible says, we’ll never perish. And the power of hell, Revelation 2, 11 says that the second death will have no power on the believer in Christ. We’ll never be hurt of the second death means we’ll never go to hell. Notice the king here says in verse 29, therefore I make a decree that every people, nation, language which shall speak anything amiss against the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego shall be cut in pieces.
Aren’t you glad? What a great turnaround this is. And it says here, they’ll be cut in pieces and their houses shall be made a dung hill, a fertilizer pile, Because there is no God that can deliver after this sort. And then the king promoted Shadrach, Meshach, and then to go in the province of Babylon. Wow, what a story. Here is a story that really was a picture of what is going to happen in the future. These three men not worshiping the Antichrist.
And Nebuchadnezzar was a type of that. His image was a type of the image of the Antichrist. of Christ, but in the tribulation period many that our believers will be faced with a similar thing. If they don’t worship that image in the temple in Jerusalem, they’ll be killed. The image will speak and call out their names and order their execution. Many, many are on the earth will be killed for their faith in Jesus Christ. But no believer will ever go to hell because Jesus has delivered us from the power of hell and the power of the flame.
Good news is that as a believer you’ll never burn in hell. You’ll never, Christians just don’t burn, real good. They don’t burn at all. And that’s good news. All right, welcome again. This is our fourth class in the book of Daniel. We’re going to go to chapter 4 of Daniel tonight. You might remember the story last about the burning fiery furnace and a preview about what will happen in the tribulation period when the Antichrist will place his image in a third temple in Jerusalem and people will be asked to worship Satan, the Antichrist and his image which will be placed in that rebuilt temple in Jerusalem and obviously we see the handwriting on the wall a phrase that comes out of Daniel that we can see the peace supposedly that’s that’s now coming to Israel, if this is real or not, I don’t know how
Moses is going to fight against it. But Israel is giving away land for peace, and one of the things that will anger God, when Jesus comes back, He’ll judge the nations for having parted His land. And for how they have treated the people of Israel, the Jewish people, which God took on Jewish flesh. And obviously the nations are going to be judged for that. He’s the only remedy, the only provision that God has given for your sin. If you reject Him and hear the blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is a rejection of Him by saying that He’s not who He claims to be.
He is not the Savior. He’s not the Messiah. He’s an imposter, a fraud, a counterfeit, a charlatan, a deceiver and He heals, but He does it by the power of Satan. And so He says, that shall blast him against the Holy Spirit have never forgiven us, but is in danger of eternal damnation? That means he still can change his mind before he dies and trusts the Lord. He’s in danger of eternal damnation because if he dies rejecting Christ, he’ll go to hell.
And the answer is verse 30. Write it down. Mark it down. Mark 3.30 says, because Because they said, because they said, because they said, he Christ hath an unclean spirit. If you reject the person of Christ, if you say he’s not God who took on flesh, if you say that he’s just a man but he is Satan as the power to heal people, then you’re rejecting the person of Christ and the Bible says you’re in danger of eternal damnation.
But just as the dying thief trusted Jesus Christ in his dying moments, hanging there on the cross and was saved so you could change your mind before you die and become saved. But my friend, I wouldn’t waste another minute because it could be that you could be killed suddenly, you could die suddenly and you would not have time to put your trust in Christ as Savior. And so, certainly, you don’t want to risk that. So you need to trust Christ wherever you are right now.
I would just suggest this prayer. Let’s tell the Lord, Lord, I am a sinner. I recognize that I’ve done things wrong. But I trust Jesus Christ right now as my Savior, as my only hope of heaven, as the one who died to forgive my sins and paid for them in full by his death at the cross, by his death and shed blood, was buried and rose again from the dead. I trust Jesus Christ right now to save me, and God will save you.
That’s the most wonderful truth you’ll ever hear. And the moment you trust the gospel message, the message of the death, the burial, the resurrection of Christ, God saves you and you become His eternally. And wow, that is obviously good news. And so all sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of men. And all blasphemies were with soever they shall blaspheme. But if you reject Christ by saying that Christ is not God who healed in the flesh and the human body that he took on by the power of the Holy Spirit,isSpecial you say he is an imposteries, not the Savior, then you are in danger of eternal damnation and it says here in the text in Mark 3.30 because they said he Christ, half an unclean spirit.
Well you know, this passage is frightened some because they’ve gotten a wrong explanation as to what this is all about. But the Bible is quite clear here in this passage in Mark that it’s a rejection of Christ because they said he Christ had an unclean spirit. To attribute the works of Christ to Satan and not to the Holy Spirit is the blasphemy, it’s a rejection of Christ. say, denial that he is the Savior, the one that had been promised by the prophets and came and died for you and me.
But when you trust him, then you’re saved forever. And there’s no chance that you can ever commit the sin once you’re saved. Because once you’re saved, you’re saved forever. Christ will never cast you out. John 637, He’ll never lose you. John 639, you are saved and saved forever. I tell people you’re stuck. You’re stuck. You to go to heaven, whether you like it or not. We’ve got to run. Keep looking up. Jesus is coming, and we believe He’s coming soon.
