Apparently this tells us that even though Christ is living on the earth visible and that it begins with all saved people, that during that time as they, that are the subjects of the Millennial Kingdom, are still in their mortal bodies.

They are the ones who get saved in the tribulation and are invited to enter into the kingdom. That they will have children. Their children will grow up in Mary and have children and their children will grow up in Mary and have children. Apparently millions will not trust Christ under the most ideal conditions. It goes to prove what Jeremiah 79 says, the heart or the mind or the nature that we have from Adam is deceitful above all things and desperately wicked.

Jeremiah 79. So it shows that we can’t blame the devil. A lot of people blame the devil for everything that happens. Some churches blame everything on demons. He has a smoking demon, he has the drinking demon, or he has the lying demon, and they blame everything on demons and on. And the demons and Satan will all be bound up there in the millennium and they won’t be able to blame him. They’ll have to blame their own wicked nature, which is demonstrated here by the fact that Satan can round up these unsafe people at the very end of the millennium.

And notice what do they do? They went up on the breath of the earth and they come past the camp of the saints about the beloved city that’s Jerusalem, the world’s capital. and fire came down from God out of heaven and devoured them. So they’ll all be destroyed here that come against Christ at the end of the millennium. And then, verse 10, a great verse that deserves a lot of attention. You may want to mark it in a very serious way so that you’ll see it stand out on your Bible.

And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone where the beast of the false prophet are. Here is Satan’s entire Trinity all cast into hell now. The Beast and the False Prophet are cast in at the beginning, Revelation 19, 20. And in after the thousand year reign, the devil is cast in and joins them. He’s cast into the Lake of Fire and Brimstone, where the Beast and the False Prophet are. So here we have the whole satanic treaty, Satan, the devil, the anti-type of God, the beast, the anti-Christ, the anti-type of Christ, the false prophet, the anti-type of the Holy Spirit, and all three members of Satan’s Godhead are now cast into hell.

How long will they be there? And what will they do? Well, it says they’ll be tormented day and night forever and ever and ever and ever. Wow. The devil has obviously a nasty future ahead for him. And so does the Antich and the False Prophet. They’ll all be tormented day and night, forever and ever and ever. Verse 11, what happens then immediately after that? We see a great white throne. God is sitting on that throne, and from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away.

This is the destruction of the present earth by fire. In chapter 21 we read, I see a new heavens and a new earth. For the first heaven and the first earth were passed away. When is it passed away? Right here after Satan is cast into hell. Then we see the great white throne and the present earth is destroyed by fire and flees from the presence of God. And there was no place found for them. Verse 12, then there is the judgment of the unsaved dead.

This is what verse 5 was referring to. The rest of the dead lived not until the thousand years were finished. The unsaved dead are now brought up out of the heart of the earth out of Hades where they have been waiting. And I saw the dead small and great stand before God. And the books plural marked the fact that their plural were opened. And another book singular was opened, which is the book of life. And the dead were judged out of which book or books.

out of the books, plural, not the book of life, because they’re not in the book of life, this is the unsaved, and they’re judged according to their works. This is to assign to them a degree of punishment in hell. They’re in this judgment because they’re lost. They’re lost because they’ve rejected Christ. Unbelief sends a person to hell, but those that wind up in hell will be judged first and assigned a degree of punishment in hell, and there’s numerous verses throughout the Bible that talks about degrees of punishment.

Satan will be the worst punished in hell, along with the Antichrist and the False Prophet. And here we have the lost now assigned a degree of punishment before their cast in the hell. Verse 13, the sea gave up the dead which were in it. This is an interesting reference, and I don’t think it’s talking about people that died at sea. I think this might be a reference to the angels who were the original inhabitants of the earth and the third of them that followed Satan, whose cities were destroyed when God destroyed the earth in Genesis 1-2.

And Jeremiah talks about those cities being broken down and destroyed. I believe that the remains of those cities today are probably at the bottoms of the oceans. And what was the bottoms of the oceans in those days is now the land masses. You can find seashells at the top of Pike’s Peak outside of Denver, Colorado, the whole North American continent and theClark masses we see today were once the bottoms of the oceans, I believe. And so it’s been reversed.

And now the remains of the angelic cities are thereraught and I think it’s a reference here to the angels being brought up and judged here as well. And they’re going to be assigned a degree of punishment and I don’t have time to turn there. But 1st Corinthians chapter 6 says we, the church, are going to stand there and judge the angels that are going to be cast into hell. So we’ll be there when these angels are brought forth and it says convincingly they’re brought forth out of the sea and I think that’s what is a reference to.

These are the angels that fall in sight and these are the angels that lived on the earth prior to Genesis 1-2. These are the angels whose cities were broken down at the presence of the Lord. Jeremiah tells us about in Jeremiah chapter 4 and that is the destruction that came upon the earth in Genesis chapter 1 verse 2. And these are the fallen angels and They’ll be all the ones. And we will be a part of the judgment. And this is, and death, that’s the body.

And Hades, it should read not hell. That’s the place in the heart of the earth where the unsaved dead of mankind are present. So they’ll be given new bodies. Their bodies will come up and be reunited with their souls. And notice, their judged every man according to their works. That’s to assign a degree of punishment for all those in human race. Satan and his Trinity are in Hell in verse 10. Then we see this judgment open and the first ones beside all the ones that are out of Hades are there.

The first ones are the sea, gave up the dead, which I believe are the angels that follow Satan. And then the lost of mankind are brought forth and judged according to their works and cast into hell. Verse 14 tells us about the human race, those that are lost, death, the body, Hades not hell. The place of the soul of the departed dead, the rich man in Luke 16 is one of them. They will be brought up at this point.

The one that we read about that went into the place of flame and torment in the heart of the earth. It says death and Hades were cast into the leg of fire. This is the second death. Verse 15 is the Whosoever group you don’t want to be in. I like John 3 16, there are two whosoever verses. John 3 16 says, Whosoever believeth in Christ should not perish because he perished in our place but have everlasting life. Read this whosoever verse.

And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. That’s the other whosoever group. The whosoever is that don’t believe. The whosoever is that reject Christ. They will not be found written in the book of life, and they will be cast into the eternal lake of fire. So there are two housavers, and I hope you’re in the housavers that believe on Christ, and that will not perish, experience the second death to be separated from God’s presence forever and ever in the eternal lake of fire.

But this group here that rejects Christ will not be found in the book of life. Chapter 21 I saw a new heaven and a new earth. the first heaven and the first earth were passed away and there was no more sea. In I John saw the holy city, the New Jerusalem coming down from God out of heaven prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. This is the city that you and I will live in. Thank you for joining us.

Now, please join us for a segment featuring Dr. Lindstrom answering questions from callers we’re going to say he is working to talk to mike mike we want to welcome you to the bible line program mike you’re on the air hi doctor lonstrom how are you good just a question about in the security of the believer in the assembly of god position papers they claim that uh…

you are saved by faith and just as you’re saved by faith not by any acts of righteousness you can lose your salvation by unbelief. Well that’s not true. Once you get saved, it is irreversible. You become born again into the family of God. And there’s no place anywhere the Bible teaches you can become unborn. It also tells us that the Holy Spirit seals you until you’re in heaven, Ephesians 1, 13. So somebody would have to break the seal of the Holy Spirit upon you in order for that to happen.

And we could list probably 30 things that cannot be undone once you trust Christ, you’re just stuck. You can lose your testimony, your effectiveness, your joy, you can lose rewards, you can incur God’s discipline in your life as a delinquent believer, but you can never lose your salvation. In Timothy, there’s an interesting verse that says, even if you believe not, he abides faithful. So even if you stop believing, you’re still stuck. Once you get saved, you are saved forever.

These people are trying to make this salvation thing a continuous process where you can continue to hang on. that’s exactly right in fact they state that clearly in their position paper they make a differentiation between you’re standing in christ as opposed to you know standing in christ is by faith remove faith and there is no longer any standing well that’s it that’s a i’m reading directly from the position paper well that the nails as far as uh… we know what they believe right but uh…

stating that uh… i’m sorry that i’m not going to have a It’s not biblical though, it’s just not biblical. It says that your free will and the responsibility of the believer is imperative, you know, to bring it out into focus. God will never violate your free will. So just… That’s classic Armenianism and all the churches that have our Armenian position, which comes from the name James Arminius who stated that position way back when, all of them are teaching works for salvation essentially because they’re saying that somehow you have to hang on, you have to endure, you have to remain faithful or you will lose it.

Right. And that’s works and it’s a false gospel and these people will not be saved and although they think they are. And they’re going to be in that group in Matthew 7, 22, which will one day stand before the Lord and they’re going to say, Lord, but we preached in your name, we healed in your name and we did wonderful works in your name and Christ said, I never knew you. Not I once knew you and I lost you, but I never knew you.

They were never saved and they were bragging and boasting about the wonderful things that they did in the name of Christ. What they were doing for God is what they thought would save them, but it was what God did for them that would save them. And they didn’t mention that. They didn’t say, Lord, we believe you paid our sin dead and full of the cross. So we trusted in your shed blood for our salvation. But they’re bragging on the good things that they did in Christ as I’m sorry.

I never knew you. I’m just perusing through the position paper here. And it says here that, again, I’m reading from the position paper as the believer’s salvation is received. Not by an act of righteousness, but by an act of faith. So the believer’s salvation is maintained. Not by acts of righteousness, but by a life of faith. See there to go it’s all works. So faith would be considered works. Yep in that case because it’s some continuance on your part.

The Bible teaches we’re saved by an act of faith. John 524 said when you believe Jesus said you are passed from death unto life right. One single act of faith. Exactly. Yeah. And. And. and irreversible consequences yeah and i always believe that as you mentioned earlier in the show your sins are forgiven past present and future yes it is that’s right otherwise you know uh… i even heard a message yesterday that said that god’s grace is limited in the sense that we allow him to forgive us of our sins and i’ve always believed that god’s grace is unlimited into in fact a call god limited in any way shape or form i believe would would be incorrect Amen.

We sang in our church yesterday, Him that I love grace greater than our sin. What a wonderful Him. Grace, grace, grace. It’s by grace, not by works. Okay. Well, Mike, you’re right on and thanks for the call. Thank you very much. All right. That was Mike. A lot of people make salvation a process and that the carrot is eternal life at the end of this long process and you got to keep on holding on, endure to the end. But the quote, endure to the The end is not talking about being saved as a result of your endurance.

It’s talking about in Matthew 24, 13 and 14 where if you are saved in the tribulation period and you manage to endure to the end of it, you’ll be saved or delivered from physical death to live into the thousand year reign of Christ. And it’s not talking about loss of salvation. We have Tom and Tampa. We’re going to go to Tom. Tom, welcome to Bibleline good morning my brother. How are you? Good. I just got in the truck and got the radio cranked up, listening to the conversation again, which is one that really does come up often.

And it’s encouraging because that means that the Spirit of the Lord is working and trying to bring some resolve to the hearts of my people. My question is, if I had the conversation, especially with the last caller, on the work salvation, 1 Corinthians 15, Paul makes a statement there about that, you know, unless you believe in vain. And I was wondering if you would just read that passage there in those first three or four verses and make comment that might help Might help clear some things up with people that you’ll talk about you know Well, I was saved but then I back slid and I got back into the world and and maybe could dress that issue of what Paul is Alluding to there when he says believe it can gain enough.

I’ll get off here and listen. We’ll talk about it All right. Thank you, Tom and that was Tom and Tampa first Corinthians 15 Paul tells us, moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I have preached unto you which also you have received and wherein you stand.” Then he says in verse 2, but which also you are saved and then he says, if you keep in memory what I have preached unto you unless you have believed in vain.

Now if you read the context here, believing in vain means if, and is talking about the resurrection, if Christ did not rise again from the dead, there were those who were saying there was no resurrection. And if you follow that argument, then Christ didn’t rise. So it says in verse 13, if there be no resurrection of the dead, then is Christ not risen. And if Christ be not risen, then is our preaching vain and your face is also vain.

So to believe in vain means you have a dead Savior who didn’t rise from the dead, who can’t save you. And so he’s pointing out the foolishness of what they were saying here that there was no resurrection. And if there were no resurrection, then Christ is not risen. If Christ is not risen, then our preaching is vain and your faith is also vain. And yay, we are found to be Jehovah’s Witnesses. False Witnesses. I slipped there. It looked loud.

But you know, that’s what happened. The Jehovah’s Witnesses deny the resurrection of Christ. And so in reality, you do become a Jehovah’s Witness. You become a false witness. Jesus Christ is risen from the dead. And therefore, if you’ve placed your faith in Him, your faith is not in vain. But if Christ did not rise from the dead, if He did not pay for your sin dead and full, then your faith is vain, you’re in trouble. In fact, if only Christ helps you in this present life, where you’re physically alive, Paul says in verse 19, if it is in this life only, we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable.

In other words, wow, if He doesn’t save us eternally, what help is He given us? Really. It’s eternal life that He offers. Thank you, Tom. and I hope that’s answered the question. We’re going to go to Sarasota and Bob, welcome to Binderline. Hi Dr. Lester, how are you today? Good. I have this issue on the, let me turn my radio, and in the Bible I can’t think where it is where Jesus was talking, to whom you yield your members, that’s who your father is.

You know that verse? Well Paul talks about you become a slave or a servant, that’s in Romans chapter 6 where Paul talks about that. It doesn’t say it’s your father, but it says that you are a servant or a slave to the one that you yield your instruments to. So obviously if we yield ourselves to our flesh to live after the flesh, we become a servant to our flesh. And a lot of people are just in the simple things.

For example, your flesh says I’m hungry, so what do you do? You head to the refrigerator. That’s for sure. And my dad is so cute. My mom, by the way, turns 90 today. And my dad’s a couple of months older, so he’s 90 plus about three months. But he used to have this thing in the refrigerator that when the door would open, it would trigger it. And it would say, are you back here again? I used to love that.

It was cute. That kind of reminded you, would you open the refrigerator door? What are you doing back here? But obviously our flesh, you know we uh… we kind of cater to it cute thing in church yesterday we had you know the new thing is kind of scary really one of our teenagers had a camera phone you know where you can take picture and it shows right on the phone right after the church he says look at this he took a picture of a young lady that fell asleep during the service and he says uh…

and i didn’t notice and and and and pay attention but he says i got the evidence here here’s a sleeping church member as if that’s scary when you can’t even go to church relax and that that’s what it’s going to take a picture of the interview and the city church member that big brother and big brothers right in the church because i can’t clarify that for me yeah that’s the Romans chapter six check it out i’m going to read the context of the great thank you bomb and it was bought on so so you know the technology is something that scary you know if you’re going to take a picture like that when you happen to have your eyes closed your mouth hanging open a little bit during the middle of the church service and then report to the pastor later and show the picture that you’re sleeping.

Oh boy, I got chill bumps thinking about that. I said, my goodness sakes, like he just said big brother in the church and everywhere. We’re living in a time where technology is incredible. And apparently then you can just email that from your phone to somebody. That’s even worse. I mean, my goodness, it’s just a scary, scary world about our privacy being gone. I’m Belichick. I’m glad I’m leaving it the Rapture. I’m glad I have eternal life. I’m pleading with people to live for Christ.

I have to warn people that if they’re trusting in their living for Christ, to be saved, they won’t. You have to come to the place where you say, I can’t save myself. I need a savior and trust Jesus alone as that savior. And in Romans 4.5, since I turned Romans 4, Bob, it says in verse five to the one who worked if not, but believe it on Christ who justifies the ungodly, that’s us. His faith in Christ is kind of a righteousness.

So we’re made righteous before God based upon what Christ did for us, not what we do for him. Then our response after we’re saved is that we should live for Christ, serve Christ, work for Christ, not to be saved, but because we are saved. But in the letter that I read at the beginning of the program, it says here, and whoever wrote this really wrote it with a wonderful spirit, as Catholics we believe we are saved by the blood of Jesus Christ, shed for us at Calvary.

We believe also, here’s the big also, that we are saved by works that He’s assigned to us. That’s not true. And if you believe that, you’re in danger of going to hell because only by faith in Christ alone are you saved. Now, I believe after we’re saved that the way we show that we’re grateful, that we’re thankful, is to live for Christ. And we do that not because we’re doing that to become saved, but because we are saved than want to proclaim Christ.

We’re secure. Once you trust Christ, you’re already saved. And that salvation will never be taken away. We hope that you’re learning with us. We’re going to turn to our Bibles now and we’re going to go to Matthew 24 and Jesus says in verse 15, when you therefore shall see the abomination of desolation spoken of by Daniel the prophet stand in the holy place. Who’s so read it?

Let him understand. Well, first of all, there is no holy place today on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem. And so this could not be fulfilled right now. But we know that after the rapture, which could happen at any time, I believe we are getting very close, when the Lord will come and snatch out all the believers, will meet him in the air and will be transformed into our new bodies on the way up and will be forever with the Lord, when that happens, then on the earth a third temple is going to be rebuilt.

And we know that all the preparations have already been made ready for that. The stones have been cut, the garbards of the priesthood have been made, the implements for worship have been established and we’re right there. And it says here that the Antichrist will place an image of himself in that third temple. And it says here when you see that, then that marks the difference here in what is going to happen during the tribulation period. This happens, we know midway.

How do we know it happens midway? Well, I’m going tell you while we know it happens midway. If you turn to the book of Daniel, Daniel talks about the same event and he talks about in chapter 9 of Daniel the antichrist and how the antichrist will make a treaty with Israel and allow them to offer sacrifices in their temple again on the temple mount. In Daniel 927 it says, and he the antichrist will confirm the covenant with many. I believe that’s the many Jews that are back in the state of Israel right now.

And so here it says that he the Antichrist will confirm the covenant with many, many of the many Jews that are back in the state of Israel for one week of years. That is the seven years of tribulation that we often talk about. And then it says in the midst of the week, that’s dead center right in the middle of the week or three and a half years into the tribulation period. The Antichrist will cause the sacrifice and the oblation to stop.

So he will interrupt the sacrifices that will have been offered since the beginning of the tribulation, right after the rapture, and He will cause them to cease. He will then enter into that third temple and desecrate it and place His image there. And that’s what we’re reading about in Matthew chapter 24. And we find there’s a key word there in verse 15. It says, when you therefore shall see. When is the time word? And then you’ll find several other words that link to that in the context here.

Verse 16, 15 it says then, and in verse 21 it says then, in verse 9 it says then, and the thens are connected to the when, and if you will read carefully when the Antichrist places his image in the third temple, that’s right in the middle of the seven-year period, then several things will happen. It says then those which be in Judea, that’s the area around Jerusalem, shall flee into the mountains, and of course that means they’re going to have to run for their lives because the Antichrist will now turn on the Jewish people.

We also learn from verse 9 it says, then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted and shall kill you. So Jewish people are going to be slaughtered and it says here, and you will be hated of all nations for my name’s sight. So right in the middle of the tribulation period when the Antichrist goes into the third temple and desecrates it and places his abomination, his image in that temple. It’s an instruction to those who are reading the Bible, who are believers in that time to run for their lives.

And guess where they’ll run to the mountains? That’s over to Jordan where there is a rock city prepared for the Jews to hide and their God will miraculously feed them and care for them during the tribulation period. It says in verse 21, and here’s another then. There’s then and then here in connection with the when of verse 15 in Matthew 24. And it says, and then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world of this time, then or shall ever be.

In other words, if you look back in history, you’ll never find a time as bad as this seven years will be. And if you look to the future after this time, there will never be another time like it again. So the darkest time in history is yet ahead of us. I’m glad I’m leaving it the rapture. And it could be that the Lord would come this year. Wouldn’t that be something? In any case, we know that this will be a time when the Jewish people will come under the attack of the Antichrist.

We’re going to rejoin stations that have been on break into the second half hour by one, so keep you ready to tune right where it is. Would you like to help Bibleline continue in your area? You can. We hope that you’re learning with us as you listen to Bibleline and hear real-life questions with scriptural answers from Dr. Hank Lindstrom. Please make plans to join us and open your Bible as we also present in-depth studies covering a variety of biblical topics.

Now let’s return to our question and answer segment and then we’ll hear more Bible teaching from Dr. Hank Lindstrom. We’re looking now to talk to Jeff in Palm Harbor, Florida and Jeff welcome to Bible on your own the air. Good morning. Good morning. You’re talking about before when Jesus was coming back and without being facetious the scripture says when Jesus was talking to the temple rulers or if he’s a guy who is always bragging on when he’s dealing out the wool saying that I’m leaving the temple now and I’m not coming back until you go upon the name of the Lord back to the ocean they wake up and they finally call upon the name of God and then they will the saved and that’s what’s going on over it.

You’re absolutely right and of course the Rapture happens first and then during that seven years is when the 144,000 will evangelize and millions of Jewish people will get saved, the blinders will come off their eyes and when they during the tribulation period say, blessed is he that cometh in the name of Yeshua which in English is Jesus then Christ will come back in the second coming to set up his kingdom and the Jewish people will be set up as a head nation.

So all the speculation about when Jesus is coming back to sort of a relevant relation then in the war that they’re fighting right now they can’t possibly win the way they’re fighting. Amen. Thank you, Jeff, in Palm Harbor, Florida calling in. And of course, the Jewish people will come to know Christ, many of them will, a remnant will during the tribulation period after the rapture. And what we see right now, we believe, lets us know we’ve got to be close.

We’re seeing things that the Bible predicts for during that seven years happening right now and we believe that it just isn’t like a light switch turned on. We believe there’s a transition which we have been watching now for quite a while but it’s heating up and we believe that we’re actually now on the edge perhaps of that tribulation period where we believers are going to be going out of here at any moment. We’re going now to Kevin in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Welcome to Bible and you’re on the air. Hello Dr. Hank. Just a quick question concerning women in the pulpit uh… it’s sort of develop a heated discussion now that that when you tell them that they are not supposed to be the uh… ladies in the church and some of them are saying that they were called by god to the priest well i want to get your perspective on that uh… i remember a story told where uh… some uh… farmer saw uh…

cloud formation and he saw the letters See TP and he interpreted that mean call to preach and so Somebody after they heard him preach a few times said maybe that really meant called to plow And but basically women are out of order because the Bible says in in Timothy 1 Timothy chapter 2 verses 11 through 15 that women are not to teach God’s word and Nor are they to usurp authority over the man if God intended for women to do that he could have picked six apostles as men and six as women, or the early deacons could have of them in women.

But he chose all men. And throughout the Old Testament as well, it was the men who were the spiritual leaders of the home. Abraham was the leader. And even in the New Testament when it alludes to leadership in the home, the man is the head. And Peter talks about in 1 Peter chapter 3 about how Abraham was the spiritual head of that home. When Mary and Joseph, when Jesus was still a baby and Herod was going to kill that baby, the Lord spoke to Joseph and said, Joseph, take thy wife and the baby and flee down to Egypt until the death of Herod.

And so he didn’t approach Mary and say, Mary, tell Joseph to follow you as you take your baby down to Egypt. He led the family with guiding the man, Joseph, not Mary. So it’s kind of shocking to some people because I know in some circles they think Mary was the kingpin, but Joseph was the head of that family and God led the family through the man, through Joseph. And that’s the rule throughout the Bible. So it says in 1 Corinthians 14, 34 says, let your women keep silence in the churches.

for is not permitted unto them to speak. So that would just really put a muffle on everything that’s going on today, wouldn’t it? I know they don’t like to hear it, but it’s a part of the end times, and I think it’s another sign of the apostasy and the departure from the Bible. Basically, people are saying, I’m going to do whatever I want to do. If you read Jeremiah 44, when women took spiritual leadership and Jeremiah was preaching, And it tells us here about the women had gone off doctrinally.

And it says here that all the women that stood by, I’m reading from Jeremiah 44 verse 15, all the women that stood by a great multitude, even all the people who dwelt in the land of Egypt and Patris answered Jeremiah saying, as for the word that thou hast spoken unto us in the name of the Lord, we will not harken unto you. Basically, the women said, we’re not going to listen to what you have to say. It says here as for the word that Thou hast spoken unto in the name of Jehovah or Yahweh, we aren’t going to listen to you.

Jeremiah, go jump on a lake. And effectively, we have women today that say, I’m not going to listen to the Bible. I’m going to do what I feel called to do or what I want to do, and they are not obeying Scripture, and we’re living in the same kind of time that Jeremiah was faced with, where the women took spiritual charge and everything got turned upside down. So I think that they are wrong and the Bible is pretty clear and obviously they’re ignoring the Scriptures and saying, it doesn’t matter what the Bible says.

I am going to do what I want to do and if you don’t like it, you can just jump in a lake like they told Jeremiah. All these women, a great multitude said, Jeremiah, we’re not going to listen to what you have to say. Get out of here. Get out of our face. We’re going to do what we want to do. So you have something you have to deal with in this time and I think that it’s a part of the in-time signs when women take over the leadership of the church.

So you shouldn’t become a member of their church even if they preach sound doctors. I wouldn’t sit under a woman teaching the Bible no. Okay. All right then thank you doctor. And another good reason is because they’re more likely to go into doctrinal error that’s what it teaches there in 1st Timothy chapter 2 that Eve was deceived but Adam was not deceived. So women have a tendency because women think more emotionally than men do. There’s nothing deficient about women, but men have their flat sides as well.

But in the area of men and women, men think more factually, women think more emotionally. And you’ll notice all the cults or many of the cults were started by women. Mary Baker Eddie just couldn’t imagine a God that would send anybody to hell. So she said there is no such thing as hell. And she couldn’t imagine a penalty for sin. So she said there’s no such thing as sin. And so she winds up denying things and leads a whole group called the Christian scientists into great error.

We find Ellen G. White who founded the Seventh-day Adventist. She obviously has misled those people in so many areas where they are doctrinally unsound and they don’t believe in a hell. Same thing, women don’t like to believe in hell. And I don’t like to believe in hell, but it’s a fact. And I’m gonna preach it because the Bible teaches it. And so we cannot just write off hell because we don’t like it or don’t agree with it. If God said it, then we have to believe it.

That’s just that simple. And hopefully we just might wake up to the fact that we’re living in a time that God spoke about where women would usurp the authority over men. Thank you for calling from Fort Lauderdale. We have Adam now on the line and Adam is calling in from Tampa, Florida. Adam, welcome to Bibleline. I’d better hank. I’m a starting ministry of college students. Okay. Can you give me all the verses that you can think of concerning say by faith and not of works?

And I’m gonna sum up from a radio wall. Okay. Okay. Thank you. Create a couple of our program here for us. All the verses that deal with salvation by faith. Well, they are so many. Let me recommend a couple of things. I’ll give you a few here. We We have a handbook on a personal evangelism. This book lays it out. This is the book that tells you how to bring the gospel to somebody who is lost, whether they be an atheist, an agnostic, an evolutionist, a cult member, the ideal book that you need to be able to arm yourself to bring the gospel to a college campus.

I know what that was like. I learned really to fend for myself at the University of Florida when I was leading guys the Christ and began a Bible study there and I realized I had to have some good ammunition and that’s what you’re asking for. And this book will really give you the best of what you’re going to need. But let me just recommend if you have your pen ready to write some things down, Ephesians 289 or a couple of my favorites, I saw those the night that I got saved.

And that is it says, 4 by grace or by mercy, or you saved through faith and that not of yourselves. It is the gift of God, not of works, not of works, not of works, let’s say He mentioned boast or brag. So Ephesians 2, 8 and 9. Romans 4, 5 is another one that is my favorite. It says, but to him that does not work, to him that worketh not, but believeeth on Jesus who justifies the ungodly. That’s us.

His faith in Jesus is counted for righteousness. Romans 4, verse 6. Romans 5, verse 1 says, therefore being justified by faith. Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. Romans 5-1. Romans 3-28, it says, therefore we conclude, this is the conclusion of the first three chapters of the book of Romans. And it says, therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith and not by the works of the law. We’re justified by faith in Christ and not by the works of the law.

I’m going backwards, but Romans 1, 16 is another great one. Paul says, I’m not ashamed of the gospel, the good news message of the death, the burial, the resurrection of Christ, for it the gospel is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believe it. So when you believe the gospel, God saves you. Romans 1, 16. Acts 16, 31 says, believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved. You can’t get better than that. And that is believe or trust in the Lord Jesus Christ, and that shall be saved.

Then of course, don’t ever forget and don’t underestimate the power of John 3 16. John 3 16, for God so loved the world that you and me that he gave his only begotten son that’s Jesus Christ, that whosoever, believeth in Christ, should not perish but have everlasting life. I also recommend you go to my website. That whole book that I just recommended to you is on my website. You can read it on the website. You can download it off the website.

If you want to do it that way, you can do it. It’s free. It’s right there on my website. The book on how to lead souls of Christ is right there. BibleLineMinistries.org or .com. It’s there in its entirety. Also, there’s a section called Dr. Lindstrom’s articles. I have so many things I’ve written that will help you with not only how to be saved, It’s not going to affect it. the fact that it’s eternal life that God offers, but the issues that will come up like difficult verses, water baptism as a being not a requirement and so on and so on.

Adam, thank you for calling. We’ll be praying for you. I think that’s a great venture you’re on college students. That’s the time to reach them and we’ll pray that God will richly bless you. Thank you for calling in today. That wraps up today’s question and answer segment. I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away and there was no more sea. In I John saw the holy city, the new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

This is the city that you and I will live in. It will come down from heaven and I believe will orbit the planet earth. Now later in this chapter gives us the dimensions of the city. It is a cube in shape, 1500 miles by 1500 miles by 1500 miles. That may not mean much to you, but if you were to create a sphere that would hold that cube of that size 1500 miles on a side, the diameter of that sphere would be 2600 miles.

Now, to your right is another circle, and the diameter of the moon that we’re looking at, which is full out there tonight, what a beautiful sight. The diameter of the moon is 2,160 miles. In other words, the heavenly Jerusalem is bigger than the moon. That gives you some kind of way of imagining how big it is. 2,600 miles would be the sphere that would hold the new Jerusalem. The diameter of the moon is 2,160 miles. It’s quite a big city.

Can you imagine? 1,500 miles high. I believe, and I’m one of the few that talk about it, that it will orbit the planet because I believe it would create great problems if it was on the surface. Can you imagine a city with like one face of it being like a huge wall, 1,500 miles high and 1,500 miles wide? Did you know that right now, hold on tight? You are traveling at over a thousand miles per hour. Our Earth has a circumference of 25,000 miles.

In order to make a turn on its axis in one day, we have to go more than a thousand miles an hour to make up that 25,000 miles we have to travel. So we, although we don’t feel any sensation of speeding along, but just the fact that you’re sitting on the surface of the Earth tells you that you’re moving at over a thousand miles an hour right now. Did you know that? Wow. See, I’m speeding along, a thousand miles an hour.

But now, can you imagine a big wall, fifteen hundred miles high, fifteen hundred miles wide, pushing against the air on this planet as it turns at over a thousand miles an hour? That would create absolute havoc for the New Earth, wouldn’t it? Can you imagine the swirling winds and the violent winds? I mean, the Earth would not be a fun place at all. Nothing on the surface could grow and nothing could be green or beautiful. oceans wouldn’t stay in enclosures.

They’d be up all over the earth and it’d be a mess. I don’t believe it’ll happen. You know, most satellites orbit around 200 miles up. That would be low on the wall if they were still around. They won’t be around for the new earth, all the satellite debris that we put up there will be gone. But can you imagine if they were, it’d all be slapping into this thing. And all the satellites would be wiped out because they orbit rather low when you talk about 1500 miles.

To think about how big this city is, let’s say that you lived on the top floor, that that’s where your mansion was. And let’s say that you took the elevator to get to the top floor from the bottom floor. If your elevator traveled at 600 miles an hour, that’s faster than a passenger jet. They usually travel around 400, 450 miles an hour. Passenger jets don’t go 600 miles an hour. The current one’s anyway. And so at 600 miles an hour, you push the button top floor to your apartment.

Two and a half hours later, you’d arrive at the top at 600 miles an hour. I give you an idea how long it is. Can you imagine you get on the elevator? You know? Maybe music on the elevator, I don’t know? Movies. But two and a half hours. I’m just giving you an idea about how big this city is. Somebody computed if there were millions and millions of believers down from Adam till now and you compute the cubic volume of the city and figure out how many people there are and divided into that that everybody would have about 200 cubic acres of space to themselves.

It’s a huge city and no wonder it talks about us having a mansion in heaven. I believe we’ll have a nice big spread in heaven and we’ll talk more about the cities we move along here. But look at says in verse 3, I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, behold the tabernacle of God is with men and it says, and he will dwell with them and they shall be as people and God himself shall be with them and be their God.

So God is going to choose to live in this city with us. We’re going to live with him and this is called the city of the living God. It’s called the New Jerusalem. It’s called the holy city and this is the city where God himself resides. Verse 4 says, and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes. I believe that tells us that there will be regret, there will be sorrow and probably tears until after the thousand year rule of Christ is over.

First Corinthians talks about the Josephative Christ in chapter 3, and it talks about those who have their works burned up in verse 15 will suffer loss. What does that mean? Suffered loss. James in the last period, he said, you must, well, we eat now. Go and how in a week now you that are not investing in eternity because you will weep later if you don’t invest now because there will be no reward and you’ll regret that day. But apparently after the thousand year reign of Christ, God himself comes over to each of us and wipes away the tears from our eyes.

And then it says what? There’s not going to be any more tears. There shall be no more death. Neither sorrow, no crying. Neither shall there be any more pain for the former things are passed away. Now we’re into eternity and all those things will be gone. Isn’t that great? And he who set upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write, for these words are true and faithful. In the book of Revelation, right here at the very end we read about a new heaven in verse 1, a new earth in verse 1, a new Jerusalem in verse 2, all things made new in verse 5, a new paradise in chapter 22 verses 1 through 5, a new source of light, chapter 22 verse 5, a new place for God’s throne, chapter 22 verse 3.

And I’ve listed seven things that are all brand new that are just in these last two chapters. So this is a book where all things are now made new from that point on and will be into eternity. It says here, right for these words are true and faithful. What does that mean? This is going to happen. This is going to come to pass. There is no doubt about it. God has spoken. These words are true. They will happen. They will come to pass.

There will be a new heavens. There will be a new earth. and his angels at all of us will be forever cast into the lake of fire. All of that is going to come to pass and you and I who are believers will now find God saying that we’re his children and he’s our God and he’ll wipe away the tears from our eyes and we’ll never experience again sorrow, death, pain, disease, whatever for all eternity. Verse 6 says, He said unto me, it is done.

In other words, at this point it’s all done. Now we’re into eternity, all of what happened before is past. And he says, I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning in the end. And notice, to the readers of the book of Revelation, God and His love offers another invitation. These are the words of Christ for people to get saved. He says, I’ll give unto Him that joins the local church and pays 20% and walks forth down the aisle in public confesses Christ.

No, I’m sorry. I misread all that. It says, I will give unto Him that is a thirst of the fountain of the water of life, how freely. Amazing how many churches are corrupted by teaching works for salvation when Jesus says, I will give him that is a thirst of the fountain of the water of life freely. This will be a time when the Jewish people will come under the attack of the Antichrist and according to the book of Zachariah in the Old Testament two-thirds of the Jewish people in Israel will be killed by the Antichrist.

In chapter 13 of Zachariah it says, and it shall come to pass that in all the land, that is the land of Israel, this is Zachariah 13 verse 9. Sayeth the Lord, two parts therein shall be cut off and die, but the third part shall be left therein. So we find that two-thirds of the Jews in the state of Israel and there’s right now about six million Jewish people in Israel. Two-thirds of them, or four million, will be killed.

Two million will survive, and those two million apparently become saved. They become believers. It says in verse 9, I’ll bring the third part through the fire and we’ll refine them as silver as refined and we’ll try them as gold as tried and they shall what? Call on my name, Zachariah 13, 9. They’ll call on my name and that’s how you get saved. They call on the name of Yeshua or in English it’s spelled Jesus. They’ll trust in Christ the Savior.

They’ll call upon the name of the Lord and it says here and I will hear them and I will say it is by people and they shall say, the Lord is my God.” Wow, what a great time this is going to be. Many, many millions will get saved during the tribulation period, including two million apparently in the state of Israel. And the other four million in Israel will be slaughtered as they will not follow the instructions given in the Bible to run for their lives.

And what is so interesting, we just returned from Israel and we were down at the Dead Sea and the Dead sea surface has been going down because of evaporation, because they’re not allowing water from the Jordan to flow into the Dead Sea any longer. But there’s been a sandbar there apparently forever that has not been seen, but today it’s absolutely dry land. There’s like a highway that cuts diagonally right across the Dead Sea. And if you run a line on a map from Jerusalem to Petra, the rock city where the Jewish people will flee to, It cuts right across this diagonal sandbar and people will walk across on dry land.

It’s amazing God has already prepared the way for them to flee quickly from the Antichrist into Jordan which will remain politically neutral during the tribulation period. It’s exciting stuff. I’m so glad I’m a believer. To be saved, to go to heaven, to have eternal life, you must trust Jesus Christ as being God, who came and took on human flesh, went to the cross of Calvary, paid your sin debt and full by his death and shed blood was buried, and rose again from the dead.

Church membership doesn’t save you, water baptism doesn’t save you, living the Christian life doesn’t save you, prayers don’t save you, mass doesn’t save you, penance doesn’t save you, you can list all kinds of things, but none of them will save you. trusting Christ will save. And the Bible says very clearly, believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved. The word believe means to trust. When you trust that He is the one who made the full payment for your sin at the cross was buried in rose again from the dead God saves all those that trust in Him.

And we’re living in exciting days. I think we’re living right at the edge where the Lord is going to come and snatch us out. And then God will return to His plan for Israel. The The third temple will be rebuilt. The Antichrist, three and a half years in, will stop the sacrifices that will have been resumed. He will desecrate the temple with his image. He will turn on the Jewish people. Another holocaust will occur on the earth. At the end of that seven years, Christ will come back and he will defeat the armies of this world and establish his kingdom.

And he shall reign forever and ever. That is a phrase right out of the book of Revelation where Christ comes back and takes over this world and he’ll rule and reign forever and ever and ever. In any case we’ve got to run but we’ll be back tomorrow. So keep looking up. Jesus is coming to the room soon. God bless, have a great day. We’ll see you tomorrow. Here on Bibleline.
