Well, good morning and welcome to Bibleline great to be with you today. Thanks for tuning into the broadcast. We look forward to being with you each and every day, Monday through Friday as we come to you live from our studios here in Tampa, Florida at the Calvary Community Church where I’m the pastor.

We would love to have you come by sometime. I hope you’ll come by and visit our resource center open every day till 4.30. If you can’t, you live maybe too far from us. Go to the internet. Our online bookstore is right there. You can still see all the resources we have wherever you might be. You’re welcome to come out on a worship day. And by the way, if you’re too far away and you can’t, you can join that worship service on the internet.

That’s right. We webcast our worship service live every Sunday morning at 11. And also you can go during the week and catch it as often as you like and there are 49 weeks of messages sitting there waiting for you to take a look at. Just go to BibleLineMinistries.org or .com, BibleLineMinistries.org or .com and if you would click on the camera and you’ll be connected to the worship services, click on the spinning globe and you’ll be connected to the radio programs, click on the television set and you’ll be connected to our TV programs.

I hope you’ll take advantage of the website and there are many, many things there that we didn’t even mention, including, and am I going to have in quiz at the beginning, a seven minute video on how to be saved right at the beginning. We have the flashcards for helping you memorize Scripture all set ready to go and we have selected verses that we recommend you memorize, but if not, you can choose any passage, any chapter in the Bible to memorize, and you’ll have the flashcards there to be able to practice and get that right.

So try, if you will, the website, BibleLineMinistries.org or .com. This coming Sunday, the 21st, will be the third Sunday in October. We always have a dinner on that third Sunday, so it’s a good Sunday if you’re in driving distance to come over and visit our morning worship and then stay for lunch, be our guest, and enjoy the food, the fellowship and so on. But this Sunday we’re having a baptism. If you have not been water baptized since you’ve been saved, you ought to be.

If you don’t have a church home to baptize you, I’d be honored to baptize you. can be included in our baptism. It will take place in a small lake just north of Babylon headquarters. It’s a beautiful setting with green grass and shade trees going right down to the water’s edge. And the water has a gentle slope and we will immerse you in Believer’s baptism. Water does not save anyone. Remember the dying thief? He simply believed he didn’t hit water baptized, but yet Jesus said, today thou shalt be with me in paradise.

How wonderful! He was saved alone by faith in Christ apart from any works. But water baptism is something that every believer ought to do. You know, beings to Christ command, but not to be saved, but as a testimony of how we’re cleansed of our sin by the blood of Jesus Christ. We’d love to have you call in today the numbers 1-800-576-3771. We have some wonderful books here in our Resource Center. One is on tongues by Merle Unger called the New Testament Teaching on Tungs.

That is for a gift of $15, I believe it is. We have also some other interesting things. We have DVDs of my teachings including the Gospel of John, all 20 hours of teaching in a nice DVD, a book like format where it’s all arranged and your DVDs are kept in order. All of that for a gift of $150. You get all the teachings on DVD. But if you want them on CD, a gift of $100, you can get the whole 20 hours of teaching on the gospel of John.

And that breaks into two halves. So you can just buy it in increments. You can get the first half for a gift of 50 and the second 10 hours for a gift of 50. I hope you’ll take advantage of that. We also have a DVD on the line. The life of Martin Luther is a movie that was produced and is very, very, very powerful about what happened during the Reformation. I believe it will stir you, and it’s only for a gift of 10 dollars.

The life of Martin Luther is an older film that has been converted into DVD. It is excellent, and it’s only for a gift of 10 dollars. We also have a number of books that are less than 10 dollars. We have more than a carpenter, a great evangelistic tool for a gift of $6. We have the facts on Islam for a gift of $6. We have the facts on masonry for a gift of $6. We have the book One Minute After You Die by Erwilut, who are a great evangelistic tool and also, excuse me, in comfort to those that are bereaved and that’s for a gift of $6.

So we have a lot of things that are not expensive, but I would be nice gifts and would help you in your study of the Word of God. We’re going to try to take care of some of these off-air questions. They seem to be stacking up on me here, but we’re going to get into the Bible here first and we invite you to join us. We are living in the last days. togethe Arnold Schwarzenegger signed into law a rule or law out in California saying that the term mom and dad and father and mother cannot be used in school and how the children can use the boys or girls locker rooms and rest rooms and there is not going to be any difference.

Well there is now a call for an exodus out of the California schools. Christians are being encouraged to take their kids out of the system because they say it’s no longer a safe environment for children. Isn’t that amazing? That we’ve come to this place where it says here under the new law, school children as young as kindergarten will be sexually indoctrinated and introduced to homosexuality, bisexuality, Transsexuality over the protest of parents, teachers, and even school districts. Wow, this is absolutely amazing.

And also it bans in school texts and activities, any discriminatory bias against those who have chosen alternate sexual lifestyles. This is California. This is the United States. It’s hard to believe this is happening, but it’s a part of the end times. We also have Jesus telling us that there would be pestilences in the last days. Have you heard what’s happening today? I think 21 schools have been closed because of trying to get the locker rooms cleaned up. People are dying from the staff infection called MRSA.

This is deadly and they say it’s going to kill more people than AIDS did and will continue to kill. So this is incredible and it’s called the superbug because it’s very, very difficult to kill hardly any antibiotics work against it and it’s a killer. Isn’t that amazing? We are living in a time just like Christ predicted. You know, when I was young in school, I thought and I was led to believe that we were going to conquer all the disease.

We had just conquered smallpox and polio. The dream was that, while science would be our God, and it would deliver us from all times of illnesses and problems medically. Look at what’s happened. Reverse is true. Just like Jesus said accurately in Matthew 24, there would be pestilences, deadly diseases, And we have a whole host of them out there for sure, but now the simple staff has become smart and they call it the superbug. It’s almost 9 to impossible to get rid of.

And… It’s everywhere. It’s out in public and it’s in the locker rooms. It’s in Carried by people that are well and can be passed along. It’s interesting that we’re seeing these things happen also This connection now with Putin ahead of Russia going to visit visit with Abinajab in Iran You know the Bible tells us in Ezekiel chapter 38 that that Iran and Russia would be connected at the end times when Armageddon would take place. Are we seeing it take place today before our very eyes?

It tells us here that in verse 5 of Ezekiel 38 that Persia would be one of the countries aligned with Russia. Now Persia in 1931 changed her name to Iran. Amazing, the Bible is right on. And here is a prophecy about Russia thousands of years ago about how Russia would invade the Promised Land after the Jewish people had been dispersed for 2000 years and had returned back to that ancient homeland. Here we are living in that time when Russia will come down from the north and will have Iran as an ally.

I mean this gives me goosebumps. Isn’t that amazing? How could the Bible know in advance? Well the answer is God is the author of the Bible. He certainly knows all about history and he knows the future, he knows the end from the beginning the Bible says and here he describes Russia coming down. And by the way, this is Armageddon. When Russia comes against Israel, God says that my fury shall come up in my face, verse 18 of Ezekiel 38, and then it says, in my jealousy and the fire of my wrath of I spoken, surely, in that day there shall be a great shaking in the land of Israel, verse 20 of Ezekiel 38, so that the fishes of the sea and the fowls of the heaven and the beasts of the field in all creeping things that creep upon the earth and catch this

phrase in the middle of earth 20 of Ezekiel 38 and all the men that are upon the face of the earth shall shake and notice it says at my presence. This is when Jesus returns. This is God coming back to the earth. Notice in the context it’s God who’s saying he’s going to come and the whole earth, all men on the earth will shake at his presence. Wow, that’s clearly the second coming, the return of Jesus Christ back to this world.

I believe we’re getting very close to the Lord’s return. Also it looks like there is a financial collapse coming in the wind. It seems like the dollar is being more devaluated every day. Other countries are fleeing from the American dollar and that’s only going to worsen things. And apparently this might happen very, very soon. Can you imagine? We’re going to get a new currency according to what you read on the internet called the Amero as the United States and Canada and Mexico will become an American Union comparable to the European Union and their currency called the Euro, the Americas will have the Amero and already you can go on the internet just type in Amero.

You’ll see pictures of the currency and of the coins which it’s all ready to go. All ready to go. The chip is here. It’s amazing how quickly this will happen. I just talked to Professor who teaches in the College of Medicine at University of South Florida. He He says it’s incremental but it’s happening fast. It’s only a matter of time and that chip will be in your hand. Already they’re placing it in some of our military soldiers. And guess where they put it?

They put it really between the thumb and the first finger in your hand. The Bible says if the mark will be placed in your right hand or in your forehead, isn’t that amazing? This will allow them to track you wherever you go. And obviously all of our buying and selling can be done with the chip. And we are racing toward this type of a society where cash will no longer necessarily be used and apparently will be frowned upon. One of the television commercials for one of the banks.

In this interview, Dr. Nathan Lindstrom was showing people going zips, zips through the line with their credit cards. Somebody was stopping to pay cash or use a check and everybody frowned upon them. They were trashed or put down because they were delaying the check by using cash by using a check. Isn’t that interesting? The pressures on were being indoctrinated right now to move to a new way of doing business. business. I believe Jesus is coming and very soon. If you are not a believer, you need to trust Jesus Christ as your Savior because there is no escaping hell without Christ.

Jesus said in John 14, 6, I am the way, I am the truth, I am the life and no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. To be saved, you must trust Christ. I’m just so glad I’m a Christian, because if I didn’t know my Bible, I would be discouraged at what I see out there in this world and the direction it’s going. It looks like the world is in broad and wars. There’s this globalization that’s starting to take place.

The Antichrist, of course, will attempt to control the world and be the dictator that comes up out of the West. We see nuclear weapons coming out of the closet that are going to be used apparently. It looks like we’re going to strike against Iran shortly. These are interesting things and all connected with the end times. But think about that verse in Ezekiel 38, Russia will be allied with Persia and remember Persia changed your name to Iran in 1931. We are living in the last days.

I’m Dr. Englunds from, we’re going to take your phone calls, the number is 1isSpecial 3771 1 800 576 3771. We have Richard on the line in Chester, Virginia, and Richard, welcome to Bibleline you’re on the air. Richard are you there? , let’s try that again, Richard areificant are you there Celti? Yes, I am. Okay, you’re on the air. Go ahead. Okay, good morning. I was calling to say that it seems like a lot of the people that call the show believe that they have to add something to the grace that has been given through Christ.

And I think even that in itself is pride, which is a sin in itself. And we just need to rely on it. Well, I absolutely agree with you. And I think that’s because probably 90% of what is called Christianity believes in works for salvation. That’s the doctrine of the church that they are raised in. And that’s why we have so many that are confused and have never understood that it’s all paid for and it’s totally by grace and apart from all human works.

Exactly. And it kind of reminds me, and I’ve been listening for about a year and a half, and it seems like you say the same thing, say by grace, say by grace. It reminds me when know I was saying for 120 years of blood coming, a blood coming, the people will have to come on though I don’t have anything new to say. Yeah. You get it now? Well there’s only one way to be saved and you can’t change this wonderful message.

And I certainly wouldn’t want to change it and I would be afraid to. I think God would come down on my case because once you know this message we’re given the trust of giving that message out faithfully just as he gave it to us in the Bible and without apology. And thank God this message still saves all that would come, whosoever will, or whosoever that would believe in Christ would not perish, but they’d have eternal life. We’re glad that we could be a ministry up there in Chester Virginia.

Well, it’s greatly appreciated. I will continue listening and my God bless you and the ministry. Thank you so much. Richard in Chester Virginia and it’s true that the average person, if you were to interview them and ask them what they thought they had to do to go to heaven, they’re going to roll off this list of works because most people have been taught works for salvation and it’s a gift God has already purchased it through Christ’s death. We have St.

Petersburg, we have Pastor Lucas and Pastor Lucas. Welcome to Bibleline your On The Air. Yes, good morning. I’m here to be giving you’re we are in the last days and I’m getting his come in and Chips are coming. I I read my Bible and have been studying for next event on the Christian calendar is God taking his church out of these times that we’re living in We are nowhere near because there’s very good possibility that Israel will be put out of the land.

God did not send them back to that land as they are now because on their 25th anniversary, Israel was saying that science was going to deliver us. They are not serving the Lord over there. They had a homosexual parade less than a year or two ago over in Israel. God has nothing to do with them coming back in there this time. And when he does put them back in the land, they will be serving the Lord. We have some of these things that people do not believe in the rapture.

God is going to take his church out. All they have to do is read Genesis 19 where God destroyed the sodomites. We have sodomites throughout this country. What pastor should be talking about? They’re not. We have abortion clinics that are killing 4,000 babies a day. Homosexuals operating themselves through every one of our states and we are patronizing this thing. the United States is going to fall because of its sins, not because of something that’s going to happen right now.

We are not in property. We are going down. And to say that we’re in Ezekiel 38 and all of these things, this is not the time that we’re talking about. And Matthew 24 has nothing to do with the church. The church is not going to be here when Matthew 24 takes place. Right. Well, that’s very good. I agree with you on that. I’m saying that there is a transition, but we’re already seeing these things starting to come to pass.

It’s not going to be like the light switch. Everything’s going to be pretty and peachy creamy, and then boom, it’s going to get bad. It’s going to be a transition. And I can’t say that any of us can say that we’re not going to go through a lot of troubles and times, even before the seven years of tribulation begin right after the rapture. the rapture. And we are obviously seeing the world align itself as it will be during the tribulation period right now.

So that tells us what, that we’re close to that event. And certainly Armageddon is seven years away if the rapture happened today. So no, we’re not in that time yet, but we’re seeing the handwriting on the wall as these things all approaches rapidly. And you’re absolutely right. America is going down and God is going to judge America, but I do disagree that we’re not in the scripture. I think we are the major player. I think we are the 11th nation that Daniel spoke about that will be birthed by Europe by the Roman Empire.

And I think we are the only country in the world that is younger than, more powerful than, and has been birthed by the European Roman background that we have. Sure do thank you for this comments. and I agree with the most everything you’ve said, the rapture’s next. And we’re going to be delivered from the worst and thank God we are. But I’d say call for, I think, wake up and start proclaiming the gospel because people are running out of time and I’d hate to leave anybody behind.

I’d want them to go up with me. We have Orlando in Orange City now. Orlando, welcome to Bibleline You’re on the air. Okay. Thank you, God bless me. I was thinking yesterday about what you were saying about the 1st Corinthians, 19 and 20 that our lives are not our own. And I truly believe that because what the Bible says. And I was thinking about what people say that salvation is a gift and God gives them salvation. But they can, I heard some people say they can choose to give that God, that salvation, that gift.

I was thinking yesterday, I said, you know, that doesn’t literally give us that gift so we can put one with it. I believe he shares that salvation with us and we can’t just take that salvation and say, well, I don’t want it, you can have it back. It’s not that way. I believe that he shares that he would establish what he would add him, lost, to Jesus Christ, and we’re sharing his salvation. So you know we can’t, he doesn’t give us anything of his that we can, what we want with the God.

I just wanted to hear your comments on that. I’ll hang up now. Okay. Thank you, Orlando. You know, it’s not us, we cannot give it back because we’re not keeping our salvation. We are kept saved by the Lord and it says in John 637 Christ said, I will know wise, out anyone who comes to me so there’s no circumstance that could ever come about. where you would be cast out by Christ. And there are some people that are kind of clever they think and they say, well, okay Christ won’t cast me out, but I can cast myself out.

Well you can’t even do that because in verse 39 Jesus says this is the Father’s will which has sent me that of all which you have given me I should lose none. So he’s not going to lose any that’s the will of the Father. So if one person in all of history wherever lost wants to be became saved. would be a liar. But also it’s impossible to give back because it’s irreversible. Once you trust Christ, you become a child of God, and as far as God is concerned, positionally, you’re already according to Ephesians 2, 6, seated in heavenly places in Christ Jesus.

So God sees your salvation completed, although we’re still going through this nasty world. already as far as God is concerned, seated in heavenly places in Christ Jesus right now and obviously you’d have to be taken out of heaven, taken out of the body of Christ and everything else of you to become lost, that’s not going to happen. Boy, it’s hard to believe that time goes by so quickly. Thank you all for calling and thank you for listening. I’m Dr.

Ankermshruhman. If you haven’t trusted Jesus, you need to do that. Just tell the Lord Lord I am a sinner but I believe Jesus died and paid my sin that and full my step on the cross was buried in Rosigund from the dead. The moment you trust Christ God saves you. Also would you pray for Bible and as we reach out to the world we are now on in Scranton, Pennsylvania every day reaching part of three states. We are on in Chattanooga, Tennessee four times a day reaching three states, Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee, and we’re on so many other stations.

It’s exciting what God is doing. Pray for us, and if you want to help us, you can give a gift by credit card over the phone. Just call our 800 number. We’re going to take that break and we’ll come right back, so don’t go away. Stay tuned right here too. Bye, boy. A Bibleline will be back in a moment. Give us a call at 1-800-576-3771. That’s 1-800-576-3771. I’m Dr. Anglins for it. It’s great to be with you. Thanks for tuning in.

It’s Wednesday and we look forward to being with you each and every day, Monday through Friday. By the way on the internet you can catch our programs again and again and I think you’ll find them very very interesting as you go through and listen to them a second or third time. People tell me they get so much more out of it especially when you can pause it, look up the scripture, take a good look at it and reflect on it as you listen to the program and then continue it.

So check that out, BibleLineMinistries.org has our radio programs, our television programs and our worship services, and you’re welcome to take a look at them. We are in the last days, the Bible distinguishes between the last days for the church age which we’re in right now, and the last days for Israel, which are coincident and actually are the last seven years of the Old Testament Age called the Tribulation Period that’s coming up right after the Rapture. And then Christ will come back and rule and reign on this Earth.

This exciting stuff. I have the whole book of Revelation on CD available for you, the book of Daniel on CD. I have a series I did called In Time Prophecies. I have one on the Rapture that’s available. and we have so many others that are available that you can listen to the CDs and some of them are available now on DVD as well as CD if you prefer that. Thank you for listening and thank you for being a part of the Bible and ministry.

We appreciate each and every one of you and I hope you’ll call and ask for a resource sheet to be sent out or take a look at our online bookstore on the internet. I think you’ll find it very helpful. And by the way, if you live in a foreign city, another city outside of Tampa, you can catch our worship services during the week. 49 are sitting there right now. 49 weeks of messages and you can look at them for free as often as you like.

And if you go there Sunday morning between 11 and 12, you can catch the worship service live. Wherever you are in the world, isn’t that exciting? We know we have 150 countries that have logged in and people are listening and watching from all over the world. We’re talking about going to Israel in the end of February 2008. If you’d like to go with me, we trip number 15, please call and get on the list where we’ll send you a brochure and you can make your plans to go with us.

We hope you will. We’re going to rejoin the station’s now that I’m in on break. And do the second half hour of Bibleline, so please keep your radio tuned right where it is and stick with us as we now go to the second half. Would you like to call Bibleline and ask Dr. Lindstrom a question? You can. Just pick up your phone and dial 1-800-576-3771. Now here again is Dr. Hank Lindstrom.

A big, powerful state shooting that reaches in southern Georgia and all the way almost across the state of Florida up in the northeast corner of Florida. We’re on into land Florida and we have such a wonderful group of people in the Daytona Beach, to land Florida, uh, St.

Augustine, all the way down to Orlando. Thank you for listening to Bibleline. We’re on in Sarasota, an 81.3 FM and uh, on and on. on, we praise the Lord for our God is expanding Bibleline. And we’re on the air because of you. We’re on the air because you appreciate Bibleline and give the Bibleline. Without our listeners partnering with us, we could never be on the air. It would be impossible. So would you consider being a regular contributor to Bibleline?

We don’t have any other means of support. That’s really the truth. And you know, we’re a miracle because by all rights we really shouldn’t be on the air at all. But God is keeping us on the air and we’re sure to thank God for that. Well, we are excited about being with you today and we’re going to go ahead and go to those collars. And we hope that you will keep listening every day and pass that word on to your friends.

We’re going to go to Petersburg, Virginia, And we’re going to talk to Gloria and Gloria, welcome to Bibleline you are on the air. Gloria, you there? Gloria, hello. Hello. Hi there, you’re on the air. Yes. Good morning. Good morning. How are you? Okay. I was listening to Gloria, maybe I was looking in the Bible, looking for a question and I would just want him to hang up and I have to get a question and listen to him. The question was he was asked after the first repentant, Peter asked them to be what?

And I was looking for, and I could not find it. And I’m going to hang up and let Dr. Hainow for this question for me. Well sure enough, thank you. That verse is in Acts 2.38, and there it says repent and be baptized, but he’s not talking about water. The word baptized simply means to be washed. He is talking about a washing, a cleansing that occurs when you trust Jesus as your Savior. When you trust Christ, you are cleansed or washed of your sin.

Revelation 1 5 says unto him that loved us and washed us from our sins in his own blood. So Jesus is the one who cleanses us of our sin, not by water, but by his blood. And I hope that you are a believer and have been cleansed by the blood of Christ. If you’re attempting to be saved by water, then you’re doctrinally incorrect. In fact, if you’re trusting in water baptism plus Christ, you’ll not be saved. So it’s very important that you understand that water baptism will not save.

Only those who believe in Christ should blubble the same. Repent means change your mind and baptized means to be washed. And notice it says in the name, in the name, in the name. That means in the authority that Christ gave when He died on the cross that He gave authority to save all that would believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. So I hope that helps Gloria and we thank you for calling in.

So, thank you so much for your call, Gloria, and X238. I have a series of CDs on baptism. One in particular covers ten baptisms taught in the New Testament. That’s very revealing because there are ten. Most of them are dry. Most of them do not involve any liquid whatsoever. And if you really want to have your… mind expanded you might want to call in and get that CD sent out to you it’s I think a gift of five or seven dollars plus shipping and you’ll have that and plus some of my articles you can get them on the internet as well we have Mike in pompano for calling in and he leaves this offer question please explain abundant life there are a lot of preaching on this phrase tying it together with having wealth.

Well obviously they’ve missed the point. The abundant life has to do with a life that is full of the blessings and the joy of the Lord, not necessarily materially, but spiritually, that we would be spiritually on top of what the Lord would have us to have. You know life was intended to be lived to Christ’s glory. And as we live a life that glorifies the Lord, it might mean sometimes poverty. But it’s not actually poverty that is the abundant life or wealth that’s the abundant life.

It’s a life that is lived serving and being obedient to Christ. And it’s a life that has an inner joy and inner satisfaction that you cannot find anywhere else. So the fruit of the Spirit becomes manifest and that is really a major part of the abundant life. You have love, joy, peace, long suffering, gentleness and meatness and all these things are the fruits of the Spirit that occur in a life that is yielded to the Holy Spirit. It certainly is not talking about material wealth.

The Apostles obviously didn’t have any amassed wealth and they lived very frugally. And tent making was Paul’s side occupation to help pay the bills for him and his ministry. I’m Dr. Inklyn’s room. This is by the line. You can call us at 1-800-576-3771. Well we’re so glad that you are on the air. I hope that you’re listening and enjoying the program. Alright. Well, apparently we have a lot more questions here. Let me go ahead and get these others. Matthew in Lakeland, Florida says, I love your program and I disagree with your comments on Beth Moore.

She only teaches to women. The Bible says that women should not teach over men. Well obviously it teaches that men are women and not usurp the authority of men nor are they to be teachers of God’s Word. If you do a Word study Matthew you’ll find the Greek word translated teach in 1 Timothy 2, 12 is a different word than the word teach over in Titus. It is a word that is used exclusively of teaching the Word of God.

The Bible is saying there in that verse that I suffer or allow not women to teach the Bible. There are not to be Bible teachers, there are not to be preachers, there are not to be elders or deacons or bishops. This is just a tragedy that is happening here lately. This is something kind of new. It’s a part of the in-time apostasy, I believe. And of course, women Bible teachers usually go off center. And I think Beth Moore is probably in that same category.

I don’t think women should be teaching the Bible. If you read that passage, it’s pretty clear. It says in 1 Timothy chapter 2, and I hope you look it up in your Bible and take your time to digest this. But it says here in 1 Timothy chapter 2 and verse 11, let the women learn in silence with all subjections. So there it talks about women being subjected to the male leadership of the church and to be silent learning. It also says in the marriage that the women should be silent in church but ask their husbands when they have a question spiritually.

And it really then helps put the husband in the place where he needs to be as a spiritual leader where the wife is appealing to him. To teach the family, guide the family, be the spiritual leader of the family, which is his responsibility. So we thank you for your question and Matthew, women are really not to be Bible teachers and they’re not to be usurping authority over the men. We have Joe in Pimbroke Pines by the way if you want to call in the numbers 1-800-576-3771 1-800-576-3771 Joe in Pimbroke Pines Calls in with this offer question.

I just found out the church. I attend holds a majority view of of amolennialism. It’s Presbyterian. What should I do? Do I need to find a new church? Do you know any churches in South Florida? Well, you know, the Presbyterian’s in many of the Reformation churches don’t believe in a literal thousand-year kingdom. They take all these things as being metaphorical. That’s what Hank Hennigraft does in his book, The Apocalypse Code. He basically says that his book will help you know that you shouldn’t believe these things literally that the Bible says.

So he says the Millennium doesn’t mean the Millennium. The Tribulation Period doesn’t mean the Tribulation Period. The Rapture, there is no such thing as the Rapture. And so this is the kind of craziness that’s out there, but it all really began in Roman Catholicism in the 5th century when Augustine declared that God was through with Israel. God is not through with Israel and he has been bringing them back to the land, but as an earlier caller brought up, he thinks that this has nothing to do with prophecy right now, but my friend, in Ezekiel 38, it tells us that the Jewish people would go back to the land in unbelief.

They would go back with no spirit in them. And it’s not until during the tribulation period when millions of Jews will get saved, that at the end of the seven-year tribulation period, as the thousand years begins, God will pour out His Holy Spirit upon all of them and they’ll receive the Holy Spirit. And it talks about that in Ezekiel 38, that He’ll put His Spirit in them. Right now, they’re back in unbelief and I agree. Israel is not a very spiritual country right now.

But you know, there’s a trend already though, with many Jewish people coming to know Christ as Savior in Israel and Messianic congregations being raised up in Israel itself. And I think it’s the beginning of this blinders coming off the eyes of the Jews and that many will come to no crisis savior in the near future thank you for calling we now have james in plant city florida and james welcome to bible and you’re on the air uh… good morning dr hanger alright good morning i uh…

received a question the other day from uh… co-worker about uh… and scared to do well he’s talking about the uh… difference when israel rejected christ that he had uh… now a new age coming online and it wasn’t the old age being reformed. It was a brand new age. We are living in the church age right now which were no longer under the law. It really was the rule for the dispensation of law, the age of law that began at Mount Sinai and was postponed at the cross but will pick up in the last seven years of that age.

We’ll took off the clock during the tribulation period after the rapture. But we’re under grace now and we’re now a body comprised of Jews and Gentiles in one body and we’re not under the law but we’re under grace. So he’s talking about something brand new. So you, he’s saying you don’t want to mix them up and we certainly are not to confuse the Bible as some do and especially in covenant theology. They mix things all up. a distinct change that occurred when Christ was rejected and now God has turned to the Gentiles for the past two thousand years.

And he’s about ready to go back now and resume his plan for Israel and the Jews were already back in the land in unbelief just as the Bible said they would be and not deserving of anything but God is going to offer them this kingdom and they will receive it this time and we believe that will happen right after the rapture that the plan for Israel will just pick up and move forward. Hope that helps. And that was a caller named James in Plant City and thank you for calling in.

We have anonymous in New York State calling in. He says, I would like to see some Christian advice or I’d like to get some Christian advice. Would you attend the wedding of a Christian who is now in rebellion and is marrying a non-believer? Well, I think if you wanted to get their attention, you might do that. It’s interesting that later they pay a price for that. It usually always happens that if you violate God’s Word that you pay a price for that.

And the Bible of course tells us that you’re not to marry as a believer and unbeliever. 2 Corinthians chapter 6 verse 14 to the end says we’re not to be unequally yoked. And when you put yourself in a business relationship or in a marriage where you’re unequally yoked with an unbeliever you’re going to pay a price for that every time. So in any case we’re not going to go to Matthew and Spring Hill Florida. Matthew welcome to Bibleline you’re on the air.

Good morning Dr. Hank. I have a question concerning blaspheming Holy Psalm in Hebrews 1026. It talks about those who continue to sin willfully. No more sacrifice remains for their sins. I was just wondering your beliefs on that. I’ll hang up and listen to you. Sure. He’s talking there about believers. Obviously the writer of Hebrews was saved and he says, if we sin willfully. By the way, sins are willful. It is talking about believers that even if you sin willfully, you don’t need to become saved again.

You are saved forever by the one-time sacrifice that Christ made at the cross. If you notice earlier in the chapter, it says in verse 18 that verse 17 says, there sins and iniquities, well, remember no more. That is, he’s paid for them and he puts them behind him, he forgets them, does not remember them again as far as your salvation is concerned. And he says, now where remission of these is, verse 18, there is no more offering for sin.

So I’ve taken the phrase, no more offering for sin and circled it. And then I’ve gone down to verse 26 and it says, even if you sin willfully after you have received the knowledge of the truth. There remained at no more what? No more sacrifice for sins. I’ve underscored that and tied them together. What it’s saying is that once you trust Christ, you’re safe forever, even if you sin willfully. But then the verses that follow here talk about a judgment where the Lord will judge the delinquent believer who sins willfully against the Lord.

And it could mean physical death. Even as in the Old Testament, they would take somebody who broke the law out and stoned them to death, Christ might take your life and take you to a home to have an early and it talks here about the Lord judging those that are His people. So God is going to come down pretty severely on people who sin willfully after they are saved. But if you are saved, you are saved forever. You don’t need to be saved again.

You don’t need to know the sacrifice of Christ is sufficient to save you forever. And then it goes down of the very end of the chapter where it’s talking about rewards all the way through that we should be patient and serving the Lord and looking forward to the rewards that will be awaiting us when we get to heaven. But it says to verse 39, even if we draw back or backslide, we’re not of them that draw back into hell or perdition.

We’ll never go to hell, but we’re of those who believe to the saving of the soul. In other words, we’re delivered. souls are delivered from hell. We have eternal life once we trust Christ and we’ll never go to hell. So the Bible is saying here that we will be disciplined and in chapter 12 he goes into further detail about that discipline. He says, for whom the Lord loves, he chases and scourges every son whom he receives. The Lord because he loves us will discipline and it says then, scourging, and that is a little bit more severe.

In fact, it’s a lot more severe, but if a person is a Wolfley sin, they’ll not only be chasin’ or disciplined, but they will be scourged. And that’s what I think versus 20… 7, 8, 9, 30, 3, 31. Talk about in Hebrews 10. Hopefully that helps. Thank you so much. We now have Benjamin in Clearwater. Benjamin, welcome to Bibleline your own ear. As you know, Oak Christian believes in the second person of the Trinity, and we know it’s God.

But when he became a de-asson, before he came in flesh or after he came in flesh. Well, he’s always been the eternal Son. Thank you, Benjamin. Christ has been the eternal Son since eternity passed. I mean, God has always existed. as God the eternal Father, God the eternal Son and God the Holy Spirit. And I think John 1-1 makes that very clear. In the beginning was the Word, the Greek word is Lagos, which means the very expression of God, the one that would reveal God as He would take on flesh, the second person of the Godhead, but it says in the beginning was.

In other words, when the universe was created, Jesus already had existed as the second eternal person and it says he was with God and he was God. So he is obviously with God. So there are three persons within the Godhead and they are with each other and they exist together and operate in concert with each other. Verse 14 says then the word was made flesh. So that is what took place in Bethlehem. But he already existed before the world was created and He came and took on human flesh in the person of Christ.

So the answer is Jesus has always been the eternal Son of God, but He came and took on human flesh at Bethlehem 2000 years ago. Alright, thank you for calling. If you want to call in today in the numbers 1-800-576-3771. We have Jessica in St. Petersburg leaving this offer question. She says, I am a believer. I trust in Jesus, but I still struggle with adultery. How bad will my judgment be? What will heaven be like for me? Well, one day the Lord is going to wipe away all your cares.

But there’s a day when you’re going to give an account before the Lord in heaven, and you need to just really go to the Lord with the Bible open and ask Him to deliver you with from this struggle. Every Christian has two natures, and you have an old nature that wants to do evil, and you have a new nature that wants to do the right thing. The key is, of course, yielding to the new nature. Paul talks about it in Romans chapter 7 and verse 18.

He says, I know that in me that is in my flesh, dwelleth no good thing for how to will is present with me. He says, the good that I would not, that I do, but the evil that I would not do. Paul is talking about a struggle here where there were things he didn’t want to do but he wound up doing them. He said, who is going to deliver me? Ultimately Christ will. Death or the Rapture will be delivered from our sinful body and will never sin again.

The Lord obviously wants to bring you along where you will live to glorify him every day and I would certainly begin to read some of these scriptures about the Lord’s discipline and about his judgment coming up. 1 Corinthians 3 and 1 Corinthians 11, I think are two chapters I would recommend you start with, but the Corinthians letters are pretty good about people that were not living to the Lord as a believer and God is warning them through Paul in the two letters to the Thank you for calling in Jessica.

And we now have Eddie in Campbell, Alabama. And Eddie says off here, why don’t you give the same answer? Paulus gave the jailer in Acts 1631. And that is the answer I give all the time. Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved is what it says in Acts 631, 1631. 1631 and that’s the plan of salvation for everybody. Believe means to trust and when you trust on the Lord Jesus Christ God saves you and He saves you forever and ever and ever and how wonderful that is.

We have Albert now in Richmond, Virginia. Albert, welcome to Bibleline You’re On The Air. Yes, my data was asking me the other day about why was it such a difference in the religions. And I said, what do you mean? You mean the milestones and the process? He said no. He said something about the Catholic religion and the Protestant religion. He said because the Pope said something about the Catholics were the only ones that were going to be saved. And I told him I didn’t really know anything about that.

But I think I know there’s a difference between the Catholic religion and the Protestant religion. What exactly is the difference? The difference is that the Protestants go by the Bible and the Roman Catholics really go by tradition and by the rules and the laws that are made up within the Church. So the Bible is the Word of God. If you would just get in the Bible, if everybody would, we’d all come on the same page and thank you for that call.

We’ve got a run. Time has run out. It’s hard to believe it’s Wednesday. We’ll be back tomorrow and I hope you’ll join me. You’ve never trusted Christ.
