We have 156 countries now that have logged on to Bibleline and that’s exciting from all over the world. People have found us and are listening, watching and enjoying our Bibleline website. We are going to be having our television programs aired in Turkey.

We are now getting these programs ready for transport to Turkey. They’re going to translate them into the Turkish language and broadcast them via satellite all over the country of Turkey. Of course, it’ll reach other countries in the Middle East. We hope you’ll be praying for that venture and it won’t cost us anything, which is really even better. So thank God that some of these ventures that we’re doing, they’ll cost us anything. We are listening to support it and if you want to help us this month of March, you can send a gift in by mail or you can give one by credit card over the phone.

And we hope that you’ll help us out here in March to come out on our feet. Even with this month, you can do that by calling the 800 number anytime you want and tell our operators you’d like to give a gift to Bibleline. I’m Dr. Englund, this is Bibleline, and we just got back from Israel a couple of weeks ago and we’ll be going again. We’d love to have you go if you want to call and give us your information.

We’ll be glad to keep you informed as we make our plans to go back to Israel. We might add another country, and so we’d love to have you tell us where you’d like to go. Egypt, maybe southern Jordan where the Rock City of Petrias where Israel will flee from the Antichrist. Or maybe you’d like to go to Greece. We’re talking about different possibilities. We haven’t made a decision yet, but we’re relying on your input. So let us know what you think you might want to do.

We are… A book here called Things to Come by Dwight Pentecost, which is absolutely incredible. If you are interested in the topic of prophecy, the book Things to Come is the probably premiere book in my estimation that really lays everything out and gives you a real overall picture of what’s going on in the area of prophecy. Great great book. I can’t tell you how much I really respect and love that book, but that’s a good one. We also have several books on theology.

We have Basic Theology by Charles Ryrie, an excellent book to have in your library, which will really help you with the different major doctrines of the Bible. We also have another one called the Moody Handbook of Theology, the Moody Handbook of Theology by Thomas Innes. That’s another great one and I would say between those two you have a great deal of information that will be ready for you when you need that help. We also have the commentaries Jay Vernon McGee, five volume commentary.

That’s a wonderful set of retails for 200. We have it for a special gift right now of 100 to buy the line. Also we have the Jamison Faucet Brown free volume commentary that retails for about 150. We have it for a gift of a hundred to Bible and that covers every verse of the Bible which is very powerful to have some kind of comment on every verse. We have that Schofield Bible which is of course the one I recommend and I think you’ll find it very, very helpful to have the Schofield reference Bible.

Well, we’re going to get into the Bible for a few minutes here and we hope that you’ll get your Bible open. If you don’t have your Bible there, please just listen and go back to the internet and listen to the program again and get your Bible out and sit down and follow the passages. But we wanted to say a word today about a couple of verses that are so misunderstood and yet they are so simple when you really take a good look at them.

We’re going to go to Ephesians chapter 1, Ephesians chapter 1, and we’re going to look at verse 4 where it says in the King James Bible, according as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world. So many people believe that God has made your choice for you and that you don’t have a choice. This is one of the verses that they appeal to. as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world.

So they say, see, before the foundation of the world, God chose you to be saved. And it’s interesting here that they overlook two words that are so important to the text. It says, according as he hath chosen us in him, you ought to take and mark those two words if you have your Bible in front of you, because that’s the key. To be in Him means to be in Christ. And the Bible says, and I’m going to give you another reference here, Philippians 3-9.

In Philippians 3-9 it says, be found in Him. And then if you go to the last two words it says, by faith. We’re found in Christ by personal choice. When you trust Jesus Christ is your Savior, you are found in Christ. God the Holy Spirit takes the believer at the moment of belief and places you in the body of Christ. And so for that moment on you become a member of the body of Christ and you are, as it says in Corinthians, the body of Christ and members in particular.

So you are in Christ positionally at the moment you believe and forever thereafter. And so God looks at the believer as in Christ. And so what does that mean? That means that God sees you in Christ’s body. And when Christ was crucified, you were crucified. When Christ was buried, you were buried. When Christ rose from the dead, you rose from the dead. When Christ ascended into heaven, you ascended into heaven. And when Christ sat down in heaven at the right hand of the Father, you sat down in heavenly places in Christ Jesus.

The Bible says all that and it’s quite plain that it is significant to be found in Christ and we make that choice. Philippians 3.9 says, Be Found in Him by faith. The middle part of the verse basically says that it’s not based on works but it’s based on faith that we are given the very righteousness of God which is in Christ. And so when you’re seen in Christ, God sees the righteousness of Christ and not our filthy rags which would not enable us to get to heaven.

So knowing all that… He says, that you make the choice to be in Christ, be found in Him by faith. If Philippians 3-9, if you look at Ephesians 1-4, it says according, as he has chosen us, in Him before the foundation of the world. So he chose before the foundation of the world, everyone that would be in Christ, but you make the choice to be in Christ by trusting measure of Savior. You may have heard me use the illustration before, but The one I use is that of an airplane you could go out here to Tampa International Airport which is just one block away from us here at Bible and Headquarters in Tampa, Florida.

And we can hear the airplanes and see them as they take off and land here as they are only a block away from us. But in any case, if you were to, for example, go out to Tampa International Airport and There might be a plane leaving this afternoon at 3 o’clock nonstop for Chicago. Well the airlines I’m guaranteeing you has determined that flight would go to Chicago probably months ago, maybe even longer than that. That flight was planned to depart from here.

And you could have gotten perhaps online and book a seat on that flight months and months ago and paid for it and had your reservation. And obviously the airline is predetermined before the flight ever leaves that it’s going to leave here and go to Chicago. But it’s your choice whether you’re going to be on the plane or not. And so if you book a flight and you get on that flight that leaves us, say, this afternoon at three o’clock for Chicago nonstop, well, you get on that plane and that’s where it’s going to go and that’s been predetermined.

And so before the foundations of the world, God planned in a sense that flight Jesus would leave earth and head for heaven. And everybody on that flight would therefore wind up in heaven. But it’s your choice whether you’re going to be on flight Jesus or not. So in other words, you can choose to be in flight Jesus, as it says in Philippians 3 9, be found in Him by faith. So when you place your faith in Christ, you are then placed into flight Jesus and you can know when that plane takes off, you’re going to wind up non-stop in heaven.

It says in 2 Corinthians 5, 8, absent from the body, press it with the Lord. Isn’t that exciting? Absent from the body, present with the Lord, God is predetermined that that’s going to happen for every believer, everybody who is in Christ will wind up in heaven and God before the foundations of the world shows us in Him. In Him is equivalent to in Christ. And you’ll find that phrase numerous times throughout the New Testament. And everybody that believes or trusts on Christ as Savior, that He died and shed His blood and paid for our sins by His death, was buried rose again from the dead.

God saves them, and you are placed into Christ’s body. And so you’re in Christ and everybody in Christ has been predetermined that they would wind up in heaven. It’s that simple. So basically man does have a choice. You have a choice whether to trust Christ or Savior or not. And if I didn’t believe that, I would stop witnessing it, stop what I’m doing. I believe it is absolutely imperative that all of us who are believers share this good news and tell our family and friends about how they can be assured of going to heaven by trusting Christ and Savior.

That when you trust Christ, you have in a sense booked your flight to heaven and whenever that flight takes off, you’re going to be absent in the body, present with the Lord, nonstop flight instantly there in heaven by trusting Christ as the one who died to you. I’m not going to mention this is Bibleline. We’re going to go ahead and take our callers. If you want to call in, the number is 1-800-576-3774. 1-800-576-3774. This is Friday. Gary in London, Michigan says, off air, please explain Jesus’ teaching on prayer in public saying grace, for example, in a restaurant. Well, obviously, Christ did pray. In fact, before meals, in fact, when you read about the last supper, Jesus, their Institute of the Lord’s Supper, and when he took bread, he gave thanks and break it and said, take this is my body, which is my body. broken for you. Numerous times Christ prayed publicly and many times it was over a meal when there was the feeding of the five loaves and the two fishes.

Christ prayed and he prayed publicly obviously and they distributed the bread and the fishes and when they got All done, feeding 5,000. They were 12 baskets of fragments left over from the bread and the two fishes that they started off with. Quite a remarkable story. Gary, do it. In fact, I just oftentimes will silently bow my head if I’m by myself in a restaurant and pray. And I’ve had people come over afterwards and ask me, are you a Christian?

I saw you bowying your head as you began your meal. And it’s a great opportunity to witness and people will see your silent witness or if you have several people around, certainly it’s appropriate to pray out loud. Gary, thank you for that question. We have Victor in Brinton, Florida. He calls him, leaves us off our question. In Judaism is your heritage from the mother, a Jewish mother or from the father? And the answer is in the Bible, it’s from the father.

We find it talks about the seed of the man and obviously the Jews are related back to Abraham and Isaac and Jacob and so on. And we find that this thing about the Jewish mothers is rather of late, but really the father is the one that passes on the heritage from Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. So I believe that modern Jewish tradition is departed from the Bible. David in St. Petersburg leaves this question. What are your opinions of Pastor Arnold Murray and Shepherd’s Chapel of Ministry?

Arnold Murray believes you can lose your salvation. Major, major, major, major, major, doctoral error. So therefore his message is false. Obviously if you believe you can lose it, you are really saying. that you are trusting in your works to be saved. Because they’re saying that something in your future will determine whether you make heaven or not, and that means works. That means what you do between now and death will ultimately determine whether you’re saved or not. And that means what you do or what you do not do will save you not Christ.

So you become the Savior not Christ. And that’s a false teaching. Arnold Mary is a false teacher. We have Lou in Tampa, Florida and Lou, welcome to Bibleline you’re on the air. Well, good morning, Dr. Hank, it’s Lou from Tampa. Yes, sir. I got a question then I’ll hang up and listen to your answer. Daniel in the Old Testament, I heard stories that he died of martyr or he died of old age. Can you go ahead and tell us about his later life please and I’ll hang up and listen.

Well I don’t know the answer there are two. Our traditions, I’m sure, about the death of Daniel, but obviously he’s one of the great heroes of the Bible. There are three men in the Old Testament that are at the top of the list of God’s Hall of Fame. They are Noah and Job and Daniel. Those are the top of the list on God’s list of heroes. Daniel, great man, but I personally don’t know that we will know until we meet Daniel in heaven and get a chance to ask him.

It doesn’t tell us in the Bible how Daniel died. Okay, well thank you for that question, Lou, and now we have Adam in Tampa. Adam, welcome to Bibleline you’re on here. Yeah, my question. Well, because this time of the Christian life, and obviously it’s conditioned upon what we do, whether we will have the benefits or rewards and be presented in such a way that God will say, well done, no good and faithful servant and reward us. But we are already saved.

If you read early in the chapter, that is a done deal. It says in verse 13 that he has delivered us from the power of darkness and has translated this, that’s already translated this into the kingdom of his dear son. So when you trust Christ, you are delivered from Satan’s power and you’re translated into the kingdom of God’s son. And then he goes on to say about Christ in whom we have, not we hope to get someday, So we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins.

And then later it goes on and when you see the if words here and in Hebrews, the other places, it’s always talking about the Christian life. And whether you’re going to be found with fault at the judgment seat of Christ, that suffer loss of reward, or whether you’re going to be found blameless and rewarded for your faithfulness is the condition on that little if as to what you’re going to do or not. Okay, that may turn to Christ. One more question.

Sure, go ahead. All right, it comes from the same book, Claus, in chapter 2. to in verse twelve it says that we were buried with him in baptism where it also were raised with him through faith. And obviously it’s a spiritual, I’m just asking for your wisdom on this, what is he talking about there? How are we… Is that It’s not talking about water here. It’s talking about the Spirit baptism, which is the operation of God, which places you into Christ’s body.

We were talking about that a little bit earlier. And when you’re found in Christ, you are then placed into the body of Christ. That’s called the baptism of the Holy Spirit. 1 Corinthians 12, 13 defines it by saying, by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body. And so when you trust Christ, you are placed by the baptism of the Holy Spirit into the body of Christ. And it says in verse 27 of 1 Corinthians 12, the result is now you are the body of Christ and members in particular.

So therefore, when Christ was buried, you were buried and when Christ rose, you are raised again by this operation of God. So God sees you in Christ’s body. So what happened to Christ happened to you? You were crucified, you were buried, you were risen, you were ascended, you’re seized right now in heavenly places in Christ Jesus. So how does that go into effect? I mean, how do you… Well, it’s a past tense event. It’s already… speaks of it already.

happened. You have been buried with him and not with water baptism but with the spirit baptism which is the placing of you into the body of Christ. You are seen by God as a crucified buried and resurrected with Christ. So you’ve already been raised. You’ve already been crucified. It already happened 2000 years ago but you were placed at the moment you believed into the body of Christ and so what happened to Christ body 2000 years ago God saw you in that body Because he places you into that body by the operation of the Holy Spirit at the moment you believe.

Yeah, thank you. Alright, thank you Adam. That was a good question. And some people mistake that for water and it’s not water that saves us. It’s the baptism of the Holy Spirit which is the operation of God that occurs by faith when you trust Jesus as your Savior. If you want to call the number is 1-800-576-377-1. 3, 7, 7, 1, 1, 800, 5, 7, 6, 3, 7, 7, 1. We want to say goodbye to Miami Miami. We thank you for listening down there.

We’re excited about the fact that we’re on the air. And hopefully you’re passing the word to your friends and having us grow the audience in Miami. And also we’d love to get the full hour. And we trust that God will supply through your generous gifts out of the Miami area to take care of the first half hour and then allow us to be able to purchase that second half hour and get you on for a full hour down there.

God bless you and have a great weekend. We’ll see you again on Monday. Okay, this is my blind and we’re back now with the rest of you for a little bit longer and we’re going to take a couple more offer questions and then take our live callers. We have Ellen in Tampa, Florida. This is a merry-to-man who drinks too much and he sneaks it. He won’t get help and I’m unhappy. I am a Christian. I leave him. He won’t get help.

He won’t go to church. I’m sad every day. What do I do? Well, 1 Corinthians 7 gives the advice where if you have an unbelieving husband or wife, you can perhaps be the catalyst to bring them to Christ if you stay in the marriage. But if you, if you, if he departs or you just are, I’m not going to be in the marriage. abused, obviously, or hurt physically, then I think you have every reason to leave. I would read 1 Peter chapter 5.

It tells there about how the woman can reach her unsaved husband by her testimony without even using the word. And I believe that you need to pray about it. I would probably always seek some counseling because obviously you’re suffering and you could probably be helped. If you need the name of a good counselor, I can give that to you. So give us a call off here and I’ll be glad to talk to you, Ellen, about that and give you some advice as to how to find some good help and maybe help for him as well.

We have Nila in Miami, Florida, and we’ll have to catch her when we get back from the break. It’s coming up right on break time. Anyway, we’re going to take a break. We’ll come back and do a second half hour by blind. I hope you have a great weekend. If you can, stay tuned here. We’ll catch another half hour by blind right after this short break. We’ll be back and do part two of by blind. Don’t go away. By the line will be back in a moment.

We are going to Israel Again, we’d love to have you call us and give us your name so that you can get on that list of those that are wanting to go and we’ll be glad to Keep you informed as we make our plans We’re gonna go to the phone lines all of our lines are lighted up and we’re gonna take first Sarah down in Miami, Florida And Sarah welcome to Bibleline you’re on the air Thank you for taking my call you’re welcome

I have a question regarding Genesis chapter four verse 13 When Cain says to God that his punishment is more than he can bear to different kill him, but then when you read in the beginning, it starts off people with Adam Eve and then they had Cain and Abel and then when he goes off to the other part of the earth, he lays down with his wife. I wanted to know how his wife come about. Was it from Eve? Well, it’s a good question.

Actually, obviously he had to marry a sister. And obviously, the murder didn’t take place when there were just kids out in the sand box out back in the house. They were probably 125 years old when the murder took place. Many have calculated because part of the curse was multiple births in those days and actually Cain and Abel themselves were twins that by the time a hundred years had gone by the population of the world could have been as high as a hundred to two hundred thousand people.

And you’ll notice in verse 14 when Cain was being driven out he says everyone that finds the lethal slave. So there was quite a few people around and they would have all wanted to hunt him down. So he obviously took a relative, a sister maybe, and went off to the land of God and when it says he knew his wife there, he speaks about obviously a sexual knowledge and they conceive and have children. But he actually married a sister.

Now that was not a problem. It was until 1500 years later at Mount Sinai that God in the Ten Commandments and in the other Commandments He gave warned against incest. So I believe Adam and Eve were perfectly created. There were no gene defects. There was no problem with intermarriage at the very beginning. And those who want to bring that objection up, even if you believe the devolution, you have to really start off with one perfect male, one perfect female for the human race to begin.

there was incest in a way. But the Bible presentation is much better because here we have God creating a perfect man and a perfect woman and it wasn’t until much later because of sin that it became a problem for intermarriage with relatives because of the possible and birth defects. But today, obviously you don’t even have to marry a relative or somebody even close. And the potential for birth defects is greater now than ever before because of the center of the race.

I hope that helps. Thank you so much. You’re very welcome. That was Sarah down in Miami, Florida. We now have Yona in Venice, Florida and Yona. Welcome to Bibleline. You’re on there. Hi, Dr. Lindstrom. Yes. I’d just like to make a comment. I’m from Israel and I’m born again. I’m here in Venezuela and take about a heritage. Yes. It comes from from the father. Yes. The Jewish people believe from the mother because of Isaac. He was the promised son of Sarah.

And they believe that because if it wasn’t from Sarah, the Arab would be promised people also, promised people of God. And God promised Isaac to serve, promise Isaac as a future promised people, not Ishmael. That’s why the Jewish belief in belief that the heritage comes from the mother. Well I thank you very much for enlightening us here and that certainly makes good sense and I appreciate that answer. That’s very good. Well thank you for your ministry. I really let an everyday something in you.

Thank you. Alright well there we go. We both are sharpening each other up and thank you for the explanation. I don’t think I’ve heard that before. I appreciate hearing that from you, Yona from Israel, a born-again believer in Jesus Christ as a Jewish person and living in Venice, Florida. We’re now going to go to Ray and Ray is in Spring Hill, Florida and Ray, welcome to Bible and You’re on there. Yes. I’m calling because basically I’ve been tortured for more than 80% of my life over this.

part of me, the reason God. But then the scientific part of me does it. And they’re both equally as strong. And there’s this constant battle that’s constantly raging. Like I’ll read the Bible. And then what makes it more confusing is I’ll listen to different interpretations of the Bible. And it’s very unclear to me. And then the scientific part doesn’t explain enough. So it’s like it literally driving me crazy. I guess it actually tortures me because when I do believe in God and the Lord and we get to weak and I start questioning things, the scientific part of me takes a little bit.

I want you to hang up to listen to what you have to say. Okay, Ray, I think we have a book that would be really good for you called Evidence, the The Man’s A Verdict by Josh McDowell and it really gives you a lot of evidence as to the Bible which is going to appeal to your scientific side. I’m of the scientific side as well. I graduated from the University of Florida in electrical engineering and APOSB always had an equal C for me.

I found the Bible to be an extremely accurate book. Whatever it deals with, it’s right on whether it be science or history or geography or whatever the topic might be. And this book will really, I think, fascinate you. Evidence of Man’s of Verdict is a book that outlines so many different areas of the accuracy of the Bible and is well documented as a powerful, powerful, powerful book. I think if you call it, you can order that more simply to you.

But that will get you going. But you know the fact that the Bible tells the earth is round thousands of years ago, up my attention early on as a new believer and that’s in Isaiah 4022. The fact the earth has suspended in space upon nothing, Job 26-7, written 35 hundred years ago. The fact that the universe was created out of energy, Job, Jeremiah 10-12, long before Einstein never came along, Einstein was about 3,000 years late telling us the concept that energy and Mass are equatable as Einstein laid it out in his formula, E is the Ecomomomiese squared.

And so many other things that we know today are scientifically accurate. And God said in Isaiah 48 that, I’m going to tell you things before you ever discover them or know them. And when they come to pass or when you discover them, you’ll realize I have to be the author of this book because you did not know them, mankind did not know them, and God describes them to us accurately long in advance. I’m so glad. You don’t have to worry.

The Bible is an amazing book. I love what Jesus said in John chapter 3. He says, If I have told you earthly things, then you believe them not. How should you believe me when I tell you about heavenly things? And I love that because there are so many earthly things that he tells us that we can verify. We can check. We put in a test tube and we can look at it under the microscope and find out that it’s true.

And with the same accuracy that Christ tells us about earthly things, we can believe Him about things we cannot see, heavenly things that we believe will come to pass and are just as true as the earthly things and the accuracy with which He tells us about those earthly things. Thank you, Ray, and we appreciate that. We now are going to Larry in Manson, Michigan, and Larry, welcome to Bibleline You’re on Hello Dr. Lindstrom. Hello there. And I would like to make a comment and then ask a question and I’ll hang up and listen to your answer.

Go for it. Yes, yes, dear gentlemen. From my area. I think it was about person, Bible. Yes. About the relationship of a Mary Hart. our medicine? Yes. yes it’s 1722 okay well thank you for sharing with us proper of 1722 a merry it’s a very hard to it like Madison but appropriate excellent well Larry thank you for contributing that to us may ask a question now sure in South Asia. Restoring to me the joy of that South Asia. And it seems like to me that there is a an ownership that goes directly back to God.

And David acknowledged it. And I wonder why people no wonder that they’ve become distraught. You’re right. That’s a very good observation. Well, yeah, thank you for sharing that too Obviously they would say by the Lord And and it was the Lord salvation that saved David not David saving himself and that’s a good one Amen Amen gift to God not a word Larry God bless you. Thank you so much. Thank you Mason Michigan Larry They’re calling in we now have a Matthew in Spring Hill, Florida Matthew welcome to Bibleline you’re on the air Dr.

Hank from what you believe which percentage of Gentile believers? Wow, I would say maybe Corinth Alright, all right, that’s all I wanted to ask all right Very good. I think Cora had to be. It was a very metropolitan area city and had lots of gentiles. It was a very huge city. So I would guess that would be the answer. We now have Mark in Tampa, Florida. Mark, welcome to Bibleline your own ear. No. Okay. We’ll get you over to an operator.

Mark and talking about an order from our talking about an order from our bookstore. We now go to Jane in Richmond, Virginia. Jane, welcome to Bibleline your on the Earth. Jane? Yes. Yes? Yes, Jane, you’re on the Earth. Dr. Lynch from the call of the born again, but leaving from Israel, I didn’t really understand what she said, because you repeat that. I explained what she was talking about. She was saying that Isaac, this is where it all happened because Isaac was the promised son to Abraham not through Hagar but through Sarah.

And so if it was through the father, then the Arabs would be the promised people because Abraham was the father and passed it down through Hagar. But he said because of the mother being Sarah and Abraham being the father that it was through Sarah that Isaac came and that therefore they take it from the woman. That’s a good point. Okay. All right. Thank you, Jane. That was good. That was a great revelation today. We have now, Dave, St. Petersburg.

Dave, welcome to Bibleline. Yes, Dr. Hank. This is, I’m talking about the, yeah, a lot of people are kind of confused. A prayer is you’re looking at you six-six. You’re supposed to pray in secret. You’re supposed to go in a closet, pray by yourself. What you do at dinner is you’re giving thanks to God. God. And that is gratitude for your blessings. I feel I did, but there’s a separation there. Maybe you can expound on that or give your opinion on how to hang up and listen to what you think about that.

Well, I think you’re actually very right about that. But I think that sometimes prayer was for the benefit of those that were listening or observing. And obviously it impacts others. We know that Daniel prayed three times a day whether people liked it or didn’t like But obviously people observed him and it was a part of who David, or rather Daniel, was and is. And we know that Christ prayed in Matthew 11 and he tells us he prayed out loud so that the people listening would know what was taking place as he prayed.

And I think that obviously there’s opportunity for us as believers to give public thanks. or as a group. I know we had a group from the church the other night that went out to a restaurant and I was not able to join them, but they had a cell phone and they put it on the speaker and they asked me if I would pray for the whole group as they began their meal in the restaurant. So that was fun, entertaining, but there was something there that we were all connected as a result.

As we all united in prayer to the one and only God of the university gave thanks for the food and I was driving in my car and they were sitting at the table in the restaurant and everybody benefited from that experience. It can be a wonderful thing and you don’t have to pray out loud and you don’t have to obviously bow your head or make anything obvious about it, but it is one of opportunity to obviously let other people in on what’s going on.

It’s a witness. So I do it and I believe it’s powerful. We’re going to now go to a couple of offer questions and maybe we’ll catch some more One Air Live Questions, if you want to call us, it’s 1-800-576-3771-1-800-576. We have Nila in Miami, Florida, and Nila says, God breathed an atom and an atom became a living soul. At what point did the Spirit enter into man? At that very second, that’s with Adam and Eve, that is, or with Adam, rather.

So Genesis 2-7 is what you are referring to and when God breathed into man’s nostrils the breath of life, man became a living soul. At the same time the Spirit came into him which are never separated. Hebrews 4-12, Nila tells us that the Spirit and the soul are separate. They are divisible but yet they are never separated from each other. and so they both occur at the same time. We have Chris in Seminole and he says, what is your source at the Passover?

The high Sabbath started at sundown Wednesday during the week Christ was crucified. Well, I think if you kind of do the math, we know that Christ was raised on the first If you can count 72 hours backward, it has to put it on Wednesday. Also, with the chronology from Exodus 12, the land would be separated out on Palm Sunday. That had to be the tenth because it was on the tenth day that would occur. And then the Passover was always the fourteenth that would make Thursday the Passover.

over and Wednesday would have been the Crucifixion Day. Hope that helps a little bit. You’ll be able to call and order by a Crucifixion chart, which is free, and we’ll ship that out to you. We have Armando in St. Pete. Armando, welcome to Bibleline you’re on the Earth. Good morning. He was telling that they took Jesus to answer it and you told them that you were going to study the scripture that he gave you and look and get back to him.

I just want to know if you did and I miss it. And this is about what now the Road to Amaz story. I’m sorry? Was this about what, in Nazareth or in Amaz or… E.I. Yeah, that the end of the day. They killed all the people. Oh, yeah, okay. Well, I think the order is that Christ took on flesh in Bethlehem, that he then lived there in a house for two years. And then the Weizvin came and then Herod’s troops came and they fled to Egypt and were there for a while then they came back to Nazareth.

So I think the verse that he was referring to in Luke’s Gospel summarizes everything that they obviously went back to Nazareth but it doesn’t include all of the time in Bethlehem and then Egypt in the meantime. of a were in Bethlehem. They took Jesus up and they had him circumcised and they went back to Bethlehem and they lived there for two years. They fled after the wise men came to Egypt and then went back to Nazareth. And I think it all harmonizes.

Thank you so much, Armando. We now have Anne in the land fort. I thought we had Anne, but I think I lost Anne. has to call back and we’ll try to get in and the land Florida back up on the air. We have Carl in Tampa, Florida, these are all fair questions. Carl says in reference to 1 Corinthians 1434 and 1 Timothy 211, women are to keep silence in the church. Please explain. Well, women were not to take leadership and to usurp authority over the man.

Corinthians 2.11 makes that plain. But we have many women preachers today and some churches are making them deacons, elders, and they are pastors in many circumstances. That we believe is biblically wrong and the passage is called what you’re asking about. I think what would demonstrate that. First Corinthians 14.34, 1st Timothy 2.11, tell us that the women are not to teach nor do you serve authority over the man but to be in silence. So women can teach but they have to do it under the authority of male leadership or they are out of order.

God gives us two reasons in 1 Timothy chapter 2. Number one it says Adam was created first then he so for order in the chain of authority in the order of creation Adam was first and therefore they where man was given the spiritual responsibility. The second reason is that Adam was not deceived, but Eve was deceived. So women have a tendency to be spiritually deceived easier than men. And that is the reason why. And many times when women start teaching, they go off into doctrinal error much more quickly than men do.

So that’s the reason why we don’t want have women leading us spiritually because they have a tendency to do that. Why? Because they think emotionally men think factually and that doesn’t mean that men don’t have faults. That’s why God created a woman so that men with a woman would be complete. And obviously men have their flat sides. They aren’t as compassionate as women are and women help men to even that out. Thank you so much, Carl. We now have Keith in Lakeland, Florida.

And Keith asked this author a question in reference to 1 Corinthians 3 17, does the word temple refer to an individual or to the church? It’s referring to an individual’s body. And if you defile your body, God will defile you, it says. So in other words, you cannot live as you please. First Corinthians 3 17 says, if any man defiled the temple of God, he will God defile. So if you abuse your body and defile it, God will obviously maybe take you home to heaven early.

And the temple there being the temple of your body, which becomes the temple of the Holy Spirit. moment you believe God involves your body and it becomes his temple. We’re now going to go to Stacy in Clearwater Fort if she leaves this off her question. A friend of ours is a seven-dad dentist and just lost their baby. What can we say to comfort them? Well, the comfort is good for anybody whether it’s a seven-dad dentist or not. And that is all babies good of heaven.

Whether Catholic or seven-dad dentist or Baptist or Methodist. All children under the age of accountability upon the age of a child. upon death will go straight to heaven. One of the great comforting verses they see is 2nd Samuel 1223. David lost the son that was seven days old and David said in verse 23 of 2 Samuel 12 that the baby would not return to him but he would go to be with that baby and we know David was saved and David knew that he was going to dwell in the house of the forever.

So there you have it and that’s a great connection and certainly we grieve with them over the loss of their baby. I’m Dr. England Stirmen.
